The young keyblader groaned as he rubbed his shoulder as he slowly walked around the new would he had crashed in, again. 'I am going to need to start working on a better landing,' Night thought to himself as he rolled his shoulders just walking around taking in the site. There really were some amazing worlds here, the city of Thebes truly had some creative structures. And the way the sun shined on them all made the city shine even more. The keyweilder paused to look at the people see if there were any problems figuring there was a chance he could be needed here as well. Though as he scaned the crowed around him, there was no obvious problems going about. In fact, these people seemed excited even. He over heard a few things such as 'tournament' and 'Coliseum.' Both of which did seem to catch the young man's interest.
Having given the matter some thought Night decided to see what the commotion was about. Not like there was anything else to do, and if the event was the talk of the town why not? Making his way to the Coliseum as he did he saw that they were still looking for competitors, the young man deciding to give the tournament a shot. Not wanting to just watch the even, but be part of it.
It was a few hours before the competition actually began, the first few was their making sure everything was in order with all the competitors, the spectators and such. Then the other hour for the other two rounds to go at it, Night deciding not to watch them fearing to see just how much these other opponents may be stronger than him. For now he just needed to focus on his match. When he was called the young boy just nodded and went to the area, as he entered he couldn't help but pause at the entrance with wide eyes. There was a very large crowd out here all of them cheering after having witness two wonderful battle and now were waiting for the next. "Now for round three! Our first competitor maybe one of our youngest competitors yet, lets here it for the young warrior NIGHT!" The announcer cried out to the cheering crowd. Night not moving from his spot having seemingly developed stage fright.
'So.... many.... people....' he thought to himself as he trembled in front of the screaming crowed. Keeping his head down as he walked up to the stadium in the center, shaking as he turned to see the millions of eyes watching him. 'Be calm... be calm.... be calm....' he thought to himself seeming to already be sweating up a storm under the bright sun.
The keyblader took a deep breath trying to clam his nerves in order to focus as the wolf bracelet on his wrist glew, covering his body in a bright light as his formed transformed into his spirit of light. Instantly his nerves were gone, and he was replaced with a more confident form. This transformation receiving a few 'awwws' from the audience as red eyes focused on the entryway. He would be ready for anything that came at him now.

Seriously, did the goat have some sort of chick radar, or something?
Aqua had only been at the Olympus Coliseum for a few minutes, and Phil had already zoomed up to her as fast as a fat kid who had spotted a three layered German chocolate cake. Aqua had decided to check up on the worlds she had visited ten years ago, to see how much had changed. All she had really wanted to do here was eliminate some Heartless, but apparently that was not going to happen.
"Ey, sweetcheeks, where ya been?"
Well, one thing was for certain: nothing had changed. At all.
In the moment that Aqua paused to quickly come up with some sort of excuse considering that keybearers were not to let others know about outside worlds, the satyr took it upon himself to continue hitting on her, completely unabashed. "Anyway, ya come back for that epic poetry recitin' offer? I could show ya my signed copy of The Iliad." Phil said with a toothy smile.
Aqua was a bit repulsed to say the least, just as she was all those years ago, but the young Keyblade Master always took it upon herself to be polite so she did her best to not have a facial expression that clearly said "DO NOT WANT." "No thank you, I only wanted to-"
Although Phil looked bummed for a split second, his face lit up once again. "-enter the games, right? I'll sign you up right away." The satyr said and started walking off in the direction of the Coliseum before Aqua could get a word in. She supposed it would be fun, as it was last time she was here, at least until Hades and his Ice Titan showed up.
Before Phil entered the double doors, he couldn't help but try one last time. "You don't need updatin' on the rules or anythin', sugarcakes? Cause if you do we could go-"
"That will not be necessary." Aqua said quickly before she could hear the end of that sentence.
"Pff, women."
That debacle now over, Aqua stood at the entrance way on the other side of the area, her eyes closed in concentration. She hoped for a proper win this time, without an intervention from the "Lord of the Dead". The young woman snapped out of her meditation as she heard an announcer call her name, and she walked into the stadium slowly, her keyblade materializing in her hand with the accompaniment of flower petals. The roar of the crowd was deafening, and Aqua was surprised that she could still hear herself think.
The blue-haired keyblader looked over at the opposite end of the arena, and was shocked to see some sort of beast standing there, although it seemed vaguely familiar... She was certain she had seen a creature like it, and quickly realized that this was not just any beast but a young boy named Night who had been at the Mark of Mastery exam.
Aqua stepped forward and smiled brightly at him, a silent 'good luck'. She clutched her keyblade, not knowing what type of attack would work best on the large beast form of Night. Her moment of hesitation and thought ended as soon as it began, as Aqua rushed forward and jumped into the air, pointing her keyblade at Night. The light from her Prism Rain shotlock lit up the arena in a dazzling display- an explosion of colors burst forth from the tip of her keyblade, zeroing in on the young keybearer. The match had finally begun. Prism Rain: 2 cooldown

