The smirk on the lips of the Crimson SOLDIER remained fixed upon his face as he heard the acceptation of his challenge from the short Keybarer before him. Good, then this was going to be an enjoyable encounter over a simple struggle for survival. Though perhaps the latter would have been a better test, for surely this young man was not going to fight as his maximum potential when he knows that his life will be assured no matter what the final outcome were to be. The only thing he was really fighting for now was perhaps his pride and the future of this world both men stood upon. Who knew? This was the first time Genesis had met this young man and if things worked out as he planned, he'd have a temporary partner to aid in fighting against Sephiroth when the time came. But one wasn't going to be enough. Perhaps if he could find Selena and Night again, he could convince them to join him as well? There was also Riku and if the Crimson SOLDIER could persuade him, then there was every chance the silver-haired lad would inform Sora. Having such a force to use against The Chosen One would certainly give him the advantage... but, there was every possibility that Sephiroth himself was gathering allies.
Such a thought would have to be put on hold for now, seeing as there were a battle that had to be fought. Genesis remained rooted to his spot on which he stood, eyes locked onto Roxas as he watched the young man suddenly approach, his speed admirable as a horizontal slash was made at him. The sound of the SOLDIER's Rapier singing as it sliced though the air reached Genesis' ears as he brought his Rapier down towards the floor within both hands, before subtly letting go of the hilt with his right hand. Genesis then suddenly launched his left arm skywards in a counter slash to Roxas, smashing the long, slender weapon into the Keyblade. Crimson sparks crackled off the Imbued Rapier as steel met steel, though at the same time, Genesis' smirk turned wicked as he pushed his right palm out before him towards Roxas, a fiery ball enveloping his hand as he did so that exploded into five Flashes
[/b], each one rocketing out towards the young Keybarer in an attempt to smash into his exposed chest. But a moment passed and the Crimson SOLDIER jumped backwards, putting some distance between him and the potential set of explosions that were possibly going to follow. Leather boots thudded upon the wooden surface of the large table underneath the large stained glass window, the howling of the wind only not returning to the SOLDIER's ears as the sound of battle died down. Some loose sheets of paper shifted and blew off the top of the table as the grown man landed upon it, fluttering down to the cold, stone floor below. "Forgive my rudeness, it is customary for two warriors to exchange names before they fight."After passing his Rapier back into his right hand, the SOLDIER 1st Class shifted his smirk back into a sincere smile before he pressed his left palm against his chest, bowing forth slightly in respect. "I am Genesis Rhapsodos, SOLDIER 1st Class and Crimson Champion. Let us make this encounter a memorable one, no?"The smile returned to a smirk as the Rapier was brought up to eye level, the tip aimed out towards the Keybarer as Genesis stepped down off the table, awaiting the next attack from the Keybarer. As Roxas came in for his strike, he took note of his opponent’s speed. In the short amount of time it took him to close the distance, the man had dropped his sword quickly reversing his grip on the blade before swinging it upward causing metal to clash with metal, sending sparks from the two weapons as they met. There was a brief moment where Roxas struggled to gain the upper hand in the battle, but his struggle stopped as he saw the smirk on the man’s face turn evil. Sensing danger even before the man had made his next move, Roxas pushed away from the guy as he sent five flaming fireballs in his direction. Having to think fast, Roxas spun his blade in a circular motion before him creating a slight barrier with the action.
He managed to not get badly hurt as the fireballs met his blade, their small explosion pushing him back each time. Still, despite the counter move, the heat was still able to burn his hands slightly and even redden the exposed skin on his face, but other then this the keyblader remained unharmed. With the danger gone, Roxas stopped spinning the keyblade. quickly bringing it to his side right side with the teeth facing outward as he pointed the blade at the ground. He was sore and slightly burnt, but not defeated. He still had a lot of fight in him and the little tick the guy had shown him just now made the battle that much more serious to the Nobody. Regardless of the deal, he hadn’t exactly planned to be easy on the guy.
