The God of Magic couldn’t help but grin as he watched Vivi’s repeated attempts to escape, the little mage quickly finding his efforts to be in vain. He was also trying to “save” Hadria from her fate of being burned alive by the Mad Mage, though Kefka knew it was a ruse that she was the little one’s friend. Still, she apparently insisted on continuing her ruse. Kefka sighed angrily at this, shaking his head as he looked over the two of them. She seemed like she was preparing to attack him, the nerve! After he’d kindly opened up alliance to her, she was going to help this brat of the light instead of giving into what she must truly want being a warrior of darkness?! She would not be spared this day.
“So your little prank is more important than staying alive is it? No worries, this won’t take long! Welcome to the end of your life, and I promise my dear... It’s going to HURT!!” Kefka let out another laugh as waves of violet magical energy began to reek from his body. The energy swirled around the jester, before it clung to his body and began to eat away at his outfit while he glowed. The vibrant fabrics of his attire were quickly replaced by a lengthened maroon loincloth around his middle, and his pale white skin soon became violet as the energy seeped into him. Golden hooked formed down the front of his torso, and four large feathered black wings tore from his back to spread to the fullness of their span. From each feather dripped blood, as if they were each bleeding from the seams. Beneath them were two leathery wings, demonic compared to the angelic appearance of the others. With a flap of his wings, a flash of light erupted from Kefka as he finished ascending to his true form: The God of Magic. He set his now fully golden eyes upon his two victims, a sinister smirk crossing his face while he shoulders shook from his chuckle. Certainly he had become a terrifying sight, moreso than usual with the added blood and daggerlike teeth when compared to his usual appearance.
“Now my pretties, prepare to join the sweet embrace of oblivion!!” Kefka’s voice rang throughout the woods while he twirled his hands before himself to form a powerful glowing ball of white magic. Then his smirk widened into an evil grin, and he threw the orb casting Ultima upon Hydria and Vivi. As it drew near it shed off its outer shell in a powerful explosion from which the shockwave cratered the ground beneath it and send the fragile trees splintering away in explosions of their own. The energy from the attack expanded into the duo as it exploded two more times, the bursts of energy amplifying the effects of the prior. To this Kefka laughed again, raising his hand before him. With his hand open, and his thumb against his middle finger... Anyone who had seen him battle would know exactly what spell was coming next.
“Don’t be so down, this isn’t over yet! I’m just getting started, don’t die on me now I haven’t even had fun yet!” Kefka told them, then he snapped his fingers, casting Trine on the mage and heartless. Three blue triangles appeared around them out of thin air, quickly drawing near and converging upon their targets as they glowed. Kefka wasn’t trying to kill them yet however, no this was just the foreplay to the final act of this game. Yes, they would know what true terror was before they died. He couldn't wait to see the terror in their eyes, hear the pain in their voices... Oh, there was nothing more satisfying then watching your opponents struggle in their last moments! Especially prey that reacted so beautifully to their attacker.
It was here in the woods, with the forest ablaze around them and illuminating Kefka's features... Here where the God of Magic had descended upon both good and evil... That the overwhelming power that had created the World of Ruin would be realized once again.

Vivi's body hit the ground with a hard thump and he struggled back up trying to ignore the pain in his knees from the landing. When Hadria wouldn't move he turned back to look and see what was the matter and heard her words.
"No... No! W-we can't give up..." His eyes widened in horror, not seeing Hadria reach for her katana as he spied the maniacal clown change. Vivi's first thought was this was Kefka's trance form... but he changed so much... more than any trance that Vivi had ever seen.
Someone who hadn't seen the transformation themselves probably wouldn't have believed it. Vivi heard the thundering of his heart. So this is what the God of Magic looked like... So this is what it felt like to be on the edge of death and oblivion...
The golden eyes of the demon god stared into Vivi's as he attacked. Vivi felt his heart fall to his feet in sheer terror and without thinking raised his staff and called forth a Comet from behind Kefka, praying it would distract him long enough to get Hadria out of here safely, but knowing it wouldn't do much against the blood thirsty god...
When the strange Trine attack reached it's destination and came down on Vivi, he was unable to move, uncertain was what about to happen but scared stiff. The comet's blaze could be seen approaching behind Kefka in the smokey black sky.
