In times gone by the ocean that surrounded Destiny Islands had been described as a prison, separating free souls from the rest of the worlds. Such a thought was the last thing that Demyx could imagine for such a beautiful world that looked like a paradise to him. It was nice to have a cool breeze on his face, the sun shining down on him, and the calmness the small island afford, what drew him to the world was the very thing that drew others away: the blue expanse of the ocean. After being in darkness for so long without hearing any form of sound, the lapping of the waves was pure bliss. For a moment he considered going swimming, but the draw to play his sitar in such a place took precedence. Demyx sat down on the dock with a small smile on his face and pulled out his sitar. The soft music mixed in with the sound of the water in a fashion that pleased Demyx to no end. If he had his way this would be what he did every day.
However, he didn’t have his way very often because of the demands of the Organization. They always had him running to one world or another to do recon or some other job that they thought he could handle, sometimes giving him jobs that were way out of his league. Demyx tilted his head as he realized that they would have no idea he came back to life. He could stay out on the ocean for as long as he wanted, just relaxing and going by his own timetable. The thought pleased him to no end and that was that. He’d do the same thing Axel did, take his own vacation for a bit while the Organization was completely ignorant of his existence. How perfect! His music gained an extra flair with the creation of his wonderful plan. He would go back eventually, sure, but eventually could be a very long time. Demyx chuckled at that. They’d never figure it out.
His negligence to go back didn’t mean that he didn’t fear what would happen to him if they did figure it out. The doubt nagged him in the back of his mind and was the only reason he decided to go back at all. Leaving permanently meant he would be labeled as a traitor and the others would hunt him down, unless he died first, an idea he did not relish. Dying once was enough and he had no intention of being killed again, by Sora or by anyone else. The steady stream of music broke off at the remembrance of the Keyblade wielder and Demyx’s happiness lessened slightly. Some of the Organization members put him off a bit, but none like Sora. The brunette had killed him for goodness sake and he didn’t even have a good reason for it. Sure, he worked for the Organization and Xemnas had some pretty bad ideas sometimes that could be damaging to people with hearts, but that didn’t mean he was in agreement with those goals. He barely cared for Kingdom Heart’s completion. The only reason Demyx was with the others was for convenience’s sake. That was no reason to hunt him down and pick a fight.
Demyx sighed and dismissed his sitar, his mood fouled by the memory. Stupid Sora, butting in where he didn’t belong. And then there was Roxas, who let it all happen. He had been absorbed into Sora, so it made no sense as to why he allowed Sora to go on his massacre. Demyx pulled his knees up to his chest, his arms around his legs, and rested his head on the prop he just made, staring out towards the horizon. The ocean would calm him down and help him ease into his newest vacation. In fact, he could just fall asleep here, but something was nagging him and he couldn’t figure it out. Ever since he set foot on the island he had felt uneasy, but this was one of the most peaceful worlds he had visited. There wasn’t anything to worry about.
“What am I forgetting?” he murmured, in no way expecting an answer. “The Organization isn’t an issue right now and I’m not somewhere that someone’s gonna ambush me, so what’s the problem?” In the end he gave up the question and went back to playing his sitar, content to be distracted.

Soon after Luxord decided that he wouldn't bother Xemnas with the news of his miraculous rebirth, a corridor of darkness appeared on the Destiny Islands, in a small shack. The Gambler of Fate himself emerged from that corridor. Taking in a breath, he detected the smell of the sea, as well as some mold. Taking no pleasure in the latter odor, he climbed a staircase and emerged through a door. Finally, the sound and smell of the sea was unmarred by the dank smell of the old shack that he had appeared in. Luxord guessed that he was on the Destiny Islands. The palm trees and island gave it away. Walking forward and leaning against a strangely curved tree, he heard a familiar sound; one that he had not expected to hear at all. The sound of someone playing a sitar. Looking around for the source of the noise, he saw Demyx reclined on the beach, playing his favorite instrument. Well, he thought, if that isn't a surprise. Jumping from his elevated position into the sand, he held up a hand in greeting. "Demyx! You were the last person I expected to see here! Welcome back to the realm of the living!" He walked over to his friend, sitting down on the sand next to him and listening to the waves and the music. It was nice to be alive again.

