Kingdom Hearts, a source of massive power, had been attacked by the Dark. The end of the previous battle was nearly a blur to Eraqus, but they were forced back. Eraqus wasn't bound on making the same mistake twice and he knew that anything was possible. That trick that they did with his Dive into the Heart was most impressive, but he wouldn't allow his heart to be tampered with again. In his Heart Eraqus knew that they would conquer the Dark this time around. The Dark had grown to massive proportions while Eraqus was in his slumber, it was something Eraqus had feared. Nevertheless, a Master such as himself knew the right paths to take and showed no fear.
The Master stood facing the endless Darkness that was in front of him, knowing that Kingdom Hearts was hidden inside. Even if the Dark obtained Kingdom Hearts, Eraqus would not stop fighting! His Keyblade was in his hands, waiting for the others to arrive. It was unknown if the Dark had gotten a new group or if their old one would return, in any case he was ready. I will act as the previous Masters before me, to keep the balance of Light and Darkness! Aqua, Terra, I wish you luck.
(Urgh.. first post XD)

A swirling gate of Darkness appeared within the location of which the Keyblade Master stood. A loud hum echoed through the Darkness as the Dark Portal groaned into existence, bearing the figure of a silver-haired youth as he stepped forth from the swirling mass to place himself within the old man's company. A cocky smirk spread from ear to ear, the youth clad in black leather glanced about his surrounding to start off with, paying the Keybarer little attention. It would seem that he were the first of the Darkness to arrive but there were others coming, especially of what he heard about the previous battle were true. Rumour had it that all four of the Human Heartless would be showing up to play with the Light. The silver-haired youth had only met two of them before, one being the female Maurelle and the other was the guy with orange hair, Valerius. The Remnant had to fight alongside the orange haired, white masked Heartless when Sora and Gilgamesh came to attack Disney Castle. If these Human Heartless weren't so unreliable, the Darkness would have continued to claim that world as their own.
However, it mattered not. What was done, was done. No point looking back to dwell on mistakes. The battle was happening here once more and until the whole party had gathered, the Remnant known as Kadaj merely folded his arms across his chest and cast a confident smirk off towards the Keyblade Master not too far away. "So you belong to the Keyblade group, eh? Pity your powers are nothing against my own." The Remnant said, raising up his right hand and pointing his palm towards Eraqus. The old man looked like some ancient samurai woken from a lenghty slumber and misplaced his katana with that stupid key. The silver-haired Remnant hated Keybarers... but there actually one he was dying to meet again and rumour had it that he'd be showing up to this very fight. "I'm sure you're itching to fight me, Keybarer, but you'll have to wait for the other Darkness to show up. I hear the Mouse King is coming and my fight is with him." Kadaj said once more, lowering his palm now as if he was signaling for Eraqus not to attack.
Kadaj smirked and returned his arms to his chest, folding them over one another once more as he again looked over his shoulders to see if anyone else had shown up yet. A very familiar presence was near by but the brightly glowing eyes of the Remnant Leader could not find the owner. Yazoo was close by and it was good to know that his brother had decided to join the fight. Pity Loz wasn't here. The three of them fighting together would make them unstoppable, but even if Kadaj could sense his longer haired brother, he couldn't actually see him. Perhaps he was part of the other group of Darkness? It mattered not. All the Remnant wanted to do right now was to cross blades with the Mouse King and remind him once more that his powers are nothing against the might of the Darkness. But something was amiss... there were more presences that seemed familiar... A strong one that reminded him of a certain 'winged female' and the other was much more subtle that reminded the Remnant of a certain 'memory witch'. Only time would reveal the answers.

