QUEEN GRAND PRIX WORLD: Wonder Land REWARD: 150 Munny 1st place, 100 Munny 2nd place, 50 munny to everyone else. WORKERS: 2 - 4 Heroes/Neutral Good ENEMIES: 2-4 Villains/ Chaotic Neutral JOB: The Queen is bored and thus is holding a competition for anyone to enter so that she can be amused. The task is to try to go through the maze with your team and try to go through the obstacles that stand in your way for the grand prize.
---- It was a bright, sunny day in the Queen's palace. The sun was shining, the birds were warbling, the Bandersnatch was howling and the subjects of the Queen of Hearts' Realm were chortling about what a frabjous day it was. The shouts of "Callooh!" and "Callay!" were heard even from within the maze, where the contestants were. For you see, the Queen had finally managed to find people who willingly gave themselves over for her entertainment. In return, she promised not to execute them via decaptitation. A fair deal, in her royal opinion. The Queen of Hearts walked out onto the balcony of her castle and looked down at the maze, at the contestants that had volunteered for this event. On one team, there was Namine, a young, blonde girl, much like that wretch Alice; Riku, a white-haired boy who wielded a Keyblade like that pesky Sora kid. Then, on the other team, there was some clown or jester or whatever they called themselves these days named Kefka and a masked boy who called himself Vanitas. As she looked down at the four contestants, the Queen had but one regret. She would have to pay them for participating. The White Rabbit blew a trumpet and the Queen immediately had her subjects' attention. "Ladies, Gentlemen and Jubjub birds! We have gathered here to watch for suckers racers compete for the prize of entertaining me! They must navigate a hedge maze designed to taste the contestants' agility, as well as their intelligence! And they better use their heads, or it's OFF WITH THEM!" After this outburst, the Queen cleared her throat. She then introduced the teams and the teams' members. "To the winning team, an adequate sum of money will be paid! To the losers, less money, but more importantly, shame! Shame and the loss of their heads! Contestants, I despise cheating of any sort! As such, a magical barrier has been placed throughout the maze. Because of it, you cannot fly over the maze or use attacks to destroy the walls. You've got legs, USE THEM!""I have provided each of you contestants with a copy of the rules. I expect you to follow them, because if you don't you will be disqualified and you will not be paid! Also, I will declare, "OFF WITH YOUR HEADS!" and carry through that command." As the contestants could see, there were indeed rules. 1) Do not tarry too far from your team partner. You are tethered to each other through magic that cannot be dispelled until you leave the maze. You are allowed two moves away from your partner before the tethers will break. If the tethers break, you are disqualified.
2) As a reminder, a magical barrier covers the entire maze from floor to ceiling. You cannot pass through it and any means of teleportation are useless.
3) You are allowed to delay your opponents, but only for ONE TURN. Once that turns expires you must move away from the other team. Failure to do so results in disqualification.
4) Rules are subject to change, be more specific or more entertaining, depending on the queen's whims and how much pie she has consumed.
5) ENTERTAIN ME! HAVE FUN! "And now...", the Queen of Hearts continued, "We shall begin this contest with the honorary Croquet Starting Contraption!" The Queen then picked up a flamingo and proceeded to use it as a croquet mallet, hitting a ball down a slide. It slid down the obnoxiously curvy and elaborate slide where it landed in a bucket. This bucket was on a seesaw, which lifted a marionette of a man that had its finger pointing at something. As it turned out, it was there to push another ball down a much shorter slide and it dropped down, hitting a pressure plate on a machine that looked like one of those "Test your strength" carnival games. When the bell rang, a mechanism severed a rope, which swung an arm around to the Queen's balcony, which had on it a silver plate with a cover on it. The Queen removes the cover to reveal... a warm apple pie. She took a slice and had begun to eat it before stopping and looking at the White Rabbit. "Well? Start the contest already!" The White Rabbit nearly jumped out of his skin and then blew the trumpet, announcing the start of the maze. -------------- Current Progress: Red= Kefka Purple = Vani Blue = Riku Yellow = Namine Your choice after leaving the starting area is either left or right. Which will you choose, Teams? [ Posting Order: Namine, Vanitas, Riku, Kefka ]

Naminé stood inside of a giant maze with three other people. Riku was the person that she had come here with. They figured that it wouldn’t hurt to have a little fun while on their journey. It also would give the memory witch more interaction with the people from other world, since she really didn’t get to do that very much. The sun beat on the top of their head as the Queen of Hearts spoke to her subjects and contestants. The queen seemed t be a bit of a stuck up lady in the girl dressed in white’s opinion. The young Nobody could tell that her highness was judge her…and all the contestants for that matter. “Well that is a bit rude.” She thought. “She was the one that wanted to be entertained.”