As the strange blue triangles converged on Vivi and Hadria, he wondered if this was the end. ________________________

Hadria had a plan in mind but before she could very well enact it, the annoying jester decided to use his first spell also saying some rather unnecessary details. While Hadria wouldn’t drop her act, she couldn’t help but sigh inwardly that the clown couldn’t fathom an idea as to why Hadria was acting the way she was. Whatever the case, she had to deal with the spell that he had casted one that looked rather troublesome and painful. If it were any other time, the Heartless would gladly take the blow head on but needless to say that would quickly make her lose any credibility she had built with her persona thus far. That being noted, she had to think of something else to mitigate the damage… and an idea quickly came to mind. “Vivi!” she called out as she sheathed her blade and wrapped her arms around the diminutive black mage. As soon as he had casted his Comet spell, the Heartless would jump back with the little tyke just as the Ultima had set off the first explosion. The explosion would send flying back, needless to say hurting the both of them but with Vivi in the front the damage Hadria would have taken would be reduced if only a little. How Vivi fared little to Heartless so long as he was alive and after crashing into a tree and avoiding the two following explosions by using the first one to escape, the Heartless grunted lightly as she shook her head. “A-Are you okay Vivi? You’re n-not hurt are you?!” she let out as if struggling with the pain inflicted upon her body. In reality though the Heartless was hardly damaged at all, having felt far more devastating attacks in prior battles (granted she had performed a brilliant maneuver to mitigate the damage). Regardless, the assault wouldn’t end there as three blue triangles suddenly surrounded the two, Hadria’s facial expression showing nothing but fear. In her head though Hadria couldn’t be any more irritated, wishing greatly that she could just sink her blade deep into that clown’s face and be done with it. You’re making this a lot harder than it has to be you buffoon, I need a giant attack out of you, she thought as she jumped high into the air right before the triangles had constricted upon the two. With that attack barely evaded, Hadria would fall back to the ground with Vivi still held tightly in her arms as she shook violently and closed her eyes. “Why can’t he just leave us alone?!” she blurted out in a frantic tone as she let go of Vivi, and placed her hands against the ground. She clenched her hands tightly, grabbing a fistful of dirt as she did so and averted her gaze to the ground. The tension was rising, fire surrounded them on all sides not allowing any route of escape and no matter how optimistic one was, surviving this ordeal seemed impossible. The power Kefka possessed was far too great for them to fight back and nothing short of a miracle would save these two… at least that’s what Hadria wanted Vivi to believe, the ending she saw to this encounter was quite the opposite actually. “What did we do to deserve this type of end?! Please tell me why do I have to die, what have I done to deserve this?! And you, you barely look like your past ten years old and yet your life is going to be ended so abruptly! Why must it end like this? Is there really no hope for us? Fate is far too cruel…” she spieled, her tone frantic at first before dropping down in volume and an eerie calm. She was accepting the inevitability of the situation, there was no more point in running and just prolonging it. Resistance was futile and perhaps if they asked nicely enough they could at least be slain quickly and without pain... at least that’s what the look in her eyes would say but once again the Heartless’ true intentions were far different than what she portrayed. Alright little mage now let’s see if you act as I desire you to. I already know the clown is going to continue attacking so he’s playing the role of villain as hoped but if you don’t do what I need you to do… she thought, a twisted smile curving against her lips as she covered her face with her hand, then your life will be forfeit as well as this clown’s, OOC: Cruentus Adficio[/b] – Medium Damage taken… 0 + 33% = 33% full blood orb

Kefka was oblivious to the comet at first, too wrapped up in the fun he was having with the destruction and with instilling fear into the heart of the littlest mage. He was quickly irked however when Hadria took it upon herself to shield Vivi from the worst of his attack, the two of them flying away from him into a tree not far away. “What? WHAT?! Seriously?! You’re going to give up your life for the pipsqueak of light?! How positively, absolutely PATHETIC!! Oh well, a coward that refuses to destroy anything is better off destroyed by ME!!” Kefka announced with a grin, “Now it’s time I upped the ante, what do you say? Are you ready to watch me destroy everything?! Don’t worry, your deaths won’t soon be forgotten! After all, you’re both going out with a BANG!!”Almost like an exclamation mark on what he said, the Comet collided into the back of the mage and buried him into the