In any case, the ringing caused from explosion was slowly subsiding as the room begin to settle once more now that the first round of attacks had ended. Roxas stayed where he was as he looked at the guy now standing on the table. He must’ve gotten up there when he moved away from his own attack. Smart. Very smart.
As the man spoke, Roxas raised an eyebrow at his words. Introductions, huh? He supposed that was okay. He watched as the guy bowed slightly from the table, making him look like an elegant actor on stage. The introduction he gave was just as elegant as the look he had created. Roxas nodded as the guy finished speaking. “Genesis, huh? I can remember that,” he said returning the smile easily enough. “I am Roxas,” he said finishing the introduction. Sure, it wasn’t as fancy as the guy’s, but the simple introduction did its job well enough. As the guy came off the table, smirking once more Roxas nodded as he returned the smirk.
“Something to remember, huh?” he asked and then became serious once more. "Alright then."
He finished speaking and came at the man once more, stabbing out towards him when he was within range again. Depending on what the man did next would determine how he followed the stab up.

The subtle rustle of paper being crumpled softly reached the Crimson SOLDIER's ears as his leather boots flattened a piece of paper that had landed in a half folded state. No attention was given to the subtle destruction that happened upon the floor, for the brightly glowing eyes of the SOLDIER 1st Class remained locked onto the spheres of the Keybarer, whose name was revealed to be 'Roxas'. This was a new name to Genesis, but it was one he was going to remember for certain. Hopefully, this Roxas was going to become a future ally, one that was going to be very useful for near-future plans. Though for the time being, he was an opponent in another battle, one of possibly infinitely more. Who knew? So long as the war remained brewing between the worlds, between the Light and the Darkness, there was forever going to be battle and conflict. Perhaps this one wasn't on such a serious scale, for terms and conditions had been spoken of, not necessarily agreed upon, but certainly spoken of before weapons were drawn. If it had been any other user of the Darkness meeting this boy, without intentions other then death and destruction, things would most certainly have been played out differently.
"Roxas, you say? Very well. May out duel be one to remember and I wish you the best of luck." Spoke the auburn-haired man as he smiled at the boy standing a short distance away from him. The way the Keybarer dealt with his Flashes was impressive. Using his weapon as a spinning shield to extinguish the flames as well as guard himself from their explosions was intelligently done. Though the redness on his hands revealed his idea wasn't totally successful. No matter. There would be more chances for this lad to show off what he was made of, and the auburn-haired SOLDIER had high expectations for this boy. Then the next round began, with the Key wielding boy moving in swiftly for a stabbing attack. Too easily read were his actions, which Genesis did indeed read and simply jumped backwards towards the table behind him. Mid-flight though, he kicked off the table, causing the large, heavy wooden object to shift position and grind it's legs upon the floor as it skidded into the wall beside it. As the table moved position, so did Genesis, who launched himself into the air from the kick, flipping himself through the air straight over Roxas' head. At the same time as the table hitting the wall did Genesis' leather bound feet plant themselves upon the floor, the heavy combined thud echoing throughout the library.
Not one to pause and give the Keybarer time to turn and see what was going on, Genesis brought his Imbued Rapier up over his head and pounced at the messy-haired boy, swinging the elegant weapon down in a heavy strike. Whether he hit the Keybarer or missed, the table used as a springboard was not so fortunate, for the fiery Rapier made contact with the wooden table, slicing it clean in two with a loud 'SNAP'. The books, pieces of paper and candlestick sitting peacefully upon the table slid down and clattered upon the clod stone floor, making more of a noise following the breaking of the table and the singing of Genesis' Rapier as it sliced through the air. For the moment, the Crimson SOLDIER took his attention off his messy haired opponent to observe the damage he had caused. Curses... and he had said only moments earlier that they should both be careful not to damage anything. Well, the books at least and the books and old tomes that were upon the table, now on the floor, appeared unharmed. "Whoops... I ought to watch what I'm doing..." The LOVELESS quoter spoke aloud, turning to cast his fiery-glowing eyes about the library to see what had become of his opponent.

