It was dark and the wind was cold as it blew around in circles about the large Clock Tower that stood tall and proud, showing off it's large illuminated clock faces for all the world to see. Down on the ground, it would be hard to see all the small amounts of detail that went into the construction of this magnificent piece of machinery, yet for people who could fly or portal and be able to fly up above the clock faces, it was certainly a sight to see, including the amazing view you got!
Yet the view didn't impress one man who stood high on top of the clock tower, on a small ledge that ran around the entire outside of the tower. Thin pillers were build at equal intervals around this ledge, half to make it more appealing to the eye and half to keep the roof from crashing down. The young man leaned against one of these pillars, eyes staring out at the horrizon as he watching the city from high above sleep peacefully though the night.
The platinum haired, Riku look-alike sighed to himself under his breath as his glow, turquoise eyes continued to watch the city sleep. The cold night air blew past once more as the wind picked up, blowing the hair that dangled lifelessly in front of his right eye. He looked irritated. Frustrated, as he folded his arms across his chest and turned his head to look upwards at the millions of stars that shone in the sky. Maybe his eyes were playing tricks on him, but t looked like some of them were starting to disappear.
The Remnant sighed once again, thinking to himself, wondering when he'd be able to find his long lost brothers once again... that is if they had even been revived and brought to this strange world like he had.

Rosso was in the Corridor of Darkness. She didn't like being there, there was no sky there and the creatures that spawned out of it were nothing but weak critters who didn't even bleed. Worthless! But she ended up at strange places when going through these portals and corridors and she preferred to get back home and find Weiss. She felt the need to find something that didn't go up in black smoke, but bled to death instead. She then noticed another portal where she could step through, the scene was again unknown, but it had a sky and Rosso felt sick of walking all the time.
Rosso stepped out of the portal and stood right in front of an edge that went far, far down. She looked down. "This place seems incredible, really high!" She looked to the sky and thought she had a marvelous sight. Rosso took a look around her, no Heartless! "No critters, are they scared of heights?" She laughed and then noticed a presence on the left side of her. She took another look at the place she were, it was some kind of tower and she saw a clock below her. She had ended up on a clock tower!
Rosso walked calm to her left and looked around the corner, seeing a guy with platinum hair. She thought the guy had a bad taste for hairstyles, but couldn't care less. "What are you doing up here?" Rosso asked as she walked towards Kadaj grinning. "It's a long fall if you would fell off, not afraid?" She stood still halfway of the path, she was grinning brightly. "Who knows what might happen."

Kadaj was still deep in throught running many things through his mind as he found himself being able to take a chance here to get away from fighting Heartless all the time. What was it with those crazy little creatures anyway? Their glowing yellow eyes and jerky and unnerving movements. The platinum haired man had never seen any creatures like these back in Gaia before. Kadaj had his eyes closed and pictures one of the Heartless within his mind, but was quickly distracted when he began to sense a presence of something close, very close by. Thats when he heard the voice of a female talking out loud, as if to herself.
"This place seems incredible, really high! No critters, are they scared of heights?"
Pushing himself up off the pillar on which he leaned, the Riku look-alike unfolded his arms and let them hang loosely at his sides, before turning his head to face the direction in which the voice had came. A second or two after the woman had finished talking, the figure of a female human walked around the corner to his right on the same small ledge that he stood on himself. Kadaj stared at her for a while in silence as she was the one responsible for the presence he felt just a moment ago. His mako imbued eyes scanning her frame up and down a couple of times and started to get an even worse bad feeling from her. This made him turn fully to face her and to step away from the edge of the pathway which they stood on.
"..... I'm not afraid of anything... And I believe I managed get up here the same way you did..." He finally answered her after a short pause, getting a real bad vibe from the woman as she stepped closer towards him. Kadaj stood his ground, watching her, wondering first, how on earth she managed to get up here with him, and secondly, what she was going to do. He saw that look in her eyes. A bloodthirsty, violent look. Kadaj kept his eyes on her getting ready in case she decided to attack him or try push him off the edge.

