A dark portal opened up outside Castle Oblivion. A rather built and tall nobody walked out. He was number five of the organization thirteen. His name was Lexaeus. The reason he was out here was to train with Marluxia. It had really been a while since Lexaeus had done any fighting. Besides himself and Marluxia thought it would be good to get some training done. Due to the upcoming events, they need to be ready and even stronger than before.
While they had the spare time to train it was best to use it right away. Thankfully Vexen was busy with his experiments. So he would not nag them about anything. Lexaeus may not trust Marluxia but that does not mean he could not get along with him.Lex chosen their battle to be out here is because something crazy could happen. Sure Marluxia was not a high ranked member but that does not mean he is not strong. This was one training match Lexaeus could say he looked forward to.
After all of this Lex believed he should give Marluxia some very good advice. Hopefully, Marluxia could be trusted and not betray him. Though those words should be for later. Now he needed to think about his job Xemnas assigned him.Along with being ready when Marluxia comes. Lexaeus scanned the area with his very eyes. What the organization is doing is certainly not no game. If they underestimate Namine and even Sora something will go wrong.
Training could help them improve their senses, strength, speed and everything else. Lexaeus just had a feeling that they were going to over do it. He had never seen any of Marluxia's abilities. Marluxia has never seen his own abilities. Lexaeus closed his eyes and now simply waited for his opponent to appear. There was no breeze out here on this dark night. Only the golden brown castle and the sparkly white ground. Not to forget the star's in the sky.
The Silent Hero could do nothing but wait for a few short moments. At any moment, the Graceful Assassin was going to show up. How much would they grow in strength and speed? On the other hand, how much would they learn? Each member has their own fighting style and such. If one was to think about it nobodies were like humans. Nobodies shared all the attributes of the humans. Except they lack a heart. Really, nobodies must train like humans to get stronger.
(Bad post sorry.)

Marluxia thought to himself, a little curious. He had just received a summons from Lexaeus, the Silent Hero, one that did not communicate with the Graceful Assassin very often. The grounds of the summoning had been a sparring match. Marluxia did not much care for fighting, not unless he had no other choice, but he could not deny that he didn't like the rush of a fight, the reckless abandonment that came about when engaged with a powerful opponent. He knew Lexaeus to be strong, though he was not entirely clear on all of his capabilities. Fortunately, Lexaeus knew just as much about Marluxia's own powers, which was to say that he did not know much at all.
He wondered if this sparring match was grounds for something else, such as eliminating Marluxia. Would the Silent Hero attempt such trickery? Marluxia knew that Lexaeus was much more then he pretended to be. His facade of silence made most think him lacking in intelligence because of his size and strength, but Lexaeus did not lack in that. He was quite intelligent, even more so then Vexen in Marluxia's opinion. Of course Marluxia thought most of the Organization members more intelligent then Vexen.
With a wave of his hand a dark portal appeared, one that would lead to the meeting place. If Lexaeus did indeed intend an assassination, then it would be at the Superior's orders. The Silent Hero did not go against Xemnas' wishes. He stepped into the portal, fully aware of the possibility of a trap. He believed himself quite capable to handle an encounter long enough to at least retreat from whatever set-up might be there. All in all though, Marluxia thought that his caution would be unnecessary. Lexaeus was an honorable opponent, and even if he did intend upon killing Marluxia he would do so in a fair manner.
Marluxia walked through the portal and appeared before Lexaeus, who seemed to be contemplating something. Perhaps he was even looking forward to the battle? Marluxia knew that the Nobody's did not always see as much combat as they wished, and though Lexaeus was intelligent, Marluxia knew him to have a fighter spirit and thus a heavy craving for combat. "Greetings, Lexaeus. I must admit that I did not foresee an invitation from you. I had assumed that like the rest of the Nobody's of Organization XIII, that you despised me for my mutiny..."
Marluxia did not see the harm in testing Lexaeus' feelings towards the Graceful Assassin. Perhaps the Silent Hero even wished to prevent treason by becoming close to Marluxia? He doubted that possibility very much, but he also would not be entirely surprised were that the case. It was easy to conclude why Lexaeus was assigned to Castle Oblivion with the the other Nobody's, to keep everyone in line. The Silent Hero was not one that most wished to get on the bad side of, and even less if he represented the Superior in the scheme of things.
Marluxia decided that he would allow Lexaeus to decide when the sparring match to begin, waiting for him to summon his weapon. He had to admit to himself that he was looking forward to testing Lexaeus' abilities, just in case there was ever a situation in which Marluxia would be truly forced to face the Silent Hero in mortal combat. "But I have no problem with participating in a friendly sparring match, I even look forward to seeing the results of it." Marluxia truly wanted to know what the outcome would be in a battle against Lexaeus, just for future reference.
(Nah, your post was fine)