The Man in Red called Genesis was turning out to be an opponent that was actually fun to fight whether than an annoyance to the Nobody. The man was intelligent and well mannered, his more polite side being disarming for someone unprepared. He was a dangerous type indeed, making the Nobody very happy that this was a duel instead a fight to the death. Otherwise, the outcome might’ve been more painful than it currently was. Having to fight the guy on more friendly terms gave the Nobody a chance to see the guy’s skills that even he had to admit were impressive. The boy knew the guy was holding back, but he didn’t mind. It wouldn’t change the fact that he would still take the battle seriously…or that he was beginning to consider his Dark foe a potential ally.
In any case, Roxas heard the response to his words and had only nodded before he was in action. To his stab, Genesis was swift to get out of the way by jumping back and away. Mid-jump, he kicked off the table using it for an extra boost before doing a flip over Roxas. He was fast, making him hard to follow. The noise of the table crashing into the wall was loud enough to make the sounds of the man’s movements nearly impossible for normal ears to hear; however, the Nobody did not need hearing to “see” his opponent. He could feel the Darknes draw closer to him letting him know that an attack had been made. He turned slightly to see the blade coming down upon him. Instinctively, he dove to the side before curling into a ball and rolling up on one knee. His attention was briefly drawn to the table that was cut in two by the powerful strike.
The sound the table and books made were loud enough to be deafening and a bit disorienting to those that might rely on hearing to predict other’s moves. Using the sound to his advantage, Roxas moved forward coming at the man with what appeared to be a repeat of the horizontal slash. As the man spoke about being careful, Roxas had already closed the distance between them and swung out at the man. The man would probably dodge the move, but this did not matter to the Nobody as he spoke remaining in motion.
“Yeah. You should,” was all the boy said in response to the words as he quickly shifted his position to the right coming at the guy with a side swipe. Whether or not the guy blocked, dodge, or got hit only time would tell. Regardless of this, Roxas would move away from the man before taking a position near the bookshelf, raising his blade in such a way that it rested diagonally across his body like a shield. As he gripped the blade with both of his slightly burnt hands, he looked across the weapon with serious blue eyes waiting for the guy’s next move. The guy was good, he’d give him that, but the Nobody wondered how he would do against a different style. The grip on the weapon changed slightly making it hard to tell if the boy was waiting to guard an attack or was about to throw his weapon at the man…

The small piece of destruction that was the breaking of the table caused a small cloud of dust to waft up and blow over the Crimson SOLDIER's leather boots, adding a fine layer of dust to his foot attire. After the main 'SNAP' of the table breaking had shot through the air like a bullet from a gun, many more subtle sounds started their part on the 'music sheet' of this battle. Small splinters of wood tinkled and danced as they bounced across the cold stone floor, the old, dried pages of the books fluttered as the breeze from the large window nearby blew past and allowed the pages to dance along with the splinters. It was a shame that there was not enough time to stop and try and listen out for all the small sound effects that had been caused from the SOLDIER 1st Class destroying the table. No, there was a battle to be fought and the intended target for Genesis' most recent attack had managed a successful dodge bu diving to one side. A common but effective tactic. It didn't take the auburn-haired man long to turn and look in Roxas' direction, but by time he had done so, the messy-haired Keybarer was already too close.
Genesis' ears picked up the sounds of the steel Keyblade swinging through the air before his glowing eyes caught sight of the threat and sent warning to his brain, making him move away. By the time he did turn to watch Roxas, the first swing of that black, dark-looking weapon smacked into his right shoulder, forcing him to jolt to his left, his feet staggering a couple steps from the recoil. Such power... though the second swing caught him square in the chest and would have send him tumbling back into the broken table were it not for the third blow to his back that sent him reeling forwards. Leather boots scuffed against the floor as the SOLDIER struggled to hold his balance, though managed to succeed. There was no chance that this Keybarer was using anything near his full potential. Genesis could tell from the impacts of that weapon against his body. As his left hand raised up to clutch at the wound on his chest, his leather coat creaking as it tightening about his arms with the movement, the brightly glowing eyes of the LOVELESS quoter widened and watched as the boy side stepped about him and send a final slash his way. This too struck him and caused the SOLDIER to stumble backwards until his heel caught the edge of the broken table top, resulting in him tripping and fall down, further breaking the old wooden table.
