Terra felt the heat extend outward as the powerful Command Style found its way home to the center of Stroud’s abdomen. He’d had no difficulties what-so-ever injuring Stroud during the major confrontations that were Terra’s best efforts at ending things. As his feet once again found a resting place on the surface of Kingdom Hearts, the bronze keybearer noticed that Stroud was not without a counter attack. A massive pool of darkness opened beneath him and several tentacles began to attempt to latch onto his ankles and knees.
Terra didn’t have long to act, but he needed to conserve as much energy as possible so that he could send that excess power into Stroud’s being. Unfortunately, Terra could only think of one way to do both…the Ultima Cannon. He wished he had another technique that had the potential to end this fight before it got too out of hand, but beggars can’t be choosers. In a bright flash of ivory light, Terra’s keyblade took the ominous form of a ten-foot cannon, equipped with a barrel nearly half as wide as it was long. The infamous shotlock began charging power immediately, and Terra did something incredibly unorthodox. Terra shot his first round at the hand that was attempting to slam Aqua into Kingdom Hearts.
He was fortunately saved from being pulled into the darkness as the tendrils faded when he was knee-deep in the foreign black substance. Terra had once again found himself upon land with another fully charged round of Ultima Cannon ready for dispersion. This time the face of Stroud was ready to take the full blunt force of the bronze cannon. Another violent bomb of light ejected itself from the chasm that was his cannon and soared through the air, with a lock on Stroud.
Terra had heard the interactions around him, but for the most part, he was ignoring them. The only thing that really mattered to him was the massive being that had both shots of his Ultima Cannon directed towards him. He noticed the massive figure send a second attack Aqua’s way, and Terra saw his opening. He rushed into close range and began charging his keyblade with light.
”The only problem with attacking one of us at a time is that the rest of us get a chance to destroy you.” [/b] Terra leapt forward rotating forward over his right shoulder into a slight flip as his keyblade became the buffer between himself and Stroud. His intention was to use the earth itself to become Stroud’s demise as several massive shards of rock rose violently from underneath the massive figure. Geo Impact was truly one of the most devastating techniques in Terra’s arsenal. Terra now quickly dashed somewhat away from the Grim form of Stroud as the blood red figure of Artemis’ Wolf’s Fang looked to add to the injuries that the creature would hopefully receive from his own shotlock and command and Felix’s different skill set that allowed him to control his body as if it were an anvil and a feather mixed together. Terra could only watch as the reign of his Heartless came to an end.[/blockquote]

I'll put you back where you belong, hopeless, fading, I will rise while you, calm the monster you have fed [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,460,true][atrb=style, background: url(http://i53.tinypic.com/a2vuas.png); padding: 5px; text-align: justify; color: #202020;] "You? Afraid? Of you!? BHAHAHAHAHA!"
Stroud's callous laughter echoed off the hallowed walls of Kingdom Hearts as Felix's returned boulder from Mass Manipulation came sailing through the air at him, Selena's Wolf's Fang coming for him in the opposite direction. He turned as he sensed the shadow of the rock coming over him, turning in a spin to block the giant rock with his broadsword. The trajectory of the projectile changed even if it's mass did not, flying into Selena's Wolf's Fang and obliterating the rock in a shattering, bloody pulp. However the wolf broke through the boulder, smacking into Stroud and causing the Horseman to laugh quite insanely.
"Your pathetic breath of a taunt doesn't warrant dignity, but I will humor you before you die. Your attack was evaded so your insignificant mind could register that I can read it; are you really that weak-minded enough to think I will stand around and let you hit me to prove I'm not afraid of you?" While he spoke this, Felix came up and used Earth Manipulator on him, striking him successfully with blow after blow of powerful earth-enchanted strikes. "Give me... your darkness, maggot!" he roared after Felix delivered the final blow, attempting to grab Felix with his colossal hand and slam the hilt of his weapon severely into his head. Then he initiated throwing the red-headed man like a rag-doll, into the oncoming path of Terra's first shot of his Ultima Canon that was being fired upon him.
Not caring for the fate of the arrogant mercenary, he did not anticipate the second shot of Ultima Cannon nor could negate the damage in time, stumbling to his knee from the slow trap of Felix's Earth Manipulator and the effects of Selena's poisoned keyblade. He growled savagely as he picked up Selena's plan formulating in her head and snickered coldly at her vain attempt at acting. "You idiot, I CAN READ MINDS AND SEE WHAT YOU'RE PLANNING. This is why you humans are on the way to EXTINCTION! Join the Nobodies in everlasting OBLIVION!"
