He had also noted the presence on the fairy that was the only one to be ignored by the attack from the woman.
As the man clad in green dealt with the attack, he also noticed on the other side that the lion had been hit in full. The silver-haired one seemed to then target the other Dark fighter that had sent the attack, taking notice of this, the Heartless wondered if this man wasn't thinking of them as allies at all. The Darkness wasn't as united as the Light was, so this was a large possibility. When the silver-haired one stopped his attack and offered to heal the lion soon after, he understood that he needed to be wary of this man if he ended up involved in combat with the other side.
Turning back to the green-clothed man, who had responded to him, he tilted slightly his head as he closed his eyes. "Correct, but unlike the others... I don't just attack people at random, by giving them an option, I avoid meaningless slaughter. There are people who come across these worlds without the power to fight. I, myself, have known little else in my existence," he responded to him in a quick voice before going into a bored expression and turning his head again to look at the Thief of Light.
"It's merely a warning... it's for you to decide whether to accept it or not," the Heartless continued as his legs started to crouch slightly, one arm moved more to his back while he held up his other hand before him. The Heartless took a full stance in case Marlowe attacked him, "that is all." If the man decided to attack him, then the Heartless was prepared. [/style] |

There is something there. I know there is! Tink thought as she stayed where she was searching the trees and surrounding area with her eyes. She could feel a malicious presence there, but like Unversed and Heartless, the thing the presence belonged to was hidden and hard to see. Still she searched the area listening to the sounds behind her. No one was fighting yet, so maybe this strange gathering was a meeting of some sort between those that were malicious and those that weren’t. Maybe this large group were already friends and had chosen Neverland to meet? Tink shook her head mentally at that. No, that could not be the case. If they were friends then surely the tension in the area would be lower, right?
Then why were these people in her wor—? Her thoughts came to a halt as she saw movement from one of the trees and then what appeared to be a woman with wild red hair hanging upside down from it. Who or what was that? She gave the little fairy the chills and to make matters worse, the woman proceeded to use her sword to slice open her hand. What was wrong with her?! Why would someone inflict an injury upon themselves….? Huh?!
The small fairy watched as the woman raised her injured hand, the blood forming into a strange ball there. Before the fairy could question this strangeness that ball was rushing in her direction followed by two others. Startled, the fairy dodged around the projectiles, turning to see that they had been aimed at the lion, the man in green and the man the strange woman with twin weapons had been glaring at.
As she watched she saw the lion get hit in the lower part of its body; the black haired man got skimmed in the side, but it wasn’t a full hit like the lion’s had been thanks to his cards protecting him, and the green clad man reacted quick enough to slash the blood projectile in half. In response to the attacks everyone reacted…some in stranger fashions, others in more normal ways. The strangest reaction came from the silver head man that looked as if he was actually about to attack the woman who had fired the projectiles! Now wait a minute. Did that mean this guy was an ally or did this mean he saw everyone here as an enemy? It was hard to tell and from the looks of things the man was offering the lion assistance after the first strikes had been thrown between the pair. Confusing and odd indeed. Tink decided to stay alert to whatever else that one might do. While he seemed focus on the lion now, she wondered how long it would last. Shaking her head, she looked over at the green clad warrior along with the dirty one. They were still talking, but it looked like the dirty one might attack if things didn’t go his way. Still out of all the enemies there, Tink was the least worried about the dirty one. She thought the green clad one could handle the other on his own.
So that brought the situation back to herself. Considering that the lion and man in green were the furthest away and the man with cards was behind her, Tink thought that she should assist the man with cards since he had target the closest enemy the woman Heartless, and she no longer needed to worry about the woman with twin weapons. Somehow she had disappeared, but considering a battle was unfolding, the small fairy had no time to understand how and why this had happened. She was just glad that one less malicious presence was in her home.
With her mind made up, Tinkerbell zoomed towards the Heartless woman determined to be useful despite her lack of skills to fight. She could hear the man with cards yelling and even heard what she thought might be spells being unleashed; however, she blocked out the sounds as she dashed about the Heartless woman’s head using her fairy dust to first attempt to strike the woman from the left and then from the right. Her main goal was to attempt to keep the woman distracted enough for the card wielder’s point blank spells to make hits on the woman more successfully and also to add some extra damage if she could.
The whole time she kept herself out of the path of the spells by continuing to move about, hoping to make herself a harder target to grab or hit too.