"Heh heh heh..." Came the soft laughter of the Keybarer's opponent through the new cloud of dust that has been created. As the light shone through the glass window, streaks of light broke through the dust and revealed to Roxas the SOLDIER's figure, which was standing back up and appearing to dust himself off. "You too, are just as powerful as the others I have encountered." Spoke the Crimson SOLDIER once more, his voice clearly heard over the sound of his gloved hand patted against his coat, arms and legs. Two cuts has been caused upon his chest where the black shirt he wore under the thicker, more armoured coat had lost the fight against the teeth of the Oblivion Keyblade. His shoulder and back were sore, but no damage to the coat had been caused. "Though do not allow your current success to go to your head. You're going to have to tap into some of that strength of yours if you wish have your way with this world."
With that said, the dusty cloud kicked up from Genesis' fall was suddenly blown away as Genesis himself blasted through it at an incredible speed, closing the gap between himself and the Keybarer in a mere instant! That devilish smirk returned to the SOLDIER's lips as he suddenly span himself around on the spot in a blindingly fast 360 degree spin. As he did so, a strong current of wind enveloped the auburn-haired man that, if Roxas remained standing too close, would suck the young boy in towards him. Just as fast as Genesis had span on the spot did the SOLDIER swing out his Imbued Rapier in a violent Twister Strike
[/b], which if it struck Roxas or his Keyblade, would carry such strength that it would have a high chance of breaking his guard and knocking him away with incredible force. The mini-vortex of wind surrounding the SOLDIER changed from pulling to pushing, aiding in throwing young Roxas away from him should he have chose to jump to avoid the physical blow of Twister Strike[/b]. Once completed, Genesis flexed his knees and jumped up top of one of the many bookshelves, the wooden frame creaking under his weight as he scoured the library, hawk-like eyes searching for what may have become of his opponent. [/blockquote] -=Cooldowns=- Imbue Sword[/b] - Effect is Active. -- Genesis runs his left palm down the length of his blade, giving his weapon a bright crimson aura as it's imbued with his magic. He will then slash out furiously with a single Rapier strike that will inflict heavy damage as well as swatting his opponent away a fair distance. If guarded against, the attack will still knock away an opponent, but only deal a fraction of the damage. As Genesis strikes his enemy, the vortex of air he creates will also blast outwards to aid in throwing away his foe.::Note:: Twister Strike will knock away an enemy, even if guarded against.

All blows had managed to hit his opponent causing the man to stagger back and…trip over the broken table. It was a bit surprising to see the man fall over the broken object, breaking it even more, for the Nobody had thought the man to be more graceful than that. Even while being hit by the attacks, he thought the man would have held his ground against the swipes after showing such grace beforehand, but then again he supposed even the most graceful people had their moments of klutziness. In any case, Roxas thoughts went from the trip back to the situation at hand.
He could hear the man laughing from the dust cloud caused by the fall and began to wonder if the guy had lost his mind or was simply having fun. Whatever the case was, he didn’t have much time to think about it as he gazed over his keyblade still in its guarded position. The man had recovered quickly from the fall and was now starting to stand once more as he dusted himself off. As he did, so he complimented the boy’s strength comparing it to other the other keybladers he had fought. Again, Roxas wondered just how many were out there. He knew that he, his Somebody, Riku, and Kairi were not alone with the burden of the keyblade. He had already met others like Ven and Aqua that had proved there were more than one, but the way this man spoke of the keybearers made the Nobody believe that the man may have been referring to different people bring the total close near ten or so.
