The moment Nero moved to collect souls in the household, Vincent fired. The first initial shot rang out like a vicious roar from Cerberus's flashing muzzle, but the tri-shot missed Nero completely. "Very well. This ends here." Vincent said aloud in an annoyed tone, and without skipping a beat addressed the Turk behind him. "I want you to order a mass evacuation of this town with the Turks, call WRO if you must. Then I'll need your help." he said without turning around, then dashed off after Nero.
How petty Nero was, using hostages as leverage against him to keep him busy. He was not going to relive the nightmare of Omega being awakened, not as long as he and Chaos existed. Vincent was one of the only few who could escape Nero's darkness with little difficulty, which meant he would have to try to rescue the souls Nero had just snatched. Which meant Helen might have to battle him while he did so. He only hoped the Turk would call for backup and help take care of this situation quickly. Then hopefully some Turks would show up in time with helicopters to get the citizens to safety.
Vincent calmly strolled through the door and fired after Nero, two shots to start out with. He knew he would either attempt to dodge or block those shots, so he leaped forward after those bullets and thrusted a kick through the air aimed at his chest, followed by a sharp uppercut with his golden claw. The his golden armor was for more than just decoration, but he was sure Nero knew this from their last battles. He would have to battle differently this time, as he knew Nero would not start collecting souls alone if he did not expect resistance from himself or any of his allies. What exactly did Nero have planned for him this time around?

Helen wasn't the slightest bit surprised when it turned out that the two knew each other after all. So... it seemed the mysterious, red-swathed man's name was Vincent. The name pulled at something in the back of her head, but the thought wouldn't surface- not quite.
She couldn't quite see through the swishing red cloth that acted as a sort of cloak, or cape maybe, but what she did see was something like she'd expect to see in some sort of film. Nero boldly took three steps forward only to have Vincent's gun leveled at his head. It was like there was no such thing as time as Vincent fired a single time and a trio of projectiles shot from the gun and hit the snow softly at a distance, having missed Nero entirely. He had disappeared into one of the homes, and taken it's inhabitants captive.
"I want you to order a mass evacuation of this town with the Turks, call WRO if you must. Then I'll need your help." Vincent stated shortly, his deep voice and sharply accented words shadowing an impressively unique diction. She nodded, only to realize that she had no means of communication as he took chase. Nor, for that matter, did she know what the 'WRO' was. She turned and jogged into the closest of the homes, feeling a mild shudder brush her shoulders as she kicked the door in.
"I need to borrow a phone," she stated blandly, in response to the owner of the house's surprised stare. The woman pulled a cell phone out of her pocket and dropped it lightly in Helen's outstretched hand. The Turk pressed in the extended number for the Shinra building's main number, only to curse sharply as a lispy voice stated that the number was disconnected. "Do you know Shinra's current number? Or the 'WRO''s?" The young woman nodded, rather numb looking, and dialed out the number.
"This is Adam from the World Regenesis Organization- How may I direct your call?" So the WRO was... an antecedent for the World Regenesis Organization. It made sense- the name was a long one, to put it lightly.
"I don't care how you direct it- we need an evacuation of Modeoheim, now." There was a surprised sound on the other end of the line, and then a click.
"What is the problem- you need a mass evacuation? Why?" The Turk shook her head, glancing over her shoulder sharply, wondering if she was taking too long.
"I'm not so sure how to answer that question, just send it in- ASAP! Here- talk to her," and with that she pressed the phone into the lady's hand and sped back out into the snow. The martial artist winced at the sudden cold, pulling her blazer tighter around her shoulders and breaking into a jog- the cold wasn't as biting before she stepped into the woman's house, she was certain.
Helen had no trouble finding where the two men had gone off to- the front door alone was practically ripped off it's hinges, and the dank blackness just inside the door was thick and ominous... she stepped tentatively onto the porch, glanced in, and waited for an opening.

