It didn't seem like this was going to continue for much longer. The monster without a heart seemed to be losing a lot of blood now, which was evident from the smears and many droplets upon the floor, walls and bookshelves. As he walked along the top of the bookshelf he stood upon, his leather boots causing the wooden frame to creak under his weight, the reply to his question reached his ears, to which he was expecting. The monster reminded him a lot of Zack 'The Puppy' Fair which only caused the Scarlet SOLDIER to react with a small 'heh' of a chuckle escaping his lips, closing his eyes as he did so with a small shake of his head. He peered off down to his right to see if anything was down between the rows of books, but saw nothing other then the odd book that had tumbled from it's resting place. The monster whom he was engaged in battle with had no heart, so tracing it's aura from that was difficult, but the sheer amount of Darkness it held was very clear to detect. "What do you think you're looking for then? Trying to discover who you are, or maybe what your purpose is? Perhaps you're seeking an answer on how to obtain a new Heart?" Genesis asked, his voice was calm and serene as he continued to walk upon the top of the bookshelves.
Was there really any difference between the Heartless and Nobodies? A Nobody was created when a Somebody lost their heart... becoming Heartless, right? So if Genesis himself lost his heart, a Nobody would come to life in his place as his Heartless form roamed the world? Was that it? Did it work that was? There was obviously much more to learn then what he already knew. Perhaps this Organization his petite ally was part of might shed light on new information? There was no time to think anymore for the Heartless made a move and Genesis watched the beast as his Shadow Flare managed to blow the creature backwards. As it lay there, the SOLDIER continued to pelt the remaining Flares, only to watch the monster get up and dart away with unsuspected speed. The next three Flares missed but the final hit home, blasting the creature into the ceiling where a loud thud echoed through the library. The Heartless crashed down upon a bookcase only one row away with the cracking and splintering of wood, where Genesis got an excellent view of it's face before it disappeared off the edge away from him. Looking up across the rows of books, the Scarlet SOLDIER nodded towards his Clone before motioning to the row where the monster had fallen.
Wanting to jump across and look down, Genesis paused an instant before and pondered if the creature was preparing an attack for him the moment he poked his head out. Not taking the risk, the SOLDIER hopped down to the ground instead with the single row of bookshelves separating him and the monster. Waiting a moment for his Clone to get into position, Genesis raised his Rapier up to eye level before concentrating on the Darkness of the creature. Side stepping silently a couple times to align himself, Genesis stepped forth and thrust his Rapier into the bookcase, stabbing through the wooden structure with a loud 'snap' in hopes of striking the monster on the other side in surprise. With luck, the monster may be expecting Genesis to show up on top of the shelves and wouldn't expect a sword to come through the shelves. They again, maybe Genesis had his aim off and hit nothing? It mattered not, for there was one who could see the Heartless.
Genesis' clone hopped down from the opposite bookshelf, the one behind Hadria, and landed so that the Heartless was trapped between Zexion and itself. Not saying anything nor pausing to wait for anything, the Clone leaped forth when noticing the Heartless looking up at the bookshelves. With it's Rapier gaining a bright red glow with Embue Sword, the Clone darted in for attack with Dancing Sword, slashing the long thin blade first from right to left then quickly back from left to right. Twisting it's hips, mimicking the real Scarlet SOLDIER precisely, the Clone then thrust forth with the Rapier three times, all strikes aimed for the Heartless' chest/torso. Finally, the Clone jumped into the air before slamming the Rapier into the ground, getting as close to the Heartless as it could. A shockwave erupted from the Rapier, blasting anything within range away, with the intention of sending the Heartless towards Zexion so the petite scholar could combo up on the attack. Several books were blown from the shelves either side of the Clone that tumbled down to the ground, making a rather large mess of the library. Before the shockwave, the real Genesis had tugged his Rapier free from the bookshelf and headed off to his left, heading towards the end of the shelves where the real Zexion was.

If Zexion had ever even thought about religion other then in theoretical terms, this is where he would be praising a God. The Heartless fell victim to the Schemer’s ally’s strange pulsing magical attack…
Zexion was aching all over, his head still spinning as he leaned against the bookshelf next to him in support. The Heartless decided at that moment to drop from the ceiling, scaring (obviously not actually scaring) the living daylights out of the petite scholar and making him jump out of the way if she planed to attack again. But the Heartless focus was now on Zexion’s ally… leaving him a pretty good spot to make a move.
