Naminé could feel a strange pull from an unfamiliar world. Something was about to happen there, something that was out of the world’s normal activity. She waited in the Corridor of darkness wondering if she should check it out. The memory witch placed her hand out in front of her as if she was about to summon a portal “If something bad happens I might not have the strength to defend myself.” She thought to herself as her hand slowly came back down to her side. She really had no idea what to do next. She had so many question and no answers. The more people she met the more she began to question herself, her being, and the heart. “What is my purpose? Why do I travel from world to world? What am I looking for? And will I know it when I find it?” She looked up in to the vast empty colors that swirled around her. The pull of this unknown world was getting stronger. “Well I won’t be able to answer any of my questions by just standing around here.” She said to herself as she stiffed her upper lip and raised her hand once more in front of her, this time summoning her portal into this strange new world.
The girl in the white dressed stepped out of the Corridor of Darkness. It took a moment her blue eyes to adjust the dark scenery. She found herself in a forest with many trees and creature. It was hard to tell if it was night outside of if it was dark due to the thickness of the canopy above. There had seemed to be many creatures, some she knew of and some she didn’t know anything about, that were minding their own business. Naminé didn’t want any trouble from this world’s life forms so she decided to move quickly and quietly passed them. Some of the creatures looked her way and just stood there. “I guess they are awaiting on attack.” The memory witch thought to herself. When she didn’t raise so much as hand the creatures turned their backs on her and she continued on her way through the thick forest.
The witch of memories didn’t have a clue on how long she had been walking. There didn’t seem to be any sign of a town or anything nearby. There didn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary here. At least the young girl didn’t think so anyway. She kind of wished Sora was here. With the help of his Keyblade he would have figured out if anything was wrong or not. Naminé felt useless. She gave a disappointed sigh when she raised her arm out in front of her to summon a portal out of this world. Before the portal was even conjured a strange rustling came from behind her. She slowly turned around but nothing was there, well nothing but trees that is. The young girl turned back to what she was trying to do when the noise began again. The Nobody whipped around this time determined to catch however was behind her in the act. “AH HA!" She yelled as she turned. Naminé blinked a few timed in confusion. There was nothing there. Just as she began to turn around once more she stopped dead in her tracks and looked at the forest once again. “What a second.” She said with a look of bewilderment on her face. “Was that tree there before?” She walked closer to the tree that was now in the middle of the path that she had just come down. The girl examined it. It looked like a normal tree. The Nobody just turned, shrugged, and walked away.
As the Young Nobody made on last attempted to get out of the world she was in, the ground beneath her feet began to shake. Loud thuds came from behind her like the footsteps of something big. A giant shadow loomed over Naminé. Her eyes got big as she slowly turned her body to see what it was. The tree had somehow got closer to her. She looked up at it and all the sudden its branches came down upon her. “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!” she screamed as she ran from it with her arms out in front of her. To her dismay the tree chased after! “AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” The Nobody ran through the forest as the foliage gained on her. All the creatures stopped to watch the spectacle. What a hilarious sight it must have been for anyone who might have been watching.
{OOC: Sorry I really didn’t know what to do. So I started with something funny. You can take over now Whatever. *bows* Sorry again about the lame post}

When the Heartless had come out of the Corridor and into the woods, he had been somewhat amazed by the amounts of creatures. They didn’t appear to be hostile or anything towards him as he passed some goats and squirrels by. There were an awful lot of marmots. Strange place, he thought as he looked up the forest. The greenery seemed sort of strange and twisted, but also gave off a strange feeling. This place seems to be conscious? He was unsure what to make of it and shuddered.
Looking down, his eyes fell upon a rather large insect, a ladybug. The insect was just moving about, minding its own business. Suddenly he remembered Silv and crushing creatures that had been maybe strange in their eyes, but was normal to the world. Maybe places shouldn’t be fighting, but left alone instead, he thought to himself and scratched his head, it’d be best if places never ended up in all this mess that’s going on around the worlds.
Lifting his hands to the sky, he felt like he could suddenly fly, but he couldn’t. “Kahahahahahahah,” he started to laugh heartily and did a little silly spin as he moved around the creatures, a few of them had only looked up when he started to laugh, but most of them simply ignored him. He actually was liking this place.
Then his eyes noticed a green little fairy-like creature, “oh?” It really looked like some wood sprite or something, from fairy tales. He really had been seeing things over all these worlds. “Wha’ are ye doin’?” The sudden voice had the Heartless turn around.