Nero's wings quickly moved forward to block Vincents bullets. For the kick and the uppercut he quickly side stepped the kick. Then ducked down to dodge the uppercut. "Vincent shouldn't you be worrying about that pretty little lady?" Nero's wings quickly moved forward to block Vincents bullets. For the kick and the uppercut he quickly side stepped the kick. Then ducked down to dodge the uppercut. "Vincent shouldn't you be worrying about that pretty little lady?"
"Vincent I would have never thought you need a army to aid you." Even when they do arrive, he has the upper hand. After all he is bringing more people here. His darkness could eat all the souls once they arrive. Or he could spot at least one person and be on his way. Nero was just going to wait on Vincent. If that girl dares to attack, he was not going to hold back. What simply amazed Nero was that Vincent would let an injured woman fight.
His eyes looked all around for something or at least anything. However, he saw absolutely nothing around. No sign of human or animal life form any longer. So the people managed to escape? His only choice now was to wait. Nero knew he was making a rather bold choice. Though he could not let Vincent ruin part one of his little plans. So a dance is what he has to do. Just how long could he last before the backup comes? Once they arrive, he will have his souls.
Since he is not at full energy the match is going to be a little difficult. Maybe he should let Vincent come to him. As well as the girl. That way he could gain some energy slowly. While they make attacks, they will lose energy. Thus allowing Vincent to be on his level and the girl to be completely tired out. Hopefully, the girl would make the right choice this time and not attack. Nero looked all around him and saw nothing yet. Next his attention returned to Vincent.

(OOC: Nero, you can't dodge and block all my attacks, Nero should have used up more energy than Vincent. Be reasonable in your next posts please, or I'll have to give you a warning for god-modding.)
"Shouldn't you?" Vincent replied back curtly, not letting up on his attacks, wall-kicking off the wall and swinging his leg around in a round-house kick to attack Nero. Even if he missed, the kick would have driven Nero into the corner of the house, where Vincent shot off a round of eight bullets, landing on the floor then jumping up to deliver a swift slash at Nero's torso. Nero had to be hit by one of these attacks at one point, having been worn down by the Turk. Vincent still had a lot of energy left.
From the door that had been ripped off it's hinges, cold air blew inside, assaulting Vincent's senses, but from his body movement he was generating enough warmth to stop from getting cold. Despite his pale complexion, he was still human, and he did get cold from the winter weather. But all it was making him smell at the moment was burnt scorchmarks from the bulletholes in the furniture and the stench of darkness coming from Nero. The chilling wind also blew around the raven hair around his face, and his cloak close around his body. He would have to ignore these discomforting elements to battle Nero and force him to leave, if he was to stop his plan of reviving Omega.
Vincet also sensed that the Turk from before had finished her job and had followed him to assist like he had asked. Immediately as she did, Vincent heard Nero's taunt, and leapt back towards the doorway. Landing just beside the female Turk, he looked at Nero, unamused. "And yet, you have Deepground." he replied, indicating Nero was a hypocrite in his words. Now the martial-arts Turk was here, Vincent had gotten out of the way so she could make a direct attack at the Sable if she wished. Fighting alongside her would be like fighting alongside Tifa, he just would have to work around her and give her long-range support, he only hoped he could work with her as efficiently.

The Turk was in the doorway long enough to catch a phrase or two of conversation. The open spite in the air was catching, and she smirked as she caught what could have been her que.
"Shouldn't you?" Vincent retorted with a sort of eloquence that the martial artist couldn't name. She remained out of the way, however, rather than charging at the winged man like a fool.
"Vincent, I would have never thought you would need an army to aid you." Nero taunted in what was only barely enough to call a sneer. Vincent leapt away from the weilder of darkness and landed beside the Turk with the grace of a feline.
The sudden appearance of an ally reduced Helen's stress level thoroughly. She was tempted to formulate a smartaleck reply, but refrained from doing so as the man beside her spoke up.
"And yet, you have Deepground." The Martial Artist felt the slightest of smirks fall across her expression before she leapt forward at Nero(however, she lost a bit of her pride when she only made a portion of the space Vincent had). She ducked behind him and aimed a solid kick at his back, betweenhis shoulder blades, knowing that, unless he summoned one of those Dopplegangers, he would be an open target to one of them.
[OoC: yah, it's shorter << >> Sorry about that.]