(OOC: Laaaame first post.. I know. It'll get better. Double shifts do this to me... ) Now was the time. The time to regain Kingdom Hearts back in the name of the Light. The young blonde chaser sped racily through the sky, dodging debris as he urged his board to go faster. This was one fight he couldn't afford to miss. As he closed in, the blurry, distant image of his master came into view. "Master Eraqus!" He called out, relieved to see he had made it. It was comforting to have someone he knew there by his side. But just as the joy began to fill him, it slowly sunk away. A short distance away, stood a black leather clad man with silvery locks. The air about him was dripping with evil intent. This fight would be no mere battle.. It would be a battle of epic proportions.. The battle for Kingdom Hearts. A battle that could very well turn the tides. As he landed, Ventus made sure to keep a wary eye on the silver haired stranger across the ways, as the young Chaser went to stand by his master. He only gave him a slight nod, as a greeting, before un-summoning his armor and letting his glider return back to it's keyblade state. He was ready for anything.

Battle after battle - would it never stop? Valerius certainly hoped not.
The human heartless was feeling rather refreshed after the last battle that had occurred here at Kingdom Hearts, feeling positive about the outcome - even if it had mostly been Stroud's fault that they had been able to maintain control over the area, with his whole Dive Into the Heart business, stealing away most of Valerius' fun. However, that win for the Darkness had certainly been appreciated after the loss of Disney Castle, a loss which still ate away at Valerius' very being - he still did not know how he had managed to be a part of a losing battle, and still be alive. That was NOT how it should be. He should either win - or die trying. He had to make up for what he saw as a personal failure back there....and Valerius did not find failure acceptable.
When the Light had approached Kingdom Hearts once again, the heartless could not help but smile. This time, he would have the glory of being able to destroy each and every one of them. And he would enjoy destroying them - he hoped it would be a good battle, not too short or anything disappointing. He was still on his endless search for people that could possibly best him, and thus far, that Gilgamesh guy had been the only one even close. Thus, he appeared from the darkness itself, stepping into the battlefield with a wide grin already set on his features, disappearing on the side of his face into the perpetually grinning mask that covered it. For now, his orange hair stood shockingly vibrant against the dark background of the world, and his eyes glowed yellow - betraying him as a heartless to anyone who knew what to look for. Not that he ever cared to hide it.
Those yellow eyes quickly fell on the form of an old man - he had seen this man before, wielding a keyblade the last time they had fought in this very place, though he had been dealt with by Mara. Another keyblader was also present, a young blonde one, but Valerius could not remember ever seeing him before. That same silver-haired youth was also about, and already engaging in the battle - the boy that the heartless had mixed feelings about. He was a powerful ally, and he certainly admired his spirit, but he liked to try to take the glory for himself, and always wanted to fight the most powerful of their adversaries - a position that Valerius believed should belong to him. But no matter. For now, he used the silver-haired boy against the Light. When it was all said and done, he would deal with him personally.
Glancing about, Valerius saw no sign of anyone else, and his grin flickered a bit in disappointment. Where was Maruelle this time? Would she be coming? However, he quickly regained control of himself, cursing himself inwardly for ever even considering the thought that he needed her - those sorts of thoughts were dangerous, and he knew they would get him nowhere. Instead, he slowly drew his katana, its blood red blade gleaming as he twirled it between his hands a bit, watching the people before him. "So, back for round two, eh?" he then said aloud, a smirk taking over his expression as his eyes glinted dangerously. "Don't expect a different result."

One would presume that a Corridor of Darkness meant that another dark presence has arrived and they would be correct on that assumption. A winged woman clad in black walked out of the humming door of darkness and into Kingdom Hearts, a place of power that was foreign to her knowledge. Yet her heart somehow knew that the Darkness must never obtain this power.
The first warrior the winged keybearer recognized was Kadaj and she didn't need a sixth sense to see that he was up to no good. However due to their previous encounter, the dark keybearer had no idea how this was going to play out once he figures out that she did not intend to fight for the Darkness especially since he seemed to have plans for a seemingly distant future from when they last encountered each other.
From the Mark of Mastery, 'Artemis' remembers Master Eraqus and Ventus who bore the strange resemblance to a keybearer she had previously met. The winged woman did not know them very well but is willing to temporarily team with them to ensure that the Darkness gets kicked out of Kingdom Hearts. She slowly nodded at them in acknowledgement.
Turning her gaze toward Valerius, the winged woman found herself sensing something off about him based on his facial expression and appearance alone. With a memory of one of her previous conversations with Sora from when they were at the End of the World clicking inside her mind, her suspicion suddenly made sense to this dark keybearer. "I honestly doubt fate will repeat itself this time. " stated 'Artemis' quietly with her tone laced with ice and suddenly her facial expression became dark. As she walked toward the 'keybearer' group, the dark keybearer raises her right hand and her Heartsickness keyblade was summoned in crimson flame. It was time to end this war.

