This was new. Blinding white snow crunched underneath her boots as Sera walked around the area. The snow wasn't as bad as the Northern part of Gaia in the mountains. It actually seemed peaceful while back home there was always the dangers of monsters. Or not...The perfect silence of this beautiful scenery was great while it lasted. Heartless had started to appear like a horrible disease on unblemished skin. The only reaction the witch seemed to have though is only a sigh as she drew her katana from its sheath. At that moment when Sera had started to exterminate each Heartless with the sharpened long piece of steel, snowflakes had started to fall from the clear blue sky.

White, white everywhere. Naminé was practically invisible in the midst of the the wintry passage. A ghost in the snow, with her light golden hair and sky blue eyes being the only real indication of her being there. It wasn't really a surprise that the heartless had gone for the most dominant colour-wearing person in the area, who happened to be a woman in black. But Naminé was only just walking up the pass and hadn't spotted them yet, she was still enjoying the silence of the place and with her arms wound around her small form to keep warm, she lifted her face to the blue sky, blinking in surprise when a snowflake drifted down and landed on her nose.
She lifted a hand to catch a few more and watched as they melted slowly into droplets of water on her hands. She wondered if she would melt away like the snow one day... that's what she had always thought the fate of a Nobody was before she knew of her Somebody. She'd thought they'd eventually drift into nothingness, no longer existing like they were apparently supposed to. Even so, she'd been pulled out of Kairi again, hadn't she? Maybe she was like the snow...
But the snow was soft and pure... Naminé wasn't those things. She wasn't an innocent. She'd been tainted by the Organization leaving their dark footprints all over her, forcing her to melt helplessly and to flow in the direction they wanted her to, controlling her. And she could never be that perfect first snowfall again.
And now that I've escaped I just flow aimlessly.
She sighed, reaching the end of the pass- and that's when she saw Sera in the midst of a group of Heartless. However, she didn't see the Hook Bat zooming in from behind her, until its leathery wings were beating just above her. Her head tilted back, eyes widening as the metal hook was aimed to swing straight into her face.
She screamed.

Cold. White, frosty cold.
The dark keyblader had just arrived in the area, startled that he had arrived in a new world he had never been to. And this one was colder than he had ever imagined.
He had never seen snow before in his life.
As he looked up into the sky, he could see the white flakes falling, coating everything on his clothes, his hair and his face. It was like rain, but didn't melt into water until his hit the heat of his skin, the rest becoming an amazing white blanket that coated everything in sight. He had always lived in the tropical climate between the ocean and the jungle forests, so he had never experience an enviroment like this before in his life. But it was a nice, crisp, clean enviroment he enjoyed exploring.
Until that is, when it started to get colder.
His clothes were used to travelling in warmer weather, not colder, and soon he found himself shivering. Goosebumps appeared on his skin around the light hairs on his arms, trying to condense as much heat in as possible. He found the more he stepped through the snow, the wetter the clothing around his ankles became until they got damp, which only make him shiver more. He wrapped his arms around him as he found he was finally coming to the end of the pass, walking across the mountain through the new soft falling snow, which had already covered over his own tracks.
As he got closer, he heard the sounds of battle, and the sound of Heartless being purged back into nothingness. He had bowed his head to push through the cold weather and looked up as he began to run, finally noticing the two females in the area. One was a dark-haired woman dressed in black that reminded him of Lulu at first, except she had a different hairstyle and wielded a katana. The other - light golden hair, and sky blue eyes, just like his. White dress, sandals, and a sketchbook in her arms as she always carried. It could have only been one girl, and his steady heart skipped a beat.
In reaction to his realization of who it was, he burst forward in an increase in speed, Sacred Dusk appearing in a flash of light in his hand a fraction of a second before he threw it into the air like a boomerang. He heard her respond in a shrill scream of fright, cutting down the Hook Bat Heartless before the nasty steel hook could finish it's original intention of piercing the girl's lovely pale skin, the Hook Bat Heartless releasing a lone heart which floated up amongst the fragile crystaline snowflakes falling from the cloudy sky.
He jumped into the air and caught his weapon, landing swiftly by Naminé's side, his back to her. He remained silent for a moment as he side-stepped in a protective circle around her, his azure blue eyes checking the surrounding area for any more signs of immediate danger around the girl, before he turned to her. His hardened, instense expression turned immediately into a confident and happy lop-sided grin as his blue eyes met hers, winking at her, before he was off again into a run.
He took a few steps in his quickened pace over to the new mysterious woman, jumping into the fray, slashing at another Hook Bat that came from above that ambushed the woman and also released it's heart back into nothingness. In the meantime, he kept an observant eye on Naminé, but he mainly focused on the immediate dangers from above, focusing on the aerial assualt from the Hook Bats. He swiped his keyblade up into another Hook Bat Heartless, the tip of his keyblade becoming caught in the bat's hook, immediately using the keyblader reaction command Bat Battery as he used the Heartless as a weapon to rapidly whip around and destroy the other Heartless in intense streaks of light and darkness. His keyblade was released from the Heartless and destroyed it in a single swipe, before he landed back on the ground with his back to Sera's, alert for any signs off further attack that came from behind or above them.
His mind finally caught up to him in the blur that had become the battle as he fought the Heartless alongside Sera without question, returning to his earlier thought before it had been interupted.
Naminé.
She was here, and it surprised him. Because he had just left her a short while ago, content with the knowledge she was safe and could look out for herself. And yet everybody needed help every now and then, and while he was worried with the fact that Naminé had not been safe in this instance, he was glad he had been there at the right place at the right time to keep her out of harm's way.
Not that he thought she was a hinderence, that she couldn't take care of herself in a fight, he wanted to give her that option to be a part of the battle if she wanted. His eyes glanced across to her every now and then as she stood a distance away, watching over her, looking out for any other Heartless that may appear out of nowhere to attack her. She was safe for now, and that was all that mattered. He only wished he could say the same for himself, and this mystery woman...

