Even with the defeat of the Four Horsemen, the Worlds are still in turmoil. Warriors of Light and those who are part of the Darkness are still fighting for these Worlds. But now the side of Neutral has the right to be part of this battle and win worlds for its own side to wipe the sleight clean.
As we know, each world in Confused Memories has a label: Light, Dark, or Neutral. Any side may attack the other world. If the world is controlled by Light - Dark or Neutral may attack to claim it. If it is Dark - Light or Neutral may attempt to claim it. If the world is Neutral - Dark or Light may attempt to claim it.

-----
1. All worlds can be attacked -
Any and all worlds are susceptible to attacks by any group unless otherwise stated.
2. Groups-
Groups may be made up of any amount of people from the same side or even mixed sides. This means the player may be Neutral fighting with the Light or even Light fighting with the Dark. The more people in your raid group, the higher chance you have of winning yet you also have a higher chance of losing from inactivity. Raid groups of five or less per side usually work the best.
3. Betrayals -
If you betray your side in a raid, it does not matter if the side you “changed” to wins, you will only receive a reward if the side you started with wins.
4. Joining a Raid -
Each character is only allowed to be in ONE raid at a time. If your are raiding in Traverse Town you may not raid in Hollow Bastion until you pull out, win, or lose the Travese Town raid. This applies to the “Staff is Reviewing” phase as well.
You also cannot join a "raid in progress" if an attack and defense have already been initiated on a world. If you wish to attack the world, you must wait until the current raid is over.
5. Pulling out of a Raid -
If you need to pull out from a raid due to an Excusable Absence, you are required to post in the Vacation's Thread, explaining the reason for your absence. You may also PM Selena that you are pulling out of the raid. You are then to post in the Raid with your Character fleeing along with an OOC (Out of Character) response stating why you are leaving and a link to the Vacation Thread you made. You do not need to follow the posting order. If you cannot post in the thread yourself, please ask someone else in the raid to do it for you.Example: Cloud needs to pull out of a thread so he can go on a Family Vacation. He can ask Vincent, who is in the same raid with him, to post the retreat for him. This is a lot like when Cloud was knocked out in the battle in the Forgotten City in Advent Children and Vincent arrived and took him out of the battle.
However, to avoid abuse to this rule, you must wait 240 hours [ten days] after you pull out of the original raid to join another as penalty for abandoning your last battle. Please note that even though you posted a vacation thread or notified the staff, you will still be removed from the raid for not posting in the time limit.
6. How To Begin A Raid
To begin an official raid you must post in the Imminent Maelstrom Request Board using the following form:
World Name: [State the name of the World/Board you are attacking]
Current Label: [Light, Dark, or Neutral]
New Label: [Light, Dark, or Neutral]
Raid Group: [State the “Leader” first, then the others members following. If there are no added members, please still bold the Leader’s name][b]World Name:[/b]
[b]Current Label:[/b]
[b]New Label:[/b]
[b]Raid Group:[/b] [b]Leader Name Here[/b]; List other members here; and here]
7. Un-Approved Raids
Any threads started in a world that are not first posted in the Request's Board and approved by staff are not official threads. These threads will not be accepted as official threads and will not be credited as an attack on the world.
8. Countering an Attack -
If an attack thread is placed on a world and you would like stop this attack, you have 120 hours [five days] to get a group together to counter the attack.Example: If a raid counter was posted that Darkness had attacked it and the time stamp was 1:00am on the 30th of May, a Light character would have until 1:00am on the 4th of June to submit a raid counter. The more people you have the higher chance of a successful raid but of course a higher risk of losing because of inactivity.
9. Raid Reviews -
If there is no clear winner at the end of the month, the staff will put the raid into a reviewing state. At that time, the entire staff will read over the raid and decide a winner depending on the fighting in the thread. Any staff that happens to be involved in the raid are not included in the voting. The staff have the final say. If you have a problem with the outcome you may pm Larxene or Selena to argue the case. You may also simply just re-attack the world.
10. Neutral | Changing Sides-
Neutral characters are not tied down to a specific side, they may switch sides at will. But, if your character is more inclined to lean towards the light/dark, then try to stay in character that way.Example: Tseng is listed as neutral. But it is less likely that he would side with Darkness as he would never side with Sepiroth or Kadaj. So he would usually side with Light.
The same concept applies for those in the Organization XIII. They can either join the light or the darkness. They do not necessarily need to follow Xemnas completely.Example: Larxene, Axel, and Marluxia would not just help Xemnas or their team. They would both probably slip off and go individually to help who they think they should. Axel might fight the Dark in a thread with Roxas, while Marluxia may decide to help Kadaj take out a world in order to spite Xemnas.