His eyes opened up once he herd Marluxia's very voice. "Training is all we are here for." Really that was somewhat a lie. After the match Lexaeus wanted to ask Marluxia something. Xemnas words echoed through his head. Lexaeus needs to make sure he could have someone inform him when he is not around. Like if any member gets out of order he would be told about it. That is if he is not around to put the person back in order.
He was only going to give Marluxia one chance to prove himself. If Marluxia can he will have Lexaeus respect. On the other hand, if he lies to him or betrays him all hope is lost for the nobody. That would be for later. "Lets begin." Right away Lexaeus TomaHawk materialized into his hand. How should he make his first series of attacks? Quickly Lex darted for Marluxia. While in range he made one downward slash. Next he jumped up and tried to slam his blade downwards.
Right has the blade hit the ground it caused a small shockwave to come in all directions. Swiftly, he slightly moved back and threw his giant weapon right for Marluxia. Like a boomerang, it came right back to his hand. The Silent Hero could only wait to see if Marluxia managed to block his first attacks. He figures it would be easier to start off somewhat easy. Later he would increase his power as needed. After all there was no reason to waste it.
His eyes noticed the small shockwave destroy some small rocks and such. Then his full attention looked back to the Graceful Assassin. Lexaeus managed to make the shockwave weak as well. It was rather easy for him to control his power. He did admit to himself, he was curious to see what Marluxia had in store for this fight. Being a nobodies they should pull not such trickery at all. An honorable training session is just what he wants. At least by now Marluxia should know that.
"This training should prepare us. For the upcoming events." Lexaeus knew that Sora would come to Castle oblivion soon enough. Along with Namine and such. Know that a keyblade will be here nothing good would come out of it. Lexaeus and Marluxia were probably the strongest here. So shouldn't the stronger members train to be ready for a tough battle ahead? It made sense to Lexaeus to do this training match. If Sora puts up a fight, they could end everything sooner. Which would allow the goal to arrive sooner.
(I hope it was.)

Marluxia gave a small incline of his head as Lexaeus mentioned that they were only here for training, though he doubted that was all the Silent Hero wanted from this meeting. What else Lexaeus could possibly want from Marluxia was beyond the Graceful Assassin though. He and Lexaeus had been closer to rivals then anything else in the past, with the basement members working on a plan to oppose Marluxia, Larxene, and Axel. Marluxia pushed the Flurry of Dancing Flames from his mind, the redhead only ever managed to annoy him.
Marluxia watched as Lexaeus summoned his weapon, saying that the match was now beginning both verbally and physically. He observed the weapon for a moment, remembering it's name, Torn Heaven. An interesting tool for battle, and a weapon without elegance. Marluxia did not think that the lack of elegance made it any weaker though, brutality was just as effective as subtlety. Lexaeus started the battle off somewhat simply, charging at Marluxia and aiming a single swing at the Graceful Assassin.
Of course Marluxia dodged to the side, he was not interested in being hit at all, and especially not this early on. He watched as the Silent Hero leaped into the air and came down weapon first, creating several shockwaves. Marluxia dodged those as well, which was easy enough. He had a very understandable feeling that Lexaeus was holding back his power at the moment, which made sense, this was after all only a sparring match. The Graceful Assassin finally raised his hand into the air, a flower petal appearing and falling into his palm to materialize into a deadly scythe, Marluxia's Graceful Dahlia.
Marluxia gave a slight nod as Lexaeus said that the training would prepare them for the upcoming events, he supposed it would do no harm to practice his abilities in case he were to face Sora once again. He did not intend to fall against the boy's Keyblade a second time. "More then training will be required if we wish to defeat Sora this time." Marluxia was making an obvious hint that for once the Nobody's of Organization XIII would have to attempt to put their differences aside, though he wasn't completely truthful about that. He did, after all, wish to have Vexen eliminated. The idea of turning Lexaeus into an ally was promising though, the Silent Hero would be a great friend indeed.
Marluxia slashed his scythe, though he still stood several feet away from Lexaeus so that the blade did not come even close to the Silent Hero, and a neon colored wave of energy flew towards the other Nobody. He knew that Lexaeus would dodge the attack easily enough, but as the Silent Hero was doing earlier, he would be working into a more powerful routine. Marluxia found that in an entirely fair fight, his repertoire was somewhat lacking. A good deal of his abilities relied on some form of concealment, though the Graceful Assassin knew that he could compensate for that.