As the witch in black kept defeating each Heartless, Sera had not even noticed the pale blonde girl's prescence in the area until she screamed and by then it would have been to late to react in time to save her from the Hook Bat that was heading towards the girl. It was a miracle that a boy with the same pale hair and blue eyes had appeared out of the blue (erm, white) and used a key-like blade to swipe away the Hook Bat in one good shot. The violet-eyed woman heard herself sighed in relief as she just realized that the girl was Namine from Halloween Town. The girl's costume was of a doll carrying a worn teddy bear while Sera's had been of an angel with black wings and a dress in many shades of dark purple. The shape shifter had been lucky that Halloween Town had allowed her to keep her combat boots that were currently keeping her feet from freezing off at the moment. It didn't take long for the boy with the key and Sera to be fighting back to back as they destroyed each Heartless with perfect timing for each swipe and stroke of their weapons with the occasion of grabbing the bats by the hook and using them to exterminate their own kind. It had only taken them fifteen minutes to finish them all. Keldric wasn't the only one who kept an observant eye of Namine in case the Hook Bats attack her again but perhaps it was her choice of color that camoflaged her from Heartless view. She had practically blended in into the snowy mountain view so it won't be a wonder why Sera hadn't noticed her. "You two alright?

Naminé thought it was going to be all over, when suddenly a different hovering sound swooped above her. It sounded vaguely familiar, and almost like the blades of a helicopter rotor spinning. Then she heard the darkness from the Heartless disperse into black mist and she dared to look up as a single heart floated up, followed closely by a heroic figure catching a familiar-looking keyblade with ease and skidding to a stop in the snow beside her. She turned her head to look at him as he skirted round her to inspect the area with his eyes, her own watching the back of his head dazedly since she could have sworn she should have been dead by now. When the keyblader turned to her she blinked in surprise, mouth parted in a sort of speechless trance as she met his blue eyes with her own. Then he grinned, winked, and he was off.
And her face flooded with colour.
She finally let out an icy breath that she didn't realize she'd been holding when Keldric fled from her to battle, the small white wisps drifting up after the blackened ones of the Heartless and very, very slowly, a smile crept onto her face as she watched the keybearer join the battle. How did he do that? The boy always seemed to appear when she was in the most trouble. She wondered vaguely if he had some sort of hero-sense that told him when danger was around. Shaking her head slightly she watched the battle ensue, unable to suppress a smile at the display of fighting skills he showed when using a move she distinctly remembered from Sora's memories. Though it was different seeing it first hand, she could actually hear the different beams shooting out and almost feel the electricity pulsing in the air around them from battle.
When she took a closer look at who Keldric was fighting with, her eyes widened in recognition. Long raven hair and violet eyes tipped her off, since in Halloween Town the colour scheme of the woman's clothes was similar too. And the graceful way she moved with that katana confirmed it- it was the dark angel! Seraphina Grace, she recalled. Naminé watched them both clear out the Heartless creatures like spilled ink on a blank canvas and couldn't help but feel a little useless. She only stood there again, but at least she wasn't too much of a distraction this time, blending into the snowy backdrop. No other Heartless had come at her yet, but it worried her that Keldric and Seraphina might be struggling to keep an eye on her since she hid so well. She didn't want them to lose their concentration.