sooty ground in a small explosion that shot a cloud of debris into the air that lowered the visibility already hindered by the smoke of the blaze. For a moment there was an awkward silence, with no sign of Kefka within the cloud that had consumed him. Was he gone? Had the surprise attack done the genocidal jester in? As uncertainty set it, suddenly a glowing circle could be seen from within the cloud, from which another rose into the sky and began its march down the battlefield. From the second circle rained the large balls of magical energy known as Forsaken, each erupting in terrifying monochrome explosions that cratered the ground and crushed whatever it touched. It was now with a flap of his wings to clear the smoke that Kefka became visible, his wicked, mad and demonic grin consuming his face while his eyes glowed with malice and rage. “It’s time for your judgment, let’s see if the Light is favorable to you or SENDS YOU INTO THE COLD WELCOME OF OBLIVION!!” Kefka screamed, taking off into the sky with another flap of his wings. Hovering above the burning forest, the god spread his arms while a golden glyph appeared behind him. A golden aura erupted from him as a red, blue, and yellow orb formed on the glyph behind him and began to glow. They signified the very thing that gave him his godhood: the Warring Triad whose power he had absorbed... The same thing he planned to do to Chaos next. It was then in a flash the glyph vanished and Kefka threw his hand into the air, palm facing skyward while the sky came to life. Immediately above the duo the clouds would part, replaced by a blinding white light that consumed the sky as it descended from the heavens. “HASTA LA BYE BYE!!
WHOA-OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOOOOOO~!!!
GAME OVER!!” When the Light of Judgment descended upon the forest, it was like gravity itself was thrown into being horizontal. The site of the impact was home to a monstrous explosion, one that obliterated everything it touched, vaporized the forest itself and sent everything around it, flames included racing towards all horizons. Remnants of trees and other debris filled the air in a fireball of a cloud as the attack shook the world itself, leaving behind it a large expanse of a crater that dug deep into the earth. Once again a jester, Kefka hovered above the devastation with a grin on his face as the cloud began to dissipate, he waited to see the result of his destruction. ------------------------------ Abilities Used: Forsaken: Four Post Cooldown Light Of Judgment: EX Mode ends.

Vivi's body was bruised and battered, the wrappings that he'd somehow obtained in this world were seeping a dark blood color from certain places. Vivi wondered how badly he was injured. He couldn't feel anything specific. The blows he and Hadria had taken left him feeling numb all over, which meant soon he would black out. He struggled his hardest.
It couldn't end here... not like this... not with so much left unanswered...
Vivi was frightened and knew he had to flee... but where could they go? He could barely move, it seemed... and Hadria...
Vivi struggled to stand, using his staff as a crutch and wiping dirt from his face on the back of his already sooty cuff, not helping matters at all. Hadria's lament of the situation... mirrored Vivi's own doubt of if they'd make it out of this alive. He didn't know what he could do... it felt as if there was nothing he could do but watch. His body was throbbing with deep pain... and his vision was blurry and dim.
Vivi knew he didn't have long until the damage he'd sustained took its toll. Vivi felt a tear slip down from his eyes into his closed robe collar.
So this was it. He'd only just reawakened... and now he was going to die.
The littlest mage moved in front of Hadria, his staff leaned out in front of him, his weight still on it as he tried to think of a spell to cast. He knew it wasn't going to do much good at this point... but he realized there was only one chance for him to protect Hadria.
He focused, and his body began to flicker a white glow faintly. It was so faint, it was almost not a full trance. Vivi was weak, but his desire to survive was strong. The bluish white glow pulsed with his magic and he lifted his stave slightly, knees wobbling and body shaking with the effort.
The first thing he did was begin to focus on the Clown's energy. Vivi knew that the clown had more than enough to spare... so he wouldn't mind if Vivi used his ability to drain off some of that energy to heal himself. It wouldn't do much... but it was something... The green glow around Vivi's stave resonated as it tried to pull the energy from the clown.
Vivi sighed with a little relief as the bluish white glow around him began pulsing a bit stronger. He could breath easier and could stand a little better as the green glow faded from his staff. He turned his head to Hadria.
"...Hadria... if you have any way to get out of here... you need to do it now..." He whispered in a cracking urgency. "I... can't hold him back long... but he wants me... you have a chance." The painful rhasp to his otherwise young and innocent voice spoke volumes. Vivi was standing... but he had no strength left.