It was an odd thing to calculate keybearers like he was doing now, especially in the middle of battle, but between this guy, encounters, and also that graveyard full of keys the young Nobody had to wonder if there was not another army of keybladers waiting to battle some force in the world. If there was an army in the making, then he hoped that whatever war they had to deal with would not come his way. He had enough issues to worry about without thinking of yet another war to deal. Would the problems ever cease?
Mentally shaking away the thoughts, Roxas refocused on his opponent. He was probably just over thinking things, something he could not afford to do at a time like this. When he had been lost in thought his defensive stance had slackened slightly; however, as soon as he focused again the defense was back up and strong once again.
As he watched his opponent, he noticed that he had manage to damage the guy in the chest when he had launched his attacks. It was good to see that the guy wasn’t nearly as hard as Roy, but it also made the keyblader wonder if he was going easy on him. He sure hoped not. He wanted the guy to fight on equal grounds with him, even if some of the power within the Nobody was locked away at the moment. He was still going to give this battle his best shot. The man either caught onto this train of thoughts or something for his next words were creepily on cue.
As he listened, the blue eyes of the Nobody narrowed slightly as a ping of anger flooded through him. He was not about to get cocky, he knew better than to do that, so the man had no need to worry about that. He wasn’t a kid to be held by the hand. No… he knew the price of over-confidence all too well and quite frankly he didn’t want to revisit that lesson anytime soon. In any case, the words following were what caught the Nobody’s attention wiping away the slight ping of anger. Tap into his strength? How was he going to do that? All his power had been lost when he had lost Oathkeeper and while he had managed to get the blade back, he still had not been resorted back to himself. The only way he could think of regaining his former strength was too start from scratch once more and fight his way back to power. Not a fun idea, but he had to do what he had to do if he wanted to survive and find his way in this madness.
The thought passed by, but it had lingered a second to long. In his distracted state, he barely noticed his opponent’s move until he was right in front of him! Bright blue eyes widen in shock as his defense stance broke as he tried to take a step back to avoid whatever attack that smirk suggested. The step back hadn’t been good enough to put the distance required to avoid what happened next.
As the man begin to spin at insane speed, Roxas was pulled straight towards him and his violent attack. The moves were fast making it hard to guard against, but Roxas managed to block most of powerful blade strike with his key before he was being thrown across the room both from the spin and strike. There was the clatter and scrapping of metal as the boy hit the ground and skid across the room on his stomach, coming to a stop on the opposite side from where the man was. A bit dazed, Roxas got up trying to shake off the attack. As he moved he felt a sharp pain in his arm that helped him focus once more. Wincing, he looked over at his right arm to see the blade had managed to leave a long, but thankfully shallow cut on his arm. It was bleeding slightly and hurt like crazy, but at least he could still use the arm.
”Tch,” was all that was heard as he got to his feet once more, his eyes locking on his crimson clad opponent as he moved. He saw the man landing on top of a bookshelf, graceful as ever, but he wasn’t about to give him time to focus very much.
Switching his blade to his good hand and arm, the boy pulled his arm back before flinging Oblivion at his opponent, letting the blade go as it spun through the air towards its target. If Genesis stayed where he was he would be hit by a rather heavy blow from the blade; however, if he dodged. The blade would sail harmlessly pass him. To block would cause the key to stop and clatter to the floor. Dodge, block, or be hit time would soon show. Whatever the man did in reaction to the throw, the Nobody only hoped he would be distraction enough to not notice what he was doing.
As Oblivion moved through the air, Roxas followed it charging at the bookcase at a slight angle. When he was near the case, he jumped up slightly summoning Oathkeeperto him at the same time. He used the teeth of the key to pull himself up onto the bookcase where after catching his balance slightly on the slightly wobbly shelf, he came at Genesis with a vicious stab.
How the man reacted to the attack, the Nobody didn’t care as he hopped back slightly holding out his free hand. Oblivion, who had finished its spinning by now vanished from wherever it had landed and returned to its owner.
