For a brief moment after stumbling through yet another weird opening in the worlds, Simba had believed to have found himself within his own world again. The grassy knolls and the waterfall made him think of the oasis that existed beyond the elephant graveyard and canyon, where he had grown up alongside Pumba and Timon all those many years ago. Yet despite the striking similarities, the smallest of differences were what alerted Simba to all of the facts that pointed this was not part of his Pridelands, but somewhere else. The smalls, the sights, and even the feel was different. It might have reminded him of his world, but it was clearly different. Whether he would ever return home caused Simba to wonder and fear the unfortunate potential truth.
In his state of Despair at the thought of never returning home, Simba had flopped onto some grass, only to catch sight of something out of the corner of his eye. He had turned, but saw nothing. A trick of the mind, until he heard movement again and saw grass moving. His despair at not returning home changing into anger, he launched himself to the grass, finding nothing. He chuffed, but looked up to see golden eyes staring back. A figure was in the shadows, and it appeared like a lion. It looked at him wordlessly, then ran. Confused, Simba had followed, running after the Lion he had seen. His theory had been that perhaps the great kings had been reborn on these worlds if they lived in the stars, but could it really be true?
He had chased the figure, and all the while his memories were returning to his time of chasing Rafiki through the jungle. He hadn’t realized it was Rafiki at the time, but it had lead to such a revolution within himself as well. Bursting through some of the jungle greens, Simba skidded to a halt, looking at his new surroundings. He appeared to be near a grand waterfall, where rainbows were strewn across the sky as if painted. A picturesque scene, and one that seemed oddly fitting.
Simba turned, noticing the Lion at a higher level, or at least what appeared to be the Lion. Simba followed, finding stones to step on to get to the higher level. Upon reaching the higher point, he paused, looking around. The waterfall setup was beautiful, and it looked over a grand ocean vista with a beautiful lagoon. He could almost see the entire world from here, and it was quite beautiful. He wondered the name of this world.
He paused, looking into a puddle of running water and then began to take a drink. Only when glancing up did he see the reflection in a waterfall. It spooked him how clear it was, but upon looking further, he could see what it was. A Reflection. What was the lion he had chased then? Had it been a trick of the eye and mind? Had he been following a reflection or something?
Well, he might have thought that, if the reflection hadn’t moved and looked at him. Simba gasped, and then titled his words. “What?” he asked, confused and listening. Had he heard the words right? He had been tempted to ask for clarification, but the reflection faded, and movement caught his eye on the cliffs of the Rainbow falls. What did he mean “Bring the world to light?”[/I] he thought, but then shook his head. This world needed to be brought to light? How?
Well, he’d find out along the way.

High up upon the top of one of the rocky cliff faces, a strange gathering of Darkness started to manifest itself, thickening the air, creating strange unnatural shadows around the immediate area. A spot of lush grassy land on the edge between two large waterfalls tumbling down into the pools below became the spawn point of what's commonly known as a 'Corridor of Darkness'. A sudden groaning and howling echoed about the area as a portal opened up with thick, black and dark purple mist billowing out from the unknown location beyond. A greater Darkness approached. The Portal continued to swirl and moan as the figure of a young male stepped forth, perching himself upon the edge of the cliff edge. the roar of the tumbling waterfalls drowned out most of the noise coming from the Portal itself, which swiftly shrunk and vanished as if it were never there to begin with. Standing in its place, a silver-haired youth clad in black leather attire with eyes glowing as brightly as the sun in the sky, though turquoise in colour.
A great Darkness was coming from the silver-haired youth as creaking leather reached his ears as he brought up his arms over his head. Interlocking his fingers and pushing his hands as high as he could, stepping up onto his toes as a result, the young man was clearly stretching his body to loosen himself up. You would have heard him let out a sigh of relief were it not for the thunderous roaring of the waterfalls either side of him, but a wicked smirk spread across his lips as the young begun to rotate his left arm about the shoulder joint. After a moment, his right arm dropped back down to the youth's side, as his left came to a rest upon the handle of the sheathed double-bladed Souba at his waist. the views from up here were incredible. It was as if you could see the whole world from way up here. Sadly, sight seeing wasn't the reason the silver-haired youth had come here.