Night continued to wait for his opponent, eyes widening slightly when he recognized the keyblade master Aqua from the Mark of Mastery exam. Alright he was feeling slightly nervous now. He had a sparing match with Eraqus and he got his aft whooped there. And now here he was in a full battle with another master keyblader. It took in a deep breath before blowing it out to rest his worries. It was just a match in pure fun nothing more right? He quickly summoned up his keyblade with a flash of light, the armored wold man smiling back at her with a good at her silent 'good luck.'
When Aqua came forward Night quickly brought up his keyblade thinking that she was going to clash blades with him. So he was caught slightly off guard as she jumped up into the air aiming her keyblade at him. Eyes wides widening when colorful blast were aimed at him Night jumping back to avoid a few before lifting his hand to create his Cleansing Light sheild to block the rest of the blast. On contact an explosion was caused on contact which brought up smoke to cover Night's actions. Wanting to use the cover to his advantage Night quickly sniffed to catch the sent of the female keyblader to gather her general direction before swinging his keyblade to direct a Light Blade at his opponent.
Once the blade was sent, Night put his guard back up waiting for whatever else she had to throw.

Aqua landed steadily on the ground, waiting for the smoke to clear and for Night to attack. She blinked in surprise as something shot out of the cloud- a blade of light? Since she trained with Master Eraqus, the young Keyblade Master was familiar with light attacks, having seen them herself. Both him and Ven used them- she knew that since their attacks relied on speed, it was very likely that Night's attacks worked in the same way. Aqua knew it was never a good idea to assume such things, but this match was just for fun, so she was willing to take that chance. She'd have to act on the same speed as him at the very least to keep up with the large beast. Aqua swiftly went into multiple cartwheels to avoid the attack, traveling diagonally so she didn't have to transverse across the entire stadium to land a hit on Night.
Standing up straight again, Aqua paused momentarily and concentrated as bright, swirling white magic enveloped her, quickly transforming into a red-orange aura around her, magic crackling off of her like the flames of a raging fire. She clutched her keyblade tight, hoping that the quick and hard-hitting attacks of her Firestorm command style would do the trick. The blue-haired Chaser figured she'd fine out soon enough, as she rushed forward, the sound of the crowd pounding in her ears.
Aqua launched herself in the air once again- finally bringing the fight to Night- and performed a series of graceful twists and turns in the air as she gained momentum for her strike, swinging her arm back high past her head, before bringing it down in a swipe that was both fierce and elegant on the beast that was actually a young boy, a powerful blast of fire accompanying her motion. --- Prism Rain: 1 Cooldown Firestorm: 2 Cooldown OOC: Pfff, my bad. An annoyed grunt escaped his lips as the elder keymaster moved out of the way. Avoiding his attack. Though it should have been expected. Night was sure she would be agile so Night knew he at to keep on his toes. Crimson eyes were kept focused on her as she made her move. Slightly confused as she just stood there seeming to do nothing at first until finally the bright aura surrounded her. 'What is she planning?' the wolf boy thought to himself as he just stood to the side and watched. Interested as the aura magically became red, Night beginning to feel a blazing heat coming from her. Just what was this?
Night prepared himself, lifting his keyblade in defense, as Aqua launched herself at him. The young warrior not missing a step even as she jumped into the air. Using the momentum of her fall, twisting her body to strike down a pond him. Thinking that the aura provided her with nothing but a boost in power Night slashed his blade up to have a clashing of keyblades. The crowed roaring at the sound of the colliding metal between the two powerful keyweilders. Though Night hadn't realized his mistake until it was to late. The fire that followed Aqua's keyblade struck him causing him to groan in slight pain. The embers the aura produced scorching his armor, and burning his scarf slightly. Night needed to think think fast.
With a wolf like howl, Night's body was engulfed in a power aura of light that now protected him from the burning embers of Aqua's firestorm. Night bending his knees before jumping forward with his Starlight Velocity to shoot himself forward at her in hopes of knocking her off her guard as well as harming her. Once in the air the young keyweilder would spin his body in front flips to dive himself on Aqua to slash at her just like she did him with his own powerful blow. Whether it hit or not Night would have jumped back and away to provide some distance between them.