Lexaeus watched as Marluxia was easily able to dodge his first attacks. He knew exactly what to do next for this battle. That is when he herd Marluxia say something. It was about the keyblade wielder Sora. Marluxia was correct. "Correct. Still if we could only get his keyblade away from him." Lexaeus had done his studying on the keyblade. From what he gathered the keyblade only gives Sora power when he is using it. Other wise he is just a weak little kid.
He also knew that Sora could just have it reappear in his hand once it is knocked out of his hand. So they were in somewhat of a sticky situation about that. However, it was their only chance of really stopping Sora dead on in his tracks. If they could do that just maybe they could knock Sora unconscious long enough.Through either way, the organization's goal is really a tough one. Putting Sora in his place is really hard to do. After all he is the chosen keyblade wielder.
Sora did not face everyone in the organization yet. Lexaeus himself did not fight Sora at all yet. As to what the outcome would be he has no idea at all. Though he must say he wants to fight Xemnas heartless. That boy one with his aid. Lexaeus focused back to Marluxia and noticed a wave of energy headed right for him. With one swipe of his blade, he cut it in half easily. This match was truly starting off to be a fair fight. After all it was only some simple training.
Now Lexaeus through his weapon right for Marluxia again. Except, this time with even more power than before. Again it had returned to his hand just like a boomerang. Next he took some steps forward and tried making a horizontal and vertical hit. Both hits with even more power than before. Lexaeus then took only three steps back. He need some distance between the two in order to dodge another attack. It was obvious if one were to stay close range it would hard to dodge an attack.
Once more, it was his turn to wait and see if his attacks had hit or not. Since this was a training match he found there no need to use his second level. Only the first state he goes into should be enough for this match. Unless Marluxia would know that he is holding back and demands him to try. Lexaes had a feeling that would not happen at all. Either way this match was going to get intense. What would Marluxia do next? What could his limits be?

Marluxia had not expected wistful thinking from the Silent Hero. Or was Lexaeus in fact pondering on an idea? Was it possible to remove the Keyblade from Sora's grasp? To render him powerless? Marluxia knew that the Keyblade wasn't the only thing that gave him power, he also had his heart. One could not be a master of the Keyblade without a strong heart, and though Sora would not be a very powerful opponent without his Keyblade, he would not simply become some meaningless child. Sora had been through far to much to give up, even if he were to lose all of his powers. The boy would most likely rather die then fade into obscurity.
But that did not matter, Sora would not lose his Keyblade. The solution to dealing with Sora was easy and complicated at the same time; Namine. With the little Nobody Sora could be reared into their control, something that had almost happened when the Keyblader first came to Castle Oblivion. If only Axel had not been such a fool... Marluxia shrugged the thought off, it would do him no good to ponder over the moronic actions of Axel. He was a fool, and he would always be a fool, there was no cure for that besides death's embrace.
Marluxia watched as Lexaeus through Torn Heaven through the air again, much like a boomerang. The weapon would be quite painful, were it to hit the Graceful Assassin. But even though Lexaeus had used more power in this second throw, Marluxia could tell that he was still holding much back. It would be quite pathetic if this was the full extent of the Silent Hero's power. Marluxia raised Graceful Dahlia and blocked the thrown weapon, though it pushed him back a small bit from the force of the blow.
So far Lexaeus had held to a small pattern, throw his weapon and then enter the fray with melee attacks. It was fortunate that Marluxia was a capable melee combatant, and thus was able to dodge and parry both of Lexaeus' attacks. The Silent Hero had brute strength behind his blows though, and Marluxia would never attempt to full on block and attack if he could help it. The force of the attack would probably send a shock up his arm, and Marluxia did not care for dealing with numbed limbs. Marluxia decided that it wouldn't hurt to kick things up a notch when Lexaeus took a few steps back, obviously to avoid any attacks from the Graceful Assassin.
With another slash of his scythe, Marluxia sent a second wave of neon colored energy towards Lexaeus. While the Silent Hero was focused on that, Marluxia took a step forward and teleported a very small distance, appearing right behind Lexaeus. Marluxia gripped his scythe with both hands and swung his weapon from the right, aiming for Lexaeus' side. He did not think that the Silent Hero would be completely ignorant to the attack, and would not be surprised were it to be dodged or blocked.