Minutes passed with her standing silently, arms wrapped around herself, sketchbook held close as though that would warm her. She was shivering now, scolding herself internally for coming here and forgetting about the intense old. Just because she couldn't feel the cold in Sora's memories, didn't mean the place wasn't cold in actuality. She shook her head at her stupidity.
Then again it's not like I have any other clothes anyway… just my white dress, which was always made for indoors anyway, since I was never let out. Then again, Castle Oblivion was never warm either…
Naminé twitched her frozen fingers so they would feel a little more life-like again and looked up when the battle had ended, carefully kicking her way through the mound of snow to reach the two blade-wielders. A smile ghosted past her lips as she lowered her lashes in slight shame, knowing she hadn't really been much help to the two and that Keldric had yet again saved her life.
"H-hello," she greeted, trying to keep her teeth from chattering. "I'm okay. H-how about you t-two?"
When she finally looked up at them, snowflakes had gathered on her eyelashes and she blinked as a small pile of snow toppled off the end of the low cliffs, and straight onto her head.
"Um, ow?" she dusted it off of her head and looked to Sera with a renewed smile, and then to Keldric. "I thought t-that keyblade hovering above my head s-sounded familiar." she shook her head, meeting his bright blue eyes with her own smiling ones. "T-thank you, for saving me… again." She laughed softly, releasing yet another shuddering breath.
W-why was it so cold?

As Keldric destroyed the last Hook Bat Heartless, fighting alongside Sera in a strange, yet perfect unison, it was as almost as if they were performing a limit together. He watched the last heart of a Heartless become released from it's dark prison, before turning to the purple-eyed woman who had asked if they were alright. Naminé greeted them and said she was fine, but Keldric felt compelled to answer the woman's question first.
"Yeah, I'm okay too. You?" Keldric asked her casually, before Naminé approached him, and suddenly a pile of snow fell on top of her head. Keldric blinked as she muttered painfully under her breath, and he smiled, stepping forward as he noticed several clumps of snow in her hair. "Naminé, you've got a little bit of snow here... and there... nevermind, just hold still for a moment." he smiled, and brushed away gently the clumps of icy water in her hair, so they wouldn't melt later and cause her to shiver even more violently than she was now.
The reason why he wasn't shivering himself, he realized, was because he had been moving around so actively destroying Heartless that he had kept his body warmed up. So he didn't chatter in his speech, shiver, or had any goosepimples up his arms... for the moment. Then after that moment of recomposure by both blonde-haired people, Naminé expressed how she recognised him and how she was grateful for him saving her life. He smiled. "Yeah. that's usually how people tell how I'm coming, by listening to what my keyblade sounds like. You have very sharp listening, if it sounds different to others, Naminé." He grinned, and then blinked a little. "Again? I saved your life before? I lost count." he said blankly, then smiled amusingly, indicating with his tone and facial features he was joking. He remembered saving her the first time in Traverse Town with the Fairy Godmother's floating spell from the Wyvern Heartless, and in Halloween Town from several other suspicious characters. The girl was such a target for trouble, just like he was.
His body heat had lowered now, and now he too was rubbing his hands together, and then his arms. He cursed to himself, thinking how he wished he had some kind of jacket to keep Naminé warm that he could offer her. Instead, he rubbed his feet into the snow, finding some wet twigs and a dead plant underneath, and stepped back as he held out a hand. "Here, let's start a Fire!" he announced, a elemental fire bursting to life on the dead foliage.
Once this was done, he turned to Sera. "Hey, you're a really good fighter with that sword. I don't think we've been introduced... my name is Keldric, but you may call me Keldy, if you like." he smiled as he revealed his name, and held out a hand for Sera to shake.

