A shroud of darkness flew through the air as it faded away. All that remained was a floating heart that went further upwards. What happens to these hearts? She tried to recall all the reports, she did know that depending it was non-Keyblader or a Keyblader taking down the Heartless, the hearts would go to different places. Unless things had changed. I'll need some updated reports, if I would want to come to an understanding, Elena figured as she looked through the dark town district.
Seeing she had been unable to meet up with this 'Cid' in town, Elena hadn't really been able to do much other than wait. While waiting, she had rented a room at the inn in the first district, or what just got changed to an inn as the normal inn was in the second district and the second and third districts were unsafe. Otherwise, I could wait for another who came by with a Gummi Ship, the town people spoke of travellers coming quite a few times there, she figured while she had set herself in motion again.
The Heartless she had found, she had now taken care of, but it was mostly the weaker types she was finding. From the reports, she understood of much stronger types and she didn't want to get surrounded by those. Also, the town seemed to be much larger than just these three districts, but something prevented her from going to the other districts outside the first three.
Having been there for two weeks now, she had been thinking on whether it would be a welcome sight to actually see Sephiroth or not. It was a familiar face, but one she would probably put a bullet in the moment she saw it. "I hope the others are doing better," she said in a serious tone as she just had to think this as work. A report would need to be made later and she needed to know if others had ended up in a similar way as she did. Vanished from their world and reappearing in a different one.

It was a few days after meeting Shiki that Koki happened to be on a mission to clean out some of the town’s districts of this annoying Noise…er….creature that everyone he talked to called Heartless. Now, while he did not understand what the Heartless were or why they liked to crop up so much around town, he did understand that these creatures were trouble. As a result, he had no problem taking on the shadows. The work was hard and taught him a bit about the creatures he had to deal with. For one, these creatures were a lot more abundant, persistent, and annoying than any Noise the Reaper had come across in all his time back home. Their persistent nature and their habit of attacking anything that was not one of them made the creatures hard to watch at all time. When these guys attacked, they went everywhere leaving only the brave to fend them off in the various districts.
Next, for something so small they sure knew how to pack a punch. Their bites, scratches, head butts, and whatnot stung, bruised, and cut the skin and body, making for a painful encounter each time. Seriously, the Reaper could not count how many bruise and minor injuries he had gotten from these guys! That aside, there was some good news. The Heartless went down a lot easier than Noise, so it was easy to clean them out when they did pop up. That was the only upside to the invasions, now back to the bad news. Their numbers made up for their lack of strength and from what he heard from some of the townsfolk brave enough to talk about the dark creatures, bigger ones had shown up in the past a lot more harder and dangerous than the common breed that the townsfolk fought back almost everyday. While Koki was not planning to get himself involved in this mess with the Heartless, after being attacked and seeing the creatures attack others, his plans changed. Pretty much he had become a volunteer with the focus of destroying the annoying beasts when they did decide to rear their head. Paid or not, Koki made sure to patrol the town daily to make sure the number of Heartless remained controlled.
Sure this place was not his home, but thanks to being stuck in the humble town, he had kind of gotten attached to it and the nice people here. The last thing he wanted was to see anyone harmed. It was hard work and…he couldn’t save them all. He knew that well. These Heartless, if enough them got a hold of a person, the person would get swallowed up by whatever darkness made up the little beast and in the end turn into one of them. This transformation from human to Heartless was something the Reaper didn’t understand, but he had witnessed it once in his time there and did not want to see it again. It was hard…having to strike down someone who was an ally a second ago, but if he didn’t kill the guy, he was sure he would’ve shredded him. Maybe there was a way not to have to kill them and change them back to humans, but as long as he was in this place he would not be able to look into or find the solution to gain the more likeable results. For now, he would simply try and keep the creatures in check and keep the people here as safe as he could, so that they wouldn’t become one of the shadows. End of story.
