It's.. kinda short. Sorry. D: [/div]
This world teemed with the strong essence of darkness.. A plague she was determined to rid it of.
From the mouth of a small cave emerged a young woman clad in silver armor, a feathery cape attached to her side at her waist gently flowing from her movements with each step forward she took. Icy blue eyes peering out from behind the light pink bangs that fell into her face. What a dump.. And in such a place, the warrior stood out with great contrast.
Nothingness stretched out as far as the eye could see, a vast sea of dread and despair with only small fragments of land scattered about. What was this place exactly? As Lightning took a few steps out into the open, the ground rippled with each step. Even the ground itself seemed to stretch out forever into a pit of darkness... And to top it off large chunks of debris were casually falling from the sky, only to smash themselves into pieces.
But... something here seemed more off than it should have. She wasn't only sensing strong influences of the darkness, she also felt as though.. someone else was here. Or at least nearby...
Her fingers twitched lightly by her side, ready to summon her blade.

This place, a world in ruins and over run by the Heartless, reeked with the scent of Darkness. To the twins who had landed in the world some ago, the scent was already buried deep in their skins and yet it did not phase them as they casually explored the place. When they arrived in the large open area of purple skies and falling debris, the twins paused to take in the beauty of the ruin. Every detail of the place only making their will to be rid of Dark and Light even stronger. They could not let one or the other take over. The war would never end that way and places like this one would continue to be born. No, balance was the only path to peace. The twins moved along the water like surface, taking note how they did not sink in it or get wet from it as it rippled about their feet. The landscape was quite a piece of work that the twins studied with great interest for a moment. Lucelia took to a higher piece of debris to get a better view of the landscape they were end, hoping to find the end of the endless landscape. Her brother remained below in what they assumed was the center of the stretching landscape. As Lucelia examined the area, Luca remained focused on the falling debris. He wasn’t really studying the rocks any longer…no he had caught the scent of something other than a Heartless entering the world.
“It’s a human and a Light warrior from the smells of it. Just couldn’t leave this place alone, huh?” Lucelia said to her brother from above.
” That is what happens when Darkness rules. It is a good thing we came to study and balance this world. Who knows what will become of it if Light takes over,” was the calm response back.
“I’m thinking of a picture that would burn someone’s eyes out because it is so bright,”
“Perhaps or maybe this world would crumble since the Heartless love it so.”
”That is not happy picture.” Lucelia frowned at the thought of the world falling apart.
”Blinding is no better,” Luca responded remaining emotionless for the most part.
“Well we can fix that. Oh look. Here is Light’s warrior. It’s a woman and a pretty one at that,” Lucelia told her brother as she spotted the woman called Lightning coming out of a cave and entering the area. The woman didn’t see them thanks to the rock that blocked her view, but she could sense them. Lucelia watched as the woman's hand twitched anticipating a battle. She smiled as she kneeled down on the debris and leaned over to look at her brother with a mock frown.
”She trying to steal our precious find,” she said in an overdramatic voice. Luca simply made a light “Hmph” sound before moving quietly from behind the rock that had kept them from view.
If the woman had not pinpointed them from their voices, then Luca’s appearance on the field would be sudden and unexpected, much like a ghost materializing into being. He didn't look intimidating at all though. He was just a teenager with pale skin dressed in rather plain looking clothing with his hands in his pocket. The only thing off about him were his eyes. Icy blue and devoid of emotion watching her with the careful and mature eye of a researcher that had been perfecting his art for years. A look that should not be in a child's face and betrayed much about the being before her. in any cas, he did not speak to the woman or make a move towards her. Instead, he simply sized her up for a moment making a guess at how much trouble she would be. There was another moment of silence as he watched her with those emotionless eyes for a few seconds longer before settling on what to do next. Slowly, he pulled his left hand out of his pocket and gestured for her to come at him. He wanted her to show him exactly what she was made of. Lucelia, on the other hand, hopped down from the piece of debris she was on and went to the edge of the rock and peeked around it to see what would become of the battle and if she needed to interfere or not.