So far, this match was going to be all attack and dodge. Marluxia again managed to dodge his attacks. Lexaeus quickly go prepared for any upcoming attacks that he may have planned for him. The Silent Hero was ready. Another one of those blasts was headed directly for him again. Just as last time he sliced it in half. From behind he herd a noise and spun around in a defensive stance. He just barely managed to avoid the last attack.
"Teleportation." Lexaeus said rather softly. He was not able to use the ability himself. Though he herd a great deal about the skill. Mot people use it for attacking and defensive maneuvering. It seems Marluxia can use it for attacks. Every minute this battle was getting even more interesting than before. Soon he was going to kick up the match by a lot. First he was still going to stick with some basic attacks. Quickly, Lexaeus charged at Marluxia once more.
Once in range he made four diagonal yet powerful slashes on Marluxia. Next he attempted two downward slashes. On the second slash, he slammed the blade to the ground, in order to cause a massive shock wave. The more and more he goes on in a fight his power gradually gets to the point of no limits. Well, as he likes to say. Lexaeus took a step back and looked his ally in the eyes. Both showed no emotion towards the other.
Lexaeus could not help but wonder what emotions would they be feeling? In their own ways, they are very much allies. So what would two allies training together feel? Shortly after thinking about that topic he looked at Marluxia's scythe. That scythe looked very easy to swing and use for close combat. For Lex his weapon was easy to swing as well. Mainly, his weapon was easy to use because of his strength. He is the only nobody who can lift his weapon.
Thanks to his strength and its weight his attacks become even more powerful. In match as he goes along, he can put a lot of force in each attack. That is why during training sessions he has to try and hold his strength back. Very soon he was going to use about half of his power, which is far beyond most. Hopefully, Marluxia would be able to keep up. Lexaeus stabbed his weapon into the ground and waited. What type of attack would be next?

It could be said that Lexaeus was something of a beast, with all the physical power that he held. Of course Marluxia's attack was blocked, that was not surprising, but the Silent Hero swung his dangerous weapon quickly and powerfully at the same time. Marluxia did not feel pressed though, he knew he still had Lexaeus' attacks under control. He did not think that the Silent Hero could overpower him into defeat, Marluxia had quite a few tricks up his sleeve that would allow him to fight Lexaeus off. If it came down to it though, Marluxia would much rather keep his tricks secret and allow Lexaeus to win the sparring match, secrets would be much more useful should he actually face Lexaeus in a real battle.
Marluxia parried and dodged Lexaeus' attacks one more time, though he knew that once Lexaeus began swinging down that he would most likely attempt another shock wave. When Lexaeus brought his weapon down a second time, Marluxia smashed the butt of his scythe into the ground, creating his own shock wave of energy. His clashed with Lexaeus', and the effects canceled each other out. Marluxia had predicted such an effect, but found the spectacle interesting to watch none the less. He wasted no more then a glance on the clash of power though, for he was on the offense once more.
A swing from the right, Marluxia's scythe came in at Lexaeus swiftly. Marluxia may not have as much power as the Silent Hero, but he more then made up for it in grace and ingenuity. He brought Graceful Dahlia back and slashed downwards, then ending the attack with a spin that would cover the entire area around Marluxia. Each move was powerful and deadly, and at the same time more then graceful. Marluxia fighting could be compared to a dancer, twisting in movement and flowing with events as if he had practiced for every one of them. Marluxia knew this grace naturally, and what did not come to him naturally he had more then worked for it.