Anyway, as stated above Koki was going on his rounds about town, destroying any of the Heartless that he could find, wondering each time what that strange pink light was that drifted up towards the sky upon the pure black Heartless’ defeat. The Heartless with the strange emblems didn’t releases these strange lights and if he was not going crazy, then those pink lights really did whispers or sing as they passed by. Were they spirits of the dead in physical form? A ridiculous idea to some, but not so far fetched to someone who should’ve been dead, but was not.
As he watched another of these strange lights float into the air before disappearing, he shook away the thoughts of ghosts for the moment. It was just another answer to be found added to growing list he already had. He still needed a way out of this place and to figure out where his partner and the others were. Maybe like Shiki they’d pop up in this town too. It was hard to say. While he waited for his exit, he’d continue his simple routine in this town and watch out for those from his world. As it were he was in a prime position to find foe and friends alike; however, knowing nothing about the worlds or how they work, Koki didn’t realize just how good being stuck actually was. So for the time being, the Reaper cleared his head of thoughts and refocused on patrolling the town. He moved from one district to the next until he finally came to the third district. It was here that he saw the strange woman dressed in a black suit. He took in the blonde, not recognizing her from his world nor someone from this world either. He had been stuck here a while and knew the residents well enough. Business suits weren’t exactly common wear around here, so what was this chick’s story? Did she just wind up here like he had or was she really a resident and he just hadn’t seen her until now. Doubtful, but then again what did he know?
Despite how beat up and sore he was, his friendly and easy going personality did not fade. With ease and a bit of hidden caution he approached the stranger, making his presence known by speaking. Best not startle a stranger.
“Hey there. You lost lady?” he asked in the most friendly way possible. If the woman was non-hostile there would be no problem here. He’d help her out as much as he could and maybe in turn, he could get information from her. He would just have to see; however, if she was a threat to himself or this place…well, he’d just have to see if she was worth erasing or not, wouldn’t he?

The sudden voice did surprise the Turk a bit as she had found no people in these districts so far. From what she had understood of the people around this town, the only ones going here were those that fought the Heartless and lowered their numbers. So she took this for that she had just bumped into a 'guardian' of some kind. She looked at the source of the voice and saw something she would expect more of a 'reaper' than a 'guardian'. The jacket the guy wore had a ribcage on it, on his trousers was a chain of some kind of crosses with circles. She wasn't too sure what to think of the guy. Still, the guy didn't exactly jump her in assault, instead asking whether she was lost. Well, never judge a book by its cover, she thought to herself as she gave a response: "no. I've gone through the districts a number of times since I arrived here first."
Her answer would immediately give the guy the idea that she wasn't of this world. Elena had thought it was best to flat out show that, so the guy would at least have an idea who she was. "I'm hoping to find someone I'm looking for by going through these districts now and again," she explained in a calm tone, but still cautious of whether the guy before her was an ally or an enemy, "the ones I'm looking for wear a similar suit as I do or a man named Cid. I still am fairly new here." This practically finalised her explanation as she looked over the man well again.
The style of clothing didn't mean the man was from this world or not, so she could expect the man to be resident. It could be seen as street wear and she supposed that it could be common for some band of people to try and protect the civilians. On the other hand, the guy could very well be a villain that is controlling the Heartless, meaning he was threatening the civilians. This would more likely reflect in his style of clothing. Still, from the voice and facial appearance, he seemed more of an easy-going guy. Are those wings? The wings seemed... strange. She was not sure how to place them in the whole concept.
"I am Elena, a member of the Turks. Which is the investigation sector of the general affairs department back on my home world," she introduced herself as and with a troubled pause where she didn't know whether she did that correctly she continued: "I'm still the newest member..."

Despite his best efforts not to startle the woman, he saw surprise register on her face as when she turned to face him. Thankfully it was not the sort of surprise that would suggest that the woman would attack, but more of the type found when faced with the unexpected. It probably had something to do with either the way he looked or perhaps simply finding someone out on the mostly abandoned streets. While he couldn’t say for sure, the reaper thought that maybe it was the latter reason he got the look. In any case, this was nice. At least he didn’t have to worry about a fight… yet. The woman could be hostile, but at least by not attacking right off the bat, she had done herself a favor. While Koki was by no means aggressive, had the woman reacted the wrong way, he would’ve had no problem erasing her on the spot.