Although the news had eventually come to Master Xehanort that the forces of darkness had driven the light back from Kingdom Hearts, solidifying their grasp of it, he had still regretted that he was unable to assist them in their previous endeavours. Determined not to let such an opportunity pass him by again, Xehanort suddenly emerged from a nearby dark portal that had suddenly sprang up out of nowhere. As he stepped out, Xehanort could not help but stare out into the vast darkness of Kingdom Hearts, it was as if it went on forever, with nigh a tangible fixture in sight. The elderly Keyblade Master took his place next to a number of other beings of darkness. He did not recognize any of their faces, and began to ponder on whether or not to attempt to make conversation with them before the battle began.
His thoughts were suddenly interrupted as he turned his head to gaze of into the distance as he noticed five other figures had arrived to claim Kingdom Hearts for the light. Master Xehanort immediately recognized two of the five opposing figures that had gathered opposite him. The first was none other than his former friend, and Keyblade Master, Eraqus. The other was young Ventus, the weak Keyblade Apprentice who had failed to embrace his inner darkness to save himself during his training with Xehanort.
Master Xehanort certainly wasn't surprised to see Eraqus opposing him. Throughout his life, Eraqus had preached nothing but the values of light, and was adamant that anything even, remotely associated with the darkness, was inherently evil. In his ignorance he administered what Xehanort considered to be a flawed version of the Mark of Mastery Exam to his apprentices, that focused entirely on purging the darkness in ones heart. The very thought of this was enough to nearly make Xehanort vomit.
Master Xehanort's Keyblade suddenly appeared in his right hand, which he promptly pointed directly at Eraqus. He said to his former colleague, "Eraqus, somehow I knew that you would find a way here." Xehanort paused for a moment before continuing, "I can only assume that you are here to continue your blind crusade to extinguish every last bit of darkness within Kingdom Hearts. However, what I am certain of, is that you are destined to fail! The darkness that permeates Kingdom Hearts shall never vanish!"

[ Outfit - Thanks to Rufus and Helen for helping me decide.] --- With the opening of a portal, Maurelle made her entrance. After that last battle here, the heartless was not pleased to be here again. Especially not this soon. If the girl could feel anger, she would have felt its full force on her now. That stunt that Stroud had pulled with the Dive Into The Heart had ruined everyone's fun and had only won it for them. If he was so confident, maybe he should just fight them by himself.
However, Maurelle would never do that. What she truly wanted most was to kill Stroud and take the leading role herself. But if she struck too soon it could ruin everything and possibly cause her death as well. So her and Valerius would simply need to wait for the perfect timing. Maybe this battle would be enough of a distraction to sneak up and kill him before he gets too powerful. Though, at the same time, it would weaken the horsemen from four to three. Ferser seemed to be more loyal to Stroud then to anyone else. So that would also be a problem.
It didn't matter anyway. This attack on Kingdom Hearts would end soon and with the Light's destruction. They couldn't keep up this sort of battle for too long. One or two more fights and then they would give up and be willing to surrender. However, at this point, Mara would not be so accepting of a surrender. She would be perfectly fine just slaughtering them all.
After fixing her black glove, she surveyed the battlefield. It seemed that the Mouse King was not going to be here to play. That was too bad. However, she did spot that Key-blade Master named Eraqus. Though, it seemed that another dark being had claimed him as his fight. With a moments pause, she scanned Xehanort to see if he could handle it. After believing he would put up a good enough fight, Maurelle continued to look the field over, soon spotting Valerius. She smirked lightly at the sight of him. He really was reliable and she could count on him being there to protect her if something went sour.
"Well, this is turning out to be a pretty slow fight." She stated to herself. All she had to do was find the right opponent, or until someone decided she was worthy enough to fight. With a few clanks from her heels, she careful shifted to wait and watch. Maybe she'd just watch Valerius fight. That seemed promising.