The Masked Man, a mysterious figure last spotted on this world was the reason the silver-haired Remnant had come to this world, however, due to the location he appeared in, his targeting of summoning the Dark Portal was off somewhat. Off by a considerable distance. After glancing from left and right, the Remnant Leader looked down and noticed the drop below him. The roaring waterfalls were causing quite a draft, as was evident by how much the youth's hair was wildly flying across his face. It appeared not to bother him however as he suddenly flexed his kneed and launched himself off the cliff edge. Free-falling down, following the cascading water, the Remnant tucked in his legs and flipped himself around before slamming down upon the moss cover rocks below. Said rocks cracked and crumbled loudly under the impact, a cloud of dust kicking up, but before they could swallow the Remnant, he leaped off and landed upon a patch of lush grass nearby. The winds swiftly carried the cloud of dust away and it was only now that the Remnant of Sephiroth realized he wasn't alone.
Glancing over his shoulder, his brightly glowing eyes flashing as if someone shone a torch into them, came to a rest upon a magnificent beast near by. A lion, fitting into this location nicely, was a short distance away, looking like it had just taken a drink of water from the falls nearby. What didn't fit into this scene however, was the abnormally high level of Light within this creatures heart. What was that all about? Was this a new type of enemy, the opposite of a Heartless? A stern, unimpressed expression spread across the silver-haired youth's face as he turned about, leather attire creaking as it tightening about his body, until he faced the lion directly. The Darkness seeping out of the Remnant's own heart made the air feel thick in his vicinity and once more, his eyes flashed brightly as he aimed his attention at the over grown cat completely. "A Guardian of this world? Not seen a beast with as much power as you before..." His voice was cold and somewhat sarcastic. His expression didn't change nor did his position. He just stood there, watching the large cat with those eerie eyes of his.

Elsewhere on the planet, as Kadaj was making his entrance, though Hayden doesn't know that yet, a door opened in Peter Pan's hideout. Strangely enough, this door opened up onto a quaint little cafe in the City of the Bells, affectionately referred to as Notre Dame by many, in reference to the massive cathedral which dominated the city. Through this door stepped a man with unkempt black hair, a blue duster coat, denim khakis, and a tribal sun shirt. Clearly a Gypsy man, and one accustomed to travelling between world. As Hayden stepped through the door, his Chariot tarot card fell from the doorjamb, and was deftly caught as the tarot mage pulled the door shut. More places to see, more things to do, and one more place to look for his mother. Sadly, standing outside in a forest, he didn't have any idea what to do, until something caught the corner of his eye. A lion? Hayden turned, and the lion leapt forward before turning back and shaking its mane. Hayden supposed that it wanted to be followed. Confident in his ability to surmount any trap this might be, he set off after the lion at a brisk pace. Hayden followed the creature for a short time before it left his sight completely, but when it did leave, Hayden was not without landmarks. A large waterfall splitting the light into a huge rainbow was visible through the brush. Hayden walked onward, finally breaking through the edge of the clearing to see a Lion not unlike the one he had followed, and a man staring said lion down. Hayden couldn't quite put his finger on it, but there was a certain tension in the air, as if two great forces were being forced to share space. It was almost palpable. Putting his hands in the pockets of his duster, his left hand brushed against the tarot deck that was his weapon of choice. Using his telekinetic control over the cards, he moved the Ace of Swords into his sleeve, just in case anything happened. Better to be safe than sorry.