Deathblow was unleashed from the Piercer as he lashed out to try to strike Selena with it, punishing her for her ignorance, deciet and any hope her calculated plan would work. "COME UNTO DARKNESS!" he bellowed tremendously, slashing into all of his opponents with extended rapid sword-strikes, spreading his arms as black fiery meteors peppered the entire battlefield, then turning the entire warzone into a exploding hellfire in his ultimate Limit Break, Realm of Darkness aimed at everyone.
Stroud's callous, cruel laughter continued over the Armageddon as the "BHAHAHAHA! It is too late to save your sniveling, groveling species, return from the muck at our feet where your rightful place is! Heartless are the dominant evolution of mankind! All your hearts belong to us and nothing CAN STOP ME!!!"
The worlds had now formed almost into a tight shield around Kingdom Hearts, the world they were standing on shaking violently to remind the heroes fighting Stroud the impending sense of dread, urgency... and death they all would soon face if they didn't stop using their heads and start fighting with their hearts.
FINAL BOSS THEME: Escape from UB - For theThird Birthday
---
Deathblow: A sword technique that if successfully hitting a single opponent, will KO them and prevent them from taking any action for one turn, unless they are revived by a spell such as Life/Revive or Auto-Life. If it misses, it will guarantee that the next ability that Stroud uses other than Deathblow will successfully hit that opponent. Two-turn cooldown.
Realm of Destruction: Stroud's ultimate attack, which can only be used in his Grim Stroud form. He slashes the target(s) multiple times in rapid succession, before stabbing it into his main opponent(s), raising his arms to the sky and his enlarged shadow cast over his opponents sinking them into a realm of darkness and black fiery meteors. The hellfire explodes around his opponents as Stroud watches on and laughs darkly as the attack ends, his form appearing over them dominantly in a god-like manner, before they are returned to the normal battlefield. Five-post cooldown.

Aqua grinned as her keyblade hit Stroud, glad that her attack actually hit its mark, since the dark entity was set on avoiding them at every chance he possibly could. She figured that with all the previous battles, this was his very last stand, and if they all managed to get a few hits in... the battle would be won.
Her smile immediately disappeared from her face as Stroud's sword slammed into her and sent her hurtling towards the ground. The strength behind Stroud's swing made her fall quick, and while she tried to swing her keyblade to teleport and land safely, she didn't complete the swing in time and instead of teleporting away, she teleported herself closer to the ground. Luckily, though, the momentum was not as great as Stroud's swing but it was enough to cause pain as she hit the ground with a loud thud, not to mention the injuries she obtained from the initial impact with his weapon. She was momentarily stunned as her breath was knocked from her lungs, but Aqua knew she had to act fast because Stroud would attack again. Managing to slowly feel less immobile, air returning to her lungs, Aqua muttered a quiet "Heal", casting Curaga on herself. She glowed bright green as the spell did its work, and it was after this bright green glow subsided that the blue haired woman realized she still had the faint white and neon green glow of Ghost Drive...
...and as she saw Stroud telepathically sending giant hunks of rock her and everybody else's way, she noticed in the nick of time.
Feeling refreshed after curing herself, Aqua sprung off the ground and jumped into the air, swinging her keyblade, and leaving an afterimage in her wake. She narrowly avoided the oncoming attack, and as she landed she saw Selena almost avoid a rock only to get hit by it at the last second. Aqua winced, but the winged keybearer seemed unfazed, until she caught her eye, and that was when Sel looked like she might as well give up.
Aqua was initially confused until Selena threw her keyblade at her, and the Keyblade Master was quick to catch on to her friend's plan. She grabbed Sel's keyblade with her left hand and with a swing of Stormfell in her right she disappeared into the air again, leaving behind a still mirage once more. If she could hit Stroud with both she could have enough power and momentum for the finishing combo of Ghost Drive.
She hissed as Stroud reminded them that he could read their thoughts. She didn't have much time to make this attack work, and now she'd have to go about it differently... Aqua had no time to think as Stroud unleashed his deadliest attack, cartwheeling swiftly out of the way before disappearing into the air.