Naminé looked over to her right and saw a masked person standing next to her. His aura was dark and the masked face added to the effect an air of mystery. Though mysterious, he seemed eerily familiar. That notion made the Nobody shifted where she stood. Next to the Masked boy was and equally familiar and creepy clown. It seemed like it was only yesterday that she was in that fight at Hollow Bastion. The images flooded back to her. She had kept her promise to Vivi and got to meet Mordred but darkness used the little girl like a puppet and she attacked. Soon more people came to the aid of the other Nobody as well as to her aid. The dark group bested her and her team but thankfully they all made it out alive.
The sight of the Jester made Naminé move over more towards Riku. She grabbed a hold of the Keyblader’s arm and held fast as she tried to ignore the fact that the Clown was there and listen to what the queen was saying. “Is that clown following me for some reason? Did Mordred send him?” She pondered as her thoughts returned back to Kefka. All of the sudden there was a strange link between Kefka and Riku. The hearts of the two seemed to be starting to connect. Naminé tried to think that maybe it was just her imagination but the sense that a storm was brewing couldn't be forgotten. And it was killing her not know what was going to happen. The grip on Riku’s arm got tighter for the young girl feared that her partner was going to vanish right before her very eyes and she was powerless to stop it.
The memory witch shook her head slightly to try to clear it and return to the queen. The ruler’s voice of fake sweetness was becoming a welcoming sound to Naminé now. It made her forget what she just sensed and her fears, or whatever you wanted to call it. She was then handed a set of rules. She read them and took a sigh of relief to find out that one team can only delay the other team for one turn. She looked over at Kefka on that rule. She wasn’t sure if he would be the kind that would follow the rules, but if he did try something extreme then he would be disqualified. Then it came across the girl’s mind that the clown and the other kid might not care about that and it made her even more nervous. The thought of why on earth would these people agree to do this when they are all about death and destruction kept coming up in her mind. Oh well, she was sure that they would be closely watched and if things did get crazy then at least there was a Keyblader there to help out. After all it is a Keyblader of the light’s job to keep peace with in the worlds.
Naminé ended up giggling at the queen’s contraption. She had original thought that it was something awesome to start the contest but it ended up being and awesome pie machine instead. As the horn sounded the female Nobody took a bow. “As you wish your majesty.” She said in her typical sweet voice. She got up from her bow and took a hold of Riku’s hand. “We’ll go together.” She said sounding exactly like Sora.
Naminé let go of the boy’s hand and proceeded out of the area that they were in. She was told by one of the card guards that she was to go first. As she reached the long path way she either could go left or right. She looked both ways and couldn’t really see any indication of there being a wall or a boor at either end. She looked back towards Riku for comfort then up at the queen with her pie. She took a deep breath and went to the LEFT disappearing from the other player’s sight hoping Riku would be sure to follow and not run into any trouble that the maze may or may not provide.

Vanitas stood among the others, surrounded by a hedge maze and a rather large castle, inhabited by a rather large queen. She began to speak, discussing the reason for their position in the maze and a bunch of other garbage that he could hardly care about. It was a maze; it needed solving. She was the ruler; she would oversee the event. He was closer to a jester than the other two; there were teams. It really wasn't that difficult to figure out the, most likely, main points of her speech. No, he was not concerned with her ramblings, it was his partner and the competition he would focus on.
Every person there had the scent of darkness around them. It almost excited him, though the two furthest away did not exude it like he or his partner did. His partner, some sort of jester, stood to his left. He had little idea who this man was or what he was capable of, though he supposed it didn't matter so long as he didn't have to pull the clown's weight. Still, the darkness was thick around him, so perhaps there was some power to this joker.