Rosso saw that the boy before her was stepping away from her and took it that the boy was scared. "..... I'm not afraid of anything... And I believe I managed get up here the same way you did..." Rosso laughed at the boy's answer. "Oh really? Shall we test your fear? Maybe by throwing you off this building? I wonder if you scream or just fall without a word." She felt something strange from the man before her and turned a bit more serious. "You... are you one of SOLDIER?"
Rosso narrowed her eyes. If this man was from SOLDIER, then he might be useful for getting back to home. "Do you understand these portals?" She asked and started to smile again. She had the feeling that she needed to see some blood spraying around here. She met nearly only Heartless and it was tiring to make a path through them. The creatures were worthless for fighting or for her lust, but they were useful for blocking ways and annoying people. Where did they come from anyway?

Kadaj watched Rosso with a slightly colder stare now as she laughed at him and began to threaten and boast about throwing him off the edge of the clock tower. The platinum haired boy wasn't scared in the slightest and didn't look too impressed with the woman who boasted noisily in front of him. Kadaj's dark heart began to pulse slightly as he continued to sense bad things from this blood red clothed woman who seemed to be just as confused in this world as he himself was.
"SOLDIER? You mean that band of worthless and idiotic men and women who work for Rufus Shinra?" Kadaj asked her curiously, keeping his eyes locked onto her and his feet steady on the cold stone floor on which they both stood. The wind blew past once again, catching Kadaj's hair, lifting it up and out the way of his eyes, which stared brightly at Rosso with their Mako glow.
Kadaj just watched her as she continued to fire questions at him, his heart aching slightly from the darkness that he felt from within her. She seemed to be even worse of a person then himself was, and he didn't know if this was a good thing or not. The Riku look-alike lost most of his powers when he was revived and entered this world. He still doesn't fully understand how he was revived as he didn't seem to feel Mothers help, or Jenova as she is more commonly known. However, with a stead hand and a lot of patience, the young platinum haired, avatar of Sephiroth was starting to get some of his powers back, as well as some new aditional ones.
"I've only recently learned how to use the 'portals' but i'm still learning and cannot travel over large distances yet..." He answered her in a blank tone.

"SOLDIER? You mean that band of worthless and idiotic men and women who work for Rufus Shinra?" Rosso laughed at those words. "Why yes. That worthless band. Oh, how would president Shinra be doing? I'd like to see him fall from here." Rosso moved closer to Kadaj again. "But I prefer the view down instead of up. The view down is more... exciting. Seeing Rufus' corpse being crushed into the ground." Rosso walked around over the little space she had. She noticed Kadaj's eyes with the glow of Mako. "You must be a victim of Shin-Ra as well. Such eyes aren't found just anywhere."
"But I don't care." Her dark heart grew of the lust for blood. "I've only recently learned how to use the 'portals' but i'm still learning and cannot travel over large distances yet..." Rosso grinned brightly and blinked. "Where did you learn controlling these portals?" The boy before Rosso reminded her of someone and she finally found an answer. "Sephiroth."
Rosso stood still. "Do you know the First-Class SOLDIER, Sephiroth? The one who destroyed Shin-Ra and killed the former president? I've heard lots of him in Deepground." Rosso was feeling greater then ever, she might be fighting someone related to Sephiroth. The stories about the great Sephiroth! This could be a nice test. No one could stand above her, not even Sephiroth! Rosso felt the great urge to slay this man right here on top of this tower instead of thowing him down, it would only spoil the fun. Hopefully the man wouldn't jump either.