With multiple air combos once again, it seemed as if Aqua was going for the same trick as before, but instead she was focusing on gaining height rather than attacking Stroud from a blind spot. If she could end up above him, she could gain enough speed from the fall to send her into the finisher rather than using momentum from a keyblade swing. Compared to the other plan, this one was incredibly stupid, but Stroud was expecting the former and Aqua could only rely on instinct now.
She was now slightly above him, her arms tired from the multiple air combos, but this was no time to give in and drop to the ground. Glowing white, Aqua held Stormfall out farther than Heartsickness, her other arm tucked back, and it was then she plunged down towards the the leader of the Horsemen, encircling him with blasts of white light, and only once she was high in the sky above him, the white light beginning to fade, did they explode. If he managed to shield himself, Aqua used her newly gained height and the accompanying fall to swing both keyblades at him. The slashes were quick, and Aqua fell to the ground gracefully afterwards, and tossed Sel's keyblade back to her.

Yukimura tossed the girl he rescued away from him. He spoke down at her, saying, "You're no fighter, girl... Go back to where you came from."
The swordsman walked down the path, passing by the girl. He looked at the portal he opened and paused for a moment. He had no idea about what he was going into. Was he going to step into some enormous attack from someone? If so, was it possible to dodge or block the attack? Would Yukimura be able to have an opening on this Heartless?
Yukimura tightened his grip and continued to walk, wondering what was going to happen to him. He stepped through blindly, hoping for the best. When he entered the swirling arena, he had found himself near what one could say was the 'rim' of the arena. The girl Yukimura fought on Destiny Islands was lying on the ground at first, but then cast some sort of spell upon herself, allowing her to get up and feel refreshed. It seemed that it would only be a temporary recovery, due to the malicious Stroud's assault.
Stroud had been slashing violently at everything near by him, his dark aura emanating from the core of his being and his blade. Yukimura could tell that he had something planned, so the swordsman decided to plan something himself. He held his sword up in front of his face and placed his free hand beneath his other hand on the handle. He closed his eyes, focusing his power into the blade. Since Yukimura was at a relatively far distance, he felt it was possible to charge up his Dragon's Fang with enough magic to activate his Blessed Flames of Darkness spell.
However, before he could even begin to charge, the arena began to shake as the worlds tightened in the area. Yukimura cursed and stabbed his sword into invisible floor they were standing on. He looked at Stroud, then at the other fighters. This was starting to go out of hand! Yukimura had to do something right now!
He plucked his sword from the ground and charged forward. He felt his energy come back to him from using the Thunder Boots spell before. However, that did not change his mood. The warriors of Light were fighting a battle they didn't seem to be comprehending. The blue-haired girl was in the air once more, wielding the dark angel's weapon, after she had apparently given up on this fight.
The area became surrounded in darkness and peppered with meteors from all directions. Yukimura hopped side to side, swinging at a meteor that would come at him every now and again with Dragon's Fang. He came within striking distance of Stroud finally, ignoring Felix and Terra as he moved.
Yukimura launched himself at Stroud's leg, to disable some movement the heartless had. Afterwards, the swordsman spun back around and aimed for the same leg again, to make sure that Stroud couldn't move it again. He span back around one more time, standing next to Terra with his sword ready. He barked out, "Stay on your feet and do not be foolish! If you warriors fall to this thing, I will consider you all disgraces not worthy enough to even become part of Nothingness!"
Yukimura began to focus his dark power into his sword once more, the energy making the blade to heat up rapidly. He would hit this Heartless with his own darkness and fire from Hell! It would be deceived by the happiness it would feel from the darkness, as it becomes burnt to nothing but ash by Yukimura's Blessed Flames of Darkness!

Heavy footsteps rang from far away as each thud was incapable of audible registration to those on the battlefield. This man was dressed in black pants and a black coat with a hood that covered everything but his face. His face, the primary way to identify this man's public name, was concealed by a white mask.
The Masked Man was on a mission. His mission was only to better serve himself by ending a mistake he'd made long ago. As the battle raged onward, the man behind the mask payed no attention to the frivilous efforts of Terra, Aqua, Selena, Kadaj, Namine, Felix, and Yukimura, because they did not matter anymore. The battle was over as far as he was concerned, and it was only going to last as long as the trip towards the battlefield.
