”Ladies and Gentlemen!! Thank you for your patience!” The small goat-man said as he strode back out into the middle of the arena, several assistants dashing out either side of him to help the injured fighters from the last round to leave and to clean up any debris and fix minor damage to the fighting area itself. A few others were checking out the shielding system not too far away, to make sure the magical barrier continues to hold in the upcoming fights. Phil glanced from left to right, keeping a close eye on his workforce, before grinning and kicking one of his hoofs against the floor. He rose up his makeshift megaphone and brought it to his stubble-covered face. ”Give a big hand to the winner of the last round!!” Phil himself clapped, half-arsed at that while the rest of the audience cheered and roared, clapping and chanting for their favourite fighter to reappear and show off more of their fighting moves and techniques. The massive crowd continues to wave flags and banners with various fighters names and faces on, roaring and chanting endlessly for the matches to continue.
Phil took a moment to look at one of his assistants, who ran up to him with a sheet of paper. The goat-man took the paper and glanced at what was written upon it. After a couple seconds, he nodded and handed the paper back before returning his attention to the crowd. ”Ladies and Gentlemen, are you ready for Round 2?!!” Phil yelled into his megaphone, grinning with delight as he did so. He could hear the mountain of Munny he’d be making from the Second Tournament already. After listening to the deafening roar of the crowd yelling ‘YEAH!’ back at him, the small goat-man turned around, making sure he got to speak to the whole of the audience. ”Then will you please welcome to the stage, the return of our last remaining Organization XIII member! He’s supposedly the right hand of the Organization XIII boss himself, but their group is so unknown that this could just be a false rumour, but even so, this group of powerful Nobodies, shouldn’t really be messed with! Coming all the way from The World that Never Was, please give it up for Saïx!!!” The crowd cheered loudly and waited the arrival of their fighter, waving their flags and banners continuously all throughout. ”And his opponent, victorious from Round 1 against Zidane Tribal, she’s from a far way world where strange creatures called the Empty’s are said to be from. I’ve never seen what one of these creatures look like, but perhaps we’ll get to see one in this match?! Put your hands together for the return of Silvia!!” Phil bowed to the audience and quickly scurried off out the arena before either fight came in and made themselves known.

Silv walked into the open even before her name was called. She wasn't planning to sit still and wait for her opponent to show up first. With Zidane it was she who entered the stage first as well. And it was she who came out as victorious. This tournament had started rather boring with the mithra boy. Male mithra's were unusual for a reason, she supposed. They die too quickly. Not that the females did that much better. Standing in the open for a moment she suddenly looked up when her name was called. They want to see an Empty? She shrugged annoyed and continued onto the stage where they would fight.
Placing her axe on her shoulder she spoke up. "Make it 'Silv' and I'm happy. Whether the Emptiness find it worthy, the Empty might show." She swung the axe around and placed it into the ground to move a bit forward and see whether her opponent would appear. She remembered her battles against Organization XIII before. First it was Roxas, then Xigbar. Also Marluxia was there, the 'joke' among assassins. "The Organization is made up out of failures and idiots..." She thought to himself when thinking of the scared Roxas and the old kid Xigbar.
The right hand of their boss? She tilted her head when thinking of that. She had met several of the Organization now, but they were still few. She did know they couldn't count, as Xion was number XIV, which was one more than XIII. "Well, let's just make this quick." She blurted out annoyed.

Well, that was easy.
Saïx didn’t know how Strife was beaten and he didn’t particularly care. The young warrior possessed strength, skill and an idiotically large sword. Saïx gauged the warrior to have at least a modicum of challenge, having beaten a monster like Sephiroth before. But to yield so easily and to what little strength Saïx deigned to use in this pointless fight was disappointing to say the least. Should the Organization face the Restoration Committee, they need not worry when dealing with Cloud Strife. As far as Saïx could tell, he was no threat.
Now, onwards with this farce.
Once again, for the millionth time in as many hours, Saïx questioned why was his time and effort being taken up by something as frivolous and pointless as a tournament. There was nothing to be gained for the Organization here. There was no gain or loss should he win or lose to anyone. Enemy combatants couldn’t even be killed off! There was a multitude of fruitful and more engaging tasks Saïx could be doing at the moment, far away from this pathetic urination of a coliseum, away from the baying crowds, blinding sunlight and sheer pointlessness of it all. Saïx was a redoubtable warrior; he was no doubt about that. Yet combat and field work was not his main line of work. There was a reason he preferred the post of being the Superior’s right hand. He was one of the bosses, one of the leaders despite not being one of the original. He sparred with words most of the time, his claymore only utilized when the situation requires it. Despite his reputation as a mad berserker in the midst of battle, that was merely the overflow of power that thundered through him proving too much to control completely. He was no bloodhound, lusting for the clang of swords and steel. The flow of words and manipulation was an altogether more rewarding experience. Perhaps that was why he and Axel used to be friends.
No matter. The self-introspection could wait once he was done with this trifle. Win or lose, it did not matter to Saïx. All he wanted was to finish this as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss and effort.
His next opponent was a complete mystery. No one in the Organization has ever heard of this Silvia or Silv or whatever she decided to call herself. All Saïx saw was a rather pale woman wielding an inordinate looking ax and looking rather annoyed. He heard her quip and had to agree. “Gladly” he sneered, drawing out Lunatic in a flash of blue flames. Without warning, or any finesse whatsoever, Saïx hefted all his strength and threw the claymore forward at the so-called Goddess of the Empty. If it knocks her out and ends this match, it would please Saïx. If it kills her and he is disqualified, all the better.

Silv looked at the guy that was his opponent. "Roxas, Xion, Demyx, Marluxia, Xigbar, and now Saïx... What's with the x's?" She asked rather annoyed before the man sneered at him and a weapon appeared out of nowhere. She remembered Xigbar doing the same back on the Nobodies' world, which she attacked together with the Horseman, Stroud. At least the weapon was a close range one and the guy moved quickly her way. She moved her axe more away from her opponent and held her other hand towards the Nobody when he made his attack. "Hexagon Belt." A green glow flowed out of her hand in the form of a six-sided shield, blocking the attack and shattering upon impact.
Silv then moved her body quickly in a swirling movement and did a backwards slash at Saïx. "Empty Cutter." The axe started to give off a bit of a glow as well to increase the damage it would do when hit. "At least you're not a stupid long-ranged bird or an awkward jumping monkey-boy," she commented on him.