This time Marluxia managed to dodge his shockwave with his scythe. So the Graceful Assassin was somewhat smart in battle. Everyone in the organization has their own little nickname. Each one represents them fully. This training session was starting to slow down very much. Perhaps Marluxia is now only trying to see his real abilities? Lexaeus must admit he does want to see some of Marluxia's tricks. Perhaps he should not even go to the next limit.
If one cannot be trusted in a simple training match all else fails. Lex decided to let Marluxia make the next attack. Soon Lex might just leave since this training was going no where. During training one shows their abilities. After all it is really the only way of getting stronger. Nobodies may not be humans, but they are very alike. Lexaeus had his own time for studies on many subjects. By the looks of it, he should go find Vexen after this.
He was simply wasting his time standing there just waiting. However, he did not have much choice for now. What could Marluxia have as his ultimate attack? Possibly, something very dangerous though not stronger than his own. Just about in every situation a being must wait to see the outcome in things. Whether it be from a fight or some type of story that moves along. Everything takes time thus making someone wait to see the outcome of the next events.
(Shaky and short post. Sorry.)

Marluxia noticed that after the last exchange of attacks, Lexaeus simply seemed to stop fighting. What was going through the Silent Hero's head? Did he see this battle as a waste of time now? Marluxia found that somewhat ironic, since it was Lexaeus that had instigated this sparring match in the first place. Marluxia supposed that it was not a complete waste of time should Lexaeus decide to abandon the battle though, he had learned at least a few of the Silent Hero's tricks, though what he learned wouldn't give him any real edge should they ever have a true battle. Marluxia supposed that he would simply have to attempt to avoid fighting Lexaeus in the future, and make sure that their relationship remained one as allies.
Marluxia stood back for a few moments, simply observing Lexaeus. It seemed that they were at a bit of a standoff. Marluxia moved his scythe so that the length of the weapon rested on his shoulder, ready should Lexaeus attempt another attack. "Losing your taste for this battle so soon, Lexaeus?" Marluxia had assumed that the Silent Hero would have been a bit more battle hungry then this, but first impressions always had the possibility of being wrong. All and all, he would not be surprised or upset if Lexaeus found he had something better to do with his time then face the Graceful Assassin in a pale imitation of a fight.
It seemed that both of them were measuring their attacks and powers, making sure that the other didn't learn too much about their capabilities. It made the fight dry and pointless, an eventuality that was always disappointing. "Perhaps I should make things more interesting?" Marluxia gave a cold, emotionless smirk, a rare sight indeed, and raised his left hand so that his palm faced the sky. His smirk lasted for another moment and then disappeared as a shower of flower petals sprayed from his hand, obscuring Marluxia's form from Lexaeus completely. The flowers floated about harmlessly for a few moments, and then gathered into a more condensed group, flying straight for Lexaeus. As harmless as the petals may appear to be, they were razor sharp, meaning that a tight group of them would be very painful to be hit by. In the meanwhile Marluxia hung in the back, watching to see how Lexaeus would handle this attack.