Vivi lifted his stave again, preparing to attack.
He could feel the horrible heat from the burning forest and nodded to himself. The fires around him were horrible. However it gave him an idea. He would never be able to touch the clown with fire or thunder... the clown was practically made of magic.
So he would make a shield. A very transient sheild... but still a sheild. It might give Hadria enough cover to get away...
Vivi started by casting another water. This time, he called the water to rise up in front of him as a wall. The fires around him sizzled and popped with the introduction of the life sustaining element again as if they most certainly did not approve of the interloping waters in on their fun.
Using the last of his energy gained from the drain attack, Vivi swung down with his staff casting a Blizzara to freeze the water into place as a wall, and hopefully, a shield. On the other side, Vivi could see and hear Kefka preparing his immanent attack and Vivi's heart once again sank. He knew this wouldn't be enough... but it was all he had left.
Vivi stood there, panting, leaning on his stave, his trance form evaporating into the air as he had no energy or stamina to even stand now.
Vivi heard something and turned his head to see if Hadria was still there, but suddenly Vivi saw a brilliant flash of light... and then there was only blissful darkness...

So this was the end was it? Indeed that’s what most would think when faced with such a scenario, a quickly burning forest and a genocidal cretin who didn’t know the meaning of restraint. To make matters worse, said cretin also had a seemingly limitless power, able to cast magics of such destructive magnitude with little effort. And the only one there to help you was a little black mage whose repertoire of spells paled in comparison. Yes, such a situation would look bleak to anyone faced with it but such conditions only made the Heartless’ skin tingle. It excited her, it made her body shiver with ecstasy, and she couldn’t help but smile wickedly under her mask if only for a moment. No must maintain control… Hadria thought as she had nearly given into her decadent desires. Regardless, with her concentration back now, she watched as the diminutive mage stood in front of her. He then began to speak, telling her to escape and imploring her to do so. He would be the martyr and sacrifice himself to insure that Hadria survived, a kind gesture that wasn’t lost on the Heartless. Her facial expression turned to shock as she averted her gaze from the mage’s back, closing her eyes as she gritted her teeth. “How can you expect me to just abandon you like that?!” she shouted as he began to cast spells, all his focus on his magic at the moment, “I know we haven’t known each other long but I can’t just leave a friend behind!” she shouted, expressing her disdain for such a plan loudly and clearly. It was at that point that she rose to her feet shakily, as her face took on a forlorn expression as she realized what she needed to do… and after Vivi had created the barrier he wished to make he would suddenly feel cold steel sink into his shoulder as it ripped through his flesh. If he bothered to look back the steel that had cleaved through his shoulder would be none other than Hadria’s blade, the girl looking away as she cried about what she had just done. “I’m sorry but this is the only way… if I tried to make you escape on your own I know you wouldn’t comply,” she started as she went to hide behind the barrier as the impending doom loomed ever closer. Upon getting behind the barrier she would smile sadly as she looked to the ground, not wanting to face Vivi at that moment. “I won’t let your life end so briefly and on some sick bastard’s whim. I can only make a portal large enough for one to go through so I’m not sure if I’ll make it out. If that ends up being the case… please do your best to remember me,” she started as she brought her knees in, placed her forearms across her knees before crying into them, “a-at the very least I-I want one person to r-remember me,” she stuttered out as a hole in the ground beneath Vivi began to form. She would raise her head from her forearms as it began to do so, smiling brightly as the tears ran down her cheeks. “Please… remember me… okay?” she pleaded just as Vivi would then fall through the ground, the Corridor of Darkness taking him wherever it pleased. And as quickly as he vanished from the battlefield so did Hadria’s persona of a scared girl only hoping to be remembered for her act of heroism. Yes, now she could indulge herself in dealing with that cretin’s attack and luckily the first part of the attack had to go through a shield. Yes it certainly helped, the balls of energy crashing into the shield but needless to say the shield broke easily enough and Hadria ended up taking on of the balls directly. A wild sensation of pain washed over her body, every nerve twitching in response. It was brutal, the agony that had been inflicted upon her body far beyond the threshold of pain that any normal person had. Yet for her it was nothing, in fact it only made her body shiver further as she moaned loudly in response and looked over to the jester. A psychotic grin soon curved her against her lips as she did so, deciding that she would respond to the