Two people enter from opposite sides of the room. The room just screams romance in every way possible. It is huge, colored solely in red and pink. The room contains various sofas and loveseats, as well as red roses gallore. And there is soft music playing, perfect for dancing.
It is clear that the two people did not plan on coming here, but were sent here. Baby Cupid remains hidden above, and after taking notice of the two people now in the room, he fires an individual arrow at the gentleman, then the lady. Both of them are now temporarily in love with eachother.

Sabin found himself on yet another world; this one seemed rather interesting, because all he saw in front of him was a door. It was just a plain door with no markings what-so-ever. He looked around and saw absolutely nothing, it’s like he was transported here just to enter through that door. Now the only question was, should he? It could be a trap or something, right? If he entered he could be subject to some sort of torture!
Sabin didn't know why on earth he decided to enter this room, but he definitely did it anyway. He slowly opened the door and was immediately surprised by the interior decoration. The entire room screamed ‘Love me!’, and it seemed almost overdone in the spirit of a certain romantic holiday. The first thing that caught his eye was a small square table, with at least a dozen roses on the table. They had all been clipped just short enough that Sabin would have been able to see over them should he sit down in the chair before him.
Sabin definitely felt underdressed for whatever this occasion was. He was wearing only his usual attire of gi pants and a dirty old tank top. Sabin thought about it, and probably should have raided his brother’s closet or something. The only problem was, he was nowhere near Figaro Castle, and probably wouldn’t be for a good while. Sabin shrugged it off with his usual booming laughter as he something hit him in the behind. After pulling out the object, Sabin realized he’d been hit with a red arrow. That kinda hurt!
Who's there?!
Sabin took a look around to see where the arrow would have come from, but there wasn’t much he could have hid behind. The only real place the shooter could have hid behind was the table. Sabin lifted the tablecloth to see absolutely nothing was hiding. Completely confused, Sabin just sat in the chair provided, waiting for someone else to come through the opposite side.
[Sorry for the short post. I'm horrible at starting threads..]

(Surprise~! I'm your date/valentine for the thread. feel free to be disappointed xP)
Tifa wasn't sure how she got here. The last thing that she remembered was falling asleep just before midnight on February 13th. And now...she was here. She assumed it was the next day, a day more commonly known as Valentine's Day. And she seemed to be brought to some sort of room. The room was decorated with a very tacky sort of 'romance' theme, that was slightly overwhelming. Tifa made a slight face at all of this. It really did not come across as the most inviting or welcoming place to Tifa. Sure, she did enjoy romance. She was a girl after all, and didn't every girl crave romance on Valentine's Day? It was just the overall theme of this room that turned Tifa off, but it felt sort of appropriate at the same time. All of this sort of did work for Valentine's Day, and the holiday as a whole was sort of cheesy. But maybe that was why people liked it so much. It was different, and it was okay to be a little cheesy and corny.
Tifa then began to wonder just why she had been sent to this world. Had someone called upon her? Did someone want to share a romance with her on this special day? The thought of that made Tifa's cheeks turn slightly pink. She never found herself truely in love on Valentine's Day. Sure, she had gone out on dates with some boys in her town when she was young, but it really never was love. For a long while now, she had only found herself hoping for the love of one particular person on Valentine's Day. And every year, she told herself that she was going to tell him just how she felt...but that day would never come. She would always just chicken out, and he would just continue on his way without even knowing. Tifa absolutely hated her shyness. She wanted to tell this person how she felt more than anything. A thought came to mind. Maybe the blonde boy was going to be here waiting for her!
But her eyes caught sight of another blonde boy who was currently seated at a table alone. He was not the one she had been hoping for. But once she caught sight of him...she completely forgot about the other boy she had been thinking about a moment ago. She was so drawn to this man. Who was he? Why was he here with her? Why was she feeling this way toward someone she just met? All of these questions faced around her mind. Tifa took notice of his outfit. His clothes seemed like some sort of fighting attire, and a bit worn as well. Was he a fighter perhaps? She also wondered if he was in a similiar fighting class to herself, if he was perhaps a Monk as well. It was only after taking notice of his clothing that Tifa looked at her own. She was in her white tanktop with the black suspenders and black mini skirt, her red gloves on her hands. Perhaps she was wearing this in order to fit in with him more.
She heard him question who was there. Tifa hoped that he would welcome her...she just wanted to stay. She noticed the chair opposite him at the table was empty. She boldly pulled the chair out, taking a seat in it. She met her soft brown eyes with his own eyes, but then looked down shyly. She tucked a strand of her long black hair behind her ear. "Um...hello." She said quietly, keeping her eyes focused on her gloved hands. She wanted to look back up at him, but she just couldn't find the courage to do so yet.