Sera only shrugged as her own question was thrown back at her but watched the two blondes without interest. They seem to know each other and the keybearer must have saved her many times in the past if Keldric has lost count of them.
The crisp scent of smoke soon reached her and she glanced at the now burning foliage. How it started to burn, the witch had no idea but presumed it was the Keybearer's doing.
"Hey, you're a really good fighter with that sword. I don't think we've been introduced...My name is Keldric but you may call me Keldy, if you like."[/i]
The shapeshifter hesitated before slowly taking Keldric's hand and shaked it lightly before pulling her hand away. She wasn't used to socializing and normally doesn't allow anyone to get close to her.
"Sera..."

The way Sera shrugged at Keldric's question caused Naminé's eyebrows to lightly knit together in curious confusion. Even the first time she had met Sera, the woman seemed polite but at the same time almost stoic and to the point. Kind of like Vincent was... the girl smiled at that thought, figuring Sera was just cautious of others. That was probably sensible though.
When Keldric pointed out there was still some snow bunched together on her head, she turned cross-eyed trying to look up at where he was pointing and reached a hand up to brush it off, but he got there first. She blinked, the funny expression leaving her face when her eyes uncrossed and looked back at him thankfully. She gave a small laugh, fingers twisting together in front of her with slight embarrassment as she shivered.
"T-thank you."
Naminé shook her head, smiling lightly at Keldric's joking tone when he spoke about her brilliant hearing if she could distinguish the sound of his keyblade from others.
"W-well, I've not seen many other keybladers. And you're the only one I know who's e-ever thrown it that way before. Like in T-Traverse Town. I guess I just ha-ave a good memory."
Her smile dimmed some as she indirectly spoke of a skill that tended to go hand-in-hand with her other abilities. She was used to searching through others memories hurriedly in times of need, especially since she tried to map out all the new worlds she'd come to, so she supposed it would come naturally to her to search through her own subconsciously and recognize things. Though it was rarer for her to remember sounds and smells. Her powers were more visual.
"Again? I saved your life before? I lost count."
Naminé blinked at the deadpan look on Keldric's face, vaguely alarmed.
Please don't tell me he's another Umin!
Then he smiled, and she relaxed, feeling like hitting herself over the head for being so naïve. After actually dealing with so many memory problems before, it was too easy to believe someone else was having them now.
"Thank you anyway. I really appreciate it."
The girl jumped in surprise as Keldric cast a fire spell when he uttered the last word of his sentence. She hadn't been expecting that, but she smiled nevertheless, grateful for the warmth that burst forth from the flames and gingerly tucked her sketchbook under her arm so that she could warm her hands over the fire, murmuring another, "thank you."
Her eyes turned upcast to meet Sera's after she and Keldric were done introducing themselves, a smile playing on her lips.
"He's right you know, you fought really well the first time I met you too. And that had to be difficult with the dress and wings from the Halloween Town outfit getting in the way." A smile played on her lips. "Is this all you do in your spare time to get so good?"
She talked cheerfully enough, smiling warmly at Keldric before moving her trusting gaze to meet Sera's as if asking her to do the same. Telling her it was okay.