For once Tink was not snatched up by a dark portal. No, this time she had entered it of her own accord. It wasn’t that she trusted the random dark holes when they did appear. In fact, she didn’t trust them at all and preferred to stay away from them completely, but this particular portal was different. Unlike the normal black holes that rudely snatched her from her world and threw her into others, this portal had opened before her in a quiet manner and did not have the threatening pull that the portals were known for. This portal was almost gentle in its arrival and when it opened, so Tink did not feel scared or threaten by its presence. The portal let off a warm air that faintly smelled of the ocean. While the small fairy could not see where the portal went to as she cautiously looked into it from a distance, she couldn’t help being curious. Why was this portal different than others? Why was it warm and welcoming instead of cold and threatening? Should she even be bothered with it or should she just fly away now?
As the questions went through her head, the small fairy unconsciously flew closer to the portal until she was inches from its entrance. What was on the other side? Was it some place safe or was it dangerous? She moved a little closer wanting to go in, but afraid to do it alone. She turned and looked back at the place she was in. This place…even if darkness had sunk its teeth into it, it was still her home. She was safe in Neverland because unlike all the other worlds out there, she knew this place by heart and knew where she could go to hide or how to defend herself against the evils that inhabited the fantasy world. Here her powers were not restricted and she could do anything if her mind was set to it. Granted her friends weren’t around, but that was okay as long as she was here. She could greet them when they did come back and be able to have fun again; however, Tink knew that her wait could be long. If they had been scattered like she had been then they could be anywhere in the worlds. Maybe she’d have to leave to find them, but as it was now she didn’t want to leave until she had a safer way of going places. She didn’t like the idea of leaving, especially alone; however she disliked the idea of sitting around and doing nothing even more. She couldn’t stay knowing her friends were lost somewhere and maybe even in danger. What if they didn’t come back?
The idea was depressing when she thought about being alone in this world, but going outside of her comfort zone alone was scary. What if she couldn’t handle the task and failed? She was just a small fairy after all and without a partner what could she hope to accomplish alone? She stayed where she was, pondering the thought when another thought came shining through the clouds in her head. Whether at home or not, she found people that helped her like Sora, Ven, Aqua, Roxas, and Axel. Together with these new friends, she was able to help save worlds from the darkness that consumed them, so if she left this time on her own to search for her friends, then maybe she’d be alright. Surely, she could find others to help her. Yeah! She’d be okay…if….if she could jump one small hurdle that is. Leaving on her own. Her chance was right before her. This portal was holding out its hand challenging her to take the leap on her own. If Peter were here he’d take the challenge head on, but her? She was afraid to go alone. After all she was just a fairy in a unbelievable large universe.
Tink debated a moment longer before finally she swallowed her fear and faced the portal, giving it a determined glare. She wasn’t going to be afraid anymore. She’d go out there and she’d find her friends and bring them home. Right! That is what she would do. Before she could lose her nerve or second guess hereslf, Tink took off through the portal slipping through warm darkness with her nerves on edge.
When she came out on the other side, she was pleasantly surprised at what she found. This new place was warm and bright with the sun, had a nice breeze and smelled of the ocean. From where she floated, she could see nothing but white sand to either side of her. She could spot some palm trees along the way and what appeared to be small huts in the area. As she looked around her new surroundings, she found all the fear she had earlier melt away as a smile of pleasure crossed her small place.
This new place was great and made her feel safe just like she felt at home. The only difference between the two place was that this one was just brighter instead of gloomy. In any case, the small fairy had fallen in love with her new surroundings and was eager to explore, so she didn’t notice when the portal closed leaving her stuck in the new world until another appeared again.
Happy to be where she was, Tink moved about her surroundings exploring the huts and checking out the various places in the area. She found huts and tree houses, caves and waterfalls. This place seemed like it was built up for kids to play in, but no matter how many play items or half-finished projects she found, Tinkerbell did not see any children around the island. In fact, there seemed to be no around at all. A surprise since most of things left here had seemed to have been used recently. Did the kids not stay here? Or had they been taken away from their home like she had been?