OOC: Cruentus Adficio – 0% + 25% = 25% (for self-damage in previous post by cutting hand open, forgot to write it in my OOC note with prior post) 25% + 0% = 25% (failed/blocked attack against Hayden with the diagonal cut aimed at his shoulder) IC: A small frown curved against Hadria’s lips as she felt her blade collide with something, something that wasn’t flesh or bone. Indeed, it would seem that her target had reacted quickly enough to block the attack instead of allowing her to cleave through his flesh, something extremely disappointing. Furthermore, he seemed to be a big mouth, quickly complaining about the damage that his coat had taken with the attack. While Hadria didn’t mind witty banter amidst a battle, she had a feeling that this brat wasn’t the type for that. No, he seemed to be the type that laughed at his own jokes or what he considered to be “wit” even if no one else enjoyed his comment. On the other hand, if he was that type then it would simply be that much more satisfying when she twisted her blade into his gut. When she flayed his skin, when she broke his bones, when she ripped him limb from limb and made him experience pain unlike any he had ever felt before. It will be a pleasant feeling although I better not let my attention slip, I doubt this boy is going to remain passive after that attack, she mused as a counter soon came at her, one that she couldn’t help but find a bit intriguing. Indeed, not only had he blocked her attack with a card but it seemed like his entire arsenal was based on these peculiar cards. Never before had Hadria fought against such a weapon, a weapon that seemed rather versatile even if a bit uncouth. Whatever the case, the King and Queen would stab her in the gut rather viciously, blood seeping from the wounds but a grin being Hadria’s only response. No grunt of pain, no widened eyes, no whimpers for mercy, nothing like that only a shiver running down her spine as she reveled in the pain caused by the cards. A punch would soon follow and while Hadria was sure she could take that blow as well, she wasn’t going to let the brat got cocky now. No, she couldn’t take too much damage too quickly, she wanted to enjoy this fight and drag it out to see just how long she could be entertained. Thus she would quickly turn her right wrist as she put her blade between the path of the punch, bracing it with her left hand on the other end of the blade. Not only would this serve to stop the punch but depending on how hard Hayden had punched he would shred the flesh between his knuckles and quite likely make the hand rather painful to use. Whatever the result, his face would soon flare with anger as he continued to go on the offensive, now summoning another card and shouting a rather inane insult. To this Hadria only smiled wickedly, already enjoying this battle quite a bit and curious as to why she incited such anger from this kid. Sure she had attacked him just a moment ago but to get this angry over just a small “greeting” seemed rather odd. The only thing she could reasonably infer was that perhaps he knew she was a Heartless somehow (which was odd considering she looked rather human) and that perhaps had a checkered past with her kind. If that were the case, he would certainly have some buttons to push and she couldn’t wait to find them, curious as to what kind of response it would illicit. Although once again that was a thought that needed to be pushed aside for just a moment as she had another attack coming her way, in fact she had two. Indeed, in the corner of her eye she had noticed a rather small creature coming her way, one that seemed intent on aiding in this battle. While it was rather amusing to see such a small creature deciding to attack, she couldn’t help but feel a little underestimated if the fairy believed it was going to be of any help or any bit of a challenge. It would have been a better idea for the fairy to simply fly away and not risk its life as Hadria wouldn’t chase such a small creature when much “tastier” prey was present. Whatever the case, as the seemingly coordinated attack came at her, the Blizzard and Fire along with Tinkerbell’s own attack, the two would probably be rather shocked when Hadria vanished. Yes, before their very eyes the Heartless would suddenly disappear, the attacks missing and possibly hitting the two “warriors of Light” that were working together. Whatever the case, the reason why Hadria would seemed to have suddenly disappear was due to her ability Cruentus Lacuna. When activated, the technique turned Hadria into a puddle of blood for three short seconds but that was all she needed to begin her own counterattack. For when she turned into a puddle of blood she was already rather close to Hayden and wouldn’t need to move much at all to cover his feet in blood. Upon doing so Hadria would activate another technique, Cruentus Acus, a technique used to impale the opponent with sharp spikes of blood. If successful with the part one of her counterattack, Hayden would suddenly find himself anchored to the ground, effectively immobilizing him (Immobilize status effect). Regardless of the success of this chain of techniques, Hadria would then come back up from the ground behind Hayden, a warm smile on her face. Throwing her left arm over his shoulder, placing her hand on his chest, and pressing herself against the left side of his back, she would inch her lips toward his ear and whisper into it softly. ”Ah I apologize, gestures such as respect are lost on me but from what I recall one has to earn respect and I don’t think a weakling like you deserves such a thing,” she would say gently as she attempted to finish this counter by stabbing him in the right side of his back with her blade, planning on slipping it all the way through and twisting it violently before kicking him away from her. OOC: Cruentus Lacuna – With this technique, Hadria becomes a pool of blood for but a moment, sinking into the ground for three seconds. She is able to move while in this pool of blood and any target that steps into said pool will be up to their ankles in blood. If the target is inside the pool, this ability can be chained with Cruentus Acus (Bloody Needles) and pin the opponent to the ground from their ankles (if so the cool down for Cruentus Acus begins as well). If Cruentus Acus is chained with Cruentus Lacuna, the ability will inflict the Immobilize status effect for one turn. This ability makes Hadria invulnerable during the three second duration although cannot be used while she is in the air. Furthermore, this ability requires the use of at least 25% of a blood orb to activate. Cool Down – 3 POST START Cruentus Acus – Chained with Cruentus Lacuna, 2 POST COOL DOWN START. Cruentus Adficio - 25% + 33.33% = 58.33% (medium damage from being stabbed twice) 58.33% + X = Y% (waiting on confirmation for how much damage my block did to Hayden if any) Y% - 25% = Z% (-25% for use of Cruentus Lacuna) Z% + Q% = R% (waiting on confirmation of last attack, I.E. stab to the back) All values will be represented appropriately when damage taken is confirmed