He was sure she would be more of a challenge than the Heartless that wandered the town, but at least for now she had saved him the trouble of thinking of a way to defeat her. Two points for the lady in black.
In any case, as she sized him up in her own way, he watched her with a relaxed gaze. She didn’t appear to be a threat, had a nice figure, and a pretty face to boot. Still, being a woman didn’t mean she was weak. After all, Koki’s partner was female and she was anything, except weak. Scary perhaps, but that was just the start of trying to describe what Uzuki was. Seeing this lost lady made him wonder once more where his partner was. He hoped that wherever she was, she was staying out of trouble. He supposed he shouldn’t worry too much. She could take care of herself, but still… He shook his head mentally to clear the thoughts away. Maybe he was a bit too soft when it came to friends, but he couldn’t help getting attached to people. After all, they are what made the world go round and made it a much more amusing place.
Anyway, the thoughts were going off track here. He had this potentially dangerous, doubtful as he was about this, chick in front of him to contend with. He could worry about his view on life and friends later. What she doing again? Oh yeah, sizing him up. After she was done with her observation, she spoke to him answering his question easily enough. He listened, taking in what she had said. Nodding, he spoke.
“Oh, not from around here then? Fair enough. You said you’ve gone through the districts many times before, so how long have you been stuck here?” The questions were simple, but two sided. On one hand, the questions could be taken as simply that— questions asked by a curious civilian of the world. On the other hand, if one read between the lines they could pick up the idea that maybe he wasn’t from this world either and was actually prying for more information than he was actually asking for. How would the lady take the questions? He would simply have to see.
The woman began speaking again stating her purpose to him easily enough and even giving him some information that filled him in a bit more than expected. So this chick was part of a larger group that all wore suits like she did. She was looking for the people through town, hoping that she’d get lucky and find someone from wherever she was from. Heh. Sounded almost like him; however, he simply shook his head with an apologetic smile.
“Sorry lady, but I haven’t seen anyone dressed like you here and if Cid is the same person I’m thinking of he’s not here either,” he said once more giving information than he actually spoke to one who knew how to read his double edged words. In the end, he wanted out of this place, but wasn’t sure If the lady before him knew a way out or even could be trusted. Granted, they were exchanging information now, but just how much they’d get off each other depend on the interpretation of what was given. Depending on the way the woman thought, he either had the upper hand because she had easily given him a good bit of information without him asking or they were on even ground because he had given her some information on himself with his two sided words.
Whatever the case was, Koki showed no sign that this information was helpful at all. He simply played the part of a curious civilian. Nothing more or less….unless someone figured him to be more than what he seemed.
In any case, the woman had kind of cleared up the question of how long she had been here with her “fairly new” to the place statement. She could elaborate on this if she wanted, but the words brought a slight bit of disappointment to the reaper. Maybe she didn’t know a way out. Maybe she had randomly been dropped here too. Who was to say? Moving along.
She was eying him cautiously again, trying to decipher if he was a hidden threat or not; however, Koki would not give her an answer as he sucked on his lollipop, remaining relaxed and calm as ever. The woman could make her own judgment call and come up with her own assumption about him. As long as she did not attack him, he could care less what she or anyone else thought of him. He was going to be himself regardless.
He saw her eyes go to his wings and wondered just for a brief second what she was thinking when she saw them. He didn’t move them and as far as the residents could tell they were just decoration. After all, they were much too small to carry a person, right? So why worry about them? Even though, Koki kept his friendly smile, a mischievous thought crossed his mind in regards to the wings. He could move them if he wanted to. Perhaps mess around with the chick’s head. See how long it would take before she either freaked out or attack. The reaction would be amusing to see; however the lady was lucky. While Koki might’ve done said tricks in his world, he had enough sense and maturity about himself to know that outside of his world that wouldn’t work. He wouldn’t be surprised if the lady pulled a gun or something and killed him all over again. Maybe sending him back home…maybe erasing him for good. He didn’t know the how death worked here and didn’t wish to find out. Besides, why would he ruin this nice little chat with silly little jokes that could turn this situation sour? No, it was much easier to be nice, so nice he would remain until the woman did something to change that.