A man in rather open clothing and a mask on his face was looking from above on a path that went over the place he was standing in. The guy continued: “ye’r scarin’ the Sylph. An’ wit’ all the laughin’, I be thinkin’ there be somethin’ wron’ wit’ ye,” the guy suddenly jumped down and the Heartless took a step back. Somehow he hadn’t expected a guy to appear out of nowhere and especially not one that looked more or less like a bandit. And he had some awfully broken speech.
“Ye look like one that ain’t used to bein’ outside like this place, if ye came from Limsa Lominsa like me, then I reckon ye to go to Camp Crimson Bark,” the man told him as he started to walk in a different direction. Who the hell does he think he is? The Heartless stepped in front of the man’s path.
The man looked at him, most likely confused behind the mask, at least that was what the Heartless assumed, “is somethin’ wron’?” The Heartless then walked towards the man and held up a hand as if he wanted to show something on his hand. The man simply tried to look past the hand as if the Heartless would pull a trick, until suddenly smoke appeared from the Heartless’ hand and a loud bang ringed through the forest.
The man collapsed in fast motion to the ground by the force of impact that came from the gun that was materialized in the Heartless’ hand. “Kekek~” a bright smirk played on the Heartless’ face until it started to fade and turn into a grimace as he thought about it, “oops...” Then suddenly he heard screaming elsewhere. What? It was soft, so it was quite a bit away. The Heartless set speed after his legs as he rushed past the creatures to where the sound came from.
The Cries of an Item 1d6 ~ 2: Handgun: Four posts active.
OOC Note Sorry for the fail post. 'Whatever' is now hurrying towards Naminé to help her. Also: I can say that most trees are very fast and smart, you can't just think by passing through a hole that the tree cannot go through, he'd quit, he'd know a way around to get where you are and continue the chase unless it's too difficult to reach, then it'd just wait for a while before heading back.

Unknown to the other two in the forest at that time, a third person was in that peculiar forest, a blond woman dressed in a black shirt, a blue coat, and a black skirt that allowed easy movement. While this was true, as she traversed the forest she did wish she had chosen a different attire for the day.
Had I known I'd be traveling in a forest... she thought as she pressed four fingers against her face, closing her eyes as she let out a sigh remembering how she got here. It had been an unpleasant experience, her body suddenly falling through a Corridor of Darkness that had appeared out of nowhere, something that seemed to happen quite a bit ever since the arrival of the Heartless on her home planet. She had always been able to evade them whenever they appeared, typically the portals always being one would have to walk into but the one that had caught her had appeared beneath her. That being noted, gravity soon took over and she fell through the portal, ending up in a strange new world. She wasn't sure what to think of it, the forest seemed incredibly odd and was filled with a myriad of animals she had never seen before. While this wasn't too odd in of itself, what really got her was the feeling that something else was watching her aside from the wildlife. It was an unnerving feeling but she shrugged it off soon enough, knowing there wasn't much she could do about it anyway. She had more important things to worry about anyway, now that she was on a new planet she needed to start searching.
Eve..., she thought as she frowned lightly, averting her gaze to the ground as she sighed deeply. She couldn't stand the thought of her daughter being on another world, fending for herself against whatever came her way. It caused a sharp pain to run through her chest, that motherly instinct of hers proving rather troublesome although that thought soon made her smile sadly, remembering the good times she had with her daughter. With that in mind she steeled her resolve, proceeding forward but before she took so much as three steps a shot rang through the forest, her eyes widening as she looked toward the source. It was rather close from what she could tell, her time as a detective while short had sent plenty of bullets her way from varying distances. While they were in a forest which could easily mean it was just a hunter, the former detective figured it be best to draw her firearm regardless. She took a deep breath as she began walking toward the sound, hoping to investigate it without making her presence known but only a few seconds after the shot, a shrill voice echoed in the forest. This immediately got the detective moving, a burst of adrenaline filling her veins as she sprinted forward. While this would probably eliminate any chance of stealth she had hoped for, plenty of twigs and leaves being crushed under her feet as she ran, now wasn't the time to proceed slowly and carefully. Indeed, for all the detective knew the girl that had screamed out was being chased by Heartless or any number of weird creatures that filled this forest and she wasn't about to let anyone get hurt if she could do something about it.
Within a moment she soon found the source of the scream, her eyes widening as she stopped momentarily stunned at what she saw.
"Eve?" she whispered under her breath as she couldn't distinguish the figure from the distance completely. Regardless, she soon broke into a feverish sprint again, panting slightly as her eyes fell upon the tree chasing the girl, glaring at it as she approached it from the front. Once within range of the tree and presumably out of range of the small girl, a shockwave would knock down the tree and electrocute it slightly, part of the bark splitting on it as she created some distance and held her pistol at the ready.