The Nobody was tired, his body screamed for the pain to stop and for this entire thing to end. Desperation would have been the emotion going through the young man’s heart, if he had one. But Zexion had no such emotion, clearing his mind a bit more for logical maneuvers.
It was time that the man in the red cloak and the younger one in the black one worked together. Separately they were assisting but in a haphazard sort of messy way. Planning might have prevented Zexion from nearly getting hit by the Shadow magic spell the warrior had down, and perhaps utilize the clones to a better use. His clones had basically be milling in a few rows over as the Organization’s sixth member had no concentration to keep heads and tails of them. They were a ditch effort now, with the Heartless too close and them too far away. The Cloaked Schemer would use them as a last resort… if things were looking grim for… why would he want to annihilate the entirety of this Library? The place that might still hold the information that he was looking for? But, if Zexion worked together with the warrior, closely using their techniques together, they could cause just as much damage to the Heartless before…
Now… to tell what the man was doing…
The Nobody looked up swiftly to see if his ally was still striding tall on the bookshelves, but the man had already disappeared from them. Opening his senses, Zexion located him a row over… just as his sword pierced through the bookshelves. Why on Earth would he- but before the Nobody could finish completing that thought, a realization struck him. It was a distraction… the man was trying to distract the Heartless…
Swiftly, Zexion set into action. Lexicon sprung into the man’s hand with nothing more then a slight sound of papers shuffling. Noting the damage the bookshelf had taken already, Zexion wasn’t too concerned with it surviving, and had no qualms with attack it… this opportunity was a bit more important.
“Looks like I have enough” the man whispered softly, stepping backwards a few steps and releasing Cyclone Snatch [/b]. The spell would send a dark, black and menacing cyclone to fit perfectly in the space he had just previously occupied. The Heavy suction would affect anyone within a rather nice sized radius of the spell, drawing them inwards. True, his partner might feel the effects of the spell, but he was quite certain the man had the skills to get out of the way…
The Heartless was closer…
And how much closer could she get but being thrown in? Right as the spell was coming off of Zexion’s fingertips, the Clone of his command jump forward to hit it with a glowing red rapier in a series of impressive strikes before, hopefully sending it flying with the shock wave of the finishing blow. If it succeeded, like Zexion had an odd feeling something at least would, the Heartless would completely be trapped by the Cloaked Schemer’s spell, playing nicely into the whole teamwork thing Zexion had just thought of. But if it missed… the spells force might not be strong enough to get the Heartless in… and perhaps suck the clone of his ally in instead.
The heavy bookshelves in the area around the cyclone were starting to move in towards it, slowly making a sandwich out of the two other warriors in the row. Zexion could only hope that it would be successful… for if the Heartless were inside the cyclone… his ally would have one free shot to hopefully get rid of it… If it completely failed… well… Zexion had the ditch effort of the clones he was setting into place now.