Tink frowned slightly as she floated out of an empty house still pondering the emptiness of the island. It was so peaceful here and the ocean was a huge draw to anyone looking for a place to relax or find adventure..and yet no one was here. Just her and the ocean. Sighing slightly, Tink moved towards the water’s edge and played with the waves for a bit before moving on. The small fairy kept herself busy, exploring whatever caught her fancy, but eventually she became tired.
Seeking a place to rest, Tink found a small outcropping to sit on. What she did not notice when she sat on it was that this resting place was actually one of three spikes that belonged to the sitar belonging to a Nobody, she had seen before. She did not notice anyone was there at all until she heard talking close by and her resting spot began to move.
Startled, she took to the air putting a small distance between herself and the moving object. At first, she was going to get upset that her resting place had been disrupted, but when she finally saw the source of the voice and the movement the small fairy’s anger disappeared and shifted into shock and slight fear.
The black cloak, blonde hair, and the strange instrument…while she was not a front field fighter, she had traveled with Sora long enough to know who this person was and who he belonged to. This was one of the Organization’s members, but she could not remember his name or ranking. What she did know was that Sora had fought this guy before and defeated him. She had been there with Pan when the guy fell. She had seen him melt into oblivion, so how was it that the Nobody was right here with her now? How had he come back from the dead?
The idea that this guy was back was scary to say the least, but not farfetched. After all, she had seen Captain Hook swallowed whole by the Crocodile only to come back a few years later as a man unraveling. Through a malicious plan and pity the cruel Hook had been revived and brought back to land of the living, fully healed and vengeful. While seeing an old foe revived was horrifying to say the least, Tink had to admit that Neverland was boring without the old pirate to torment or watch become upset when his plans fell to Pan’s brilliant schemes. In any case, Hook was one thing, but this being before her was another. While Sora had fought him, she wasn’t sure if this particular member of the Organization was really dangerous or not. Sure, she knew he could fight, but watching him play his strange instrument/weapon now made her wonder if he had fought thanks to an order instead of just because he wanted to see Sora crushed. He most certainly didn’t seem threatening, but then again maybe he simply didn’t see her. With an air of caution, Tink landed on a rock nearby the sitar playing Nobody and listened to the music. At first the music were just notes, but then slowly those notes turned into a soothing melody that mixed nicely with the waves, causing the fairy to drop her guard for a moment as she simply enjoyed the sounds around her.
So content she was with listening to the music that she did not notice that another had arrived until it was too late. Someone sat down on the next to the young Nobody, almost squashing her in the process. While the fairy did move on her rock to get away from the giant that had spoken and now decided to come over and sit, she was smart enough not to fly into the air. Looking up from her spot, she eyed the newcomer taking note of the black cloak. Another Organization member and from the sound of his voice, this had to be the one Sora fought that liked to play games and take chances. Again, the fairy did not know the name to the Organization member. She just knew like the sitar player this one should not be alive either. He had been destroyed. Why were all these people alive again? Had someone reversed time or cast a spell without letting her know?
The reborn people were confusing to think about and something she did not have time to think about right now. She was right between two giants and not just any giants, but Organization members. Perhaps....if they did not notice or squish her she could learn what they were up to and if it truly was safe maybe she'd reveal herself.

(Congrats on your successful raid, Tink!)
Even after being left alone on the beach for some time and given a chance to relax, Demyx still couldn’t pin down what was bothering him. He knew it was something about this world, but as for what it was… Then again, he wasn’t giving the idea much thought. If something bad happened he could always leave in a hurry, and besides that he wanted to play more than he wanted to figure out the little puzzle he set up for himself. Maybe he could go swimming later or explore the rest-
A flash of movement out of the corner of his eye caught his attention and he swiveled around to try and find the source. It appeared to be flying but it looked nothing like a bird, even from the small glimpse he managed to get, although in all possibility it could’ve been someone running across the boardwalk. When he arrived on the island he hadn’t found any signs of anyone staying there at the present time, although he acknowledged the fact that he might’ve missed the inhabitants. The idea of doing recon of any sort so soon after coming back from the dead didn’t appeal to Demyx at all, the very notion putting a frown on his face. A vacation meant no work whatsoever. Whatever it was didn’t appear again, so he returned to playing, writing off the oddness to a freak occurrence. He could accept that story happily enough.