Nearly a minute later, just after Yukimura stood next to Terra and Aqua tossed 'Artemis' her keyblade, the Masked Man arrived nearly two arms' length away behind the massive Grim form, hidden from everyone in the area. A massive violet seal appeared as the figure raised an arm and pointed his flat palm at the figure of Stroud. The blade of a massive claymore erupted with sharp edges decorating the sides as if it were thorns on a rose's vine. The massive blade ripped through the entity that was the commander of all Heartless, sending pieces of armor flying in all directions. The only thing visible to those battling the villain of this story was the blade in question as it pierced straight through the final form of Stroud Harkden. Victory[/b] was now etched in stone for the man behind the mask.
As the attack came to a close, the blade retreated behind the seal as if it were a retractable child's toy. Now visible through two foot wide and five foot tall hole that Victory[/b] had left in its wake was mearly the ivory mask that signified that the war against the Heartless had ended, and a new one had begun.
"Enjoy your moment of relief, as time will show that I will no longer rely on those who are so...undependable."[/b]
The figure quickly turned and escaped through a circular portal that was a Corridor of Darkness. He had better things to do than attend to do-gooders and bad guys. He had worlds to conquer and they would not matter in the end, so he would not address them anymore.

try to bring me to my knees, try to take it all, now I willstandand watch you CRAWL [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,460,true][atrb=style, background: url(http://i53.tinypic.com/a2vuas.png); padding: 5px; text-align: justify; color: #202020;] A new world... it's birth was on the dawning horizon.
As Stroud's ultimate attack rained hell upon his victims, his laughter was as loud as it would ever be. These fools, their hearts would be added to Kingdom Hearts, and then he would watch as his new kingdom would come unto fruition. Just as he always envisioned it since he had becomed a Heartless, his past life as a war general forgotten. As he watched the battle finally draw closer to his favor, it would only be a moment longer before victory would be clear for him. But as he watched as the female keyblader came falling down after his Realm of Destruction had faded, a brief glimmer of surprise flickered in his amber eyes.
What? No, that was impossible!
The finisher of Ghost Drive caught him completely off guard, the white blasts encircling him exploding into him. The last strike she made with her keyblade made him yell out in pain, the blades cutting cleanly through his fortified armor. He felt an accompanying strike from the only remaining user of Darkness slicing into his leg and disabling his movement in addition to Felix's Slow status effect from Earth Manipulator, cutting him down and bringing him down to his knees. It was this act that caused him to remain in place as the mysterious Masked Man appeared at the last minute, summoning a giant thorned sword from a seal that thrusted out and pierced through his very core. This accompanied with Aqua's Ghost Drive strike and the accumulating poison from Selena's Heartsickness keyblade, along with Terra's Ultima Canon and Geo Impact, he felt had dealt the final blow.
With a loud screeching roar that could splinter the very formation of the Sea of Stars, followed by a defeated growl, the form of Grim Stroud tumbled over and fell with a thundering crash face-first to the ground.
It was finally over.
With a flash of light, the form of Grim Stroud was engulfed, and as it dimmed left behind a smaller form. The remaining dark and light energy, twisting in a twilight nether, escaped from Stroud's body as a beam of the purest, cleanest light escaped from the depths of the darkness beyond the open doors of the Door to Darkness, the energies rejoining and being absorbed as the Heart of All Hearts beyond the door reclaimed the power Stroud had stolen from it. As what remained of the energy sapped from the Heartless pulled itself exhaustingly to his knees, it was Stroud in his regular, normal Human Heartless form. He stabbed the Piercer down before him to use it as balance to pull his body up, but could not force his body's sapping life energy to do any further.
Black wisps of darkness began to peel off his body, signalling his time had come... and it was all he could do as a soft, hysterical laugh arose from him. Moments ago he was to become the literal leader and god of all Heartless... and now, he was fading away. Victory and paradise, all taken away within an instant before he could comprehend what had happened. He had underestimated the power of the heart, and it came to accept that now his demise had been met. It was too late to further contemplate where he had gone wrong, and he would not waste his last moments doing so. Instead, as typical of Stroud as those that opposed him would aggravatingly know, he would use the last of his life energy to express his last words in a speech. As he finished laughing, he looked at the back of the Masked Man as he disappeared within the Corridor of Darkness. "You... what are you doing here!? You... coward. Cannot... finish me, even by your own blade... so this had been your power, and your plan all along... with that toy." He glanced warily back to the warriors of the Light and Dark that had defeated him, and a cruel, cold smirk cracked across his face as literal cracks began to appear over his large masculine form.