"Sera, h-huh? N-nice to meet you." Keldric said, shaking her hand as the cold around them settled into his skin, and started to make his teeth chatter uncontrolably.
She took her hand away from Keldric before he could do much else with it. Which was understandable, because from the way she was speaking and acting she wasn't much of a people person, and him doing his respectful greeting of kissing new girls on the knuckles might not have gone down with her so well. Maybe even to the point where she used her katana on him. He hadn't done it to Naminé when he met her because he had been admiring her simular appearence to his too much to have remembered it, and was glad he hadn't done it, as he didn't want to make her feel bad why he hadn't paid her the same respects. He might have scared her off with it, too - maybe it was time to give up the custom, remembering how Dagger had reacted to him afterwards.
He had laughed at how Naminé had gone cross-eyed, and replied as he continued to shudder, "Y-you're w-welcome, an-nytime.", noticing how adorable Naminé had looked when she did so. He noticed she did look slightly embarassed, and held in the sensation he felt compelled to utter in calling her cute. That wouldn't have made the situation any less awkward. But it still left a wonderful smile on his face as he looked at her.
He continued to smile, perhaps a little more faintly, and nodded as she explained how she recognised him through his keyblade. "Y-you must have a good memory. Nice work." he complimented, rubbing his hands together as he held his arms outward to warm them over the fire. "S-sorry if I st-tartled you, I wouldn't-t intent-tionally set someon-ne else on f-fire. That might-t be a little t-too warm-m." he laughed, noticing how Naminé had jumped, and laughed again warmly when she thanked him again. "I'm g-going to have t-to give you s-some m-munny for every t-time you thank-k me so you c-can buy yourself-f some warm-mer clothes-s. But, it-t's welcom-me, as-s alw-ways." he settled on a bright smile, his blue sheer eyes drawn towards Naminé.
She turned her attention on Sera, and so did Keldric, as Naminé mentioned she had met her previously in Halloween Town. "You g-girls m-met in H-halloween Town-n? W-were you an ang-gel?" he guessed, having heard she had a dress and wings, and how angels always seemed to be adored by women.
As he waited for his question to be answered, he felt Naminé smile at him warmly, looking at her as she looked at Sera, filled with a warmth that did not come from the fire.

"Sera, h-huh? N-nice to meet you."[/i]
Sera nodded as she glanced at the fire that he had barely made five minutes ago. It's warmth had not made it to her already pale skin yet though somehow it doesn't make a difference.
For some reason, the shapeshifter was already used to the cold and it didn't have much effect as it did on Keldric and Namine.
"He's right you know, you fought really well the first time I met you too. And that had to be difficult with the dress and the wings from the Halloween Town outfit getting in the way."
Sera only nods as she could tell that Namine was only complimenting on her abilities with the katana even with the disadvantage of a short dress. The wings were a different matter altogether.
"You g-girls m-met in Halloween Town-n? W-were you an ang-gel?"[/i]
The witch nodded again slowly before taking off the jacket she was also wearing at the moment and placing it on the shoulders of the warrior who had fought with her. Keldric seemed that he would catch hypothermia any moment.
"Sorry. Only have one jacket and it seemed like he was going to catch a cold faster than you...Um..
She still didn't know Namine's name.

After Keldric and Sera were done exchanging both verbal and non-verbal greetings, Naminé couldn’t help but noticed Sera's silence in comparison to Keldric's open gestures. Though Sera didn't seem to lack confidence in any way during her meetings with the woman, Naminé couldn't help but be reminded of herself a few years back, when she had been held captive.
She recalled hardly ever talking to anyone, waiting quietly on orders always. Even Axel, one of the most mischievous of the group that held her prisoner never bothered her much, as she wouldn't really respond to his taunts or jokes- unless shrinking further into her seat counted. But now she questioned Axel freely, she found it easier than before to speak her mind to people and actually tried to make a difference if she could, instead of sitting passively as things turned sour. With a warm little glow inside, she realized, maybe she wasn't so hopeless after all. She'd opened up, maybe Sera would too?
She watched as Keldric offered her a brilliant smile after she had thanked him, wondering if anything could ever dim that brightness he held and hoped the answer was no. Maybe it had something to do with being a keyblader? That made one pull the light out from within themselves so that they showed it to the world proudly for everyone to see. Then again, she thought with a crooked smile, Roxas wasn't exactly always happy-go-lucky, nor was Riku, and they were both keybladers. She hadn't even considered that is was her own silly antics that were making Keldric smile so extensively.
Sighing blissfully at the warmth of the fire now unfreezing her fingertips at least, Naminé rubbed her warm hands over her shoulders and down her arms to pass on the warmth. Though it only worked for a few seconds before she was shuddering again and had to repeat the process. Small, puffy clouds of white escaped her becoming chapped lips as she laughed lightly at Keldric's apology for starting a fire so suddenly. Lungs taking in the fresh, icy air, she breathed out again, leaving a trail of white wisps before answering him with her own smile.
"T-that's good to know. I already know one f-fire-st-tarter who never seems to stop b-burning things." She laughed, thinking of Axel again. "I'll never trust him w-with food."
She shook her head at the boy's next comment, soppy bangs flopping over forehead now due to the snow having melted into them.
"I'm afraid y-you'd have no munny left," she countered, smiling warily, "b-besides, I don't plan to s-stay somewhere s-so cold for too long. You don't sound too used-d to the cold either," she noted, judging by the way he was shivering violently.
As Sera placed her jacket over Keldric's shoulders and apologised for not having more than one, Naminé only laughed lightly.
"That's o-okay. No one's expecting you to carry t-two around anyway. Besides, I s-should've thought about getting a j-jacket before coming here."
She supposed she could always bunch some snow together and draw a warm coat for herself, transforming the ice into something useful- but there was no way she was going to do that in front of these two. She'd rather freeze.
"Naminé." the girl finished for Sera, smiling faintly.