Because of his incorrect explanation, it came as no surprise to him when he heard footsteps somewhere to his left. In fact it calmed Demyx somewhat, knowing that he didn’t make it all up. Besides, a little company never hurt and he’d been alone since the battle with Sora. He lifted his head to greet the person, only to freeze when he caught a glimpse of the figure. All his happy thoughts and his playing stopped upon seeing a black cloak like his. That was all he needed to know to be frightened. The only thing that made sense to him was the idea that the Organization had somehow learned of his revival and decided to bring him back ASAP. Demyx didn’t even want to consider the alternative, in which they were sending a member to eliminate him because he failed to kill Sora. Still, as much as he wanted to run, fleeing would only make him seem guilty. He gave the member a nervous wave in return for the greeting he received, too unnerved to put on a convincing performance. This did not look good. Any moment there would be weapons flying and he had no idea how well he’d fair in a fight after being dead.
Just as the blonde readied a decent excuse to leave, the voice and appearance gave Demyx a name and a great deal of confusion. Why would the Organization send Luxord after him? While he knew Luxord could fight, Saix or Axel was better suited towards assassinations. It made little sense to send the gambler for such a mission. Then again, it made just as much sense when Xemnas sent him to deal with Sora. Some of the tension fell away from his features with the friendly greeting. Maybe Luxord hadn’t been sent to fight him. Why the member would be here otherwise escaped him, but any alternative would be better. Demyx smiled at him and gestured for Luxord to join him.
“It’s nice to be back! Being dead is worse than going on a mission with Saix.” He chuckled at the end of his little joke and started playing again. Even if Luxord was sent to kill him, which he highly doubted now, no one could argue with his statement. Saix could be such a stiff and a stickler for the rules. The guy could stand to let up once in awhile and have some fun.
If not for the presence of his old friend, the quick movement from the fairy would’ve caught Demyx’s attention and prompted a search for her, but he was too preoccupied with the situation at hand to notice her. He resumed his playing, at ease once again, happy with the company. Luxord never bothered him all that much and if he had to spend a day with an Organization member there were worse options. The company wouldn’t be causing him to leave any time soon.
Demyx looked up from his instrument to face Luxord. He didn’t look all that different from days gone by, the same mentality still apparent in the man’s expression. He’d always be a gambler through and through, down to the way he was unreadable sometimes. “So what’s the mission the Organization sent you here for? Or is this a day off?” Despite the fact that he wanted to delay his return to the Organization as long as possible, he was curious as to what happened during the time he was dead. Demyx leaned back so his back rested on the rocks, changing the type of music so it was softer, since he didn’t want to drown out what Luxord had to say.

Luxord chuckled at Demyx's little joke on Saix. That was definitely true. There was noone in the Organization, bar possibly Xemnas, more strict. He looked over his shoulder at a small hint of movement, curious. He couldn't trace it back to the source, however. Demyx's music was probably attracting some curious insects or something. Returning his attention to the conversation at hand, Luxord realized that Demyx thought he was still with the Organization. Really, there was no way to tell one way or the other, so it was a sound conclusion. "What brings me here? Chance, mostly. A lot of us died fighting Sora after you were killed. He did win my game fair and square, though. I haven't seen another member of the organization since I came back, somehow, and I don't know what became of Sora, or the rest of the Organization." Luxord shook his head and continued speaking. "I do know that Saix was the next one supposed to stand in Sora's path. I do hope that lunatic got beaten just as soundly as I was. Anyways, I'm not with the Organization anymore. Surely Xemnas and Saix won't miss one of their lowly pawns. So, what about you? Are you going to try and bring me back now? Or have you also abdicated your post?" Luxord was still cheerful: Even if Demyx decided to try to bring him back, he'd just leave before the whole mess turned into a fight. Demyx wasn't the type to pursue a target. If it got away, it got away, and that was the end of that. There would be no clashing between old friends today.