cretin’s next attack. Yes another attack was headed her way, a giant seal that surely meant certain death if she stood still. This was troublesome; she didn’t wish to die just yet although outrunning the seal was impossible even for someone of her speed. With this in mind one might wonder just what the Heartless would do to avoid the impending doom… well not much really. In fact she did just stand still, not moving an inch from her spot. The seal continued to draw nearer and nearer, the Heartless locking her gaze on the jester the entire time. When the seal was just a couple feet from touching ground, the Heartless would smirk lightly as a bright white light engulfed the area and in its wake… nothing was left. Indeed, nothing was left in the area that the explosion had stretched to, just a giant crater that one would think nothing short of a meteor created. Yet it was just a single man that had caused this destruction, a single man with a thirst for mayhem and slaughter. Perhaps he believed he had killed the Heartless and the mage, perhaps he believed that he had cleaned them off the face of the planet, and perhaps he even believed that now was a good time to gloat about it. Whatever he believed, it would soon be proven wrong as a puddle of blood that was just a couple feet from where he hovered began to coagulate. Yes, it began to solidify into the shape of a person and a blade also emerged from this puddle of blood. The blade in question would have the tip pressed against the clown’s spine, threatening to impale him at a moment’s notice. As that was so carefully placed, a hand of blood would grasp his left wrist at the same time to insure he didn’t just fly away. When it completely solidified, a familiar face would be present behind the clown, its eyes narrowing as the face remained stoic. “You should really learn to exercise some restraint clown, that little display was beginning to get on my last nerve,” a voice spoke, taking a brief pause before gripping against the wrist tighter, “At any rate, I have something important to discuss with you that I think you’ll be very interested in hearing… it’s the reason I saved the munchkin back there and just why that can benefit the both of us immensely,” she explained but continued to keep her blade at the ready. While the Heartless figured the clown would at least hear her out, she wasn’t one to be careless and needed to make sure he remembered the situation he was in. A blade was at his back and with his wrist gripped tightly with the super-human like strength of a Heartless, escaping would be nothing short of impossible. If he attempted to cast a spell, the Heartless would not hesitate to plunge her blade into his back and then proceed to follow up with any other number of attacks. Yes, the situation certainly didn’t favor the clown and she needed to maintain this small advantage. After all, she had taken quite a bit of damage and while it wasn’t too debilitating, if a fight broke out she would be in for a rough battle, one that she doubted she would survive. Whether the clown was aware of the damage she had sustained yet was an unknown variable but considering she had yet to let so much out as an “ow”, it was unlikely he knew. If that were the case, then perhaps he would listen instead of immediately attempting to kill her, something she hoped for whether it was because the blade in his back or out of morbid curiosity. I’m treading on some pretty thin ice but, the Heartless thought as she grinned wickedly, I really like it, OOC: I was given permission by Vivi for the Corridor of Darkness exit in case anyone wonders. Also Kefka I wasn’t sure whether or not you were hovering high in the air or low to the ground but I figured since Ex-mode ended you’d be low to the ground since you don’t have the wings anymore from Ex-Mode? Everything had gone off perfectly, from what Kefka could tell. Of course Vivi had managed to steal a little of his energy, but it had been in vain when it was all said and done. He hadn’t really witnessed any of the commotion between the two of them in the wake of his chaotic outburst, outside of Hadria stabbing Vivi shortly before his final attack. Yes, FINALLY she was showing her true colors!! Pity it was too late for her however, certainly there was no way for the poor heartless to escape his attack. Unlike Cloud she lacked a magnificent weapon to hide behind, and there was nothing left to shield her from his attack. She could’ve been so useful too, the beautiful ball of darkness and destruction. She’d taken Forsaken head on, and whatever shield that was protecting her had broken before Light of Judgment rained its bright death upon her. Oh well, everything had to be destroyed eventually anyway!
The entire forest was gone, the outskirts of it little more than smoldering ash and whatever left standing would soon fall from the fires that consumed it. The center of the forest however, where they had been was now nothing but a crater that held no clue of the former importance of this spot. Unless one could corridor in and out or reach it from one of the other towns there was no longer an easy way to get to Halloween Town with the doors completely eradicated. Slowly descending to the ground, Kefka could only chuckle to himself about his destructive handiwork.