So now Marluxia was going to make his attack? What type of attack was he going to make? Lexaeus stood there and watched Marluxia create a bunch of flower petals. Slowly, they formed in a more condensed group and went flying for him. Lexaeus lifted up his sword to where it was pointing towards the sky. Once the attack hit the sword deflected most of the petals. However, some of the petals managed cut his arms and legs. This attack as certainly interesting.
Slowly, he brought his blade down gracefully. Instantly, his foot raised slightly, and he stomped on the ground. The ground started to rumble wildly. As now five deadly rock pillars rapidly tried to attack Marluxia. Once again, he rushed in. This time he made two upwards slashes. For follow up attacks he made a horizontal slash. To finish his turn off Lexaeus made one downward strike and jumped backwards. "Give me your all." Lexaeus was tired of child fighting.
They were not going to get any stronger hiding their attacks and abilities from each other. This was training and Lexaeus was going to make sure he is ready for the events to occur. Even if he kills Marluxia in the process. "You best not hold back any longer." Lex was actually giving some helpful advice. For Marluxia cannot dodge every attack. Most of Lexaeus attacks attack from everywhere. Mainly depending on how he uses the attack.
He has planned everything out well in advance. He knew this might happen. Marluxia was only holding back to see his abilities for upcoming battles. For he very well knows that Lex would kill him if necessary. This training match was going to have no limits soon. At the moment, he was going to wait and see what Marluxia would do. He needed to wait and see if any of his earlier attacks have hit Marluxia. No one was God not even Xemnas.
There was always a way to beat everyone. Including all organization members, Sora, all keybladers, and even the odd ones. Lexaeus was going to find each weakness from all. That way he would always be prepared for a match. If Marluxia looses to Sora again it does not mean he is weak. It only means he does not know Sora's weakness. Last time they tried taking Sora's memories away and failed. How could they not remember this?
Surly the other keybladers would eventually find Sora and help him. Just like the last time. The hero of Darkness and the King were bound to show up when Sora arrives. For their hearts are connected. Honestly, it does make sense. The only thing different this time is that they have two different people at the castle. If they fail again it would be the end of the organization's existence again. The nobodies are powerful and might have no limits.
Even so, they must remember the keybladers have no limits as well. Three keybladers fighting all the organization members. In the end, the organization still might be outmatched. Sure they have Roxas and Xion but Sora is stronger. That is why this plan must work out or it all could be over. There must be no fighting and arguing. Anyone who gets in the way of the goal will die by his hands. Only because Xemnas had given him those very orders.
For if he does not obey thsoe very orders it would be the end of his existence. So everything must go right or one by one the members will be dying. That is something that must not happen at all. Lexaeus took a small breath. Once more, his focus was back on their little match. Now there was no more holding back. Whatever happens in this match would happen for a reason. Lexaeus knew his powers would not ever let him down in any match.

Marluxia watched as Lexaeus raised his foot after bracing against the flurry of razor sharp flower petals, coming out with several little cuts. He had not expected the attack to do much damage, but he had wondered if Lexaeus would be able to come to the conclusion that the flowers were dangerous, and not merely for effect. He was brought out of his musings as Lexaeus' foot hit the ground, causing five stone pillars to rise from the earth. Marluxia gracefully moved as the stone pillars assaulted him, avoiding the attack with ease. Lexaeus immediately followed up the attack by charging in to send another barrage of blows at the Graceful Assassin, though he doubted the swings would be any more effective then they had been before.
The first two attacks were upward slashes, ones that Marluxia veered to the side to avoid. The second one was horizontal, and the Graceful Assassin merely had to duck under it to dodge. Could Lexaeus make his routine any simpler? Marluxia was beginning to feel as if the Silent Hero wasn't putting his all in the melee aspect of their sparring match, or perhaps he wasn't a creative fellow? Intelligence meant nothing if one's way of thinking was cut and dry, obsolete so to speak. Would Lexaeus prove to be defunct? A relic of the past? Something to simply be used and then thrown away? Marluxia doubted that he would be able to be rid of Lexaeus effectively, he was a loyal servant to Xemnas and thus would be watched after accordingly.
Marluxia made a dash back away from Lexaeus' final attack in the combo, Torn Heaven missing the Graceful Assassin to strike the land and cause a small hole to appear. Marluxia found the results of the attack on the ground amusing, warning himself that getting hit by that in the future would not benefit him in the least. Lexaeus then jumped back and told Marluxia to give it his all, was he asking the Graceful Assassin to stop this mockery of a fight? He was so enjoying this pathetic back and fourth between him and the Silent Hero, but if Lexaeus would prefer an actual battle to a childish game, then Marluxia supposed that he would humor him.
Marluxia smirked at the Silent Hero when Lexaeus warned him, telling him not to hold back any longer. Was that a veiled threat? Did Lexaeus intend on killing Marluxia, should he not use enough of his power to fight the Silent Hero off? He was barely impressed, he knew Lexaeus to be a formidable opponent, but he also knew himself to be quite the fighter himself. All in all, Marluxia enjoyed Lexaeus as an opponent. He was not only able to face him in a physical battle, but he also held the wits for fight of a different variety, one that included commanding the pawns effectively enough to destroy the enemy. Marluxia knew that Lexaeus had been planning alongside Vexen and Zexion to prevent his attempt to change everything that the Organization had known using Sora, but they had never gained the chance to actually face the Silent Hero before he had been eliminated.
"Very well Lexaeus, we are deserving of a true battle." Marluxia did a small flourish with his scythe, preparing himself for exchanges ahead, considering what the Silent Hero might do in response. He did not know enough of his style to effectively measure his reactions, but Marluxia supposed that he would have to fight blind for a little bit, at least until he could gather enough data on Lexaeus to more easily predict his movements. Marluxia decided to begin this exchange simply, charging straight towards the Silent Hero. He waited until the very last moment, right when he was about to reach melee range, and then vanished. He did not simply disappear though, Marluxia left a small gift behind for Lexaeus, another group of razor sharp petals. The petals continued on to attack Lexaeus, but the assault did not end there.
Marluxia re-appeared behind Lexaeus once again, but he did not simply attack him like he had last time, knowing that the Silent Hero would have predicted such a move. He made a dash to the side, not at all concerned of his own flowers for they would not affect him. Marluxia made a spinning slash with his scythe, covering the area around him in a deadly attack. He ended the spin with a downward slash aimed for Lexaeus' upper-body, confident that the assault would be more then enough to satisfy the Silent Hero's request to not hold back.