A victorious smile spread across her lips at the loud clang of her keyblade meeting his, and just as she had anticipated, the aura of her Firestorm had done its damage, the smoky smell of fire scorching his scarf stinging her nose. Aqua landed back on the ground in her usual graceful manner, but didn't have the time to attack once again. As she was landing, Night howled and cloaked himself in a blinding light, causing the blue-haired woman to squint. Before she realized what was going on, the young Apprentice had leaped into the air and was diving down on her. Aqua threw up her keyblade to block the attack and tried to create a barrier but Night had been quicker than her.
The slam of his keyblade on hers was powerful, and without a barrier there was no way for her to knock him back on a rebound, she was simply not strong enough. The force of the blow traveled through the keyblades and up her arms, causing a tremor up the bones of her arms. Aqua's block gave and she was knocked back in a tumble, hissing in pain, the cheering of the spectators ringing in her ears. She dug her heels and slammed her keyblade into the ground, just catching herself just before her face hit the dirt. She white-knuckled the hilt of her keyblade as she pulled herself up, although she was smiling at Night.
"Nice move." Aqua said, as she yanked her keyblade out of the ground. Although Night was not her Apprentice, this fight was nonetheless a fun sparring match between a Master and an Apprentice, so she felt the need to compliment and encourage him. The memory of her training days caused a reminiscing haze to cloud her eyes, but it came and left in the same moment, quickly replaced by a spark of determination.
As she spoke, though, a bright purple-ish blue aura glowed around her keyblade, making its way up her arm and around her head and shoulders, while simultaneously lengthening her keyblade into a sword that was at the very least twice as long as her weapon. With Blade Charge now activated, Aqua rushed forward with a battle cry and swung at Night with a sideways slash to knock him towards the ground. Regardless of it hitting Night or not, Aqua arced her power-charged keyblade up into the air for a strike from above, following it up with a quick, hard-hitting three slash combo. --- Firestorm: 1 cooldown Blade Charge: 1 turn remaining

Night couldn't help but smiled as his hit got through and sent his opponent tumbling back in pain. Just watching as the master used her keyblade to recover herself. The roar of the crowed cheering just making this all exciting. Though he really hoped that he didn't hurt her to badly. This was a friendly battle so doing any real harm was something he wanted to avoid. Night hissed lightly at some of the burns he had still. Using the time Aqua used to recover to moves his limbs a bit. He just needed to last a little while longer. He could do this.
"Thanks," Night replied to her as she compliment him. The younger wielder couldn't understand exactly WHY she did. Though he supposed it was all part of friendly competition. "You're doing well too," he commented eyes widening slightly as he saw the results of her keyblade glowing to a blade that was twice it's size. Okay so all these crazy powers was the big difference between master and normal keyblader.
He watched as she came at him Night quickly jumping back. The tip of the blade leaving a gash in his armor when he tried to avoid. 'That was close,' Night thought to himself. Watching as she moved it above her head. He needed to do something 'Bigger weapon means heavier, which means she shouldn't be as fast,' he concluded in his mind. Not waiting for the right moment. He blocked one slash with a slash of his own. The second Night tried to avoid by moving to the side, grunting as his leg was slightly cut since he didn't move it in time. And with her final combo Night brought up his hand to bring up another of his Cleansing Light shield up to his side to deflect the blade. Night quickly going up close since he figured with a big blade it would take a moment to recover so he was hoping to use the opening, if any, to attack the master keymaster with a 3-slash combo with his own.

Aqua smiled as the battle went on, replying to the young Apprentice mid-fight. "You're welcome, and thanks." The Keyblade Master said with a bit of a pant. She was reminded of her Apprentice days yet again- when she sparred frequently with Terra and Ven, when best two out of three quickly changed into best three out of five, and when they tired of fighting they would all go sit on their usual cliff and watch the stars. Since she was in the middle of a fight she once more pushed the memories out of her mind to concentrate.
As soon as she had spoken, her combo from Blade Charge had done its damage. The whistle of the blue-haired Master's keyblade cutting through air was cut off by a scraping noise as the tip of her glowing, lengthened keyblade cut into Night's armor. However, he parried her next attack skillfully, only to get cut in the leg by her other slash. Luckily for Night, he had recovered in time to just miss getting hit by her combo by putting up a shield. Aqua's charged keyblade bounded off the surface, causing her to step back a bit in surprise.
It was this moment of surprise where the boy saw his chance and swiftly attacked her with a hard-hitting three tiered combo, and while Aqua could not bring her blade up to block in time, she had another method of countering- she was, after all, adept in magic. Seeing Night's attack coming towards her, Aqua threw up a semi-clear, blue tinged beehive-styled barrier that circled around her entirely. Her Renewal Barrier not only blocked the attack, but cleansed her of any pain and fatigue with the unmistakable green glow of healing magic.
Completely refreshed from taking the earlier hit, Aqua lunged at the Keyblade Apprentice, finishing up the very last part of her Blade Charge command style. After slashing at Night once more to hopefully knock him in the air, Aqua raised her keyblade above her head and twirled it rapidly between her fingers to swing it in a large circle. It would be hard for the boy to escape the large attacking circumference. With the momentum of her twirling keyblade, Aqua finished up her combo by slamming the elongated keyblade into the ground, the force and magic behind the blade causing a tremor. The rumbling mixed with the crowd's roar and caused a rhythm that pounded in her eardrums, but she smiled nonetheless, and uttered a familiar battle cry as she delivered the last strike from her powerful command style.
"Farewell!" Blade Charge: 3 cooldown Renewal Barrier: 3 cooldown