On his right stood the other team. One was a young blonde girl, whose darkness was only slight, as if she merely existed within the darkness but chose not to embrace it. She seemed, by appearance, to be of little threat, especially when she just stood there in a white dress. No, he would not be concerning himself with this little girl. He was more interested in the tall male standing next to her.
Now this was a darkness whose scent intrigued Vanitas. It was there, clear, yet it seemed like it was trying to be contained. What was this guy's deal? Was he holding himself back, ready to release a flood of power? Or perhaps, he was denying himself real power and embracing the idiotic principles of the Light. Either way, he was an enigma and needed to be kept under close watch. No matter what, Vanitas wouldn't let himself be blindsided by this guy.
A guard cautiously approached Vanitas while he was analyzing the participants. Switching his gaze over, he was handed a piece of paper that had the rules all spelled out. He gave them a quick glance over, grunting at the tether rule. He'd be forced to stay close to the Jester, whether he wanted to or not. When he came to the last rule, he let out an audible laugh. Have fun. Oh, he'd have fun alright. Two people would be crawling along the ground at the end of this and he wasn't going to be one of them. He crumbled up the sheet of the paper and tossed it in front of him.
He watched as the girl took off and headed towards the left. Here he had to make a decision. He could either follow and disable her right away or take the other route and hope it was the correct route. While it would be easy, he decided to head to the right. Following that girl would be a stupid decision, anyway, since she'd probably get eaten by something anyway. Before leaving, though, he summoned the Void Gear and pointed it at the man from the other team.
"You have an very interesting scent about you. I'm sure you won't make this such a boring win for me."
He then turned to his teammate.
"Let's take care of this with no issues."
He followed the opposite path of the girl, keeping his Keyblade drawn and ready to destroy whatever stupid things happened to show up.

Riku was more or less taking a small break from the fights and the adventuring to play a little game, glad Namine was his partner. He looked around, and then felt Namine grab his arm in fear. Confused, he looked up at the jester and the... who was that?! Riku blinked at the young man in the helmet and armor, the body armor just like his Dark Form. Who was this guy? He struggled with the concept as a Guard walked up and gave Riku a piece of paper with the rules.
"... Tether... mmm Disable, mmhm... rules subject to change." he smirked at the last one. He had dealt with the area before, long before he even truly wielded a Keyblade. This was bound to be a good challenge, and even better, after the armored boy summoned a Keyblade, Riku's interest was piqued. He then examined the man next to him. A jester of sorts, he looked like, but he literally glowed with immense power. Riku could hardly breath from the stench of Darkness emanating from their opponents in this game... he looked down at Namine, concerned for her. But Riku resolved that confidence would get him through, just as Sora said. He needed to believe in himself. After the boy's statement, he took off after Namine had left, after she had said "We'll go together" Riku smiled, bowed to the Queen, and headed out, heading LEFT as well, eyes over his shoulder, making sure the masked one wasn't going to double back on them and cause them issues. He reached Namine and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I got your back." he said, grinning.

Another day, another mission that Kefka was taking place in so he could have a change in the monotony of senseless destruction that consumed his everyday life. Don’t get him wrong, Kefka absolutely LOVED destroying everything he came across... But he also liked having fun in senseless events like these. It gave him a chance to scout out more victims to destroy, and in a more thrilling and exciting way that simply bringing an end to his opponents in straight forward battle. Though many would consider this day beautiful, Kefka found it absolutely DISGUSTING. Clear sunny skies, chirping birds, excited fans... Ugh!! What they needed was cloudy skies, the air filled with the tinge of burning towns and corpses, and the agonizing screams of agony from the victims of Kefka’s enjoyment.
As the White Rabbit blew his trumpet Kefka yawned, barely paying attention while he gazed off in the distance with his right pinky in his ear. Twisting and turning it, he dug the white appendage deeper into the hole until he got what he was looking for: that piece of earwax that was bugging him. With it stuck to his nail he pulled it out, glaring at the disgusting blob. With a scowl he stuck out his tongue, rolling it in his fingers before flicking it away. Wait, was the Queen talking? Right right, he had to pay attention didn’t he? Yes yes, something about money and shame. Those things didn’t matter much to the jester, he just couldn’t wait to destroy his pathetic opponents.