(Thank you, Demyx. =) )
Being wedge between giants was not so bad. At least from her position on the rock, she was safe and hidden... although both had almost caught her when she had moved beforehand. They must have passed her off as being a insect or something for neither seemed to search for what they had glimpsed. She stayed on her rocks listening to the giants talk. They greeted each other easily enough and seemed like they would not be getting into a fight any time soon. Maybe all members of the Organization got along this well. Or perhaps these two were the more “friendly” of the group. She had learned enough about Nobodies on her travels with Sora to know that they did not have Hearts and the ability to feel even if they pretend to do so like these two did. They were still very convincing that was for sure. Anyone without knowledge of these beings might get suspicious of the cloaks, but to hear them chatting as they did, they’d never suspect that these two people were unfeeling.
It was scary how they could easily go from playful and kind to cold and deadly. The Organization was definitely something not to mess with from what Tink understood; however, seeing these two interact, Tink had to wonder. Were they really that bad? Had they maybe gained something by being reborn? A Heart maybe? Or were they as deceiving as always? It was hard to tell, so for the moment she stayed where she was listening. While no weapons or threats flew, she could sense the tension there. It seemed that the one playing the instrument, what had the older one called him…Demyx? Yeah, Demyx! So Demyx was playing his instrument lightly after asking the other a question. It seemed like a harmless question, but Tink knew better than to think so. These two were part of a much larger group that typically followed the orders of their leaders. This question was aimed at motives and underneath it perhaps the true question was: are you trouble?
Despite how relaxed the younger Nobody remained, his emotions hidden, she couldn’t help wondering if the Nobody was worried. Did he fear for his life now that another was here or was this wandering thought just being wasted on these beings without Hearts? It was hard to say. In any case, the one being questioned answered easily enough. While most of what he said was fact, he was clueless as to what happened after his defeat. Well, she could tell him what happened, but once more the fairy did not move. After all, she did not know how trustworthy either were….even if the Gambler said he was no longer with the Organization and even questioned the younger ones motivations in a cheerful manner. Perhaps there wouldn’t be a fight at all, but that still left the problem of what to do now. She could sit her and still listen. As long as she was hidden they would probably keep talking and give her information without knowing it. If she did move, what then? What if by revealing herself she’d cause them to become aggressive instead? After all, she was a friend of Sora’s…and not everyone was happy to hear about him, while others were more than eager to find him for malicious reasons. The pair on either side of her were giants and she was very sure with very little trouble, they would catch her, so what should she do?
Tink crossed her arms and bit her thumb as she thought, still keeping an ear open to the chatting pair above. Oh, why did she have to be indecisive at a time like this?

Demyx frowned when he heard that Sora kept going after the Organization after the Keyblade master killed him. Part of him had hoped that the elimination of a single member would have sated the motives of the boy or someone would have told him the truth about the Organization so he’d stop. If Sora wanted to chase after Xemnas, Demyx could see the reasoning in that. The man was obsessed with darkness and negativity and sent the Organization on missions that might be considered less than morally correct. A few other members were like that too, such as Marluxia, but they couldn’t all be grouped together in such a way. It’d be like saying he and Larxene were the same, and anyone who actually knew the Organization would understand how wrong making that comparison would be. Apparently Sora never understood that. Blasted boy.
Still, he highly doubted Sora was still alive. Even if Saix got his behind kicked to Kingdom Hearts and back, the Superior would’ve taken care of Sora no problem. If Demyx believed for an instant Xemnas had been defeated, there would be no question on whether or not he’d return. This would be an eternal vacation, but he wasn’t a gambler like Luxord. With Demyx, being safe was a far better alternative to being sorry. He stopped playing for a moment and placed his sitar next to him, giving his fingers a break from the constant movement. Even he had his limits, especially after not practicing for a while because of his temporary termination.