So far she was safe. Now what was this? Koki was casually observing the woman when she spoke once more doing one thing right and couple things that was plain bold. As he listened to her introduction, he pulled a few things out from it. Her name was Elena and she was part of organization of investigators called the Turks that were official confirmed to be from another world and she was the newest member of the group. Oh, what a bundle of fun and trouble this could’ve been if Koki had been anything, but a gentleman.
The woman was straightforward, but had broken the rules of protecting oneself from potential enemies by doing many things wrong. She had given her name. No problem there. It was natural for people to give names regardless of if said person was out to get you or not. Nothing unusual there. Now, let’s move onto this Turk business. The word didn’t mean a thing to Koki; however, she had told him that they were part of the investigation sector, meaning she and said team members were full of information maybe more about their world than others, but the point remained. She had just handed him key information about her group. Which meant if he were a villain and sought out information on their world or maybe even something else, all he had to do was find one of the suits and force it out of them. On the other hand, this information also pointed out that the woman and her group could collect information as well; however, how trustworthy she was in keeping information secret was questionable. She already had said too much about her organization which he was pretty sure wouldn’t want just anyone knowing about. Ah well, the issues that came with being new.
Despite all the goodies provided, Koki did not take advantage of this. It wasn’t his style to use people or take advantage of what was given. He was more about helping someone while keeping enemies at bay. Not harming people that probably would do nothing at all to him. In any case, he could work with this if he played his cards right.
After the woman was done speaking, Koki nodded as he looked down at the ground for a moment chuckling slightly before he looked back up her and pulled the lollipop out of his mouth. He folded his arms slightly, letting the lollipop hang loosely between his fingers as he observed the woman carefully.
“You are quite the talker aren’t you? Don’t suppose it ever crossed your mind that giving out such information to strangers could get in trouble, right?” he asked calmly, still showing no hostility towards her, but the quietness and seriousness in which he spoke suggested that the move had been bad. He was quiet for a second and then tilting his head slightly, he pointed his lollipop at her, his slight smile still in place. “Don’t worry, though. I’m not the bad guy here, Just a curious person passing by. My name is Koki Kariya and I am willing to help you in any way I can,” he said still not giving her too much information about himself. He had to be sure he could trust this chick before giving any more information than necessary. As it stood now, he was still uncertain. While she didn’t seem hostile, he didn’t think he could trust her not to blab whatever information he did give. Better to keep the information giving low for now.

Not really thinking about the mistakes, Elena was thinking on the time she had been stuck there. "Only two weeks I've been going around," she answered slowly, "they said this Cid would have something called a Gummi Ship for travel between worlds..." She lingered a bit off as she wondered if Cid was now travelling somewhere and couldn't find his way back to Traverse Town. Reports said that this world was where all that lost their world ended up at. If anyone ended lost in the lanes between, they would just show up here.
Seeing the man had not met Cid nor the others either, she gave figured the man knew little more on this situation. At least, not more than she already knew. The Turk wasn't stupid enough to just jump into a Corridor that popped open, so thought it was wiser to remain in the town. Especially since the reports said that this world was the place you ended at when lost, the others would likely go here first when they found out she wasn't around anymore.
As it went a bit quiet, the man suddenly brought some info forward that made her blink twice and remember something she had done before. She had spoken too much on information that was best kept to herself. Oops, but the man didn't exactly show much of hostility, instead they had a quite normal conversation so far in a dangerous area where the two practically knew nothing of each other. The man also gave his name, but unlike her, he didn't seem to reveal all too much. It was possibly better that way, especially better than how she had done. Koki... Kariya? Hearing he was just a passerby didn't really work in with the idea of 'defenders', but she wasn't even sure what to say of herself in this case.