The first was that heartless nobody of a wretched witch whom attempted to blow him up in Hollow Bastion. Oh, how that vermin would PAY[/i][/u] for what she did. She was lucky Genesis took the battle outside, or he’d have used Light of Judgment right atop of her pretty little head and ended her miserable excuse for an existence already. This time, he wouldn’t miss, and she was going to be vaporized! Yes, she was doomed. DOOMED!!
Kefka couldn’t help but chuckle as the thoughts of destruction ran over in his mind, and his gaze wandered across the other opponent. He didn’t know who he was, but the kid looked somewhat like Kadaj. Perhaps he was related to the Momma’s Boy? Not that it mattered, it wouldn’t save him from his fate. His own ally was some Masked Boy who refused to show his face. Vanitas was it? Bah, whatever. This was only a temporary union, unless the kid proved himself to be useful rather than useless. If he was the latter, well, then OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!
The mad mage rolled his eyes, spinning his wrist to wave his hand while he obnoxiously mouthed the rules in unison with the queen.
“Blah blah blah blah blah... Can we just get on with this already?! COME ON!!” Kefka shouted, jumping up and down before throwing his arms back while he stomped his feet in a tantrum. “Uuuuugh...” Kefka plopped back onto his butt, resting his elbow on his knee and face on his hand while he pouted and waited for the ceremony to be over. Then, as soon as the trumpet went off, Kefka grinned and slowly rose back into the air, arms half cocked at his sides with hands facing palms upwards towards the sky. After a sickening bow towards the queen, the little girl scampered off towards the left. Kefka snorted, then chuckled as Vanitas pointed his keyblade towards Riku. Wait, what? A keyblade... Hohohohoho, maybe he could help with Sephiroth’s plan to get the χ-blade... Yes, the One Wing’ed Angel would greatly appreciate whatever information this minion could provide. His thoughts were interrupted however when Vanitas said to take care of this with no issues.
“Yes yes, of course my dear friend! No trouble, none at all! I just think we need to... Start this off with a bang, don’t you?” Kefka’s smile widened into a darker, more sinister grin before descending back to the ground and skipping to the intersection where the other three split. He glanced over to Vanitas, before spinning towards Namine and Riku with his arms outstretched. You have her back? Hohohoho... Let’s see if you really do, will you save her from her demise? Kefka thought. With a red aura flaring around him, the mad mage began to hover and wildly began to spin his arms in circles as he cast Meteor for the first time since the Dissidia Wars. Five fiery rocks rained from the sky before Kefka, surrounding his two opponents before they bounced off the ground in a web of meteors that each threatened to tear into their opponent from the separate directions they came from. As the attack reached its climax Kefka pulled back his arms, letting out a joyful “HEEEE~!” before beginning to fly backwards in a hover towards Vanitas in order to stay with his partner without losing the chance to see what happened to the others or if they decided to retaliate.
“Oh, maybe I lied. Just a little bit of trouble... WHOA-ohohohohohohohohoooo~!!”

The crowd cheered as the contestants started the maze, Namine and Riku being the first out of the bullpen. However, Kefka's Meteor spell would send flaming rocks down on their heads. Luckily, they would not be harmed too terribly, but their way would be blocked by giant flaming rock, enough to where they'd have to wait for the flames to die down or clear the area themselves. The queen cheered as the Meteor hit the maze, apparently not caring about the potential destruction it could cause. After all, if Namine's team was destroyed, that'd make Vanitas and Kefka the winners by default AND it save the Queen the precious time she'd have to take out of her busy schedule to devote to beheading the losing team. Really, it was very polite of Kefka to try and save her time.
"Y-Y-Your Majesty," the White Rabbit said, "Who did you commission t-t-to make your magic b-b-barrier?" The White Rabbit almost instinctively flinched away from the queen the second after he asked his question and was right to do so as the Queen rounded on the Rabbit, fury in her eyes. "How DARE you interrupt me while I'm enjoying my pie and this event with such a daft question?!" The Queen took a bite out of her pie and mused. "But if you must know, I asked the Mad Hatter if he could find someone. He did and I think the man did a marvelous job! I believe his name was... uhh... Mer-something. Merlock? Merle? I don't know, it's not important!"