Not only was Kadaj thinking that this woman was some bloodthirsty barbarian, but he also started to get the impression from her that she was also completely insane. The way she seemed awfully eager to rip Kadaj apart, or to throw him off of the top of the clock tower, but the platinum haired man wasn't worried. From the amount of gloating and boasting that this woman was doing, he felt confident that she was going to be a mere pushover, but looks can be deceiving and Kadaj felt his heart pulse once more with dark energy as the crimson woman took closer steps towards him.
"A victim of Shinra?" Kadaj answered her with a shrill tongue and a cold stare. "It was Mother that brought me into this world so I could find her and complete the Reunion!" He explain to her with an angry tone, lifting up both his hands into the air as he spoke. He refused to answer her question about how to open and operate the portals, since if she seemed to be too powerful to defeat in combat and he needed to escape, he didn't want to have her chasing after him all the time. He felt like he was going to bump into this woman a lot in the future and the mere thought began to aggravate him severally, causing his hands to clench tightly into fists, but he closed his eyes for a second and regains his thought.
"Sephiroth... yeah I know him... the 'Chosen One'..." Kadaj fell silent now, having being reminded of the one man whom his Mother chose above him when attempting to become Complete and finish the Reunion. He lowers his head and looked at the floor, falling silent once again.

"A victim of Shinra? It was Mother that brought me into this world so I could find her and complete the Reunion!" Rosso heard the cold voice. Mother? It was Sephiroth that spoke of Mother! Another person who was like Sephiroth. Rosso laughed maniacally. "Mother! You mean Jenova, don't you?" Kadaj also answered about Sephiroth a little. "Sephiroth... yeah I know him... the 'Chosen One'..." The Chosen One? They're nothing but brats! This brat, Sephiroth and all others. How many experiments have there been going on with Jenova?
Rosso then remembered a small thing and whispered. "Sephiroth..." Rosso looked surprised at Kadaj. "... Clone?" She moved a bit back and blinked. "I heard of a story. About Sephiroth having three brothers. Not that I care or anything. Aren't you one of them?" Rosso felt the great pleasure of slaying this man right here before her. "My name is Rosso the Crimson." Rosso said as she walked closer again and took out her weapon. "Do you know why they call me 'The Crimson'?" She lifted her weapon and just before she started shooting: "... Let me show you." After that a rapid-fire of bullets came at Kadaj.

Kadaj's eyes widen slightly when he heard the crimson clad woman mention that she heard Sephiroth had three brothers. His mouth opened slightly and continued to look at the woman from behind his platinum hair. Could she be talking about Loz and Yazoo? Did she know where they were? Thats when she started to whisper to herself quietly and Kadaj couldn't kiss what she was saying. It probably wasn't important he thought to himself until he noticed her draw her weapon and point it in his direction. Kadaj's eyes widened again upon viewing this and crouched down slightly, watching her moves.
"Do you know why they call me 'The Crimson'?" She said with a slight pause. "... Let me show you."
And with that, a flurry of bullets shot towards Kadaj! He knew it would come down to this as he could feel it within her from the second he laid eyes on her. The platinum haired man drew his Souba as quickly as he could, jumping backwards. He raised his weapon and span it around an couple times, blocking and deflecting a few bullets up into the ceiling which made small chunks of rubble fall down, and a coupe more bullets into the ground, leaving behind a few bullet holes.
Kadaj then side stepped across the narrow pathway and took cover behind one of the pillars that lined the edge of the ledge. He glanced downwards and nocticed the incredible fall down to the ground. Not even he himself could survive such a fall, and now he began to sweat slightly. His powers still hadn't have returned fully and he was at the clear disadvantage of fighting a manic woman who wielded a gun when he only had a short range sword. Kadaj still couldn't summon any Shadow Creepers and certainly didn't have enough energy to summon Bahamut SIN, so it seemed he was going to have to fight her the old fashioned way.

Rosso saw the twin-bladed weapon and laughed. "So you can fight a little bit!" But then the man took cover behind the wall. "Ooooooooh! Too scared? Or are we gonna hide-and-seek? She stopped shooting and jumped to Kadaj's former location as she slashed at the man around the corner. "It doesn't matter what you try! I'll take you down!" She grinned madly. "I defeated death itself! No one stands above me!" She laughed maniacally.

Grabbing hold of the pillar, Kadaj leapt off the edge of the clock tower and used the pillar to swing back around and onto the ledge, now standing behind Rosso. He then jumped back, which was an unusual move for him since he usually fought mercilessly and would have normally attacked Rosso's back, but this time he didn't. Now with the gap between them slightly larger again, Kadaj took the chance to address the insane woman who now fought with him.
"Why are you attacking me? What have I done to you?" He growled through gritted teeth as he lifted up his weapon once more, getting ready to block anymore bullets that came flying his way. The platinum haired man took another step backwards holding onto the handle of his Souba tightly, his turquoise eyes piercing through his hair and locked onto Rosso.
"You defeated death too? Then Mother couldn't have brought me back..." He asked the crimson woman first, before then speaking to himself out loud.