“If Saix is gone now then I’m not gonna cry a river for him. How long do you think Sora could’ve gone though? You, Saix, Xaldin, Xigbar, and Xemnas were still left. No one can go on for that many fights.” The very prospect of having to fight so hard and for so long baffled Demyx. It made absolutely no sense. He ran a hand through his hair and sighed. This whole thing was ridiculous. “Who sent him after us anyways? We never did anything to him personally…”
Demyx couldn’t help but smile when Luxord asked him if he’d try and return him to the Organization. Really, by now the man should know better. If he had been sent to recapture Luxord, he wouldn’t have stopped whining about the mission since he saw the man. However, Demyx refused to even check in with the Organization at the moment. Would he really put in all that meaningless effort to bring Luxord back or to even try to convince him to rethink his decision? As Xigbar would put it, as if. “I’m taking a little break from work right now. For crying out loud I just died. You really think I’m going to stop back in right now? Eventually I’ll go back so Xemnas won’t eliminate me or use some other punishment, but not now. I like this place too much.”
He felt much more at ease knowing that Luxord didn’t want to fight. Now both of them could relax. Demyx turned around to pick his sitar back up, but he caught a glimpse of dim yellow light coming from the rocks as he reached for the instrument. Curious, the Nobody looked around the rocks and, to his surprise, found a small fairy emitting the light he noticed. His eyes widened at his discovery. In all the worlds he’d visited there had never been someone like the little pixie he just found. Demyx gently scooped Tink out from the rocks and showed her to his friend.
“Luxord, look! She was hiding behind the rocks!” He gave her another look, a thousand questions running through his head. “I wonder what her name is.”
The dress and the shape of the creature gave away the fact that she was female, but Demyx couldn’t discern anything else. He felt as if he had seen her before, but he couldn’t place where, so he brushed it off as a connection between this fairy and one Roxas had talked about seeing in Neverland. Demyx tilted his head and smiled, hoping he wasn’t scaring the poor thing.

Luxord nodded in agreement as Demyx clarified his position. "The thing I don't understand is why you're so concerned about what Xemnas will do when the man hardly ever leaves the castle. He's too busy praying to his artificial Kingdom Hearts." Luxord just relaxed for a bit until Demyx produced a tiny fairy from behind a rock. The Gambler immediately sat upright, curious as to who this new being was, and what she was besides. She definitely looked familiar, but Luxord just could not place his finger on where he'd seen her before. "Good day, little miss. I am Luxord, and the man who picked you up is Demyx." Luxord was polite, and a little annoyed that Demyx wasn't bothering to be so. "Demyx, put her down on the rock. It's rather rude to pick someone up out of the blue like that."

Tink heard the music from the instrument stop and even heard the younger one speaking about his feelings on Saix’s death. For you see ,Tink knew that all the members that Sora came up against were crushed under his blade. Each one had perished despite what the younger Nobody, Deymx, thought of Sora’s skills. In any case, Deymx was interested on who had “sent” Sora after the Organization. Sent him? Hehehe. That was like asking who sent Pan after Hook. No one sent the heroes to the villains. They just came and stood in evil’s path because it was the right thing to do. They protected the worlds with their Light and the strength in their Heart they gained from friends drove them to victory every time. It was basic really, but she suppose a Nobody wouldn’t think that way. They didn’t have a Heart to understand that, sadly.
In any case, the conversation shifted from Sora and the fate of the rest of the Organization members back to motives. Like the Gambler, Deymx didn’t seem to be with the Organization or even wanting to go back to the group. It seemed like he much rather stay where he was and relax. It seemed like a good idea. This place was nice and probably full adventure; however, she wonder how long Demyx or the Gambler could be free. Wouldn’t other members more loyal to their leader’s cause come looking for them?
Whatever the case was it didn’t seem like the Gambler was bothered. She heard him telling Demyx not to worry before her thoughts consumed her and blocked out everything around her. The small fairy was still in the middle of debating what to do when the unexpected happened. As she was standing there in her spot, biting her thumb as she thought, she sensed something behind her and turned just in time to see a giant hand coming her way! Panic seized her making her unable to move before she was being scooped up by said hand. She wasn’t being hurt or anything like that, but still being picked up by a potential enemy was never good. Despite the friendly smile and introduction, Tinkerbell was frightened and for one second did not know what to do. So she sat there paralyzed in the palm of Deymx’s hand as the two watched her and tried to figure her out.
Oh, how could she have let her guard down and get caught like this? Why couldn’t she make up her mind before being discovered? Why hadn’t she moved faster? And why—? Wait a minute. This wasn’t her fault. This was Demyx’s fault. If he hadn’t placed down his instrument, he’d never have discovered her or became so curious that he had picked her up. It was his fault that that her perfect plan of ease dropping was ruined. Demyx’s fault! And now…now he was going to pay.