"Oh d-dear..." The White Rabbit said.
While Namine and Riku had been delayed by the impromptu rock show, Vanitas and Kefka were making their way in the direction they chose. However, after turning one corner after they exited the starting area and turning another corner shortly thereafter, the two villains found themselves face-to-face with a dangerous and certainly annoying... HEDGE WALL! Yes, the two had not only hit a dead end, but Kefka insured that even if they could've caught up to the other team, they would be delayed by the flames just like them. Them's the breaks, I suppose.
-----------------
NO NEW RULES!
Namine and Riku have been delayed and will need to make another post to get to the next intersection.
Kefka and Vanitas have hit a dead end and will need to make a post in order to double back the way they came.
(Sorry about the lack of a map, but there's not really much in the way of choices for you guys, so it's probably not needed much beyond a visual aid. Either way, it'll be edited into this post when it's available.
Also, please excuse the lateness of my reply)

Naminé walked down the pathway relieved to see that it didn’t appear to be a dead end. As she walked she glanced back to see if the masked boy was following her and was relieved yet again to see him take off in opposite direction that she went. Her eyes returned to their normal forward position when she felt a hand on her shoulder. The sudden touch had the memory witch whip around nearly smack the person behind her. Two pairs of blue eyes met and the breath that the young Nobody was holding released when she discovered that it was her silver haired key wielding partner, Riku.
"I got your back." He said with a smile. Naminé reached up and touched his hand that was on her shoulder with her own hand. She smiled and nodded as a small umm hm sound left her lips. She turned back around and started head straight once again, looking up towards the queen ever so often to see if she was even watching. Something about the fat lady annoyed Naminé and it didn’t take much to figure out what that something was. Sora had encountered the Queen of Hearts before and his experience with her was less then pleasant. So half of the memory witch’s annoyance was because of Sora’s memories, but the other half was due to Kairi’s connection to her. The Queen tried to hurt one of the Princesses of Heart, Alice, and because Kairi is a Princesses of Heart as well, the two girls were interlinked by the chain of memories. So by harming Alice the Queen could have severed that link and broke the chain forever.
Naminé’s walk continued this time with Riku at her side. She sudden sensed something, a dark aura that made her uneasy. She knew who the aura belonged to because she had dealt with him before. “How could I be so stupid?” She thought as her fists clenched together and started to shake. She was smart enough to keep a close eye on the masked kid but how could she have forgotten to watch out for the jester that moved last in the contest. Surely she wasn’t so naïve to believe that he wouldn’t try something to get his revenge. She snapped back around just when the aura reached it peek. The Clown had his arms outstretched and was facing in her and Riku’s general direction. At first Naminé thought there was no way he would be able to launch a magic attack on them. They couldn’t be killed in this mission and the magic barrier would surely prevent it…right?
The question was answered the moment that 5 firey rocks came at them. Naminé grabbed a hold of Riku’s arm and pulled him towards her to save him from one of the rocks that he was standing in the path of. The meteors surrounded the two of them and threatened to collide with them in a giant fire ball. The memory witch could hear the cheers of the queen somewhere above them. “She is actually enjoying this?!” [/color]The Nobody thought with a frown. This was supposes to be a peaceful competition but it looks like that didn’t matter anymore.
Naminé looked frantically around at all the meteors as Kefka skipped off. She grabbed a hold of Riku as the fire rock came in for the kill and it looked like the only way they could move on was by getting rid of them. The female Nobody forced Riku to the ground as her one arm outstretched in front of her. A black void materializes with a small suction sound, and as the meteors shot towards the young girl she ducked leaving them to fly into her Corridor of Darkness from all sides.
Corridors of Darkness:Naminé can summon a Corridor to Darkness with one hand, which leads her into the darkness of the heart of a world, allowing her to travel to the darkness in the hearts of other worlds connected to it. She can use this freely to open one Corridor of Darkness at a time outside battle, but if she is drawn into combat, it takes more concentration and power to use it to move about or escape. [Cooldown during battle: One post.]