[Its like dating myself!XD I love the turn of events!]
Completely baffled, Sabin looked up from the underside of the table to notice a girl was sitting there. She wasn’t just any girl, however, she was the girl of the bear’s dreams, he was sure of it. Sure, his mouth fell a little, and there might have been a little drool hanging from the left side of his mouth, but he could keep his composure, he thought. If his brother could be the playboy he was, then Sabin could do the same, he was sure of it.
When she said hello, Sabin wanted to sing! He actually spoke to her! Joy to the world! He felt like a teenager again, angst included. He wanted to sing songs and write poetry for her, just for her. If he felt underdressed before, he definitely felt so now. His beautiful lady deserved a three-piece suit, not a tattered muscle shirt and beat up kung-fu pants! He knew he had to gather his composure and introduce himself before she left him.
”Um…uh…Hi…erm…me….uh….
Damn it to hell! He sounded like a fool! He couldn’t even remember his own name. How was he supposed to impress the girl of his dreams when he couldn’t even introduce himself properly?! He began to search the room frantically for some clue as to what his own name was when he looked down at the table where they were seated. The tiny standing card stated that the table was reserved for a Sabin Rene Figaro. Hey! That was his name! He was Sabin Figaro, former heir to the throne of Figaro Castle! Now, he just had to keep his composure to tell her that.
”Sabin!....uh…I’m Sabin!”
He’d defeated his rival, Vargas, bested Ultros time and time again, and even brought down the god-like clown, Kefka, but this was by far his biggest challenge. He would have dared Kefka to face this challenge; he knew the clown wouldn’t be able to talk to the brunette in front of him. He fight the entirety of the Gestahlian Empire again, Magitek Armors included, and prefer it before he even dared to ask for her name in return!
Sabin began to shift nervously. He started by grabbing his cloth napkin and placing it on his lap, then, just a moment later, stuffing it down the front of his shirt to act as a bib. He finally settled with removing it and placing it back on the table before he made his way to the silverware. He couldn’t set them just right, and he had to avoid her eyes, just in case she didn’t appreciate him as much as he wanted her. Sabin and the bombshell, he needed a name to go with that title.
”Uh…who…you?”
Dammit, he had to try that again! He cleared his throat and preceded to do try it again.
”Can I ask…your..n-n-name?”

Once Sabin started to speak, Tifa was surprised to see that he might very well be more nervous than he. She had not been expecting that at all! He seemed like he would be such a confident and relaxed man, not this nervous-type. But that fact that he was rather shy actually made Tifa feel even more attracted to him. It made him seem so much more human, like she was talking to a real person. And it was also assuring to know that he was sort of shy and nervous about this whole thing to. And also, he was pretty cute when he was flustered like this. Tifa thought that it was best not to say this out loud though. First, she probably could not find the courage to do so. Second, it would probably make him even more flustered and nervous. Maybe something like that should be saved for a bit later after they got to know eachother a bit more.
Tifa looked up to him with a small smile as he greeted himself. She smiled to sort of help ease his nerves. She wanted him to feel comfortable around her. So maybe assuring him with a small smile of hers would make him feel a bit more relaxed. She sort of just kept her eyes on him, while he struggled to find the words to his name. Tifa sort of fell into a daydream, starting to fantasize about herself and this man. She imagined herself in his muscular arms, finding warmth in them. She heard him introduce his name, but she just continued to fantasize. She imagined him saying her name, than her repating by saying his name. Sabin...and then, there lips would meet for a sweet kiss. Oh, if only. Tifa then snapped back into reality, part of her wondering just how long she had been daydreaming? She hadn't really picked up on anything he said since introducing himself. He then asked for her name. She could do that!
"I'm Tifa...Tifa Lockhart." She told the other. She smiled at him. After a moment, she extended her hand out to the other. He could take it however he wanted. A handshake, which was not exactly romantic. Or he could kiss it, which would be the much more romantic approach. Tifa would pretty much be fine with either. She just wanted to feel his touch. "It's very nice to meet you, Sabin." She added on, still smiling at him. She could not remember the last time she smiled this much...it just felt so nice to smile like this. Even if she just me t him, she knew that he made her happy. He made her happy when she needed to be happy. And she really did want to know more about him. She wanted to know almost everything about this man. And what better way to find out then to ask? After the moment of silence between the two of them, Tifa cleared her throat before speaking, managing to find enough courage to break this silence.
"So would you er, care to tell me about yourself?"