“Oh, how wonderful it felt not to hold back! Yes, destruction is such a BEAUTIFUL thing!! Nothing is left, and those insects are completely destroyed! She would’ve been such a wonderful toy, too bad she had to break like that. Oh well, she turned her back on me and didn’t come to her senses until it was too late. A toy that refuses to do as its told and destroy is better off being destroyed by me I say, maybe the next toy I’ll find will be a little more compliant to its orders.”
Failing to notice the blood forming into Hadia not far from him, Kefka had begun to turn around when he found the cold steel of a blade pressed against his spine as the Heartless’s worlds reached his ears.
“Hohohohohoho!” Kefka chuckled while she tightened her grasp around his wrist and listened to her reasoning for turning on him. Her reason had better been a good one, not only had she refused to help destroy the littlest mage, she’d actually gone out of her way to SAVE him! She was utterly out of her mind if she thought he’d let her get away with such incompetence without a good enough reason, but he’d hear her out. She was manipulative, and the darkness within her sent such chills of pleasure of Kefka’s spine. Oh how he loved what he felt within her, she was the perfect candidate for a Warrior of Chaos and he knew it. So he’d play along... For long, and listen to what she had to say.
“Why of course my dear, I’m sure you have to have a good reason for LETTING HIM GET AWAY!! Not a move many would use, but surely you’ve got your motives! I’d more than happy to hear them by dear, but don’t think by any means that you’re safe. If your reasoning isn’t up to par I won’t hesitate to destroy you, or perhaps maybe even crown you! So go on, talk to me sweetly my dear... I’m listening, my destructive and bloodthirsty friend! Why did you act like such a goody two shoes, and how could you keeping him from being destroyed possibly help us in the slightest?”

Good, FINALLY things are going according to plan, the Heartless thought as she listened to the jester’s words, seeming to have his ear for the moment. She also seemed to have incurred his wrath, or rather would if her words didn’t please him and while she was rather certain her plan was a good one, with this cretin anything could happen. Regardless, her grip remained tight as she kept the blade at the ready, not allowing the jester to be free even if she did have his ear. After all, if he didn’t like what he heard, then she’d strike with all her might and simply alter her plan although she hoped it wouldn’t come to that. “Well then to put it simply by allowing him to survive I’ve opened a new avenue of attack for you to exploit against the “Light” as I can imagine you’re not a fan of those idiots. Right now that mage is probably in a world of hurt and feels incredibly betrayed, surely to the point where he doesn’t wish to trust others so easily anymore if at all. While this is true, by saving his life I’m sure when I come across him again he’ll remember what I did here and will believe in me quite a bit. He’s under the illusion that I’m just a good girl who was at the wrong place and at the wrong time and most likely won’t question my origins or anything like that and even if he does I can easily lie,” she began to explain, pausing for but a moment to take a breath before continuing, “With that in mind, judging by the aura his heart gave off I imagine he’s one of those that fights for “Light” and if that’s the case we can make use of that trust. Due to my appearance, most people are unaware that I’m a Heartless at first glance and will assume I’m human. If necessary I can repress the darkness in my heart and with Vivi putting in a good word for me I could get into their ranks. Once within their ranks, I can gather information regarding what they have planned and leak it over to you and if there’s a battle of particular importance that must be won, I can pretend to fight with them before dealing a fatal blow to whomever is a high priority target. Needless to say, what I’ve mentioned are just a couple advantages that working as a double agent could provide if this moment of opportunity is taken advantage of,” she spieled, letting a deep breath escape her lungs as she did so. It was at that point that Hadria would now release her grip on the clown as well as the sword to his back, taking a few steps back. She would sling her blade across her shoulders, deciding to let the clown go even if it was a rather risky gamble. Indeed, if he turned around and attack she could quite easily die but the Heartless figured even a buffoon like him could recognize the merit in her plan. Furthermore, when trying to cut a deal with someone having a sword to their back is often not the best way to go about business, especially when intimidating them is impossible due to their lunacy. “That being said, this is not something I’m doing out of the kindness of my heart or rather lack thereof. I do wish to be compensated for my work as you can probably tell that one mistake can end up getting me killed since I’ll be going into the lion’s den sort of speak. The compensation I wish for is information and if my hunch is correct, I imagine you have some “allies” on the side of Darkness that may have the knowledge I seek,” she spoke, her tone remaining confident as it had been before and not showing any weakness, “If