With two blades in hand, Roxas began his next move by spinning slightly bringing Oathkeeper up and around in a vicious downward horizontal slash…

The two slashes across his chest had drawn blood, perhaps more so then the wound upon the arm of Roxas and while they had been dealt with the power of the Keyblade, they appeared to have had little effect on the strength and stamina of the Crimson SOLDIER. They hurt, he wasn't going to lie. Getting attacked and having blood drawn as a result hurt no matter how often it was experienced. But these small slashes were nothing. Add hundred more to him and maybe then it might start to have an effect. Though the smirk upon Genesis' face told how he was feeling as clear as day. He was having fun. While this was a serious test, the LOVELESS SOLDIER always enjoyed battling against strong new opponents. It reminded him a lot of days past where Angeal, Sephiroth and himself would all spar together within the training room of the Shin-Ra HQ Building. Each and every time The Three set foot within that room, their sparring and battles grew fiercer and more intense. It was just one of those things that made Genesis' adrenaline rush and the situation he was in now was no different. This boy had the potential to become something spectacular, but the question was whether this messy-haired lad knew of this himself? Whatever his intentions were, they appeared to be for the good of things. For hope, justice, peace. At least that was some of the body language the SOLDIER 1st Class was able to read off this guy.
Once the Twister Strike had done it's job in swatting little Roxas across the library, Genesis merely let a chuckle escape his lips as he felt the fierce impact of Rapier upon Keyblade. A good block, though the Nobody was clearly caught off guard with the pulling of the vortex. It was not going to be so easy to hit him with that attack again, which only made this battle more and more interesting. The clatter of a body hitting and then skidding across the cold floor was all Genesis needed to hear. His Twister Strike had retained it's ability to knock an enemy away, regardless of a physical strike or a blocked attack. After leaping up onto the bookshelf, Genesis shifted to the edge and peered down into the row where he once stood. His brightly glowing eyes scanned the entire row to see where Roxas had fallen too and smirked brightly when watching the lad get to his feet. "Your speed is admirable, young Roxas." Genesis complimented, lifting his free arm u before him as he twitched his index finger at Roxas, beckoning him to come up to the top of the bookshelves so they could continue their bout. "I will be expecting you to get out the way of that attack fully next time."
There was a moment of silence between the warriors as the auburn-haired man watched his opponent switch hands, now noticing the wound on Roxas' arm. Unlucky. Perhaps he lacked the strength to block the entire attack, or maybe Genesis was simply too fast for him. Either way, the rapid sound of rotation reached the SOLDIER's ears as his eyes watched the quickly approaching Keyblade rocket through the air. This, to Genesis, appeared to be a very foolish attack. While the chances of him catching the Keyblade by the handle were pretty low, he could at least smack the weapon away from himself and Roxas with a swing of his Rapier. Though he knew not that Roxas could easily summon the weapon back to his hand, he decided to bring his Imbued Rapier up to his right hand side and swung the weapon out in a wide horizontal arc. The loud 'PING' of steel upon steel echoed about the library as the Oblivion Keyblade was went flying across the tops of the bookshelves, disappearing down into a row on the other side of the room. With the Rapier out to his left, Genesis' smirk grew as he stepped forwards along the bookshelf as he twisted his hips and brought the long, slender weapon back across himself. Another metallic 'PING' was caused as Rapier and Oathkeeper met. Sparks flew, but Genesis pushed against Roxas' Keyblade, keeping contact between weapons as he parried the attack to his right. While doing so, he lifted his right leg while spinning around in a graceful 360 degree circle, kicking out his right boot upon rotation, aiming his kick into Roxas' rips to attempt to kick him off this bookshelf and into the one opposite. If his kick missed, then the pair would simply have switched positions on the creaky, wooden top of the bookshelf.