((OOC: If I was confusing with any of that, let me know, I’ll be happy to explain it a bit better. I’m good at knowing how to take damage, but… envisioning attacks isn’t my thing… so let me know))

Defigo… defigo… defigo (Concentrate), the beast thought to herself as she closed her eyes during the brief respite that she had been allowed. Her lungs expanded soon after, taking a deep breath as she focused deeply, analyzing the sounds that were being made in the library. More and more footsteps were approaching her, now sure that the clones that Zexion had summoned were now going to something other than patrol, and that other clone she had injured severely was also approaching her. She was more than aware that Zexion was still behind her, more than likely getting ready for a joint attack along with Genesis now that the Heartless had stopped moving and it would be incredibly easy to attack her from both sides. A soft smirk curved against her lips, not able to hide the pleasure she got from this battle as well as how everything was going according to plan. Indeed, the two warriors were completely ignorant to the trap that they would soon fall into, a fact so distracting that Hadria had been unaware of Genesis jumping down from the bookshelf before he had suddenly stabbed through the bookcase. Her eyes opened up wide upon hearing the books snap, her head moving back slightly and getting skimmed across the bridge of her nose with the blade (light damage, 25% + 75% = 100%). Her teeth gritted lightly as she looked to the source, now noting the position of the real Genesis as the clone had soon dropped down in front of her. She smirked lightly as she turned to her side, narrowing the area of which the clone could attack her with as he quickly shot toward her. The first two attacks were horizontal, aimed at her torso, and quickly dealt with the minimal amount of movement backwards. It was then that the warrior began to thrust at her, Hadria’s eyes narrowing as she watched the blade carefully. She dodged the first stab by leaning backward just a tad, the first one aimed at her chest. The next one came toward her torso, this attack evaded as well as she contorted her body oddly and sucked in her stomach to let the blade pass by harmlessly. The final thrust was coming, once again aimed at the chest of the poor Heartless and with a martial prowess that would seem peculiar coming out of a Heartless, she would use her free and forward left hand to parry the blade, touching the blunt side. The man would then quickly jump up, his blade glowing even more vibrantly but not distracting the Heartless one bit. Indeed for a Corridor of Darkness had opened up beneath her as he did so, and Zexion rushed to attack simultaneously. She would quickly fall through it as both attacks initiated, flipping Zexion the bird having been aware of his little sneak attack… subtlety was not the Nobody’s strong suit. After all, even though Hadria had to deal with Genesis’ oncoming attack, it wasn’t like she had forgotten that Zexion would have been behind her. Furthermore, Genesis’ attacks didn’t make any particular loud noise and while it was faint, Hadria had picked up on the sound of Zexion’s book opening as well as his rushed footsteps to try and capitalize on the situation. He had made no attempt to mask his presence when Hadria had certainly taken the time to focus all her senses to the nth degree and would certainly pay for it. Yes they would both pay for their attempt at besting the Heartless in combat for the Corridor of Darkness that had opened now made her emerge back in the middle of the library. It would quickly shut itself to not allow the opponents in question to travel through it as well and keep the attacks that they had sent at the Heartless on that side and possibly hit one another. Whether the friendly fire happened or not, the Heartless would raise the blade she wielded above her head, spinning it between her fingers as blood would begin to form around her like a tornado. It would then grow tremendously, reaching the ceiling as it spread outward, a spiraling hurricane of crimson that would attack not only the real Genesis and Zexion but their clones as well. The tornado of blood in question would grab them, piercing them with several needles of blood, an attack unblockable since it attacked from every angle imaginable and now the likelihood of dodging it was little to none since it was performed indoors. Regardless, as the tornado passed through the surrounding bookshelves and did whatever damage it inflicted, Hadria would crouch down to the floor, laying her hands against it as she licked her lips lightly. This fight was become more and more satisfying with each and every second, the Heartless now using the short interval it would take them to get to her to pace around the middle a tad. She steadied her breathing, and watched as her blood flowed between the cracks of the cobblestone beneath her, painting the floor a beautiful crimson... "Come and get me you two, you wouldn't want to keep a pretty woman waiting would you?" she taunted as she smiled lightly... she was going to win this fight. Everything had turn to hell.
The situation went from tolerable to perilous in a matter of minutes. Everything had backfired. The Heartless not only dodged the man in the red cloaks attack, but his ally’s clone and the cyclone as well… all too easily. Zexion inwardly cursed for his lack of battle sense and understanding of the Heartless techniques. His ally’s clone quickly then fell to friendly fire, engulfed by the Cloak Schemer’s own move.
But the worse part… was that his partner was gone.
When the Heartless disappeared, Zexion attempted to find it’s Darkness and that of his ally’s to judge where to attempt to place his next attack. It was then that he realized, he couldn’t smell his ally… at all.
Gone? If Zexion had a heart, this is where the panic would start to set in. Logic though was dictating that he was now… well screwed.
The Heartless was using an action again; Zexion could feel it. Logically his options were minimal. Without his ally, he was in a deep predicament… one that we looking grave indeed.
The human instinct for survival was setting in on him now, just as it had done in his fight against Riku. He could feel the clones slowly being destroyed by blood needles and he knew it was only a matter of time before they got him. Raising his arm he summoned a Corridor to Darkness just as the Heartless talked.
“I would surmise you are far from being a women. Women aren’t this monstrous” Zexion said softly as he stepped into the portal and to the entrance of the castle.
Zexion has exited the thread
(OOC: Congrats Felix :’( now stop rubbing it in?)
