As most of you know, the Dark Storm has ended and a new plot has just begun. For those of you that are either new, or have not been following the plot, the human heartless have taken total control over Disney Castle. This is a big deal for everyone because it does affect everyone on the site. Disney Castle was known as the strongest hold for the Heroes. With the fall of the Light at Disney Castle, and the corruption of the Corner stone, which now repels light, the heartless currently have the upper hand in the war.
This next plot line circles more towards the villains on the site facing the heroes head on. Each world on Confused Memories will be labeled as “Light, Dark, or Neutral (No Label)”. If an area is controlled by the darkness, a group of light may attack this world to take it back. This goes the same if the light controls the world, a group of darkness may attack it. If the world is neutral, either group may attack it to claim it for their side.

Rules
1. Any world on the site is susceptible to an attack by any group.
2. Groups may be made of any amount of people from the same side. The more people in your raid group, the higher the chance you have of winning yet higher chance of losing from inactivity. Please try to limit your group to five or less people because it will be easier on you.
3. You may only be active in one raid, per character, at a time. Therefore, if you are in a raid on Traverse Town, you may not be in a raid in Hallow Bastion until you leave the attack on Traverse Town. You cannot join a raid already in progress if Light and Darkness is already represented in the thread, the people already in the raid is set in stone, if you want to make an attack on the world you will have to wait until the thread is over.
4. [Time Change Mentioned in Rules #12]If a raid thread goes inactive for more than five days, the person that was meant to post next loses the raid for their team. Let us say the order is Kadaj, Vincent, Yuffie, and Yazoo. If Yuffie does not post, then Kadaj’s group wins the raid. If Yazoo does not post, then Vincent’s team wins the world.
However, If you need to pull out of a raid thread due to an excusable absence, you are required to post in the Vacation Thread explaining why you need to leave. Then, you are to make a post in your Raid with your character fleeing with an OOC comment explaining that you are leaving with a link to your Vacation Thread. You do not need to wait for or follow the Posting Order. If you can't post it yourself, please ask another character in your raid retreat for you.Example: Cloud needs to pull out of a thread so he can go on a Family Vacation. He can ask Vincent, who is in the same raid with him, to post the retreat for him. This is a lot like when Cloud was knocked out in the battle in the Forgotten City in Advent Children and Vincent arrived and took him out of the battle.
However, to avoid abuse to this rule, you must wait ten days after you pull out of the original raid to join another as penalty for abandoning your last battle.
5. To start an official raid, you post a thread on the "Eye of the Gods" Requests Board using the following form:World Name: [State name of the Board you are attacking. Ex: Traverse Town, ]
Current Label: [Light or Dark; If it is not labeled, it is Neutral!]
New Label: [Light or Dark or Neutral; If you win, what side do you want to claim the world?]
Raid Group: [State Leader First, then other group members]
World Name:
Current Label:
New Label:
Raid Group: Leader Name Here; List other members here; and here]
6. Any threads started in a world that are not first posted and approved by staff are not official threads. These threads will not be accepted as official threads and will not be credited as an attack on the world.
7. If an attack thread is placed on a world and you would like stop this attack, you have ten days to get a group together to counter the attack. You may have any amount of people to attack back, the higher your group number, the better your chance of winning rp wise, but a higher chance of losing via inactivity.
8. If no winner has been decided on the world within a month, an administrator of the plot will go in, read the entire thread, and decide a winner depending on how the fighting in the thread has played out. The administrators have the final say. If you have a problem with the decision, you may pm Larxene or Vincent to argue your case. You may also simply re-attack the world.
9. Attention, Neutrals and Organization XIII - Neutral characters are not tied down to a specific side, they may switch sides at will. But, if your character is more inclined to lean towards the light/dark, then try to stay in character that way.Example: Tseng is listed as neutral. But it is less likely that he would side with Darkness as he would never side with Sepiroth or Kadaj. So he would usually side with Light.
Organization XIII members may join either side in a raid. They can help the light, or they may help the darkness depending on the character. They do not need to completely follow Xemnas as Organization XIII does not have their own side. They can also raid or defend their worlds to keep them neutral.Example: Larxene, Axel and Marluxia would not just help Xemnas or their team. They would both probably slip off and go individually to help who they think they should. Axel might fight Dark in a thread with Roxas, while Marluxia may decide to help Stroud take out a world in order to spite Xemnas. Though, the followers of Xemnas may also attack and counter Castle Oblivion and The World That Never Was and keep them NEUTRAL.
10. Boss Raids - These are attacks on a world to ultimately turn the world neutral again. The attacks are to be defended by the side that owns the world. So, if a Raid boss attacks a world that is labeled Light, the Light must get a group to defend the world. The same goes for if a Dark world is attacked. However, these bosses are very strong beings and you will want the more then one person in the group. So, you must have a least two members from the same side to counter this raid. But also, don't overdo the group size either.
11. During any plot battle thread - this includes any Raids - characters are limited to only using a maximum of two of actions per post/turn/round.. These consist of anything in the battle that is used offensively and defensively to gain an advantage in battle such as; powers (those listed on one's character application), standard physical attacks (punching, slashing a combo, etc), and using items (Potions, Phoenix Downs, etc.) This ensures that the character's opponents have a fair chance to write a response both countering the character's attacks as well as making their own.
We believe the members will be fair with their characters and dodge or block their opponent's actions according to the powerplay rule like getting hit to make the fight seem realistic. However, please try and be more descriptive on how you dodge an attack. You need to have more than "<your character's name> dodged the attack." This way it's more interesting and realistic.
If you break the rules, the punishments are as follows: First warning will be a correction of the post. The second warning is if they are still at fault, the reward will be banned at the end of the Raid or Plot thread to keep the flow going. On the third and final warning, the member will be banned from raids with all characters until approved by staff.
12. If a member fails to post within four days, they are simply removed from the plot/raid thread and will not be allowed to post in it again. The turn then goes to the next person in the post order.
*However, if you manage to make your post after the four days, but before the staff removes you, then you are safe to continue*
For example: If a raid thread consisted of Sora, Master Xehanort, Kairi, Vanitas, Riku and Xehanort's Heartless. If Sora does not post within four days, he will be removed from the raid, and it's Master Xehanort's turn. Sora ends up posting within four days, and it is now MX's turn. If MX does not post in four days, he is removed from the raid, and it will be Kairi's turn. And so on, going through the turn order from Vanitas to XH, and around again until time is up on the raid.*Upon the posting of this rule, this will include all raids, including the ones currently in progress, effective immediately.*