Right as Marluxia vanished he charged a red energy into his sword. Next, more of those petals were headed for him. Quickly, he destroyed all the petals with a swing of his blade. Then he herd a noise from behind, spun around and got in a defense formation. Right as he was going to make an attack on Marluxia a dusk appeared with a message. Carefully he read and understood the message completely. He needed to go right away to find a certain someone. "Sorry. I must go."
The message was a rather odd one from what a person could say. Although he really wanted to stay and complete the training. However, he is needed dearly somewhere else. Once this objective is complete he needs to get back right away. A dark portal opened up and Lexaeus slowly walked through the portal. Once it had closed, he was completely gone from the area. Hopefully, everything will not get out of order while he is gone.

Marluxia stopped his assault when the Dusk appeared, relaying a message to Lexaeus. He could not hear the message, since the Dusk spoke telepatheicaly and only with the Silent Hero. All in all, Marluxia found that somewhat annoying. But being left out of the loop was nothing new to him, especially now that he was known as a traitor throughout the Organization. That presented some problems, even more so when it came to Marluxia solidifying his position in the Organization. He nodded his head in understanding to Lexaeus when he claimed that he must leave the battle prematurely, a shame, but not a complete loss. He had not been looking forward to showing Lexaeus many of his tricks, and that had been where the battle was heading.
"Another time then, Lexaeus." Marluxia let go of the shaft of his weapon, Graceful Dahlia disappearing in a flash of bright pink as it was dismissed. He saw no point it keeping the weapon on hand now that he had no opponent to face. He mused over Lexaeus' disappearance, what matter was grave enough to call the Silent Hero away? Things had not quite started boiling yet, Sora had not appeared and no other enemies had attempted a move against the Organization at the moment. The Heartless had made an assault on the Light, but that was of no consequence to the Organization, especially since Xemnas had dropped the facade of their alliance with those naive fools. Marluxia had to admit that he respected the Superior's choice in the matter, the Light was far too restricting for Marluxia's taste, and it was for the best that they made no attempt to keep some petty alliance with any other faction.
The Organization's needs came before anyone else, and it would not take long before any would-be allies saw the truth in that. Marluxia waved his hand, opening a dark portal as he thought on these things, preparing to leave the outside area of Castle Oblivion and return to the interior. He had things to think over, plans to consider, as well as what his future actions would be. What did he intend to do? Attempt another coup against the Organization to assume control? No, that would be far to risky, not to say an absolute death-wish. It was obvious that he had few allies in the Organization at this point, and gaining control over Sora would not be simple now that Vexen was Lord of Castle Oblivion. He would remain as loyal as any other member, as long as the circumstances continued to benefit him. Who knows, perhaps he would even attempt to get closer to the Superior? Marluxia chuckled to himself at the idea as he walked through the portal of darkness.