"You kn-now a f-fire-starter? Who w-would that b-be?" Keldric asked the girl before him in a dress as white as the snow falling around them at her mention, curiously looking towards Naminé, but he shook his head. "W-whoever it is, they must-t be h-handy for s-starting a b-barbeque." he laughed, shuddering all the while.
"Mayb-be. I d-don't like t-to think-k you c-can't look after yourself-f, but I like d-doing nice th-things for others." he smiled, looking at Naminé. "Yeah, I d-don't plan on staying long-g either. Nope, I'm about-t as resistant-t to the c-cold as you ar-re."
Suddenly he felt a warmth over him, not noticing Sera placing her jacket on him. He listened to Sera's curt explanation, feeling she was a quiet, thoughtful woman. "T-thank you." After Naminé's reasoning, he nodded thoughtfully. "I g-guess. But..." He felt significantly warmer, but then looked at Naminé, who was still shivering. He would rather freeze to death than have to watch that. He shook his head significantly, and walked over to Naminé, taking Sera's jacket off and covering it over Naminé's bear shoulders instead. "And now you do have a jacket. You look c-colder than I do. Don't worry about m-me, it's-s all ab-bout c-circulation of the b-bloodstream, too." he told her, and on the spot, started to do some exersize in the form of squats.
"See? I'm feeling w-warmer already." he smiled, after doing five squats, the sweat and the heat from the fireplace warming his body now significantly.
((OOC: Lol, I've started to play Crisis Core today, and remembering how Sora mimics Cloud and Leon's pose in the Coliseum when he wins a battle, I couldn't resist having Keldy inadvertingly mimic Zack's squats. So funny.))

"Namine." Sera only nods as her sentence had become finished and closes her eyes for a moment as a cold wind made her midnight black hair flew wildly. The witch glanced at the horizon to check for the time for she didn't have a watch. She didn't need one when she had the sky to tell her. It was getting closer to nightfall... But her gazed was turned from the sky when the Keybearer, Keldric, had placed the jacket on Namine's shivering form saying that she needed it more than he did. Then he started doing squats which had placed a amused smile on the shapeshifter's face. "We won't have a chance against the cold if we stay here overnight. The temperture will likely drop below zero."