Where was she now? Claire wandered a forest on another worthless world after one of those stupid corridors dumped her here. This world was to bright and colorful for her and she wondered if she shouldn't just start burning this world to ashes like she did that other pathetic would with those useless stuffed animals. Claire worked her way through the forest until the sound of a waterfall could be heard in the distance. The chakram wielder folllowed the sound of the waterfall and came out at the top. She looked around and the first thing she noticed was a man with silver hair standing on the opposite side of the waterfall from her and he was looking down at a clearing at the base of the waterfall.
Of course she could sense the light coming from the lion that occupied the clearing and she was sure that the silver-haired man could sense it too. But it was the other one that stood in the meadow that earned Claire's undivided attention. It was Hayden. She had lost to him in the second round of the tournament and thus got her eliminated. She should have won that match. But it didn't matter anymore. He had made the mistake of being in the same world as her and this time there weren't any stupid rules that prevented her from killing him here and now. Claire wasn't entirely without patience though. She would have her chance. For now she simply removed her chakrams and stared down at Hayden. Whether the silver-haired man paid her any attention or not didn't concern her. Her main objective is killing the man who made a fool of her in the tournament. [red]"You won't get so lucky this time."[/red] Claire said in a menacing tone.

The sound of someone screaming while falling began to enter the ear of everyone in the clearing by the waterfall. The sound was coming from high above, in what appeared to be a meteorite falling to the surface. However, as it got closer, the object looked like someone engulfed in a white fire ball. The man lightly landed on the other side of the pool of water. The light faded away and left the man lying on the ground, shouting in a frightened tantrum on his back. He was shouting out, "Why is this happening again to me? I was just talking with those two on where we were!"
For a couple of minutes, he was screaming still, eyes shut as tight as can be to prevent the brightness of the sun from blinding him. However, after said minutes, he started to calm down a little. He rose up a little, opening his eyes. He looked around, seeing that he was no longer in the sandy city of Agrabah. The rough shanties of the poor district were changed to lush jungles and rocky terrain. He looked up the waterfall, then turned his gaze behind him, to see the large expanse of an ocean behind him.
"Great," he sighed, "Where the hell am I right now?"
Marlowe jumped almost immediately when he noticed a lion on the other side of the water. He jumped to his feet and put his hand on the handle of his sword. A man dressed in black with silver hair, a man in clothes similar to what Rhyme was wearing.... If at all similar. There was a woman focused on the man with the duster. She was wielding 2 chakrams and seemed like she was fixated on that man.
Marlowe had no idea what was going on here, but there was a great tension in the air. The tension, though, seemed to be forming around the fact that there was a lion in the area and the woman that was up here had drawn her weapons with a look showing intent to hurt. Marlowe had to keep his distance from this group, just to be safe, so he would stay on the opposite side of the pool of water until a time arrives when it'd be best to go over.

A Corridor opened itself right next to where the Thief of Light had landed. From it stepped out a soddy-clothed person with bright yellow eyes that looked slightly confused down at the thief that had taken looks over all the people present. From the Corridors, the Heartless had already looked over all the present folks, but was in particular confused about this guy's entrance.
With hands in his pockets, he just walked forward and took a quick look over at the silver-haired man in case he reacted on his arrival. He could smell the Darkness from the place he was standing, so he wasn't even sure what to think of this guy. As he was a Heartless, he might be considered a fellow member of Darkness, but the Dark were unpredictable in a sense that there was little cooperation amongst many of them while the Light were more willing to help one another.
Turning his attention back to the man in green, he responded: "you're on an island." It didn't really answer much other than that the man would now know that this wasn't the main land. "Other than that, I can say that you've entered a world that had its heart shrouded by the Dark, so not really the ebst place to fall into," it was said in a lazy tone with a sigh at the end as he was bothered by that people could actually rain from the sky now.

This was bad. Really bad. Tinkerbell had been home for only a few days since she had been ripped away from her home and already things had gone horribly wrong. First there was the ghost ship that had cropped out of nowhere on the seas, while she did have help getting rid of it, the event seemed to have stirred the Heartless within the area causing her usually peaceful home to become chaotic. For the last day or two Tink had been either running or fighting off Heartless and the occasional Unversed that decided to join the party. In a nutshell, the increase of enemies had stressed the fairy to no end, so when she had a break from the threats, the small fairy flew to her favorite spot by the waterfalls; however, as she was about to come out of the trees to enjoy the sounds of the falls and the beautiful rainbows that were in the area, she hesitated and flew back into the leaves of a tree as she saw something very odd.