Around the same time Luxord told Deymx to put Tink down, the fear had worn off of her and was replaced by anger. Getting to her feet, she did the one thing she was good at when she was angry with someone or something. Zooming close to Deymx’s face, she gave his nose a solid whack with her hand before going off on a rant about how it was indeed not rude to pick up someone without asking and how he should learn some manners from his friend. The blow wasn’t that hard, but it still would sting and while she did rant, it may or not be understood depending on how well the two before her understood fairy language. For all she knew her rant could sound like various angry dings to the pair before her, but she did not care as she carried on. Once she finished her rant she moved slightly away from Demyx with her arms crossed and pouting. The nerve of some people!
She was so angry that she had completely forgotten that these two before her were Organization members. Right now, they were simply a man and a boy that needed to understand quickly that she was not something to be picked up or messed with. The small slap to the nose was just a warning. She could do a lot worse if she wanted to.

Demyx sighed when Luxord told him to put the fairy down, although he knew his friend was right. It had been rather impolite to snatch her up like that. His curiosity overrode his reasoning for that moment and he failed to consider what she would’ve thought about the whole thing. While Demyx’s emotional displays were fairly impressive for a Nobody, he thought about himself far more than he did about others. It was one of his vices and he saw just as much sense in trying to correct his behavior as he did in fighting. He hadn’t harmed the fairy, probably just startled her. So, with that in mind, he opened his mouth to apologize, and received a solid smack in the face.
The Melodious Nocturne yelped and covered his nose with his hand, jolting forward out of surprise. It never occurred to him that she’d actually hit him and he didn’t appreciate it in the least. Now his nose stung and it would hurt for quite a while longer. All his sympathy for the sprite had disappeared with the hit. She’d only served to make him upset, her point lost. Demyx didn’t see any reason for her to become so ticked off. He rubbed his nose, wincing, and gave her a pained look. “What’d you do that for?!” he whined. “I didn’t do anything to deserve that! That was just mean! You're the rude one, going around hitting people like that!” Maybe he was exaggerating this and making it a bigger deal out of it than he should’ve, but she just attacked him. To top it all off, she kept yelling at him for it, but he couldn’t make heads or tails out of it because it sounded like bells to him. The more he heard it, the more it sounded familiar, even though he didn’t think he’d met her before. Suddenly his head snapped up as he figured it out, his eyes wide.
When he watched Sora fight in the Underworld he’d seen Sora summon her to heal him and he remembered one of the other Organization members mentioning her to be one of his summons when he asked why she was there with him. She went with Sora on his adventures and helped when called. “You must be Tinkerbell,” he thought aloud. His opinion of her, already diminished because she smacked him, lowered further when he figured out that she was one of Sora’s companions, putting a scowl on his face. He couldn’t figure out why she was on this world though. What sense did that make? Demyx didn’t know what world she came from exactly, but he didn’t believe it was the same one Sora lived on.
The Nobody’s breath caught when he recalled that fact. He’d come to the same world his murderer lived on. Demyx pulled his sitar closer to him to make himself feel better and looked around him hurriedly in case the young Keyblade wielder had arrived while he was chatting with Luxord. While he didn’t spot Sora, that didn’t make him feel any better. “Ah, Luxord, I really don’t think we should be here very much longer. Isn’t this the place Sora lives? I don’t want to see him any time soon. As in, I don’t want to see him ever again.” He glanced over his shoulder again, his interest in the fairy lost. Given, he could leave if Sora showed up, but if he was ambushed he didn’t know how easily he could get away. Such thoughts might have been on the paranoid side, but seeing as the boy had killed him, Demyx didn’t think they were that too outrageous.
Knowing Sora lived here made the uneasy feeling he had when he came to the islands vanish. So that's what was bothering him, that he had come to his enemy's home. It almost made Demyx laugh. So he should've listened to his instincts and left when he thought something was wrong. Still, it was too late now. Hopefully he could either leave or stay for a little while longer undisturbed.