Naminé wondered whether or not it was a good idea to give away Axel's identity, but was spared answering Keldric's question about the fire-starter when he continued on to joke about whoever she had meant being useful when it came to starting a barbecue. The girl smiled coyly in response, pretty sure that Axel would burn anything and everything he attempted to cook, but refused to say so in front of someone the red-head hadn't even met. Axel may not be her greatest ally, but she wasn't about to make fun of him.
At Keldric's words about wanting to do nice things for others, despite having a lack of munny if he ended up giving it all away, Naminé shook her head, gazing fondly at him. He was so selfless. Why couldn't she be that way? Well, she could try at least, but somehow it made her feel dimmer in comparison to the one smiling brightly in front of her in the midst of the cold, as though he were the sun itself. "S-still… I wouldn't want you to l-lose a-all your munny. I mi-ight just have t-to stop t-thanking you," she mused, smiling vaguely. She nodded at his next words, "n-next time I pick somew-where to go, it'll p-probab-bly be the beach," she laughed.
She blinked as Keldric made his way over to her, tilting her head in confusion- did she still have some snow in her hair? But realization dawned on her when he took Sera's jacket off again and her eyes widened as she stepped back quickly.
"N-no! That's o-okay. I'm alright-"
But the boy had already draped the long jacket over her shoulders. Instantly she was seeped in warmth and she shuddered again, realizing just how cold she really was in comparison to the heat of the cloth. She only frowned at Keldric, slight distress playing on her features as her eyes turned downcast. Red tingeing her cheeks, she mumbled to him, "You did-dn't have to d-do that…" and then she smiled softly, "and I'm n-not going to t-thank you t-this time, because now you need your munny t-to bu-uy a jacket."
Wrapping the jacket around her, sketchbook tucked underneath with one arm, she once more vowed to herself she would be more selfless in the future- and less stupid. Honestly, she had seen all of the snow in Sora's memories too… Her thoughts cut off eventually when Keldric started exercising and she watched him with a curious smile. It was kind of a spontaneous thing to do, but that only made it more intriguing. "If you s-say so," she replied to him about his being warmer already, not entirely believing him, but smiling nonetheless.
The gust of wind that blew frost and snow in their direction made Naminé pull Sera's jacket around her tighter, as her hair sifted back too, becoming softer and more windswept, she ran her fingers through it lightly, attempting to at least get it to stay over her shoulder before looking to Sera. She wondered how she wasn't cold. At least Keldric had managed to make her smile though.
"Hm?" Naminé faltered as Sera spoke of the temperature dropping come nightfall. She couldn't stay here then… It was odd not having a place to stay anymore, even as a captive she had her own room, but she hadn't dared go back to the old Mansion since it'd been overrun with lesser Nobodies… and DiZ. Instead she'd been touring the worlds and portalling back to Roxas' hangout in Twilight Town, falling asleep uneasily on the worn out couch since none of the friends came in the night. Then she would disappear again in the morning before anyone could notice.
Like a ghost, she thought with a faint smile, no wonder those rumours about me haunting the mansion are still going around… now they'll think I'm haunting the rest of the town too.
"The villa-age isn't t-too far off. You may be able to find sh-shelter there… or there's a cave nearby i-if there's no place in the v-village," she suggested.

While he was doing his squats, feeling cheery as he thought with a grin he might as well get some good exersize while he was doing warm-ups, he did repetitions of 10 squats, then another 10, then a total of 30 squats before Sera spoke aloud, suggesting they shouldn't stay here all night or they'd freeze to death. Keldric stopped, nodding, feeling his skin had already gone numb from the cold. "That would be wise." he agreed with Sera.
"Even though I like hearing you say thank you, you shouldn't have to, so that sounds like a good deal." he grinned back at Naminé. "And good idea. At least then, hopefully, the only thing you'll need to worry about is if you get sunburnt." he smiled at the warmth, already feeling a bit warmed-up from his squats near the fire that he wasn't shivering anymore.
He laughed at her reason this time not to thank him, just glad she had the jacket on so she was warm. He really didn't want to see her go to the effort of having to warm up like he did while he selfishly wore the jacket, it wasn't gentlemanly of him to do so. A sudden gust of wind blew through the area, throwing up snow into his hair, making him rub the exposed skin on his arms with his hands again. It also effectively snuffed the fire out, leaving them without a source of heat and light, making him feel all the more colder. He went back to doing squats again.
He blinked slightly as Naminé's next words, about there being a town and a cave nearby, and on his tenth squat he stopped again. "A town, and a cave? I didn't see them here when I came in! Sounds like an adventure! C'mon girls, let's go!" he said aloud excitedly, and started to run, to build up and maintain the warmth in his body. He looked over his shoulder, pausing but jogging around the area they were in, making sure they would follow before he energetically sprint off again. "Race ya!" he challenged, revealing a mischevious grin at them to make sure they did join him, "First one to the bottom of the mountain gets to pick where we stay for the night! Ready?"