Riku had suddenly felt a spike in the Darkness, a power beyond anything he had every felt, and spun around. What was this?! He looked around, then up as several fiery rocks- large fiery rocks- came shooting towards them. He summoned his Keyblade, ready to go on the defensive, when suddenly-
Riku was yanked to the ground by Namine as the Meteors came sailing towards them. He put an arm over her, shielding her as he heard the meteors careening towards them with a low whistle. He looked as she opened a Corridor of Darkness, causing the Meteors to fly into it, into the void of Darkness. "Nice, Namine." he said, nodding to her. He looked behind him for a moment, and then looked at Namine. "I see. It seems that one of them are capable of attacking from a distance, so if he can tell where we're at, he may be able to give us problems from afar..." he looked ahead, and nodded towards the path that she cleared. They had little time before Kefka would try and attack again, and depending on where they were, they could very well hit a dead end... Riku looked at Namine and smiled. "Let's go. If we can stay ahead, and avoid his attacks, we may be able to get to the finish long before he does." He placed his hand on his chest and took a deep breath, then started cautiously on his way down towards the next intersection. Wherever they could go, he wasn't sure, but there had to be a way to tell the true way... was there? The Queen was obviously enjoying this spectacle, but Riku didn't care. He was more or less in this to support Namine and help her get out of the maze, much like a bodyguard of sorts. All he had to do was keep his Darkness in check, and not lose himself, he would be fine.
Although, the feeling he had was still a cause for concern... just being around the Jester, even at this distance, tugged at the malevolent power within... almost invitingly.

The jester couldn’t help but laugh at the spectacle before him, the utter panic and fear in Namine’s eyes before she tried in vain to flee with Riku. In a last ditch effort she sent them away with Corridors of Darkness, drawing a whine from Kefka.
“Uuuugh!! Always spoiling my fun! Meddling twerp!” Kefka complained, sticking his tongue out at the witch before he spun around to see where he was going. Apparently nowhere, it was a dead end. Crossing his arms over his chest, the jester tapped his foot with a sigh as he shook his head. “What was I thinking, letting the minion take charge? Watch out bub, let the true leaders take charge and lead us out of here!” Kefka told Vanitas, spinning on his heel before he happily skipped back towards their miserable excuses for opponents. With a grin, he cracked his fingers as he heard them from around the corner, the jester wiggling his fingers while he leaped off the ground to hover with a sickening grin on his face, a bone chilling chuckle escaping his lips.
“Thought you’d be rid of me that easily, did you? Sorry babes, Uncle Kefka’s already got another one cooking up for ya! How about an oversized helping of MASHED potatoes! Yes, do smash well though will you? Can’t give Ulti lumpy ones you know!” Kefka teased, hoping they could hear him as he casually brought his hand before him and snapped his fingers to cast Trine, the blue triangles forming in midair around the duo before tumbling towards them as if drawn by their sickening stench of Light. Kefka’s trademark “WHOA-OHOHOHOHOHOHOHOOOO~” echoed throughout the maze, the grin that followed easily recognizable as the ever hated troll face.
“Awww, what’s wrong dears, you mad?” Kefka chuckled as he stood, tapping his lip while he brought his free hand before him palm upward. “Don’t be mad, get glad! It’s not everyday you get the honor of being destroyed by me! So why don’t you relax and have fun, enjoy this shocking experience!” Kefka taunted them again, skipping and twirling while he danced in place to cast Zap Trap Thundaga. Just as soon as they thought the trouble with Trine was over, now a rain of massive sparks closed in on them from all sides, Kefka’s giggling with glee filling their ears from around the corner. Kefka was determined to attack them, no matter the case.
Even at a distance, and out of sight, Kefka was will a force to be reckoned with.