A girl dressed in white emerged from a portal that was pitch black. This was a world that Naminé had never set foot on physically. She knew nothing of Kingdom Hearts other then it seemed to be the world that everyone was obsessed with. It appeared to hold some source of power. The Kingdom had fallen under the control of darkness and Naminé was bound to assist the Light in taking it back. The female Nobody may not have a heart of her own but she shared one with her other self. As long as Kairi fought for the Light then Naminé would be bound by that goal as well.
Naminé stepped out of the portal and her blue eyes were casted down. She felt like she didn’t want to be there for some reason. It was a feeling that was radiating from Kairi. It was a feeling and memory of hate and fear. The feeling came from within this world. Kairi must have been nearby. And her fight had already begun. Naminé’s eyes rose from the ground that was under her to the two groups of people that were in front of her. It appeared that things were divided up into sets of groups. There was another group of Light and Dark not far away and Naminé’s other was fighting on the other team of Light. So she would stay here with this group to spread power equally.
The Nobody’s eyes got wide as her blue orbs landed on a boy with armor on. “Roxas!” Naminé took a step forward then came to a sudden stop. It wasn’t Roxas. This person had the same presence as Roxas but it wasn’t the same person. However the Nobody knew that this person was just as important to Kairi and Sora as Roxas was. She was going to do everything in her power to help this team of Light. She wasn’t a Keyblader but she was sure she could be useful in some shape or form. She slowly walked over to her group with her hand on a sketch book that was chained to her side and gave the elder Keyblader a soft, uncertain smile. He was clearly one of the strongest people there and the leader. The Nobody took her place next to a girl with black wings. She was a Keyblader that Naminé did not yet know. Then again the whole team was made of people that she had never met in person before, but if they were going to get through this she would have to trust them.
Naminé faced the other team. She flinched as she looked briefly at Xehanort. This man had sent chills down her spine because he looked so much like Xemnas. She had fought with him once before but the outcome of that fight was undecided. She was just happy to make it out of the Land of Dragons alive. Her eyes move from him to a youth with white hair. There was something manic about this guy and it appeared that her team mate in armor had his sites already set on the white haired boy. Moving down the opponent’s line once more she came to a guy with a mask. He was strong. Naminé actually started to shake at the mere sight of him. There was no way that the female Nobody would stand a chance against this guy. He must be one of the Horsemen that she had heard about. She didn’t know too much other then they are powerful human Heartless, and that they were the reason that so many worlds have been turned upside down. It would be better if she left him up to the strong Keybladers. Finally Naminé’s eyes set on the only other female on the opposite team. She too was strong but something about this woman intrigued the Nobody, even if she couldn’t understand why.

A bit in the distance of the people, another materialised there for the battle. One more of the Darkness, but the serpent fiend had not seen the last battle. All the people present were unrecognised by her entirely as she slithered over the darkness there. She wasn't even sure if she was slithering over anything at all.
This last competitor of the group of Light and Darkness was the Fiend of Fire, Marilith. The concept of Heartless was still unknown to her even. Her meetings with the Light and Dark were short and she had learned little on the world. From other people, she had learned of the 'Heartless', but knew nothing more.
Whether it was her absence in knowledge or her joy in burning the Light, she was here to fight for those of Darkness. Out of everyone she saw, only the silver-haired youth made her think for a moment, remembering another with longer hair.
Having taken a good look at everyone, she wondered why nobody bothered to start killing each other. In one of her hands, she sticked the sword in the ground and formed a ball of fire. Taking a good look over all the people present, she then declared three to be her target for her... 'entrance' as she thrown her Fira attack. The ball of fire split up in three smaller flames that each went for Eraqus, Ventus and Naminé.
With that done, she pulled the sword back from the darkness and slithered forward to see what will happen next. Whether anyone will start fighting or not.