"You may have defeated me... but in what short... time I rose to power, I accomplished... more than anyone ever has before... and this will only be... the beginning, as people like him... will go father than ever imagined until our goal is... complete." he boasted cryptically, having read the mind of the man and knowing what lay ahead. And that knowledge, he would take with him. "Darkness will always remain... in people's hearts, and thus will... the Heartless. You will never be rid... of us, and we will continue... to return all hearts to the greater heart... you will not... escape... your fate... from the truth... of... light, darkness... and that cursed blade." he warned, as he looked at the keyblades that Terra and Aqua held.
With that, he threw his head back, and the leader that was the Horseman of Destruction laughed with antagonizing confidence as his body finally faded into darkness.
And then, he ceased to exist, and was no more.
With his will gone and his power returned to Kingdom Hearts, the worlds that were literally miles away and surrounding Kingdom Hearts like a atom around a nucleus, stopped their descent from merging with the Heart of the World's Hearts. The Door to Darkness creaked and closed in on itself, before it faded away in beams of brilliant light. The hovering moon-shaped heart that was the Heart of People's Hearts slowly began to descend back into the sky, until it too vanished within the surrounding darkness of the Sea of Stars. The worlds shook, and slowly they began moving in the opposite direction back to their original places in the Lanes Between, sparkles of worlds that had been destroyed by the Heartless raining down from the sky as they began to reform. One by one, the remaining heroes of Light and Darkness began to be returned to their respective worlds as Kingdom Hearts was saved, and the realms restored once more.
---
Meanwhile, upon the barren desert world known as the Keyblade Graveyard, a man similar to the mask man stepped through the badlands, but his robe was colored white instead of black. His footsteps stopped their echo and kicking up arid sand as the figure looked up, seeing the heart-shaped moon in sky that had appeared in all the worlds ascending and disappearing to it's original location once more. At this, the man smiled.
"Well done... my master. The Eye of the Gods of this Dark Storm has finally passed... and now, we only await in between, what is to come... after this torrential aftermath."
The thread, and Eye of the Gods, has ended.

The Heartless was crushed and fell to the ground, darkness and light mixing in pools of black and white liquids. Yukimura was impressed that Stroud fell... but it also disturbed him about how short it took. The swordsman looked over the wounds the Heartless suffered and noticed something odd in the Heartless's chest immediately: A large, vertical stab mark from a blade no one here had made.
The Heartless rose to his feet and began to speak, making a speech that made him try to seem like he was powerful, even in the end. He gave a warning, too, about some man, whilst also talking to someone that was in his direction. Yukimura assumed that Stroud was talking about himself. He responded to the speech, in an arrogant manner.
"It's funny to see someone like you fall so easy, when you've had so much power, Heartless... However, you're a Heartless being, so you'll obviously fall in the end."
Yukimura walked over to the fading Heartless and slashed at the weapon, which was surprisingly brittle now. He grabbed the blade of the weapon and rose it up to his head. The blade was fading away in his hand, but Yukimura could tell that it had the same power the Heartless had. His sword ringed loudly, as if craving for the blade.
The swordsman walked away from the now faded Heartless and held the remaining blade to his own. The blades began to resonate when they were next to each other. Yukimura placed the shard of Stroud's sword onto Dragon's fang. Upon doing so, the blade melted into Dragon's Fang, a black flame engulfing the blade and rising up into an inferno for a moment. A large figure formed in the flame, in the shape of a Dragon, roaring violently before vanishing immediately back into the blade. Yukimura was puzzled by this, but for some reason, a wide, psychotic grin had formed on his face. He opened up a corridor of darkness, gazing excitedly at his blade. Something had occurred that made Yukimura happy.
"... Mwah hah hah hah hah..."