11.Boss Raids:-
These are attacks on a world to ultimately remove any labels on the world. The attacks are to be defended by the side that owns the world. So, if a Raid boss attacks a world that is labeled Light, the Light must get a group to defend the world. The same goes for if a Dark or Neutral world is attacked. However, these bosses are very strong beings and you will want the more then one person in the group. So, you must have a least two members to counter this raid. But also, don't overdo the group size either.
12. Dodging and Attacks-
During any plot battle thread - this includes any Raids - characters are limited to only using a maximum of two of actions per post/turn/round.. These consist of anything in the battle that is used offensively and defensively to gain an advantage in battle such as; powers (those listed on one's character application), standard physical attacks (punching, slashing a combo, etc), and using items (Potions, Phoenix Downs, etc.) This ensures that the character's opponents have a fair chance to write a response both countering the character's attacks as well as making their own.
We believe the members will be fair with their characters and dodge or block their opponent's actions according to the powerplay rule like getting hit to make the fight seem realistic. However, please try and be more descriptive on how you dodge an attack. You need to have more than "<your character's name> dodged the attack." That way it's more interesting and realistic.
[NEW]- Special Cases
Summons - Summoning it does not count as an action. However, every action that the summon makes counts as one of your two actions. Also depends on the Final Fantasy the summon is from how it would react.ExamplesHeartless/Nobodies/Minions - Best way to handle, one action per species. Counts as an ability.
FF7 would be a one time summon/attack/dismiss cost.
FF8 - No cost to summon, but the attack would count the next post.
FFX+ - No summon cost but then each ability use counts as an action since they stay out.ExampleChained Attacks - Only count as the same attack if the character is not given a choice to chain it. If it's a canon chain, it is one ability. If it is a non-canon chain, then it would not count as one ability.
All the Fat Bodies doing a Body Slam, some Shadows diving into the floor, etc.So let's say Golbez has his Float A > Cosmic Ray A. Since they're not separate attacks, they count as one action. Especially since you can not use Cosmic Ray A without doing Float A first.Drive Forms/Ex-Burst/Paradigm Shift - Does not count as an action. You are simply changing to a different set of abilities. As for drive forms, you are giving up one stat for power up another.
If you break the rules, the punishments are as follows:First Offense - correction of the post.
Second Offense - if the offender is still at fault, the reward will be banned at the end of the Raid or Plot thread. [The Raid will still continue so the flow is not disrupted.]
Final Offense - the member will be banned from raids, with all characters, until allowed again by staff.
13. Inactivity | Removal from Raid-
If a member fails to post within 96 hours [four days], they are simply removed from the plot/raid thread and will not be allowed to post in it again. The turn then goes to the next person in the post order. However, if you manage to make your post after the 96 hours [four days], but before the staff removes you, then you are safe to continue.Example: A raid thread consisted of Sora, Master Xehanort, Kairi, Vanitas, Riku and Xehanort's Heartless. If Sora does not post within 96 hours [four days], he will be removed from the raid, and it's Master Xehanort's turn. Sora ends up posting within 96 hours [four days], and it is now MX's turn. If MX does not post in 96 hours [four days], he is removed from the raid, and it will be Kairi's turn. And so on, going through the turn order from Vanitas to XH, and around again until time is up on the raid.
14. Raid Limits/Waiting List -
On the site to make Raids a bit more exclusive and cut down on the work for the staff, we have put a limit on the amount of Raids that are allowed to go on simultaneously. The limit on the Raids is subject to change and a waiting list has been added to the site so you can keep an eye on when you will be next. When your raid is announced, you will need to be paying close attention as it is your responsibilty to be keeping track of it. If you miss posting in the raid because you were unaware it was your turn, it is not the staff's fault. The limit on Raids is determined in the Waiting List. Offical Plot Raids and Random Boss Raids are not included in this number.
15. Earning Rewards
The characters must win in the plot thread. It they do not win, they will not be rewarded. You can still get a reward if you win the raid by default. The characters must stay active up until the point the plot ends for them to receive their rewards. If they drop out of the thread due to inactivity, they will not receive an award at the end. Because we have added a new money system, Raids will earn each member of the remaining winning side X munny per raid. The losing side will not win anything unless otherwise stated.Raids Award Chart
[No Counter Raids] - 50 munnyIf a raid defaults with no posts/counter, members are rewarded 50 munny.[Inactive/Default Raids] - 100 munnyIf a raid defaults because the opposing team all fail to post within the time limit, the winners are rewarded with 100 munny.[Ended/Time Limit Reached Raids] - 150 munnyIf a raid does not finish but reaches the time limit, the winners are rewarded with 150 munny.[Finished/Completed Raids] - 200 munnyIf a raid is completed before the time limit, the winners are rewarded with 200 munny.[Beating Boss | Special Plot Threads] [Must be Stated] - 225 munny
