Vanitas had heard about the world known as, 'Enchanted Dominion' from his Master. He mentioned how it was the world in which one of the Princesses of Heart resided, and how it was also the home of a most useful pawn that his master had encountered. He had long forgotten the name of this 'pawn' simply because whoever it was, she was simply that, a 'pawn' in the Masters overall plan. Vanitas was often amused when he or his master were able to manipulate others to do their dirty work for them. He found it quite laughable that there were so many people who could be suckered into doing something that Vanitas considered to be quite obvious in terms of what its purpose was. He supposed that it was a part of his cunning personality, which allowed him to see 'the big picture' in a way that most others simply couldn't.
Regardless of personality differences, the Master had mentioned that the pawn's heart, was filled to the core with darkness, feeding emotions such as greed, anger, and vanity, and that although easily manipulated, she possessed a great amount of power. Perhaps that meant that this world possessed a great amount of dark power as well, which could be responsible for feeding the power of Vanitas' master's pawn as well as many others. Vanitas decided that it would be worth his while to travel to the world to investigate this matter.
In a calm grassy field teeming with life, an ominous looking dark portal suddenly appeared near the center of it. The wildlife around scattered in fear, instinctively trying to get away from the the portal. Vanitas emerged from the portal a few seconds later, fully clad in his body suit and helmet, and scanned the area. He was immediately disappointed by what he saw. Nothing in the general area of where Vanitas was suggested that there was any amount of darkness nearby. He had expected much more from a world where such a powerful dark being resided.
Vanitas was disgusted until out of the corner of his eye, he noticed something far off in the distance. A mountain, which towered over everything around it, had an ominous looking castle perched atop it. What's more, a dark, black cloud encircled the castle, making the mountain almost impossible not to notice, as it stood out among the bright colors that made up the features of the rest of this world.
Vanitas decided that perhaps this castle was worth investigating, and proceeded to walk slowly towards the mountain on which it stood.

In a nearby grassy field, lay Xion, looking up at the bright blue sky. It reminded her of the ocean, which she could only just remember by now. Destiny's Island's ocean was the same blue color as the sky here, and Xion could picture fish is the mast blue air. Flowers curled around her head, and some grass would occasionally tickle her legs. The grass covered her, and made hr almost invisible in the meadow. She heard a portal open, and peeked through the grass to see an ominous looking boy walking towards the Dark Castle on the mountain.
Xion sat up after he was out of sight, and thought about what to do. The guy didn't look to friendly, and he could even be attacking the world. She decided she needed to help the nice area, by protecting it from the harm that could come from the boy.
" I better follow him to that castle." Xion said to herself, as she propelled herself up with her legs. She would need some help, but that would come later. Xion was confident she could do this, whatever she had to do. She really didn't want a fight, but she loved this place like her second home, so she set off towards the dark castle, looking around for the dark boy.
The path winded up to the dark place, which happened to be coated in a weird eerie green fire. Xion knew it would be much tougher than she thought from the moment she lost sight of Vanitas.
"Uh Oh." She whispered, as she traveled further and further into a dangerous task.

He'd had a bad feeling about traveling out of his land, but no less, Shang had. He needed to escape the stresses that had been building on him, and the best possible escape would be traveling to a completely different world. He'd decided upon a place that, by its very name, sounded magical in nature. Surely, a place defined as being enchanted would be the perfect retreat from Darkness. Walking briskly through the world, Shang's eyes caught gaze of a portal that made itself known, and from within, exited an armored figure. The moment the portal had opened and the being had exited it's innards, Shang felt that there was something wrong; that the armored figure didn't pose the same peace that Shang did upon traveling to this world.
To be safe, the general decided that pursuing would do no harm. The figure would not feel threatened, and furthermore, it would give Shang the peace of mind he needed if the being didn't post any threat at all. It was in his pursuit however that another figure appeared - someone that was clearly aligned with the Light - and she seemed to have occupied the very same idea that Shang had in pursuing the being. Eyes narrowing as if to contemplate the young girls motives, the moment it had taken Shang to take glimpse at the young girl resulted in losing sight of the mysterious armor cladded being that had appeared only moments ago. Surely the man hadn't got too far away, but far enough for Shang to be able to communicate without giving away the two pursuers general position.
"Girl...." Shang called in his regular, stern and demanding tone. Narrowing the distance between himself and the youngster, Shang offered the girl a friendly smile - by no means fitting the tone of his voice used only moments ago, "Do you by any chance know who that was that appeared from that portal? Does he.... she.... it - pose a threat to these lands?" short and unrehearsed, Shang offered the girl a curious look - inclined to know whether she knew more than he did about exactly what was going on here. Shooting a look up at the castle they'd been making their way toward considering that the figure was heading there, Shang's features fell sour; all of a sudden he was really glad he'd traveled in his armor and in the company of his sword.