Landing on a thin branch, she carefully walked along it and peeked through the leaves at the scene. There were beings already at her waterfall and not just any beings, but outsiders! The first one she had spotted was a large cat like creature she had never seen before in Neverland, but knew from a book she once found that it was a lion. A lion? Why would a lion be here and not only that, it appeared this lion might have some ability to speak or something. She didn’t hear the words thanks to the waterfall's roar, but she did see the lion’s lips move as if it had spoken. She could’ve been imagining things, but she was pretty certain the lion had spoken. In any case, she didn’t have much time to give the occurrence much thought as she was distracted by movement from somewhere above the lion. Her eyes watched as someone jumped from a ledge and landed on the ground so hard that the ground itself crumbled under the landing. From her spot, she could hear the land cry out in pain. It was infuriating to have someone destroy your land and perhaps the fairy would’ve given said destroyer a piece of her mind, if she had not been so afraid. There was something about this white haired man that just sent chills up her spine. The good thing was that said man was focused on the lion, so maybe she would not have to worry at all. Maybe the lion could handle him, she wasn’t sure.
A noise from nearby caused the fairy to turn. As she turned, she saw another male come out into the clearing from brush to her left. Like the other two this black haired man was not of her world, but unlike the silver head he didn’t seem as threatening. She watched as he stopped to watch the other two before moving to prepare for something. The action was quite odd to the fairy. Had this man come to fight the other two or was there something else going on here? Frowning, Tinkerbell tried to figure out the puzzle; however was once more distracted as a voice drifted down from above. Looking up slightly, Tink made out the form of a woman dressed in black and once again felt her stomach sink. Like the silver hand man, she could sense the woman's intention was not good…and now that the woman had spoken, the fairy knew this wasn’t going to turn out pretty. The woman was targeting the man watching the other the two. She seemed to have a grudge with the man and was bent on revenge. She just hoped that the guy would be able to hold his ground. Maybe she should go aid him? Hm?
A sound…at first far away and then louder. Tink looked around the open area and saw a bright light feal to the ground on the opposite side of where the lion and silver head man was. When the light had faded, a man in green was there. He was shouting about something, but the fairy did not hear it all over the waterfalls, but she figured it had something to do with where he had been dropped off. Anyway, once he had stopped yelling and saw the lion, he seemed to tense as he took in everything, his hand on the hilt of his sword, but he did not attack. Maybe he was bidding his time instead.
Tink would’ve gone over to him since he seemed to be in the least spot of danger at the moment; however, another black hole opened and someone stepped out. This person reminded the small fairy of a Heartless for some reason; however, that could not be. This was a person. How could he be a Heartless? Weren’t Heartless creatures and not people? The new information confused her; however, it would seem that this new comer wasn’t as scary as the others that had arrived. He wasn’t trying to kill anyone and seemed to be in a chat with the man clad in green. Maybe it would be safer to go towards them. Tink flew slightly off her branch and flew a few inches forward before stopping and turning towards the forest. Her eyes scanned the forest carefully. Why….why did it seem like something was hiding in the shadows of this world waiting to strike? Was it the presence of another waiting to enter this world or was this worry coming from the fact that she would probably be thrown into battle? She continued to watch the forest a bit more just be sure her feeling was indeed not paranoia.