Stella appeared in a whole new different world. Again. First from Tenebrae to a place called Traverse Town and now… this. Once again she was lonely, not knowing her whereabouts and maybe with the one called ‘Sephiroth’ after her. She rose on her feet, looking at her surroundings. A devastated wasteland. No light. No life. Just… a lifeless desert that seemed to be crawling with the creatures named ‘Shadows’. Stella started walking, fearful at first, being her first time in such a new world. Such a desolated world. The sky above her head was in tones of purple. A bit sickening but still, Stella couldn’t negate the beauty of it. Walking a bit more, she looked down from the cliff, watching as the water-same color as the sky- was so calm and peaceful.
“Where…Am I?” Stella asked to herself, looking around, trying to spot a human life form besides herself “How the heck did I end up in here?” She bit her lower lip and started walking, trying to explore the place she was in. If a fight would break out, she would have to defend herself yet again, but Stella gained courage to fight her own battles instead of letting others to protect her. That world was different from hers in so many ways but the will to keep fighting should persist. Stella Nox Fleuret never backed down from a challenge and she wouldn’t start in this world. But one thing is fighting knowing that you can win… and another is committing suicide and face people much stronger then she was.
Stella stopped. She took a deep breath and tried to figure out if there were other energies around her. Positive ones or evil Negative. She needed to be ready if something happened. She needed to be prepared. And was on that time, when she was trying to catch a trail of energies, that Stella felt her. Etro. The Fleuret heir opened her eyes in shock. Someone was there. Someone that was also blessed by Etro’s gift! It could only be Noctis. Stella knew that Noctis was also gifted with the powers of the Goddess of Death, an energy that she immediately recognized as her own. Noctis was there. Stella was sure of it.
Even in the end of the world, or whatever she was, she could felt his energy. The Goddess Blessing. Stella smiled. She wasn’t alone there anymore. Noctis was close to her. It could only be him, right? Who else had access to Etro’s power? Stella started to run. Run in the direction of that familiar energy. Running towards what she thought it was Noctis.
“I’m coming. Wait for me…Noctis.”

She felt uneasy...
As the rock and debris seemed to fall from nothingness and crash into the ground, she knew someone else was here.. But where? And who? Icy blue eyes darted about the area, hearing the faint whispers masked behind the crumbling sky. Her motions became much more desperate to find the source as he head flicked from side to side, widening her view.
Though, unexpectantly, a young boy stepped forth from his shroud. A look of disbelief washed over her, unsure of how to react to the situation. Not only did he appear to only be in his mid teens, his eyes looked soulless, almost piercing straight through her. Her brows furrowed as he stood, studying her. What exactly was he up to..? She watched him carefully, unsure of what to really do. He hadn't brought any threat as of yet and something didn't quite sit right with attacking someone who could possibly be just an innocent bystander..
Then, he finally moved.
Her arm tensed without hesitation, ready to summon her gunblade without another moments notice. He made no signs of attacking but instead, and motioned for her to attack. Just what was this kid's deal?! He obviously was not normal in any sense of the word, but inadvertently asking her to draw her blade? He had to have a screw loose at the least..
Lightning quickly rose her hand over her left shoulder, a warm glow coming from the tips of her fingers as she quickly swung her arm back out at her side, extending it to its full length as a plethora of white feathers rained down from a vibrant glow that shot out from her grip. Her gunblade materializing from thin air as the glow slowly faded and the feathers danced around the blade before gently floating to the ground.
Her finger resting gently on the trigger, she pointed its end in the boy's direction. His provocation felt like more of a trap than just a test of skills.. "I find it a little stupid of you to ask me to just come at you.. Do you have a death wish?" She scoffed.
"I don't know who you are or what you're trying to do.. But I suggest you leave before you get on my nerves.."

Lucelia continued to watch from her hidden spot, smirking at the woman’s reaction to her brother’s appearance. It was not a surprise to see shock and confusion in that pretty face. She had seen it many times before. A look that said the opponent underestimated her brother due to looks. It couldn’t be helped, she supposed. They did seem ordinary and harmless for the most part, but underestimating them was the end of many that had opposed them in the past. In any case, Lucelia remained where she was not worried as she watched the show, wondering if she would need to interfere at all. As she watched, she caught scent of another that had appeared in the area. She didn’t know where the person was, but from the strengthening of the scent, the person was getting closer. Another human, eh? Well, maybe she could play with the new comer and leave her brother with Ms. Serious. Maybe, but first she had to see if this new person would be something she could handle alone or if she would need to remain in her role of support. She stayed hidden waiting and watching.
Back on the field with Luca, a different form of battle was unfolding. The woman had been given a chance to strike first, a show of Luca’s gentleman side to let the lady go first…and also giving her a chance before he attacked himself. He could make this battle very unfair if he wanted to. She was human after all, he would have the upper hand; however, Luca was not about unfairness and often adapted his style to his opponent. The same would apply here. The woman did draw her weapon in a rather flashy manner that neither surprised nor impressed Luca, who had seen many such shows in his life time, but unlike the more hot-head sort, this woman did not attack.
Instead, she stayed where she was pointing her strange blade and gun weapon at him as her finger rested on the trigger. Luca did not flinch or show any signs of worry as he took in the high tech weapon before locking his eyes on the woman who was speaking now. Her words and actions revealed much about her. She was no fool and cautious of his earlier gesture. He suppose it could signal a trap, but traps were not part of Luca’s style. He was straight forward in battle hiding nothing. His sister would not interfere for now, so the woman had nothing to worry about. Still, it was nice to see this form of intelligence, maybe her mind was more about strategy than force. He would have to see. In any case, the observation was brief as she asked him a question.
“Death wish? No. I did not come here seeking death,” he told her in a calm toneless voice, his cold eyes never leaving her own. To her second set of words, a cold smile appeared briefly on the young man’s face before vanishing.
“You have no idea about annoyances, Warrior of Light,” he told her in that same toneless voice. He placed his hand back in his pocket and then took a few paces to the left before stopping and looking over at her again. “Tell me are you afraid to attack me due to the way I appear? Do you think I am just a child that happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time? What will you do if I don’t leave, hm?” The words flowed in the same tones, showing he was not afraid of the woman or her long range weapon. In fact, he was relaxed, treating the situation as if he had passed a stranger on the street and happened to fall into conversation with her. He still did not make a move or draw any weapon. He simply tested how far he could push the woman’s tolerance. Would she snap or would she remain calm? He was also giving her the rare second chance to strike first. What happened next would depend on what the woman did.