When Vanitas had appeared in this world, there were eyes watching him. Kimahri had been able to watch others unnoticed before and as a hunter watched the Dark Keybearer from the shadows. He had appeared in this world without call or reason and knew not how to go elsewhere. All that remained for him was to learn what there was about this place and perhaps find a way to a different place.
Vanitas might be a way out or a problem. Those were the things Kimahri suspected the most. Seeing the dark armor, he wondered what the man truly was and simply followed for now. Having stalked prey before, the Ronso shadowed the boy from above, moving along a trail nearer than Xion and Li Shang, but on a different path. He had not noticed the two others so far.
Taking a moment, Kimahri thought of casting Scan, just to see whether the man could form a problem when ending in fight and perhaps if the strange black portal is learnable. When he used the ability and looked the Keybearer over, he could see the man was at full strength, not having fought just moments earlier or anything, he assumed. No abilities could be learned by Kimahri. And the boy seemed to be a very Dark person or being, so it seemed likely that he would fight if Kimahri made his appearance.
With that, he continued to trail Vanitas in hopes to learn more about him.

As Vanitas continued to walk towards the castle, he thought that he heard a number of different sounds coming from behind him. The Masked Boy immediately dismissed these thoughts considering that he had seen no one else around upon exiting the portal. However, another sound, this one being of some sort of verbal communication, was enough to make Vanitas turn around to see where the sound was coming from.
Standing a short distance behind him was a tall armor-clad man, with black hair, but what really caught his eye, was the young girl, a short distance away. She was dressed in the very same black cloak that those two nobodies that Vanitas had met a short time ago. Did this mean that she was part of Organization XIII as well? Vanitas initially paid no attention to the third figure that was a bit further away, except to the fact that he, or it, appeared to be a large blue, lion like figure.
Vanitas decided to address the man, and the girl first, as they appeared to have been conversing with each other, and potentially knew each other. He decided to put wondering about this girls connection with Organization XIII on hold as well, as he said to the pair, "I hope that none of you were planning on getting in my way. I don't appreciate interference."

As she walked forward, a voice rang out from behind her, So Xion turned around. She walked to the man, and politely answered.
"I can't be sure, but I think he's attacking this world." Xion looked at him as she spoke, with big blue eyes. She was really shy on the inside, and was almost tempted to look away. She just took a breath, and muttered, Roxas so no one could hear but her.
"My name's Xion. What's yours?" Xion asked nosily, holding out her hand for him to shake. Unfortunately, they were interrupted by the Mysterious Guy in the Mask. Xion had almost completely forgot about him, even though he now only stood a couple yards away. Through the dark mask, she thought she saw the boy staring directly at her.
"Oh. We're getting in the way alright." Xion said to him confidently. She celebrated in her mind to herself. She wasn't afraid. Al she had to do was try her best, and she could do it. Xion looked at the man, and gave him a look that meant: Please?

Li's eyes lingered on the small child that stood before him and he nodded understandingly to her words. "I also got the impression that he was attacking.... though.... until we see exactly what his intentions are, I don't think it'd be wise to take any action." a mature outlook on the situation came out in response to the youngsters worries.
The introductions began only moments after the querying about the man heading for the castle, and Shang felt obliged to answer the young girl, now confirmed to go by the name of Xion. "It's nice to meet you, Xion. I'm Li Shang.... but Shang will do fine." the General put simply, a respecting nod accompanying his words. No less, their conversation was cut short by the return of the man - the very man that the group had suspected was attacking the world; and from what they could gather from his words - he was.
Xion had responded to the dark beings words even before Shang could comprehend the words that had been shot their way and therefore, Shang simply offered his partner an easy smile, "Well.... if Xion's going up against you, I think it would be rude of me to leave. I suggest you go back to wherever you came from - you're outnumbered and outmatched!" Shang called confidently, a stirring smirk lingering on the corner of his lips. There was some nervousness lingering in the stomach of the General. Something about the figure that opposed them beamed power from his very presence and hence, Shang all of a sudden felt that his assessment of the man was a little too soon. No less, what had been said had been said, and Shang had to stand by his words; he was a warrior, and warriors didn't flee, no matter what the odds.

Still watching from above, Kimahri moved a bit further as to come behind Vanitas when he had moved back to the two others. He didn’t know whether the man already knew of his presence or that he was still hidden, but the man had no eyes in the back of his head, unless the helmet hid a much more different face from other races he had seen. In that case it would explain the Darkness and he would be some sort of monster attempting to hide its true face.
Kimahri could now listen to the conversation that was going on between the Masked one and the other two. The man with the young girl appeared to be some kind of soldier while the young girl seemed earlier to get in trouble. Seeing the two oppose the man quite quickly, Kimahri readied himself a bit for a fight as well. Even if it was to help out and mainly due to there being a youngster that might need help if the masked one would attack her.
Seeing the two had given the boy the option to leave peacefully, Kimahri wasn’t going to jump in immediately, but waited for what answer the masked one would give. While so, he made sure to start off with a good attack from his position when the time came.

