[/div]Introduction
A peace had descended on the worlds, as the last threats of Darkness seem to fade out with the demise of the Organization XIII. The heroes of light had separated, each returning to different places promising to see each other again. Kairi returned to Destiny Islands, alone, happily looking forward to the peace the place brought to her. Sora had returned to Radiant Garden to help the rest of the Restoration Committee (Leon, Cid, Yuffie and Aerith) seal the last of the worlds from the lingering but quashed Darkness threat. Wizard Donald and Knight Goofy left their beloved pal’s side to return back to Disney Castle, which need watching as King Mickey went with Riku to investigate an appearance of a world only known to them as the Badlands.
All was well.
For three years, the worlds remained in perfect and absolute peace. Darkness seemed to only be an occasional threat, but not a force that was to be rising… Then they saw it; a new storm on the horizon. It was felt by the Keyblade Master and Wielders first, ones of the present… and those returning from the past. Terra, Aqua, Ven, three Keyblade masters thought long gone by the strands of time and the powers of darkness have risen again. The King and Riku were the first to find them, on the outskirts of the Badlands in a place the trio called “The Keyblade Graveyard”. Riku had come to sense what the others were talking about… a darkness growing all around them. The Trio Keyblade Masters thought that it was the cause of their old rival, the original Xehanort, who had found away to completely control the Heartless and create a Heartless of his very own, trying to restore Kingdom Hearts to its rightful glory. Yet within time, these heroes realized it was something more…
There were more than just the Keyblade Trio coming into existence, Wielders were popping up everywhere, some even being pass on the power of the blade. Kairi became one of these chosen to wield and thus the first Princess of Heart.
In addition, of course, with the overwhelming amount of light that seeped back into the worlds, up rose the Darkness. Villains and enemies thought long dead and gone were appearing very much still alive back into existence. The Organization XIII, Maleficent, even creatures these worlds have not seen for a long time, came back into existence. Yet the Organization was not the same threat it was before, seeing as most of the members drifted away from their Leaders wants, to simply find their own path in receiving their hearts. There is talk of resurrecting their fourteenth member, one who was nearly wiped clean from their minds, save their records. Xion, she was called, the puppet that was made from Sora’s data, constructed to wield a Keyblade and to gather hearts for the Organization XIII. If she is being brought back, what could the Organization truly be plotting?
The worlds are in Confusion.
The Light are turning to Darkness, the Darkness are turning to Light. The worlds, once sealed, have become connected once more. Some have been called to fight; others linger on the bases of neutrality and simply watch the events unfold. Worlds once thought destroyed have been brought back into existence. New faces linger in the worlds providing more Warriors of Light and more fuel for the Darkness.
So now, Sora and the Warriors of Light, along with these new Keyblade Masters and Wielders must ban together to defeat the Heartless and the threat of Darkness once more. Nevertheless, the Darkness will not sit around and wait for defeat; they have banned together as well and are attempting to draw out these new Keyblade Wielders as pawns. In the end it might be a battle of the Keyblade Wielders just like there was so many years ago.
The question still lingers… What side will the Worlds take?Main Sources: Wikipedia.org, YouTube.com, KH2:Final Mix, and Here

[Dark Storm]
[/div][Dark Storm]
Darkness is rising up against the light
Light, stand and fight
It may bring your end
Hearts you will have to mend
The dark will embody in four
Or maybe even more
But they will bring destruction, down
Unless you unite under one crown
Stroud, the Destroyer
Maurelle, the Enchantress
Valerius, the Harbinger
Ferser, the Torturer
The Darkness is growing.
It thickens, and twists and turns, and entwines all that it will.
It destroys that which you won’t.
The End Has Begun.
The events had seemed all so trivial… just a few heartless had shown up, nothing that would really draw the attention of the Warriors who had opposed the Darkness… It was nothing more than a freak occurrence, just another little skirmish of the Darkness pooling in one area. Nothing they could not handle… right?
They couldn’t have been more wrong.
New Heartless had appeared, taking the form of humans much like Ansem, Seeker of Darkness or the formed version of the Nobodies, but these Heartless still carried the scents and demeanor of their race. There were four of these Human Heartless: Stroud, Maurelle, Valerius, and Ferser, each with their own agenda and way of fighting. These Heartless were far from the base instinct, lower form counterparts for they had spread their tentacles into the world around them and successfully achieved people to join their cause. A cause that was to take over the Worlds, turning each and every one of them into the Darkness that they bask in, so they can rule them as they pleased.
The Four Horsemen, as they were soon to be called, met up to plan their objectives and Stroud fought to claim leadership over the group. The others subjected, but not all too willingly. Being the planner he was known for, Stroud separated the Heartless to attack other worlds to draw the fire away from their real target, Disney Castle.