"Do you live here?" A simple question that was suddenly brought forward without a thought.
[OOC: Insanely sorry for incredible lateness.]

(No worries. I’m patient enough. =) )
Two weeks? Koki thought as the Elena answered his first question to her. That wasn’t exactly long. No, just enough to call it a vacation really, but still the number was a little unnerving. Two weeks of wandering and still no way out? Then what options did that leave him now? The dude that could make those gummi vehicles was missing and he most certainly didn’t have any devices or anything like that on him to get out of this place. If he had he would’ve been long gone. On top of this, the lady in the suit before him was in the same boat, so unless they lucked up on some kind soul with a transport vehicle that could get them out of this world they would be stuck here for who knew how long. Unless….unless they took their chances with the dark portals. Koki thought on that for a moment and then shook himself mentally. No, no, no. That option would only be taken if he had absolutely no other choice. As it stood now, luck might still be on his side. So he’d have to play this one by ear until he could find out a safer way out. He had enough of the dark transport to last him a life time thank you very much and quite frankly, he didn’t want to even think of where he might end up if he did wind up in another one of those portals. Nope. It was much safer to stay here for the time being.
Anyway, as the woman spoke about Gummi ships Koki nodded and could see she was probably thinking along the same lines as him when it came to traveling. He was pretty sure that she was a smart lady despite being a little loose as far information giving went, so she probably had cut out the idea of doing anything drastic to escape also. Bringing them both back to square one once more. Stuck. He really wish that Cid guy would show up and cut him the headache of trying to think around the portals. He did not want to work this hard for an answer that was probably really simple. What a drag to get stumped by this. He sighed inwardly and pushed the trouble away for the moment.
Despite how annoying all of this was, the Reaper didn’t let it show as he went back to sucking on his lollipop for a moment before speaking again.
”Well, that’s what I heard about Cid myself. If the guy could be found, I’d find a way to get that ship from him and take the skies. As nice as it is here, there is a friend of mine that has gone missing. So it makes me wonder if, like you, that friend is on in another world, right,” he said looking up at the dark skies for a moment watching the stars twinkle in and out of view.
Uzuki…[/color] he thought for a moment and then pushing the worry aside for the moment looked back at Elena as he held his lollipop loosely in his left hand, his right hand going straight into his pocket as a slight smile returned to his face. “Besides don’t you think it be kind of fun to see what is really out there?” he said watching the woman carefully, making sure to keep the act of curious civilian up…more or less. Again, whether she bought the act or not was entirely up to her. For all, he knew she could already suspect he wasn’t from around here, but then again….
He heard her question that came shortly after a moment of silence had passed. Maybe she didn’t suspect anything about him at all. Her question had been straight forward and probably more out of curiosity than to try to trick him into giving him information.
In response, he blinked as a smirk came across his face.
“Now that is a good question isn’t it? Tell me what do you think on the subject, hmm?” he asked as he shifted his weight onto his right leg, relaxing into a slight slouch as he stood there. He wanted a chair so bad right about now, but for the moment he’d let the minor discomfort slide. He was much more interested in this lady’s skills and getting a solid read on her. He was still considering her as a potential ally and partner, even if he didn’t know anything about her or the organization she worked for. The way he figured it, if they could work together and gain some slight form of trust going here, the woman before him would fill in the missing blanks for him with ease and if they were together he’d probably encounter more of the suits along the way. So perhaps with all this taken into account, he would have more information that would better clear up this mess he slowly finding himself sinking in to. In any case, it would beat moving about alone and with the two of them working on getting out this place together, then surely they could find their own way of getting free without the help of Cid. It was wishful thinking for sure, but he was not planning to throw it out just yet. With time, this somewhat formed plan could work. Maybe….he’d just have to see how things panned out and if this woman was willing to help him or not.