that’s the case then I’ll gladly provide my services as a double agent or as a masked warrior in case you need me for a battle due to unforeseen circumstances. While I’d like to avoid any battles with the light as they could potentially deduce my true identity, if it’s necessary I will fight,” she finished as she let another deep breath escape her lips. It was at that point she began to look around, examining the clown’s handiwork. Despite the fact she thought very little of the clown in terms of intelligence she was certainly impressed by the power he wielded. While they had vastly different fighting styles, this level of destruction wasn’t something Hadria could pull off herself and she couldn’t help but be a tad envious. On the other hand, it was far from subtle and if she knew anything for certain regarding the Light it was that they’d be rearing their ugly heads soon enough if they remained here. Needless to say, this would be rather detrimental to her plan so haste was of great importance right now. “With all that explained, I believe we might want to get out of here soon. I’m sure this place will be crawling with warriors of the “Light” soon enough and I’d rather not have them aware of my presence right now for obvious reasons. Thus I think the best course of action would be to continue this discussion at your base of operations or wherever you wish to go, it’s of little consequence really so long as it’s not a “Light” hot spot. Then we can work out my compensation as the price I wish to propose is rather steep, all information regarding my origins and why I was made different,” she now finished explaining, informing the clown of what she wanted in return for her services. While it was a bit vague at the moment, it was the best she could do with what she believed was a limited time frame before any other fools appeared. Furthermore, even with just that the clown could decide whether he wished to use her or not and if he could pay the hefty toll for her services.

Despite Hadria refusing to let go, Kefka couldn’t help but keep the grin on his face as she started to speak. A new avenue of attack against the Light? The very concept of that in itself was very intriguing to Kefka, after all the more ways they had to attack the Light the easier it would be for them to defeat the Light once and for all. And with them out of the way, he could destroy the Darkness and EVERYTHING else!! That was his ultimate goal after all, uniting the villains was only a temporary truce. Deception! Ooooh, such a BEAUTIFUL way to destroy something! It made the end result so much more satisfying, especially if the prey wholeheartedly believed you. Even more so if t truly cared for you! Yes, yes the way the thought was absolutely beautiful! If he wasn’t mistaken, she reminded him of himself. So sad he would have to destroy her one day, she was a wonderful woman. “It would be nice to have someone behind the front lines, help us better coordinate our movements and know what the Light is up to, make it easier to strike. Learn their weaknesses too, so they can fall all the faster! Yes, such a devious plot! I love it!” Kefka laughed, quite surprised as she released him. Turning to face her with a grin upon his face, sparks of magic dancing between his fingers as he set his eyes upon her dark form. He continued to listen, fully intrigued by her plot. She wouldn’t be doing this for free, of course not! She would be paid well whatever she decided! After all payment meant nothing to Kefka, because the alliance and her existence were both temporary. “Of course, of course! My dear, I have JUST the person you need to ask! He is a Nobody, but a very knowledgeable one. He knows much about the war between those keybladers and the darkness, I’m sure he’ll be able to help you. Of course I don’t see you getting killed however, after nearly no one has survived the Light of Judgment, that is a VERY admirable feat! Since you did that, I’m sure there’s nothing those miserable cretins could do to end you.” He placed his hands on his hips as she examined the destruction he’d caused, quite proud of himself for his handiwork. The wheels were turning in his head, oh the possibilities! He could draw the Light away from the point of attack, he could possibly even turn them against one another! There was so many options that Kefka couldn’t help but grin and wiggle from all the giddiness the thoughts were giving him. He stopped midmovement as she spoke again, nodding at what she said. “Normally I would say let them come, but even you probably need a rest after that bout of destruction. Depending on the number I may not be able to hold them all off, so for now discretion is best. Now then, you new Warrior of Light, I expect to see you at the Edge of Madness! There ALL of us are gathering, the Warriors of Chaos will discuss our next move and plan future attacks! The destruction of worlds, slaughter of innocents! The end of everyone and everything!! That’s right my dear, the Darkness is making a comeback and you’re invited! Don’t be shy, bring a friend! The more the merrier, and the stronger we’ll be when we strike the Light! Now off with you, away! Go start your meddling!” With a dark laugh, Kefka opened a corridor of darkness with a wave of his hand, before happily skipping through it towards his new destination. ~Kefka Has Left The Thread~