Tinkerbell’s concern for what laid in the woods nearby was not unwarranted for a certain creature was roaming around at the moment. Yes, a dark and evil creature, one that wished for nothing more but to maim, torture, flay, and inflict all sorts of other types of plain upon others. Yes, she would do that until their life eventually burned out, leaving nothing but an empty husk of what once remained as their heart seemed to float up and vanish soon after. Nothing gave her greater pleasure, nothing in the world satisfied her more, and nothing would stop her from doing just that… well except maybe the pursuit of knowledge. Indeed, what Tinkerbell didn’t know was that the creature that she felt was biding its time waiting to strike was capable of critical thinking. Or at least that’s what said creature figured anyway, most people assumed that of her kind anyway so why would a sparkling fairy think any differently? It didn’t matter if they were human, beast, or even moogle, once they figured out she was a Heartless they believed that she was just a slave to her primal instinct to gather human hearts. While that was certainly true for many Heartless such a description didn’t aptly fit this one, no she contradicted that stereotype completely. Critical thinking was all she did and if she wished it she could ignore the urges that came over her to cut and slay all those that lay in front of her path. Yes, her ability to resist the urges had been getting stronger the more she did so and so long as she made sure to satisfy them once in a while. Whatever the case, the fact remained that she was in the woods getting a look at the situation, a bit irritated that the creature seemed to be onto her presence. Although I suppose I can sense people too so it’s only fair,[/i] she mused as she sat on another tree branch that was high enough to get a fairly good view of everything going on. There was a lion her for some reason, an animal she had never come across whilst visiting this world prior but didn’t think much of it. She had seen weirder things in her life, in fact her existence itself was far more peculiar so the creature was quickly dismissed. Her eyes wandered then to the silver-haired boy who seemed to be talking to the creature, that a bit odder than the lion’s presence itself. Indeed, why one would attempt to speak to an animal was beyond her but considering the amount of darkness she sensed from the boy in black, it was highly likely that he was insane like most “villains” were. Hmph, I suppose that includes me too though in hindsight, assuming you look at it from the viewpoint of a human’s morality,[/i] she thought as her eyes traveled to the other stranger, a brown-haired man who didn’t seem to be wielding any sort of weapon. In fact, his presence here seemed entirely random more so than on purpose but it was of no consequence and she quickly moved her eyes toward the other woman on the battlefield. She had black hair and a mean face from what the Heartless could gather at this distance, and a set of chakrams that looked rather dangerous. It was an unusual weapon for one to carry but if used correctly they could certainly cause quite a bit of damage and surely spread crimson liquid all over what was surely soon to be a battlefield. And such a pretty sight that would be, this seemingly untouched plot of serene beauty stained by blood… it’s giving me shivers already,[/i] she thought as a shiver did indeed run down her back. Moving on, her eyes traveled over to the last two here in this little enclosure, a man she had never met clothed in green and another she had met previously but never got a chance to speak to. Yes, if she remembered correctly when she sensed him his presence and the aura he put out felt similar to her own just not nearly as malicious. This was further enforced when he began to converse with the fellow he was by instead of attacking him, something quite peculiar for one of her own kin to do. Whatever the case, now that she was aware of everything that was going on she couldn’t help but feel it necessary to act as it seemed no one else would. Indeed, not a single attack had been let loose yet and considering that her purpose on Neverland was to blow off some steam anyway, it seemed prudent to be the first to strike. Thus, the Heartless unsheathed the katana from her back as she wrapped her legs around the tree branch, hanging upside down. Sliding the blade against her left hand, she would slowly cut it open as she bit her lip to force back any audible cue that she may have made in regards to her whereabouts. After doing so, she would raise her hand to aim directly at the lion, a smirk curving against her lips as a ball of blood began to form in the palm of her hand. Cruentus Plumbum[/i] she whispered and with that phrase spoken the ball in her hand would take off toward the lion. She would quickly aim two more shots, one at the man in green, and the other at the man with whom Claire had a particularly nasty glare aimed at. The shot at the lion had been aimed for his side while the other two had been aimed at the upper body, the