Stella finally arrived on the place that she felt the energy of Etro. Her heart was almost jumping from her chest. There was a possibility that the energy she felt was Noctis. She didn’t knew anyone else who was gifted by the Goddess, although it was possible. In a new world with new warriors, maybe someone was gifted by Etro as well. Stella just wished, from the bottom of her heart, that the person emanating the Goddess power was Noctis.
When she glanced over the rocks, Stella didn’t see Noctis, but she saw a young woman in an armour…. An armour with the emblem of Etro! How was that possible? Was that woman a warrior from the Goddess of Death? Stella was, to say the least, shocked. A chosen warrior by Etro was standing not far from her, with a shinning armour and shield, strawberry hair flowing to the breeze. And she was… talking to someone? Stella couldn’t realize who they were from where she was standing but according to the voices, they were two. Two warriors against the Etro’s Chosen?
With a deep breath, Stella jumped from behind the rocks, making her appearance noticed to everyone present. The Warrior of Etro was in disadvantage. They were indeed two other people there. Twins? Now that was a rare sight for Stella. Two warriors of Etro, against twins? Stella didn’t know if a fight would break out but, even if it didn’t, she couldn’t just let the other woman alone. Not if she was chosen by the Goddess.
“Excuse me for crashing the party.” She said with a smirk, close to the Light Warrior “But I couldn’t help myself. I couldn’t just stay quiet!” She tossed her hair behind her back and kept an eye on the twins in front of her. She could sense their energy. They were strong. Like the two sides of a coin, both equal and yet different. Like… Twins. Stella didn’t walk much. She wanted to support the woman picked by Etro, but at the same time, she just couldn’t lose the twins from her sight. The tension was palpable… and Stella was right in the middle of the action.

What did he take her for? An idiot?
Lightning was perceptive enough to realize this child was not in the norm. Not in the least. He was far too calm in such a place saturated with darkness. He began to question her resolve on whether she would strike him due to appearances. She only scoffed. Her afraid? Fat chance.
"Don't flatter yourself.." The warrior retorted, her eyes narrowing. "Just because of the way you look, don't think I'll take it easy on you.." The look in her eyes were very serious, as she meant every word. She had fought too many battles to be fooled by a clever guise. She kept her calm as she talked, being precise with her words.
"If you don't leave willingly, I'm going to have to resort to 'other' methods. I'm sure you're smart enough to figure that much out." She held her gunblade with one steady hand out at her side, while her other free arm was out in front of her, the shield attacked to her armor ready to go. "I won't ask again.." Her tone was slightly more threatening this time round.
But someone unexpected showed up for the fight. A girl with long golden blonde tresses had arrived. A strange aura emitted from her. It was that same feeling she felt when she had traveled to Valhalla. Etro. That girl possessed some powers given by the goddess.
While annoyed that this girl had popped out of the blue unannounced, perhaps she could be of some help. And a fight breaking out seemed unavoidable with how the conversation had already carried on. "You. Can you fight?" She eagerly awaited an answer from the newcomer. If she could fight then she was more than welcome to stay and hold her own.
"If not I suggest you leave."