Vincents kick managed to hit Nero thus making him wide up in the corner. Slowly, he got up and noticed eight bullets coming directly for him. Nero managed to dodge six out of eight of the bullets easily. The other two bullets skimmed his arm thus tearing the skin apart. The pain was great. However, Nero simply ignored the pain. After all if he were to cry about every little injury, he would never win anything.
For Vincents final attack he simply used his wings to block the attack. After that he led them outside for the final events. As Helen was coming in for an attack Nero quickly spun around and held out his arms in a defensive formation. Thus blocking the attack yet still taking minor damage to his arms. "Feisty ones you are. They are all inside me lost like little puppets." Each soul he collected here was now his forever.
As much as Nero wanted to stay and collect the final soul he knew he needed to leave. Vincent and the Turk may have think they one. However, they have truly lost to him! After all he managed to collect many souls. A black moaning portal opened up. Again its moan was filling the area with the horrible sound. "But enough I have other matters to attend to." He said in a very calm tone. Nero first eyed Vincent with his red cat like eyes.
Slowly, he turned around to face his dark portal, he stopped in place. For he herd movement. It was probably Vincents back up he wanted. Though it was far too late for any of that. Nero knew if he would stay, he could easily take half of the army's souls like that. In the process, he would get severally wounded. Omega was going to be revived. It was only going to take a little time before it would happen.
He quickly pointed one gun at Vincent and the other at Helen. In only a second two powerful black orbs were being generated. These were known as his Soul Orbs. Within another moment one was shot out for Vincent the other for Helen. Each one moving at high speeds. After that the Tsivet walked through the black portal. Once he had fully entered the portal his essence was gone completely. Today Nero had one this small little battle.
(Sorry late reply. Lack of Muse. Vincent I believe this post is much better.)

(OOC: It's better in regards to getting fairly hit Nero, but you made-up this 'Soul Orbs' attack without approval, and when you said 'one' you meant the word 'won'. But you guys were great, hope we can RP soon!)
Nero the Sable seemed to evade or block most of his shots, having improved the last time he had seen him, and followed him as he lead him outside. Vincent stopped in his tracks as both he and the female Turk had a gun pointed at them, and as the 'Soul Orbs' were generated, he quickly dodged to the side to avoid getting hit. Having a black portal open, Vincent lowered his gun as he watched the Tsviet step into it. We was willing to risk his life to save the people he cared about, but the lost souls in Nero's darkness - just like in the containers used to revive Omega - were a lost cause now, as Nero could be anywhere in the sea of stars. Vincent moved forward to try to chase after Nero through his portal, but as anticipated, it was too late and the portal had shut.
The noise Nero had heard earlier was the sound of WRO airships and squadrons moving in, sweeping the area, rounding up the civilians and accessing the damage. A WRO member in uniform of higher ranking than the others approached Vincent with his team, and addressed him. "Captain Vanguard of the 2nd unit. What happened here, Mr. Valentine?" Vincent looked away from where Nero had disappeared, and simply said, "Nero the Sable." It didn't take many other words for their intel to figure out what Nero had been up to from his old tricks. "We'll inform Reeve right away, sir."
Valentine nodded, and looked to the female Turk with blank, crimson red orbs. "Thank you." he said stoicly yet gratefully. The Turk had been a great help, and she did it with no questions asked. Just like a real Turk should, like he had done back in the day. Without much warning, he took the phone that was still remaining in her hand, and punched in a number which he saved to her contacts. "If you see him again, or need my assistance... let me know." he told her, and put it back into the palm of her hand, before he turned around and walked away. His boots sunk softly as he disappeared into the distance, his red cape becoming a blur against the newly fallen white of soft snow.

As Helen felt Nero block her attack, she leapt away from him, to get a bit of distance from him in preparation for whatever his next attack was going to be. Within seconds he had formed yet another pair of black orbs- but these seemed to be different.
Not willing to risk anything so late in the game, the martial artist ducked to the side, narrowly missing the attack.
"Feisty ones you are. They are all inside me lost like little puppets." It didn't take much thought processing to know what Nero meant. The Turk started forward, clearly intent on attacking the man, only to be stopped as he opened a portal, and started into it, "But enough. I have other matters to attend to." as the only precursor to his sudden exit.
She sighed in mild annoyance at his retreat, then turned to Vincent as he spoke with a WRO officer. According to what she caught of their conversation, Nero was a little more well known than she'd anticipated.
"Thank you." Helen blinked in surprise as Vincent suddenly addressed her.
"No... don't thank me, you're the one that showed up and helped me out... Thank you." she ducked her head almost abashedly, when he suddenly took the phone from her hand, and typed something into it's memory.
"If you see him again, or need my assistance... let me know." He dropped the phone back into her hand, lightly, then turned to leave.
"I will... and thanks. Again," she replied, quickly. As the red-clothed man strode off, she shifted to glance at her phone, almost confused. What about the man had been so familiar?
"Oh!!" The man from the basement in Niebelheim. The one Tseng had called upon so long ago... He hadn't changed.

[Ooc: Note, yes, Vincent did have a minor part in BC, so that wasn't just something random ^^;]