Elena looked for a second up, but then pointed her attention back onto Koki Kariya. It puzzled her mind that apparently this man was also missing someone. As far as she met in the first district, they seemed to be all regulars of this world. And in these other districts he hadn't found much other than Heartless. He was the first person to appear as a different being.
"I might be able to help you in finding her. Besides, I'm... not even sure where to go from here," she said rather calm, she figured Reno was possibly just going around into worlds. Unlike them, she hadn't exactly traveled between worlds so far, so she needed to learn how to travel between them in the very first place. Next came the issue that the president had been missing. Maybe it's even best to travel and learn at other places, she thought, remembering the reports on Sephiroth and the Remnants having returned. And with them even Deepground reports had been seen, but to a lesser extend to that of Sephiroth and Kadaj.
"From what I've heard, a lot of things are going wrong in several worlds," she responded to his question on those other worlds might be fun. "Still, I've never been away from Gaia, so it would be a fun experience?" She concluded.
Elena actually tilted her head a bit when Koki Kariya returned her question with another questions. Not one to respond immediately, is he? "Well... from appearance, I cannot tell whether you are or not, it's not like you can't be from this world," she replied calm as she took another look over the man, "coming down to the location. I wouldn't be surprised that people from the town would have people stopped the Heartless. Still..." she figured that since he wasn't exactly standing guard, but going around the districts, he'd be more of a type to be searching for someone. Plus, his stand over all this... he's too relaxed to really be someone to actively go around, she thought to herself, "no, I think you're not from here. You don't seem to be the type that would exert effort, but more of someone that would sit back."

If Koki had been anyone else except himself maybe he would’ve reacted to Elena’s words of assistance with great joy; however, the only response she got from him was a relieved smile.
“Now that I’d like,” he told her as she offered to help find his partner. Good. Very good. He could truly use the help and appreciate the fact that woman wasn’t being difficult. Always nice to have someone cooperate with you. Another point for the woman in black. Now then about the other half of her comment. Koki was pretty much in the same boat with her there. Besides Shibuya, this place was the only place he had been. Sure, he knew there were other realms from traveling between the land of the dead and real life as a Reaper, but he knew nothing of another world being out there outside of the frequencies he was used to. And not just one world either. Apparently, there were many out there and like this lovely lady here, he did not know where to even start looking for information and Uzuki. Still, he couldn’t make progress on said missions if he was stuck here right?
Anyway, thoughts aside, he responded back. “I’m in the same boat with you there, but I suppose we could figure that one out if we ever can find a way out here, right?” he said giving her a reassuring wink. Then a brief silence followed before he spoke to her of the fun of exploring and she responded with some news that was helpful, if a bit of a drag to here. He didn’t want to do more work then necessary, but he supposed he would have to if he was planning to make any progress at all on his missions. Hopefully, once they got out of here the rest would be easy, but he doubted that from what he had just heard.
“So you’ve heard,” he repeated her last words, taking note there was no true confirmation, but he didn’t doubt her words either. There had to be something amiss otherwise he would not be in this town and Uzuki would still be around. Well, at least he knew now that the problem wasn’t exclusive to Shibuya. That was comforting…yeah sure it was. Anyway, it was a mystery he could bother with cracking later. He pushed the thought aside as Elena mentioned what he assumed was her home: Gaia. He wondered what sort of place it was. In any case, his thoughts never showed on his face as his smile remained and he nodded at Elena’s words and responded accordingly to her question.
“You bet it would be fun. I bet we could find a whole lot of neat stuff out there,” he said before falling silent, his smile turning into a smirk as he watched Elena react to his question to her question. When he got his answer, the Reaper chuckled lightly.
“Oh, you’re very good at hitting the head on the nail,” he said as he leaned forward, the smile never leaving his face. He was truly impressed with her deduction skills. He thought she was smart underneath it all, so he was glad his instinct hadn’t been wrong. Now that he had something to work with, it was time to work on getting out of here.
“Now that you have me all figured and maybe we can—” the Reaper began, but found himself stopping as a loud crashing sound came from one of the other districts and then some panicked townsfolk ran through the area. He straightened up from his lean and looked around, his smile fading as he observed in listened.