Luca did not fear the woman as she spoke in serious and threatening tones, warning him once again not to try her. Despite earlier testing, it seemed the woman was quite capable of keeping her cool. Very good. To her words, the boy simply smiled coldly at her in response. He would not leave. No, this world would not belong to Light. As the woman’s attention was drawn away from him by the appearance of another woman, Luca glanced at the new comer with no interest at all. While he was sure she had power of her own, she was of no concerned to him. With the smile fading, he refocused on the pink haired woman as he moved his hand to the hilt of the strange sword that was hidden within the folds of his clothes.
With easy movements, he unsheathed the sword and held the blade loosely within his left hand as he began to walk towards the armored woman. He kept moving at this constant, yet casual pace never removing his eyes from his target. It was a sign that he had seen many battles himself and was very use to threats. Anyway, despite how narrow his focus may have seemed, he was very much aware of the other on the field and left himself relaxed enough to react to what either woman would do.
As he walked, his sister remained behind her rock. She had noticed that the second lady had noticed her position hidden behind the rock, an impressive thing considering she was being as still as possible. Smiling, Lucelia moved slightly to the side, letting herself be seen as she locked her eyes on the blonde woman and smiled. She waved towards the other woman.
“Hey there!” she called not seeming to understand they were in the middle of a battlefield. Her tones were friendly and welcoming…an easy trap designed to distract if it worked. For the moment, Lucelia didn’t seem to want to fight anyone. No, it looked like she just wanted to chat, making one wonder….just what sort of enemies were they were up against.

“Can you fight?”
The Warrior chosen by Etro asked her that question with a cold indifference. Maybe she wasn’t THAT sociable but, in this particular circumstances she didn’t need to be social. The pink hair woman was standing still, emanating the energy of Etro. Yes… She was a warrior chosen by the Goddess of Death. But where was she from? Stella never knew someone else that shared the same energy as Etro besides Noctis. When the confrontation was over, Stella would need to inquire her about Etro and possibly Noctis. With a little luck, she might have crossed paths with him.
The boy said nothing. He kept glaring at the armoured woman, ignoring Stella’s presence there. It seemed that he was already entertained with the other female to lose any time with “hi” speeches with the newcomer. But there was still one. The girl. She was keeping her presence hidden, at least physically, but Stella could sense her energy, even if faintly. Both of them looked like kids. What were kids doing there? In such a chaotic place? Stella remembered Sephiroth. In this world, nothing was what it seemed to be. Those two could be kids but they possessed energy that could match the most courageous warrior.
The girl walked behind a stone, smiling and unlike the boy, being sociable. She actually greeted Stella with a very casual “Hey there.” Who were those two? Stella kept her eyes on the girl since the other warrior was already engaging in a eye battle with the boy. It looked like it was going to be a fair fight. Two against two. Then Stella remembered the question of the warrior. “Can you fight?”
Stella smirked as she concentrated her energy, while the yellow crest appeared behind her back. Oh she could fight alright. Don’t need to worry about Stella getting in the way. A purple aura surrounded her right arm until the hand, and the Fleuret heir was ready. With a swift movement to the right, she summoned her rapier with an elegant movement while a smile appeared in her lips.
“Yes, I can fight.”

Lightning had fixed her eyes intently on the young boy as he silently drew a weapon and walked steadily towards her. So, that's the way he wanted it then, huh? He had been given fair warning...
The warrior's knees bent as she threw her blade back at full arms length, ready to strike when needed. Each step he took only made her tense more as the inevitable fight grew closer with each passing moment. And before she knew it, the young girl that had so abruptly joined the battlefield called forth a large golden glyph, brandishing a rapier. Well, at least she had a weapon.. That was a start... A despite her words, only the battlefield would prove if her words were true.
"For your sake, I hope your right.."
With the distance slowly closing, Lightning opted to not let this kid take the first swing at her. He had already made it very clear he was not backing down, so why allow him the advantage? She quickly swung her blade forward as a large tunnel of wind began hurdling itself towards Luca at a breakneck speed, and if landing properly would immobilize him for a moment, as she charged forth after it, pulling her blade back again and once in range, swinging it upwards with full force.
Now the fight had truly begun.