"Are you okay Eve?" she asked turning her head back for just a second to take a glance at the girl. Upon doing so she had realized that the girl she had just saved was indeed a stranger, the woman coughing lightly embarrassed at her mistake.
"Ah I'm sorry I mistook you for someone else..." she started as she turned back to the beast narrowing her eyes, "I'm Aya... and you are?"
OOC: Yay my first post as Aya Brea!
Level One Plasma – Using this ability activates the mitochondria in Aya’s body to creates an electrical discharge around her and cause an explosion within a five foot radius of herself. If hit by the wave, the enemy will be knocked down by the shockwave and give Aya time to create some distance between her and the opponent. Cool down = 1 Post (starts now)

Naminé ran as fast as she could in order to keep a fair distance between her and the tree. There was nothing she could really do. If she would stopped to use her abilities the tree would surely catch up and crash her. She could have tried to summon her Nobodies but with how fast the tree was moving it most likely would have pulverized her Dusks. All she could hope for was a chance to either out run the creature or hide in a place that it couldn’t get her so she could portal out of this place.
The young Nobody was starting to wear out and slow down. Naminé didn’t notice the stump that was in front of her and she tripped over it doing a bit of a roll as she went head over heels. She tried to get up but was too frantic and ended up losing her balance, falling once more. She turned around to see that the tree was closing the distance between the two of them. The little girl closed her blue eyes tightly and braced herself for impact.
The next noise that came was not the sound of her body hitting the ground. Instead it was the sound of the tree being knocked over and the voice of a women calling for someone named Eve. Naminé opened her eye. It appeared that the women had mistaken her for someone else. “Th-thank you.” The memory witch said to the lady as she stood up and smiled gently. “I am Naminé. Nice to meet you, Aya.” The Nobody turned her attention to the tree as well, but then her blue eyes flickered just passed the tree. Something was approaching and it was coming fast. The young girl knew what kind of creature was coming at them. It was a Heartless, and judging by its presence it wasn’t a normal one. It appeared to have a human form. “Is it one of the horsemen?” Naminé thought to herself. She hadn’t heard anything from them since the one died. The memory witch’s eyes became dangerously blue and her voice went from sweet and airy to serious and scary. “I think the tree is the least of our worries. You might want to point that pistol on to our oncoming visitor.” The young girl said as she snapped her fingers. 4 Dusks along with a sketchbook materialized in front of her. She pointed passed the down tree that was struggling to get up and the 4 Nobodies raced into the woods after the intruder. “Oh and one more thing,” She continued to address her allie. “It would be best if you kept close track of your heart during this fight.”
Dusk: Up to 4 Dusks come to my aid per battle. Attack: Hitting enemies by slithering between their legs Defense: taking the hit for Namine so no bodily damage is inflicted on her. (Dusks will die the moment after they are hit.) [Duration: until enemy eliminates all 4 Dusks. Cooldown: One post after all have been defeated.]

As the Heartless hurried, he suddenly heard some kind of shot throughout the forest from the same direction. Apparently someone had arrived to assist or something alike. Or it was simply an ambush on someone? He had no idea how this place worked and such. And it had appeared so peacefully! He thought to himself with a sigh, it remained kind of funny, soon people will start calling me mad... if I wasn’t already mad.
As he continued to rush with his gun in his hands, he suddenly noticed some creatures that reminded him of a certain castle he had intruded. What are you duds doing here? Coming to bloom into something... I don’t have time for this, he added rather bothered as he had thought of making them pop. Quickly, he launched several bullets as he did a dodging movement. A complete tumbling movement straight through the four Nobodies, or whichever wasn’t hit by the bullets.
Having passed them, he shifted a bit on his feet due to the tumble, but continued his sprint towards where the sounds had been coming from. Then he noticed a tree standing up. A tree? Two women were nearby as well, he noticed, right, a tree. Having looked at the two, it seemed one had attacked the tree, likely to save the younger of the two.
“The saviour has come!” He joked a bit with a grin as he jumped from a heightened pathway towards the tree, he had moved on hand forward and one backward. With the forward hand (holding the handgun), he did a movement upwards and opened a Corridor large enough for the tree right behind it and then tried to use Stonera with the Cries of a Spell with his other hand to launch the tree through the Corridor.
Instead of Stonera, however, his skin started to darken and the Heartless’ mind went from a ‘joking’ nature into a berserker’s rage. Not only that, his mind entirely became more savage and murderous. He had started Berserk as he rushed against the tree on both hands and legs, having dropped his gun and did a full tackle against the wooden living construct of nature that pressed the being through the Corridor before it closed. This caused it to be trapped in the Corridors.