Heartless hoping to hit the two in the chest to knock the wind out of them. Whatever ended up happening though, the Heartless would let her legs go limp and fall to the ground, her head on a course to collide with the ground until she flipped herself in the air at the last moment to instead land on her feet. Crouching down with the fall, she would then take off toward Hayden deciding that he would be the first she dealt with. Running in her signature style, her sword gripped with two hands and across her right shoulder whilst her upper body was parallel to the floor, she would come at Hayden rather quickly. Once within range, she would swing her sword her diagonally, hoping to cleave through his entire body in one go if all proceeded as hoped. Now let the festivities begin,[/i] she would muse as she swung her blade down upon Hayden. OOC: Cruentus Plumbum (Bloody Bullet)[/b] - With this ability, Hadria can form a bullet made of her blood from an open wound on her hand(s). The bullet formed is rather large, roughly 3 inches in diameter and 2 inches in length and fire at the speed of an actual bullet. The amount of bullets Hadria can shoot in one sitting is three at maximum and for each bullet fired the cool down is increased by one post. 1 Bullet = 1 Post CD 2 Bullets = 2 Post CD 3 Bullets = 3 Post CD Cruentus Adficio (Bloody Drainer)[/b] - With this ability, when Hadria lands a successful blow that draws blood with her blade, she can suck the opponents blood into her blade. This works not only to fill up the skull orb in the hilt but to also weaken the opponent as they lose more and more stamina due to blood loss. Furthermore, Hadria can now have Overflow and can store above 100% up to a maximum of 200%. What this means is that whenever she ends up using what is currently stored in the orb, any extra blood gathered over that 100% will immediately be transferred to the orb. Light Damage - 25% Medium Damage - 33.33% Heavy Damage - 50% This ability is passive, has no cool down, and also applies to any damage Hadria takes herself (self-inflicted or not). [MODIFIED/UPGRADED VERSION] 0% + X% = Y% (Will be accounted for when Hayden posts his reaction the attack)

Everything changed when the Darkness attacked.
The glimpse he had caught turned out to be the presence of a man, clad in leather and with silver hair that covered part of his face. This man… it was like he just simply exhumed darkness. Simba could only look at him, and See Scar, as he had seen him atop Pride Rock, with darkness coating around him. But this man wasn’t a Heartless, surely not. No, this man just exhumed Darkness because he almost was complete darkness. Every intention of this man was but for evil. Simba could… well he could just taste it! It was so pungent… And his words. He thought Simba a guardian of the world? Was it because the man could tell Simba was of the light, and not like other beasts in the other worlds? Perhaps it was so. Regardless, Simba flexed his claws and dug them into the dirt, lowering his haunches at the man with a snarl. Even as others entered the world, mixed with the darkness and Light, possible allies and possible enemies, Simba focused only on the man before him.
Was he a Guardian of this world? He was a guast more than anything, but he had been brought here to defend it. And it seemed after coming to all the other worlds, Simba had finally been brought to a world for the full purpose of what he was to do. He was meant to defend this world from the darkness, and let it’s light shine through. It wasn’t because of the Kings of the past, but the hearts of the worlds. The Lions of these worlds were not the kings of the past, but the Hearts of the worlds given form! The heart of tis world had reached out to Simba for protection and Help. Perhaps it had reached out to these very other people as well, called them here for help.
The very idea of it filled Simba with so much more power.
“And I’ve not seen anyone with a darkness as strong as yours.” Simba said with low haunches. To even have a Lion speak at all was surely something new to many of these people, but to Simba, he cared little. This man posed a large threat to the safety of this world. He seemed a skilled fighter, and Simba no doubt thought he would probably wound Simba gravely in this battle… but he would have to try. A sort of energy coursed through Simba, empowered by what light was left in the world blanketed in Darkness. His muscles lowered and primed to leap, primed to pounce. “But this world needs a Guardian, one to defend it’s light. And if I’m to be it, So be it. I’ll fight in the name of this world’s Light and purge the darkness from it!” Simba exclaimed, following up with a quick Roar as he leapt into the air, his ears twisting to the sound of whispering in the woods and a sound of whooshing wind as something sped towards him. The Bullet had hit him lower than it’s intended mark, but still struck him within his gut, only causing a wince from the proud Lion as he leapt towards the Leather clad man in a far pounce with all intention to strike him down with teeth, claws, and fangs.