Rosso watched Kadaj as he evaded her attack by swinging around a pillar. He didn't fight at all, so he wasn't a fighter? Kadaj created a large gap between Rosso and him again. "Why are you attacking me? What have I done to you?" He took a stance to block her bullets. Was he just planning to run around? Rosso turned to face him. "Do I look... like I care?" She asked Kadaj, looking with a fake shocked face and she saw that Kadaj took steps backwards. He planned to use the pillar on the other side when she attacked again? "You're boring."
"You defeated death too? Then Mother couldn't have brought me back..." Oh? He also came back from the dead? "Maybe you were lucky and came back together with me when I defeated death. Unless Jenova became a God, but I don't think so. Hail Weiss! The world will be cleaned of all your foul!" She said smiling amused at Kadaj. "What are your plans now you're back? Finding mommy?" Rosso laughed and took up her weapon and she followed the blade to Kadaj as she pointed it at him.

Noticing Rosso heading towards him again, Kadaj lifted up his souba and pointed the blade towards the crimson woman, matching her own movements. His eyes quickly looked around at his surroundings. Another pillar to his right, but she'd expect him to use that again. The corner that lead around the clock tower was a few paces behind him, but that wasn't too much of a bother. His main concern was the crimson baring woman in front of him who seemed intent on seeing blood... Well thats what she wanted, then she'd be able to see enough of her own blood once Kadaj had finished with her!
"Weiss? Who is this Weiss?" He asked her quickly, before the Crimson wearing woman launched herself into another series of attacks. He kept his ground now, preparing himself for anymore bullets flying his way and this time he prepared himself to clash swords with her when he attacked him once again. Kadaj knew he was strong and he could feel the strength of Rosso as well. This was going to be a tough fight.

Rosso watched the boy as he took up his surroundings. As if he hadn't seen it a dozen of times. This whole building seemed to have no doors up here, so they were stuck there anyway! Rosso planned to dive off here using a trick of her own after this all. The the boy started to talk as he stepped slowly backwards. "Weiss? Who is this Weiss?"
Rosso stopped moving. "Weiss? You don't know Weiss? Weiss the Immaculate is our leader. We are the Tsviets! What Weiss says is done. If Weiss says we destroy this planet, then it will be done. We could care less for the people." She smirked and looked delighted at Kadaj. "Don't you agree? The Deepground soldiers were born and bred to kill. We were chained to serve as our destiny. But that all changed! We were freed from our chains, but all that was waiting for us was darkness. With only a faint glow of mako. What did you think we did when we gained our freedom? We killed. We were raised for that and it was all we knew. And so I bathed in the blood of a thousand soldiers. And I enjoyed it. And I craved for more. You understand, right?"

Kadaj shakes his head at her slightly and continues to hold his Souba up defensively in case she made a sudden charge for him. So thats all she knew? Violence and death? If indeed what she was telling him was true, then Kadaj needed a plan and quick. He thought to himself for a moment, listening to everything she was telling him. He didn't have a clue about half the things she was talking about. Weiss the Immaculate, the Tsviets and the Deepground SOLIDER. All of these things were new to him and it appeared that Rosso was suffering from the things that Kadaj once did when he first arrived in this world.
It seemed that Rosso thought that she was still in Gaia perhaps? Kadaj just narrowed his eyes and began to stare at her from behind the strains of platinum hair that covered his face. Either way, she seemed to know a lot about the history of Gaia and seemed connected to Rufus and the Shinra Company somehow. Not that it mattered. In this world, Rufus and Shinra were no where. It was just himself and the barbarian woman in front of him.
"So did Weiss tell you to attack me?" He asked her again, trying to get as much information out of her as possible before having to settling it out with their weapons and fighting skills.