The rest of the party guests had arrived and now it was time to really get hings moving! This battle for Kingdom Hearts was not going to be easy, especially with the opposition seemingly being an army of Keybarers, but the one known as Sora was not present. Not here nor where his brother Yazoo was. Now wasn't that strange? You'd have thought that with a battle of these proportions, that the legendary Keyblade master would show up to defend the Light and it's warriors? But then again, it seemed hardly anyone at all had decided to come play with the Darkness here. Four additional presences of the Darkness had gathered and there only seemed to be three of the Light, even one of those three possibly being useless in a battle such as this. Taking a moment to peer around, seeing as he was the first of the Darkness to arrive, Kadaj decided to scout out the opposition and see what was in stall for the day.
Folding his leather clad arms across his chest, the material creaking as it tightened around his figure, the silver-haired youth with brightly glowing eyes looked about himself, his eyes landing upon each and every person whom arrived as he peered them up and down to size them up. Other then the old man Keybarer, the first to show up was a boy whom resembled Roxas greatly, yet wore different clothing. He still wielded a Keyblade though so were they related in some way? Brothers perhaps? But Roxas was a Nobody and the silver-haired Remnant could easily feel the heart of this young man... so, could be by Roxas' somebody? But wasn't that Sora? The Remnant Leader just shook his head subtly and moved on to view the next to arrive. White mask, orange hair, an air of ignorance... It seemed the Horseman from the fight at Disney Castle had returned to join the fun. Kadaj gave Valeruis little more then a stern glare before peering towards the next. Kadaj had no time for these Human Heartless. They were weak and pathetic. If that one there couldn't even beat up the sword collector in red, then what honest use was he going to be here? Making a mental note, the Remnant decided it would be best if these Human Heartless were removed from existence, permanently.
The next to arrive caught Kadaj by surprise. With his eyes widening slightly the Remnant turned himself around fully to view the winged female head on. His brow tightened as his gaze turned into a glare. What was she doing here, and who was she fighting for? The winged monster had a Keyblade but her powers seemed to side with the Darkness. However, seeing as both the old man and the Roxas clone had Keyblades, Kadaj quickly assumed that the Light had tried to gather as many Key Swingers as possible to aid them. Pathetic... These Keybarers were useless! Gather as many as you can, it'll make no difference to the end result, that being the victory of Darkness over Kingdom Hearts once again. Regardless, Kadaj returned to reality and turned his full attention back to the winged 'Artemis' as he flexed his left hand to and from a fist, eagerly wanting to draw his Souba and launch an attack. If the Mouse King didn't show up, his next target was alright in sight. Next to show up was another old man and yet again another Keybarer. However this guy stunk of Darkness and the silver-haired youth assume this one was going to remain on the side of the Dark, unlike possibly 'Artemis'. He seemed to have his sight sets upon the first old man, which was all fine and dandy in Kadaj's books.
Two women arrived next, both whom Kadaj recognized. The first was another Human Heartless known as Maurelle. The Remnant Leader had met her a long time ago and remembered her well as he quickly emptied his mind. Kadaj knew of her tricks and unlike Yazoo, he'd take great pleasure in removing her head from her shoulders, just like he'd do to that Valerius. The second of the two women was Naminé, the small girl in the white dress and carrying a sketchbook. What was she doing here? Of all people to arrive on this battlefield, why was it her? What possible use could she be in aiding the Light? Watching as she moved and stood next to 'Artemis', it would seem that the Remnant now had two new targets. Last but not least to arrive was someone Kadaj had never seen before. Another female who seemed to be the spawn of a snake and Gilgamesh. She had a strong Darkness within her and seemed not to hesitate in starting the battle as she summoned a fireball within one hand and threw it towards Naminé, the Roxas Clone and the old man. Taking a final glance around, the Mouse King was not present which had disappointed the Remnant Leader. There was no one else here who posed a threat to the avatar of Sephiroth. With a depressed sigh, Kadaj returned his eyes to 'Artemis' and began to walk towards her slowly, his left hand moving to grip the handle of his Souba.
"Why are you here?! What side are you on?!!"