This world now had it’s guardian. It’s Defender. And it’s name would be Simba.

Several other lifeforms had arrived on the world, in pretty close proximity to where the waterfalls lay. Some were large, some were small, some felt familiar, others completely unknown. Light and Darkness. A nice gathering of both the forces of 'good' and 'evil' as one might put it. It didn't matter though. There were no one alive who was considered an 'ally' to the leather clad Remnant bar the two who looked similar to him. Sadly, they were not present, so it didn't matter who suddenly decided to cross the silver-haired youth's path. So long as whoever had come to join the party, stayed out of his way and left his target alone, everything would go just swimmingly. Regardless of the newcomers, some arriving nosier then others, the brightly glowing turquoise eyes of the Remnant Leader didn't falter for a moment. He continued to stare at the golden animal before him, indeed somewhat surprised by listening to the beast speak back to him. No signs appears on his face though to confirm this surprise. Kadaj just had a stoic look, a 'face of stone' that lacked any and all emotion. It appeared as if he wasn't even interested in the lion before him.
The animals words though, were enough to cause a smirk to appear on the lips of the silver-haired Remnant, if only subtly. The golden monster lacked fear. It's eyes were shining with pride, strength, courage. Despite not even being a human, it appeared to recognize the threat the Remnant carried and was determined to stand it's ground and fight to protect this world from the Darkness looming upon the horizon. But, was this really going to be a fun match? This was a lion... not a human. While it may well be stronger then a human, having greater muscles for stronger attacks and maneuverability for jumping and dodging and sprinting... This just felt... wrong. The creature had accepted and confirmed it's place and duty and before the Remnant knew it, the golden lion had pounced. Leather creaked in the sudden 'silence' of combat, not even the thundering waterfalls making any sound as the Remnant threw his left arm behind himself, taking firm hold of the handle of his Souba before bringing it back around before him. Pulling the double bladed katana free from it's sheath, the Remnant swung the blade around as quickly as if he were holding a dagger.
Something had bothered the Remnant however, and instead of attacking the Lion as he pounced, Kadaj instead twisted the weapon about in his hand and slammed the flat, blunt edge against Simba's paws. Though his knees buckled slightly, the little silver-haired man held the Lion back, it's impressive claws finding nothing but the air between the pair of them. Despite his slender frame, the old saying of 'never to judge a book by it's cover', certainly applied here. Kadaj sighed, his turquoise eyes glancing as the clearly visible wound upon Simba's stomach. Something struck him from the side the moment he attacked and even while holding the beasts huge paws back, having every opportunity to deal further damage, the Remnant strangely jumped back and lowered his blade, allowing Simba to return to all fours if he so chose too. "Excuse me..." Kadaj said, his tone sounded aggravated. Glancing to his right and lifting his right arm, the Remnant pointed a finger off in the direction the 'bullet' had come from. There was a strange aura coming from that direction, one feeling not unlike that of a Heartless. A sphere of Darkness suddenly appeared a few inches away from the Remnant's outstretched finger, oozing an insane amount of Darkness that groaned in deep, repeating pulses of energy.
Unfortunately, whatever had attacked the Lion had moved and the attack in preparation for Hadria swiftly become canceled. As the sphere of Darkness vanished into thin air, the groaning fading away too, Kadaj grunted as he glanced back at the Lion, his eyes flashing dangerously. "Sorry about that." Kadaj said with a dark smirk spreading across his lips. He took a step backwards, flipping the Souba within his left hand around to a reverse handed grip, which was then brought behind his back and hidden from view. "I can't say I approve of other dead fools attacking my targets... Would you like me to heal that wound so we can start over?" Kadaj offered, his smirk growing wider as his eyes narrowed, brow tightening as he raised his shoulders and lowered his head a fraction, allowing the silver hair covering his face to show nothing other then the brightly glowing eyes shining through.