At this point, Vanitas was somewhat confused about this girl. Her black cloak suggested that she was part of Organization XIII. However, he attitude suggested that she was anything but. He demeanor, and expression suggested that she was harboring at last some sort forms of emotions, which would be quite uncharacteristic of nobodies. Of course she could easily be faking these emotions for the sake for deception, but Vanitas wondered why she would even care about protecting this world, as her demeanor, and expressions seemed to suggest.
Vanitas decided to address her defiance first, before he turned his attention towards the black-haired man. If she was in fact a part of the Organization, then perhaps he could convince her to back down, by warning of what could happen if she didn't. Vanitas held out this right arm as Void Gear suddenly materialized in the palm of his hand. He raised the Keyblade above his head and got into his usual fighting stance and said to the girl "I'd back down if I were you. Organization XIII wouldn't be happy if they found out that one of their own was standing against their newest ally." If this girl was in fact part of Organization XIII, then perhaps she would be intimidated by the threat of retaliation from other members, as well the fact that he even knew of the Organization.
Vanitas then turned his attention towards the older man and said to him, "And who are you? Some lame do-gooder, with a blind sense of justice? You don't know who you're dealing with." Vanitas still ignored the large blue, lion-like man who appeared off in the distance, as that creature had yet to make any moves against him, as far as Vanitas could tell anyway.

Xion listened to Li Shang.
"That's not a bad idea." She said politely. Xion didn't want to have to fight, especially without Roxas, but it seemed as if it was her only choice. And besides, Li Shang would help her, right? She didn't really know, but she thought so.
Her glance quickly changed to Vanitas. How did he know about Organization XIII? Newest Ally? No way! Even Organization XII would never do that. And truly, Xion didn't really care about them right now. She didn't like the masked boy, and she was going to do what she thought was right. Well, maybe she should back down? It was pretty much her "family." Xion didn't have anywhere else to go.
"What would Roxas do? Xion wondered in her mind. But really, she knew he would fight, no matter who, what or when he was doing it. And she should too. After all, the keyblade should be used for good, and not bad. The boys keyblade is what shocked her. It filled her with rage that someone would do such a thing. He was going to use the keyblade for bad. Now it was personal. She'd been tricked into doing that, and now Xion wouldn't stand for it.
"How do you know about Organization XIII?" Xion yelled, as her keyblade materialized in her hand. With a swift motion, she started to run forward, and aimed a hard slash right at the boys chest.

Kimahri understood that this girl was part of some sort of organization. Maybe even a secret one seeing her confusion when the masked one showed knowledge of this organization. The masked one called himself an ally to this organization, but when the girl attacked, he was certain that she didn’t believe this. Or that there was some other confusion going on. Maybe betrayal?
All this didn’t really make sense to the Ronso, but he understood that there was something wrong here. When the man with the girl had suddenly vanished, Kimahri understood that this meant great trouble. He wasn’t certain if the girl could handle herself, but he assumed that she would ask her organization later on this masked boy. He was not going to ask the details on this.
For now, Kimahri thought it was best to help and crouched slightly down. Then instantly he jumped up into the air, using his Overdrive. The move he was using was Jump as he was now up in the air and held his lance downward as he attempted to stick it into the masked boy when he came down. Kimahri aimed for the boy’s right shoulder, not wanting to immediately kill him either, but it would at least make sure the boy wouldn’t use that strange weapon of his.

Vanitas had just learned two things about this girl based on her words, and her actions. The words that came out of her mouth confirmed Vanitas' suspicions about one thing. At the very least, this girl knew about Organization XIII, but it didn't confirm that she was in fact a member of the group. Her black cloak seemed to imply as much, but Vanitas knew that he couldn't jump to any conclusions. The second thing that Vanitas had just learned about this girl was somewhat of a surprise, even for him. He watched as she quickly summoned a Keyblade to her hand and proceeded to rush at him.
Vanitas eyes were locked on the Keyblade for a split second, as he wondered how someone like her would be able to wield a Keyblade. If she was a part of Organization XIII, then she would not have no heart at all with which to obtain a Keyblade. The Master had told him that only those with a strong heart, of light or darkness could wield a Keyblade, and if the members of Organization XIII had no hearts, then that supposedly made the Keyblade off limits to them, right?
Vanitas' attention immediately shifted to the girls attack. He immediately decided that the best and most efficient way to get some answers out of the girl with regard to her connection to Organization XIII, and her ability to wield the Keyblade would be to beat them out of her. For the time being however, Vanitas would have to counter her attack.
Just as the black haired girl was about to make contact with her slash attack, Vanitas replied to her question in his typical manner, and said to her, "Wouldn't you like to know." The second that he finished his response, Vanitas teleported out of sight in a shroud of darkness. He did not stay hidden for long however, as he quickly reappeared directly above the girls head and attempted to strike her with Void Gear, directly on top of her skull.
Vanitas then landed back on the ground, and didn't even have time to look to see if the attack had succeeded or not. For he quickly noticed the blue lion like creature was making a move against him, lunging at Vanitas, attempting to impale him with some sort of spear. Using his highly skilled agility. Vanitas quickly did a back-flip, and successfully dodged the blue lions attack. Landing back on his feet, a short distance away from his enemies. Vanitas turned his gaze back towards the girl and said to her in a snide, rude tone, "How interesting, a Keyblade. I'd like to know where you got that."