Like some sort of monster, the Heartless let out a roar as it turned towards Aya and Naminé with crazed expression on his face. In one leap, it started a full out charge on hands and legs again, having become a savage creature. The Heartless tried a tackle at both of them, not bothering with any Dusks that could still be around from the previous attack that might’ve followed, if there were any left.
The Cries of an Item Handgun: Two post cooldown.
The Cries of a Spell 1d6 ~ 6: Berserk: Two posts active.
OOC Note Corridors to Darkness: With permission of Naminé and Aya/Felix, I was allowed to use the Corridors to remove the tree as it’s a little bit of a problem there. You’d need a full group in-game to remove it, so we wouldn’t really stand a chance against it.

Raid #6
Nov 19, 2011 16:21:49 GMT -5
Post by Aya Brea on Nov 19, 2011 16:21:49 GMT -5
After having knocked the tree down and having made her introduction, the little girl had given her thanks to the detective and gave her own name, Namine. It sounded like an odd name to her at the time but with a name like Aya, the former detective couldn't really talk. While this was true, the words that followed after were certainly far more odd and despite the fact Namine was just a kid, the former detective couldn't help but feel she was more than meets the eye. She began to speak of another visitor that was hastily approaching, Aya taking note of it but pondered how she had known about it. While the detective could hear the man approaching now from the snaps of fallen tree branches and whatever else was crushed beneath his feet, it seemed as if the girl had known of his presence before he was within earshot. The girl's following dialog didn't help put the the blond vixen at ease either, saying to keep mind of her heart in this battle. While it could have just been her way of saying “stay on your toes”, “keep a cool head”, or any other number of phrases equivalent to those mentioned, it still struck her as a bit strange.
Ugh now's not the time for that, I need to focus on the situation at hand... I can ask questions later, she thought shaking her head. Just a second after said shaking, the figure that had been heard approaching had made a rather... loud entrance. Indeed, as soon as he arrived on the scene he announced that he was their savior, Aya scoffing at the notion as she glanced at the man who was jumping at the rather large tree.
“If he's our savior then I think we're better off running,” she commented, a bit of a smart-aleck tone in her voice. Regardless of her quip, the man soon opened a Corridor of Darkness behind the tree as he jumped at it, Aya's eyes widening at the sight. Thus far she had only seen those things open randomly or on will when a Heartless wished for it when fleeing from battle. The portal being a coincidence seemed incredibly unlikely and with the method of attack it only seemed logical that he was trying to force it into the portal as if he knew before hand. With this in mind, the detective begun to suspect whether this scruffy looking individual was but a simple man.
Maybe that's why she said to watch out but if he's a Heartless like I'm suspecting... how did she know before he even showed up or am I over-thinking this? Aya pondered, once more glancing toward Namine before returning her gaze too the odd looking man who had successfully dealt with the creature. Yet now that she looked at him again, his appearance had changed, his skin had darkened in tone quite severely and seemed... mad. Yes, he looked like a mad dog at the moment and upon noticing that, Aya took a step back at this a bit surprised but kept her gun trained on him. Suddenly, a blood-curdling roar filled the air, Aya certainly not liking the sound of it as Whatever went into tackle them at a surprising speed. The former officer's eyes quickly looked to the girl, pushing her out of the way as the beast tackled her down. She grunted as her back slammed against the ground, gritting her teeth as her left arm instinctively pressed itself against the creature's neck, hopefully to prevent it from biting her face off (assuming he'd try to anyway). Meanwhile, her right hand lifted her gun and pressed it against the creature's chest, the former detective activating one of her abilities, Level One Energy Shot[/b]. With the ability now active, Aya began to fire the 9mm against the beast's chest as she curled up her legs underneath his stomach and pushed hard. Assuming the six point-blank shots coupled with the kick got the beast to back off or otherwise get off of her, Aya would quickly stand back up, taking a few steps back. She would the train her gun on the beast again, firing off another five shots aimed at it's stomach, a target she figured would be the easiest to hit and track if the beast began to move.
OOC: Level One Energy Shot[/b] - Using this ability, Aya’s mitochondria generate a surplus of ATP that can be used to power up her shots for the firearm she is wielding for a short time. When activated, Aya’s bullets will have a piercing effect allowing them to break through any normal guard as well as cause full damage to the opponent regardless of status effects (EX: Barrier). Duration = 2 Posts, Cool Down = 3 Posts.