With all his blows having landed, the freelancer couldn’t help but smirk under his rocky armor, knowing that Stroud would be severely disabled for the next few moments. He had planned to continue his assault on Stroud but he had quickly grabbed him, crushing him in his grasp. Thanks to his stance though, Felix’s arms had been just high enough to avoid being grasped and he quickly covered his head as the hilt of Stroud’s giant blade came upon him. Despite blocking it, the freelancer’s head began to spin as he let out an audible grunt. Not a moment sooner, Stroud had flung him across the battlefield, the freelancer’s body bouncing along like a pebble on a river. It hurt, the pain was dreadful but thanks to his rocky armor he knew he could continue fighting after he slowed down… unless of course friendly fire was taken into account. Suddenly, massive ball of energy would hit Felix, the freelancer gritting his teeth as he cursed few obscenities before ending his sentence with “Keybearers,” Regardless, his body would now lay on the floor, his Earth Manipulator’s armor having been destroyed in the blast along with his shirt, something he would surely force that brown haired meathead to pay for. Another shot from the Ultima Cannon was fired, soaring overhead and from what little vision Felix had of the situation by lifting his head, it seemed to hit Stroud directly. The red head smiled lightly despite all the pain he was in, certain that his Earth Manipulator was what had allowed that to happen. While it probably mattered little to those “keybearers”, Felix actually employed strategy in how he fought and didn’t just “fight with his heart”. No, that only worked for those keybearers and as a human not blessed with such a crude, albeit, powerful weapon. He had limitations imposed on him while they had none, a fact reinforced as Terra went in for a close range attack. “I hope you know you’re paying for this shirt!” he shouted, still not entirely sure if the fool had heard him despite the volume of his voice. Regardless, the freelancer’s head would lift a bit higher, watching as everyone’s blows seemed to be landing with a much higher success rate. As it would seem, the Earth Manipulator had done quite a number on Stroud, much more than the freelancer had expected. That noted, it was quite regrettable that he was stuck to the floor right now, having taken a high amount of damage to open up that opportunity for the others. “No…” he silently mouthed, his teeth grit as he attempted to push himself up, “I won’t allow them…” he continued, his arms shaking as they lifted him off the ground, “to take my prey!” he finished, ragged breaths escaping his lips. His body was a mess, his entire upper body singed from the aftermath of Terra’s Ultima Cannon, and quite a few bruises from getting thrown about so often during the fight. Despite all that, his willpower or perhaps even his “heart” urged him to continue this battle no matter what. He began to step forward, his breaths growing in rapidity as his feet seemed to get heavier with every inch forward, his body aching with pain, and his bones feeling all but shattered to dust. ‘I’ve still got a bit to wait on using Mass Manipulator and I can’t use any of my elemental manipulators for a while too…,’ he began to think to himself as he watched the fight proceed, ‘I’m beyond injured and at this point I don’t think my burning hatred for keybearers will get me back up again…,’ he continued further in his mind as he clenched his right fist tightly. He smirked lightly as his eyes flickered with the urge to fight, ‘but that’s what I live for right? Let’s see if I can push past the limits of being an ordinary human once again!’ he shouted mentally as he got ready to use the last of his energy to sprint forward but stopped as a seal appeared beneath Stroud. Within a second, Stroud’s body would be impaled by a massive sword, shattering his armor as it flew about the battlefield. The freelancer stood still though, a piece of shrapnel passing by his cheek and leaving a small cut… he was stunned. After all his effort, all his planning, and after all the willpower he used to pick himself back up… someone stole his prey in the blink of an eye? Shock was the first thing to run through his heart but the second emotion that quickly replaced it was anger. Without any more hesitation, the redhead charged at the man, his right hand cocked back to smash his face. Unfortunately for the freelancer, the mere seconds he took to get a grip on the situation had been enough for the man to escape through a Corridor of Darkness as he threw the punch with all his weight. He rolled forward, the portal closing as he positioned himself on his posterior, his hands behind him and holding up. “Are you fecking kidding me?! He was mine!” he shouted, his ears not listening to any of Stroud’s last words. He fell on his back, arms sprawled out as he let out an exasperated sigh… this was one hell of a bad day. He had failed the job he had been sent on, sustained heavy injures that would take at least a month to heal completely, ruined any chance he had with the blue-haired chick, and now had been robbed of the satisfaction ending Stroud and proving the beast that humans were his biggest threat… a bad day was an understatement. “I just hope I still get paid for this,” he mumbled out as he watched the scenery around him rapidly change, probably meaning that the universe was saved until whatever other lunatic threatened the worlds came around. Whatever the case was, he’d probably be leaving the way he had come, through a Corridor of Darkness, something he never enjoyed. That noted, he quickly kicked himself up, not wanting to miss his “train” back home and upon doing so he spotted the keybearer with wings. His eyes blinked a couple times, recalling the disagreement she had spoken when he had insulted the keybearers. A smirk curved against his lips, and despite all the frustration he had collected from this rather unfruitful endeavor, he couldn’t help but flirt a little. “Hey you with the angel wings,” he shouted, attempting to get her attention, “If what you said is true why don’t you tell me all about it over dinner sometime? Maybe you can prove me wrong about what I said,” he offered, his hands having grabbed a business card from his wallet as he spoke. He then tossed it over to her with a quick flick of the wrist, aimed for the slight crack between her fingers to slip in and stay in place. “Ciao,” he’d finish, waving goodbye to the keybearer with his signature grin curved against his lips. Before she could reply, he’d swiftly take his leave in the portal provided, being taken to his apartment in Radiant Gardens. Without so much as second glance to make sure it was his own place, the redhead would fall onto his bed, far too exhausted now to try and be angry. “I’ll go be angry tomorrow,” he’d whisper as he went to visit Sleepy’s house, knocking out within seconds of hitting his bed. OOC: Felix has left the thread.