Hayden looked over to one of the new arrivals and found, to his dismay, that he knew her and was absolutely sure that this would not end well. After all, the last time he and Claire had met, they had battled to within an inch of either one's limits. Hayden sighed, leaning to the left before calling out a greeting. "Well, if it isn't everyone's favorite serial killer, Claire-bear? And how've you been since I kicked your a-ow!"Hayden had just had his side skimmed by a large object moving at high speed. "Who just did that? These coats don't grow on trees, ya know!" Hayden turned just in time to bring his arm up and use the ace concealed in his sleeved to block the strike before producing the King and Queen of Swords and using them to attempt to stab the attacker in the gut with telekinesis accompanied by a swift punch in between the two stabbing attacks. Hayden's major arcana began swirling around him as he identified his attacker as a Heartless. He plucked the Wheel of Fortune out of the air, talking in an angry voice. "How rude of you, you blasted mongrel. LEARN SOME RESPECT!"Hayden used the card as a focus to cast a Fire and a Blizzard at point blank range of his attacker. Heartless were an abomination in Hayden's sight. They made life hell on the gypsy caravans, and murdered indiscriminately. Such beings had no right to live. Even Claire was more deserving of life than the beast before him. While the woman was probably out for blood, he wasn't going to place priority on her when a Heartless had so willingly offered itself up. This'd probably anger her some more, but hopefully someone else would pick up the second fighter. Abilities used: THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE Hayden draws this card out of the air, summoning an image of the wheel that is drawn on it. The wheel is not solid, but a visual representation of the spell. From this point, Hayden can exclaim state any two different spells, or just one spell, from this list: Blizzard Aero Fire Thunder Zero Gravity The wheel will then spin, casting the spells at a target of Hayden's choice. The spells must be cast simultaneously. Aero is the same version of Aero that is used in Birth By Sleep, minus the chance for an Air Toss status effect. This ability has a cooldown of two posts. The sudden voice from behind him caused Marlowe to quickly turn around while hopping away, his weapon drawn in one hand. A black orb had randomly formed and faded from behind a strange looking man. Marlowe was, honestly, rather disgusted by the way the man kept himself. Ragged clothes, dusty hair with what Marlowe could easily guess was blood mixed with dirt and 3 nasty scars going over his right eye. His skin looked extremely pale, like he had never seen day light for years. This odd appearance, to add on, was not the only thing that gave Marlowe a disgusted taste. There was something about this man that seemed to pollute the air about him. The man also stated that Dark powers had been forming on this world and it would probably be best to get away from here.
Before Marlowe could even get a chance to response, a couple of dark blurs whizzed by, after couple of branches shook. He quickly slashed upwards, barely managing to slice a third blur directed at him. The pressure against the blade made Marlowe think that some kind of contraption that was more advanced than a crossbow was used just now. However, Marlowe noticed blood trickling down the blade from where the object hit.
"Blood," Marlowe thought to himself, "What on earth was that? Some kind of magical projectile?"
The Thief of Light heard movement, which attracted his attention quickly. A woman jumped down from the tree and immediately ran towards the man in the duster. The man seemed able to handle himself, in which case, Marlowe brought his attention back to the disgusting looking individual. He hadn't noticed the voice coming from the Lion, being that he was almost shot by some blood pellet just now.
"Look," he said, "I really don't know what's going on around here, but the last thing I heard from a man at I met at a place called Agrabah, things have been getting pretty hectic out here in the stars. Light and Darkness fighting over each world, trying to proclaim dominance in this reality. From what I can tell just from looking at you, I don't think you're really here just to give warnings to people who're finding themselves in the wrong place. Am I right, whatever your name is?"
He waited for a response from the dark, filthy looking individual before him. Marlowe swung the blade, flinging the remains of the blood pellet on the rock.