Liberation[/b] – During battle Aya’s mitochondria begin to create vast amounts of ATP that can later be used to give her a temporary boost too all stats. When the energy stored is released, Aya will also be granted a second pistol to attack with and all shots will actually be made out of ATP thus eliminating the need for ammo as well as increasing their power two fold. Furthermore, Aya’s movements will change drastically and instead of running forward she will mostly teleport, four feet per teleport. Before activating this ability though, Aya must be in battle for at least three minutes (three posts) and once it runs out (duration = 2 posts), the amount of time necessary to generate the ATP to activate it again will increase by one post per subsequent use. Cool down = 4 Posts after first use, 5 posts after second use, and so on and so forth.
1 Post into the battle.

Raid #6
Nov 22, 2011 23:55:24 GMT -5
Post by Naminé on Nov 22, 2011 23:55:24 GMT -5
Naminé’s eyes kept close focus on the spot that she could feel the presences of the Heartless coming from. She kept her ears open to hear if the Nobodies had met their foe. A few moments after sending her Dusks out the memory witch heard gun shots. She could sense that one of her Nobodies feel victim to one of the bullets but for some reason the others were still standing. The young female Nobody had almost wished she could see throw the eyes of the Nobodies. That way she would know what was going on when things were out of her sight.
The intruder was coming closer once again. The other women, Aya, seemed confused by Naminé but the young Nobody didn’t have time to worry about that or explain herself now. The Heartless came out of the woods. The memory witch’s thoughts on the Heartless having a human form were dead on. The girl in white was about to call her Dusks back to her side when the Heartless spoke and took her by surprise. She was in mid snap when the Heartless summoned a portal and called himself their savior. " ………..Savior…..You?” She said rather confused. “Why why would a Heartless save someone?” She blinked a few times as her brain racked itself to come up with an answer. Naminé looked over at Aya. She giggled at the women’s comment about it being safer to run. She had no idea how right she truly was.
Naminé’s urge to attack was depleted when the Heartless opened a portal behind the tree. “This guy really is trying to help us.” She smiled as the creature was about to do something to knock the tree into the portal. “Now why didn’t I think of that?” She said to herself. The creature’s body turned dark and he looked wild. The memory witch felt that something was wrong as the Heartless slammed the tree into the Corridor of Darkness. Naminé smile turned in to a face of terror. “This-this isn’t right.” She stumbled over her words. The creature was now coming at the two women that he had intended to help.
Aya had started to attack the Heartless. Naminé had hesitated. “What if this Heartless isn’t bad? What if something just went wrong?” The memory witch thought to herself as she watched the other women fight. Normally at the first sight of a Heartless the young Nobody’s reaction is to attack but this person saved them from that tree. The girl in white thought of when Sora was a Heartless. “What if someone had just attacked him when he was like that? He would have never transformed back. Is it possible that this Heartless was the same way? I wouldn’t want someone to attack me just because I am a Nobody.” The young girl thought she should give the creature the benefit of the doubt and let him speak. First she needs to stop Aya. Naminé Snapped her fingers and the Dusks came from where they were left to the battle field. One came and grabbed Aya’s one arm to stop her and Naminé rushed forward and grabbed the women’s opposite arm. “Please wait! Give him a chance to speak!” She begged the girl with the gun.
Naminé knew if she kept a hold of the girl then the Heartless, the way he was now would only attack. She would have to calm the creature down. The last to Dusks grabbed a hold of the Heartless man forcing him to the ground. At that moment the memory witch stepped in front of Aya and a sketchbook metalized in her hand. She sketched out a white flower on the page as her Nobodies fought with the powerful Heartless. When her drawing was finished the white flower appeared underneath the enemies’ feet. Naminé kept her piercing blue eyes locked on to the man’s wild ones. The Dusks jumped out of the way as the flower snapped its petals shut ungluing the Heartless into darkness. “There is no escape. Don’t be afraid.” The Artistic Nobody’s sweet airy voice traveled with in the flower a. “Please calm down. Just relax. Relax and forget. Forget you’re that you have activated. It wasn’t what you intended to happen, was it? Wouldn’t you like to know why you lost control like that? Just relax and fall back into your old state of mind. Your Memories are mine.” The Memory Witch looked back at Aya. “If this doesn’t work then you are free to do as you please.” She then looked at the Nobodies and nodded to them. They Nodded back in understand that if the thing inside of the flower attacks once let go then they were to attack the creature. Naminé turned back to the flower. Her voice once again echoed within it. “Instant Amnesia!” She whispered gentle. “Forget that you every activated the power that now posses you.” The flower petals began to open and the Nobody held her breath.