Now what? he thought as the sound repeated again and he looked towards the door that led to the Second District with a frown.
“Geez, you just can’t get a break from trouble around here can you?” the Reaper asked to no one in particular and then looked over at Elena with an apologetic smile. “Sorry to cut this conversation short, but I have some work to do,” he said as he stuck his lollipop in his mouth once more, stuck his free hand in his pocket, and then headed towards the door. Half way there he stopped and looked back at the woman as if a thought had occurred to him.
“Hey, wanna come with?” he asked as he tilted his head towards her. He was sure he didn’t need to warn her about the danger of saying yes or simply coming along. The sounds from the Second District were warning enough, so it would be her choice to come or not. In any case, he waited for a few moments before heading towards the door once more. She could catch up if she wished to come.

Knowing they were both pretty much in the same boat, it was a bigger problem to find out how to get off this world. Especially since there didn't seem to be any 'exit'-sign standing around, nor could she just... call... Cid? Didn't I still have my phone?
Elena had attempted to call when she first arrived there, but couldn't get any connection with the people she had attempted to call. However, she could pick up a signal that she didn't exactly understand. The Turk wondered if she could trace the signal to learn more on where it went as there had to be some reason for it.
Putting this in the back of her head, she figured she'd look into it later as she listened further to Koki Kariya until a loud crashing sound appeared. "What was that?" She asked while blinking twice, figuring she needed to go check that out, she checked Koki that was talking again about work, apparently this was his current job.
As he asked if she wanted to come, she simply nodded somewhat as she came along with him to check on the sound in the Second District.[/style][STYLE=text-align: center; color: #E8D6D6; font-size: 10px; text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: 2px; opacity: 0.8;]made by kiwii at btn![/style] | |

(Yep. I am going to open another one with Deshi as we planned in the c-box and we can continue from there. I'll post the thread after during lunch or work. Okay wrap up time.)
Alrighty then! It looked like he would have an ally after all. A good thing considering whatever was in the Second District was making quite the racket. He would hate to have to enter the Second District alone and end up facing something giant. At least with a partner, he could hopefully make short work of whatever was over there. As Elena came towards him, he had planned to open the doors to tackle whatever laid on the other side; however, it would appear that fate had other plans for the pair. As soon as the Reaper’s hands rested on the wood of the large doors, a second sound came from the First District, sounding just as bad if not worse than the noise coming from the Second District.
Koki frowned at this new turn of events not liking how this twin attack made him feel. If he didn’t know better, he’d say that someone or something was intentionally attacking the town, but why did whoever was attacking decide now to pull something like this? Hadn’t the folk suffered enough under the Heartless’ daily attack? Koki sighed inwardly. Guess he wasn’t going to have the pleasure of seeing what his new found partner could do after all. After all, he couldn’t be in two places at once and the two issues had to be taken care of quickly. He hated having to send a woman into danger without back up, but right now he didn’t have a choice.
Making up his mind, he locked his eyes on Elena.
“Well, it looks like our perfect plan just got ruined by a second visitor that cannot be ignore, so to tackle this problem easier we’re going to have to split up,” Koki said as he cracked the door of the Second District for Elena. “You go on ahead to the Second District and try to stop whatever is over there. As for myself, I’ll go see what is happening in the First District. Maybe after all this mess is cleaned up we can meet again. So until we meet again, stay safe and good luck,” he said and then with a slight smile he walked around Elena and headed for the doors of the First District. When he reached the door, he turned just in time to see Elena disappear into the Second District.
Getting the feeling that even if the mess was cleaned up he wouldn’t be seeing her again for a long time, Koki just prayed that someone else would ally up with the Turk and perhaps help her escape the town. With the prayer done and the Reaper and the Turk on different paths than planned, the Reaper headed into the First District to see what was going on and what he could do to help.
Both parties have left this thread. This thread is officially at an end on this site.