Lucelia took note that the blonde woman had not returned her greeting. Instead, she had simply smirked before charging up with a strange energy causing some form of crest to appear behind her. Lucelia’s smile only grew wider as she saw the woman summon her weapon and tell the other warrior she could fight. The female vampire noticed that blonde was focused on her marking her as the target.
“Oh! So you want to play?” she asked the blonde woman with a childish giggle that would make her seem harmless; however, as soon as the giggle was over, she took a step forward and then was gone! When she was found again, Stella would find that Lucelia was now behind her, forcing the blonde to face away from the battle between her brother and the other if she truly wanted to focus on her as a target. The move had not been a technique of any sort. It was a simple display of the vampire’s natural movement, used to close the distance rather than intimidate. She knew that her brother played fairly, so as long as the woman was not facing him or giving Lucelia much trouble, he would stay out of the light confrontation between herself and the blonde; however, the blond would find Lucelia’s tactics were very different from her brothers. Unlike her brother who was more battle oriented and occasionally toyed with his opponets, Lucelia did not do any of this. Instead of making any move against the woman, she simply folded her hands behind her back and rocked back on her heels a little, watching the girl with an innocent expression.
“What now?” she asked her innocently, waiting to see what she would do.
Meanwhile, Luca did not pay Stella any mind. He noticed her power, but since her focus was not him, he did not bother worrying about any attacks from the woman. Besides it looked as if his sister already had her occupied. As his sister left the rock and moved to the other side of the blonde woman, Luca kept his steady pace towards the pink haired woman that was his target. She tensed and fell into a battle stance. drawing her blade back and prepared to strike. He took note that the woman paid attention the blonde, but did not seem to notice his sister on the field. Good. One less worry he’d have to deal with provided his opponent played as fairly as he did. There was an exchange of words between the two as the situation became more and more tense. Luca was not bother by the tension, but it seemed the woman had finally decided to take her chance to strike first. She swung her blade forward unleashing a strong tunnel of wind towards Luca. While he could not see the attack completely, he stopped where he was and raised his sword horizontally before him, bracing his sword with his free hand. The movement was simple, but performed with unnatural speed.
When the wind hit, the blade cut down some of the effect as the winds pushed him back with their force. Once the wind had died down and passed, Luca went from defensive to relax once more as lowered the sword slightly, shaking off the remains of the attack. He noticed the woman had followed her attack and while for a human these attacks might’ve been overwhelming, for Luca they were easy to keep up with. As her sword came upward towards him, Luca swung his sword downward causing the two weapons to meet with a loud clang. Keeping in mind that this was a human he was fighting, his next set of moves were dealt with controlled strength. First, he pushed the woman’s blade downward, keeping it locked with his own for a moment before moving forward and pushing towards her using his weight to perhaps knock her back and maybe even off balance. Off balanced or not, Luca took a step forward and swung his blade outward in a horizontal slash aimed for the stomach area more so than the chest. If his attack was successful, the woman would be hit with strike that would be felt even through that armor she wore.

Stella flinched as the girl suddenly vanished from her sight, quickly appearing behind her back. Turning her attention to her opponent, the Tenebrae princess took one step back, to increase the distance between the two. “That was fast!” Stella thought to herself “Really, really fast. How did she…” The girl was still smiling to her, toying with her. She wanted to maintain Stella occupied so that no aid could be offered to the Etro’s Warrior. “Divide and conquer, right?” Stella asked the girl, with her rapier in a defensive stance while she looked straight to her opponent’s eyes. “Very impressive.” Stella wondered what would be her next move. The girl was fast, she would give her that much, so a frontal attack wouldn’t be the most intelligent idea. She would easily dodge her sword with the same speed as she moved. Stella needed to wait for a better opening. For now, all she could do was to expect the girl to make the first move. “What now?” Stella smiled, trying to look confident as she tried to think on something to deal with that weird kid. “You tell me. I presume you want me out of the way so that your friend over there can enjoy his fight as well. But tell me this then. Why are you doing this?”

Surely the other fighter could handle herself... For now, Lightning was preoccupied with her own challenger. He had managed to cut through her Aero with ease. He had even managed to meet her blade with his own, as the two locked swords as he pinned her gunblade to the ground.
She felt her body get forced back as he slammed his shoulder into her, she quickly regained her footing, taking a few steps back only to see a sword being swung in her direction. She automatically went to bring her shield back up, managing to fend off the strike with only a minor graze to her arm, not quite being quick enough to beat the boy to the punch.
She smirked. Well, she'd have to just step this fight up a notch. She raised a hand to her chest, a small pink rose crystal forming in her hand. Without another moment, she tossed it up quickly, slicing the gem in half, a large rose colored emblem growing , and a large armored mechanical man emerged as he went and stood by Lightning, awaiting his orders.
"Odin, go!"
Lightning thrust her weapons forward as a sign for him to charge. The eidolon didn't hesitate as his order were given as he split his weapon into two, using Crushing Blow and in a quick flash was in front of Luca, as his blades swung out to his sides. Lightning had takent he moment to charge her blade with Sparkstrike, as the electricity flowed through it, she followed up quickly after Odin, and as he swung, leap onto his back before jumping off and diving at her target, thrusting her blade forward.
He wanted a fight? Well, a fight he was going to get!