When Stroud stated that he could read her mind, Selena could only smirk at him because she wanted him to focus on her so Aqua and everyone else to have an opening for their attacks. It could be thought of as using herself as a scapegoat "Then why did you fall for it?" asked the dark keybearer, mocking him for falling for such a mediocre trick and flew backwards to avoid the Horseman's Deathblow. However as a direct result, the dark angel was hit by Realm of Darkness and without her weapon, she was mostly unable to defend herself as the battlefield was bombarded by meteors.
Critically injured, 'Artemis' then swiftly went down and caught the Heartsickness keyblade that Aqua threw back to her. The dark keybearer outstretched her wings to slow herself down as she landed on the ground in a crouch position. As she pulled herself back up, the black angel almost stumbled due to a piercing pain in both of her shins. "Must've happened when I tripped over that hunk of rock...." muttered 'Artemis' irritably as she overheard a certain mercenary speak about his 'burning hatred' for keybearers and resisted the violent urge to punch him in the gut. She shot him a dark warning glare and then glanced at the Heartless Horseman in time to witness the thorny sword pierce through his core. Selena did not catch sight of the Masked Man as he escaped through a corridor of darkness.
Stunned not from the sudden defeat from the Heartless but rather from the sudden appearance of the sword, the dark angel watched him fall face first to the ground. Whose sword was that...?[/color]wondered 'Artemis' as she listened to Stroud's final speech until he ceased to be, Hm...[/color] The winged keybearer closed her eyes and unsummons her Heartsickness keyblade. The dark angel only glanced at the red-headed mercenary when he called for her attention and she felt something slip into the crack of her fingers. Selena adjusted the card between her fingers and held it up so she could skim it before pocketing it. She rolled her eyes at his exit. Idiot...
'Artemis' quietly glanced at everyone else who was still here. It seems that everyone made it through unscathed...wondered the dark angel as she remembers the Memory Witch's absence. She hoped that the girl was alright and had escaped instead of the worst case scenario.
With one hand, the dark keybearer opens a Corridor of Darkness."Maybe I'll see you guys later..."mutters Selena quietly as she walked into the darkness and exited the battlefield.

[I’m skipping ahead a little here by jumping to Stroud’s demise]
How could it end this way?
Terra had fought with his everything over and over again to end the Heartless master, and some masked man just ripped the guy into bacon bits. How could one guy be strong enough to end what it took all of them to survive against? Seriously, Terra and the rest of the crew had been using every ounce of their energy to survive the malicious onslaught brought on by the God of Heartless, and he showed little signs of slowing down.
Now, Terra glanced through the massive hole left in Stroud’s chest, and he only saw a man in a short, black trench coat with a tight fitting black shirt and loose black pants, but that wasn’t what really caught his attention. It was the mask, it seemed to stare straight through him, as if he were nothing but a pawn designed to weaken Stroud for him.
For the first time since Terra had arrived at Kingdom Hearts, which seemed like months ago, Terra lost his grip on the keyblade, Ends of the Earth. It banged and crashed against the seemingly solid surface below until it bounced to a stand-still. How in the world was he supposed to keep up with a guy whose sole existence seemed to outshine the Keyblade Apprentice in every way?
It took nearly ten minutes before Terra could bring himself to move again. He was still trying to recover from the shock of seeing one of the strongest beings in Terra’s knowledge defeated so easily. It just didn’t seem possible. It was all he could do to summon his Keyblade Glider and suit of armor. The next thing he knew he was outside of the battleground, unknowingly drifting towards whatever world came first. He didn’t even know how to begin fighting a being like that.
Perhaps it was time to re-think his career choice.