The Queen of Hearts cheered along with the crowd. This contest was going along swimmingly. The clown's had foolishly run into a dead end and the girl's team managed to bypass the spell he had laid down upon them. It was all so exciting. However, her cheer did not last long. Not like it ever did, but this time it was being interrupted. The reason was now floating through the maze, disappearing and reappearing in a different place. The Cheshire Cat taunted the Queen as it moved through the maze. The Queen of Hearts growled and stomped her feet. "That pesky little furball's going to ruin this contest! He'll get them to finish before it gets really interesting! Grrr, my won't be stopped by some meddling feline!""Err..." said the White Rabbit, "M-Maybe we should stop the contest. That Clown fellow looks like he's going to destroy the other team. W-Why he could-""You be quiet! I didn't ask for your opinion! GUARDS!" As she yelled for them, a large group of Card Guards marched onto the grounds, turned and saluted the Queen. "That miserable excuse for a cat is out to ruin my fun! I want him brought before me this instant or it's off with ALL of your heads!" The guards, fearing imminent decapitation, saluted and ran into the maze. The Queen then sat back in her throne, grumbling to herself. "Ruin my fun, who does that stupid animal think it is." she grumbled "Thinks it can live in my forest all its nine lives just so it can roll its eyes at me, I'll roll that little head of his on the floor..."The White Rabbit took a few steps back from the queen, very unnerved. -------- Rule Changes! The Cheshire Cat has entered the maze! But is he friend or foe? The Card Guards have entered the maze! They may block your progress unless you can fight or maybe help them... CURRENT PROGRESS: Namine's Team, you have the choice of LEFT or RIGHT. Which will you choose? Kefka, you have the choice of LEFT, into the starting area or STRAIGHT? We know what you'll choose, I mean, really Which will you choose?

Naminé found herself being covered by Riku in case her plan failed and the meteors ended up coming after them. Luckily the Corridor didn’t let her down. The Nobody listened to Riku as he congratulated her for her quick thinking and his observation on the clown. “Kefka.” Naminé said. “His name is Kefka. I have crossed paths with him before. He is one you have to think fast with. He might seem childish but he is very powerful.” She paused for a moment thinking of the clown. “Kefka doesn’t necessarily know where we are per-say. Most of his attacks appear to hone in on their victims.” And with that being said the Nobody raised her hand to the already existing Portal and closed her eyes. Suddenly three Meteors flew out of the one end heading in the direction that they were summoned from…heading back to Kefka. “I don’t know if that will do anything but it was worth a try.” She said to the Blader as the portal closed. "I turned the vortex around with in the Corridor so that the Meteors would shot back out again. It looks like two of them have already been destroyed in the portal.” The memory witch kept a watchful eye at where the meteors were heading. She turned towards Riku as he spoke again and agreed with him. “You are right. It is best if we keep ahead of the clown that way we only have to deal with what he throws at us instead of dealing with not only his powers but him as well.” As the silver haired blader grabbed his chest, Naminé gave him a worried look and placed a hand on his back. "A-are you doing okay?" The darkness that surrounded Riku by nature was growing darker and it seemed to be streaming from not only the blader but from somewhere else with in the maze to. The two darkness were becoming even more connected.....They were becoming one.
As Riku nodded to the path ahead Naminé gave a nod back. She started to head down the path when she heard the sickening yell of pleasure from the jester. She spun around and looked up to see Triangles coming at them. She had seen this before in the previous fight. “RIK……!” She had begun to yell in warning before the spell reached them and she fell silent. Naminé struggled to talk but couldn’t. She looked up where the spell had come from and at first panic set in. How was she to communicate with her partner? It then hit her that she was still able to see inside of Riku’s heart and mind. She looked at the blader to see if the spell had affected him as well or if it was just her.
Naminé grabbed Riku’s hand and started to run down the path when she came to an intersection. Her hairs begun to stand up and she tackled Riku through the archway just as lightening was about to rain down on them. The memory witch looked behind her to see what was coming next but then yelling from the castle made her look there instead. The queen wasn’t happy about something. The young Nobody was too busy dodging attacks to know what the queen was complaining about, but she didn’t care. This game wasn’t fun anymore and she just wanted to get out of there….alive. “I guess we’ll find out what was so upsetting soon enough.” The silent Nobody thought to herself.
Naminé got back to her feet and looked at the intersection that they were in now. It was once again left or right. The girl in white looked at her partner. Something in his eyes told her to go RIGHT, and one thing about Riku’s eyes is that they cannot lie. She pointed in the direction that she thought he wanted her to go awaiting an answer.
