PARFAIT+an anime-based cafe roleplay Welcome to Takeshi, Japan. Not the most prosperous or well-known city around, but a growing city nevertheless. Its citizens are diligently trying to get more tourists and increase their growth and population, and right now, it seems that their best option is to turn their humble cafe, Parfait+, into a high-class tourism-grabbing one. The city has no problem with turning to the cafe for help--it's just the manager that seems a bit incompetent.. So maybe he sometimes makes the employees dress up as cats, cross dress, or cosplay, or some other crazy idea. Not to mention he's crazy enough to jump off of a three-story building for a scrap of paper--and miraculously live with only a broken arm. So what?