Leaping backwards in a long retreating maneuver, Genesis noticed that his opponent now wielded two Keyblades. "Two? I thought you Keybarers were limited to one?" Asked the SOLDIER 1st Class as he landed close to the far end of the bookshelf, his coat falling down and flapping against the backs of his legs. 'Artemis', Night, Riku and Sora all wielded a single Keyblade. What made this guy different to give him a second? Or could everyone use two and they simply chose to wield one when facing the Crimson SOLDIER in combat? This was an interesting situation to be in. One Keyblade had tremendous power, so now facing two at once was going to make things heat up. If anything, Genesis' smirk again revealed that he was going to enjoy what happened next. Speaking of what happened next, a sudden purple and black flame appeared in the left, open palm of the auburn-haired man. A strong aura of Darkness was coming from it as the quoter of LOVELESS began to gather strength for his Shadow Flare attack. He didn't cast it yet though, for he needed to wait and see what the boy before him was going to do next. If he could find an opening in Roxas' guard, it would be the best chance to release the attack. There was every possibility too, for with a Keyblade in each hand, Roxas was surely going to go on the offense now.

The man Roxas fought showed he was a well trained warrior use to combat. He carried the wounds Oblivion had caused him to gain without trouble, letting the Nobody know that it would take more than a handful of strikes to take the guy down. Good. He’d be disappointed otherwise. The man had not only decided to show the boy his ability to endure, but he also showed that he had more power than the young keyblader had expected hidden within him. That spinning attack thing he did was enough to set the record straight. There was something about the attack and the resulting hits that snapped something within the Nobody. He went from being light hearted and friendly to serious and cold once more as he focused on Genesis.
He heard the man’s words, but did not respond to the compliment. No amount of flattering would shatter the warrior like attitude that had sunk within the Nobody. When he saw him gesture for him to come to him, the Nobody didn't moved as he tried to figure the best way to get at the guy. Once he had settled on a plan, he simply nodded at the man’s second set of words before putting his plan into actions seconds later.
It was no surprise that the guy had knocked Oblivion away when Roxas let it fly. He had expected nothing less from his quick foe. As the boy made his way up the bookshelf and made his attack, the man countered with a parry that caused the two blades to hit with such force that the impact sent slight pain through Roxas’s injured arm, but he did not give up as his opponent sought to overpower him. The Nobody resisted the man’s push long enough to see the attack that was about to come. As the man spun to perform his kick, the keyblader moved out the way, the slight dance causing the pair to switch positions on the bookshelf.
The shelf rocked and creaked under their weight, but thankfully didn’t give as the battle continued on between the pair. Following the kick, there was a brief calm as Roxas watched his opponent carefully. The man had put distance between them and was speaking again. In response to his words, Roxas simply smirked.
“Keybladers are full of surprises. You best get used to it,” he responded back before his face became serious once more. The boy was watching his opponent, taking note of the dark flames now his hand. An attack being charged no doubt, but Roxas didn’t seem to fear it. Instead of attacking as would be expected since he was now holding two blades in his hands, the boy simply jumped from his spot on the book shelf and landed on another shelf a few feet away. Holding his keyblades loosely at his side, he tilted his head in Genesis' direction as if he were expecting him to be paying attention to something…even if he wasn’t doing nothing at all.
Back on the shelf where Genesis was appeared one Samurai Nobody in the spot where Roxas had been. If the man was perceptive, he would’ve noticed when it appeared; however, if he was more focused on Roxas, then about time he would realize the Samurai was there it would be too late. For you see, as soon as the creature appeared, it dashed forward and took a heavy diagonal swing at Genesis first swinging downward and to the right then following it with upward diagonal slice to left. The pattern creating an invisible X as the sharp blade traveled.
As the Samurai attacked, Roxas moved along his bookshelf quietly, watching and waiting for something.... _________________________________________

Samurai Nobody (1): A pretty strong and intellegent Nobody with a calm air that falls under direct control of Roxas. While he does not have the power to summon them directly yet, they do appear on occassions to help the young Nobody out. Why is beyond anyone's knowledge. They last 4 posts or until defeated. There is a 5 posts cool down before they can return.