Therefore, Maurelle and Valerius set forth to Radiant Garden as their first “draw away” target, and were brought to an unlucky standstill by some bystanders in the World. Stroud and Silvia Anna Julia Sannerou did the second raid on The World That Never Was, were met by resistance of the Organization XIII, and were stalled as well. As those raids went underway, Ferser, Genesis and Yazoo focused on the main objective and assault on Disney Castle.
The raid on Disney Castle was a long and drawn out battle, but in the end, Ferser had managed to be marginally successful and corrupt the Cornerstone of Light. This worked better than any of the Horsemen could have planned for now Light was repelled from the castle. With the knowledge of that victory, the other teams pulled back from their respective Raids, regrouping in their new base. Light had now lost its major stronghold, its true fortress and the Darkness had a new place to grow stronger.
To get the Light to surrender peacefully, the Horsemen attempted to negotiated a “cease-fire” agreement with Sora, Terra, Saix and Xemnas; an agreement that said neither side would attack the other. Yet this did not go through as planned for the side of Light would not surrender to the Heartless. Not that it would have lasted long anyway, for Stroud quickly decided to absorb Kingdom Hearts into himself.
After a long discussion between the Light and the Nobodies of the Organization, they decided to team together to fight off the Four Horsemen and defeat them once and for all. However, the Heartless told them that their efforts were fruitless. They would not stop until every world was corrupted by darkness and every lighthearted being was destroyed.

And so the war began. It started out with a bang, light and darkness crashing together as raids for the worlds began to pick up everywhere. Light was ready to take back Hollow Bastion Castle since their stronghold was the city that surrounded it (Radiant Garden). The unprepared Darkness was easily crushed under the Light’s resolve, resorting to firmly root itself in the captured Disney Castle.
Kingdom Hearts was locked away from the Warriors who fought for the Light. It would take the Light control over 15 worlds and a Keyblade wielder who would stand up to Horseman for the Human Heartless for anyone to get inside. This convinced Stroud that he was relatively invincible.
But there was more to the just conquering the worlds to be concerned about. The Horsemen were fighting themselves to bring the worlds under Darkness. All but there leader, Stroud, fought to claim The World That Never Was, another Human Heartless by the name of Silv fighting with them. Yet, even with their numbers, the Organization XIII wouldn’t have any of it, and successfully managed to keep their world Neutral.
Bosses in the worlds started to appear as well; fighting to claim the world back to the neutral state it once was in. Captain Hook fought for Neverland, just as Clayton fought for Deep Jungle. While it would seem these villains would be on the Horsemen’s side, the former group just wanted to run their worlds their way, without outside interference.
But even with the odds against them, the Warriors who fought for the Light successfully managed to gain 15 worlds under their control. At that point, Darkness’s stronghold, Disney Castle, was susceptible to attack, and therefore Light raided against it. At first they only managed to secure the inside for their side, but eventually with effort, they managed to kick the Horsemen and the Darkness from the castle entirely. The Human Heartless had no choice but to retreat to Kingdom Hearts, making it their new stronghold.
And so the Light raided Kingdom Hearts. Strongest warriors from all over split into two groups to attack two pairs of the Horsemen. It was a long and drawn out fight, but in the end Darkness still had the hold over Kingdom Hearts. Yet the Light was far from discouraged. With a strong resolve they came back and attempted to thwart the Horsemen once and for all.
Yet… Maurelle and Valerius left Stroud to fight the Light on their own, and Ferser was nowhere to be found. Even with those odds, it still seemed like the Light might lose. But strangely enough, Stroud decided to draw power upon himself, pulling everyone into the Hearts of all the Worlds, Kingdom Hearts. Now there were no allies to Stroud, the Heartless boss had taken the power of Kingdom Hearts within him to destroy everyone, Light or Dark, that stood in his way. And so the remaining warriors fought their bravest against the Super Heartless, Light and Darkness working together to take out the common foe.
The battle seemed to stretch on, just as the other two fights had before it. There seemed to be no end in sight. Though, just in the heat of battle, clear out of nowhere, a mysterious black cloaked man appeared, thrusting a sword clean through Stroud destroying him once and for all. With the bosses words of “You… what are you doing here!?”, and a final speech, Stroud cracked into nothingness, fading with nothing but his echoing laughter ringing in the ears of the warriors.
Who was this man that came like a thief in the night to destroy the Human Heartless that no one ever came close to mortally wounding before? How powerful must he be? What is to become of the other Horsemen as, in their broken state, they face off others? What are to become of the worlds?Just remember: Assume nothing, for nothing is as it seems.[Eye of the Gods Ended: August 15, 2011]
