The run in with Kadaj, Loz, Weiss, and the Genesis copy back in Twilight Town had been a bit nerve wrecking for Rude, but he was happy to be away from it now; however, the calm Turk could not remain worry free. While he and Tseng had managed to escape with their lives and Elena was safe for the moment thanks to Vincent, they did lose track of both Weiss and the G-Slayer. A problem, but not one to be too worried about at the moment. The thing to worry about now was the fact that Kadaj was still somewhere out there with Loz at his back once more.
Having to deal with the duo again was not pleasing to the Turk and his mind briefly wondered about Yazoo and how'd he play into the chaos already unwinding. To make matters worse, it was now clear what Kadaj had been teasing him about at the arena. The silver-haired man did hold something of value that Turks wanted back...namely their boss. Now it was all a matter of getting him back and finding the others. He already knew from travels, some other threats that waited them...such as Jenova and Sephiroth. Thinking back to the pair and some others, he began to wonder how many more threats were lose in the worlds. Sighing inwardly, Rude tried not to think about that to much. Right now what they needed was a plan and as many allies as they could get to fight the war coming.
As the thoughts went through Rude's head, the Turk remained quiet on their trip back to Radiant Garden. Tseng had told him that he had to return the ship they were in back to Cid. At the mention of pilot's name Rude wondered just how happy, the man would be see them again. Probably not pleased at all, so he thought it would be best to prepare himself for an earful.
When they landed in the Radiant Garden some time later, Rude followed Tseng down the streets of the town. He took in the place as they walked, but mainly his mind remained elsewhere. There was silence for a moment and then Rude broke it with a question.
"What do you propose we do now?" he asked Tseng as he walked by the man's side. The questioned summed up Rude's thoughts nicely. Having known Tseng for a while, Rude knew he would not need to say much to the man to get him to understand what he was getting at. They had a lot of catching up and planning to do.

When Tseng was taking the ship back, it was a lot easier to drive then when he was flying to Twilight Town. He had gotten lost and was having a bit of trouble flying the thing. But it worked out and he had landed in the intended town. The intel that Elena was there had been correct. However, due to circumstances, he had managed to lose her in the chaos. That would make two people he had failed to protect. Damn Kadaj. He had ruined everything more then once already. Thankfully, Tseng had managed to reunite with Rude. That was one of the turks. At least he knew they were all alive after the transfer off Gaia. The gummi ship ride was quiet the whole time Tseng navigated back to Radiant Garden. When the arrived, he had exited the ship very quietly, afraid he might run into Cid. Though, it seemed Cid wasn't right there. Hopefully he wouldn't notice. Though, at the same time, the Director could care less about Cid. He had gotten at least one of the turks back to safety. Sadly, he had not been able to tell Elena where he was so she could locate him. So there was a high chance he wouldn't see her for a while. 'What do you propose we do now?' It was the first time one of them had spoken. Tseng glanced to Rude, who was walking at his side. "I honestly do not know. Though, there is a lot I need to catch you up on. First off, there is a truce between Avalanche and ShinRa. The President made it and I was informed of it right before he was kidnapped by Kadaj. I am unaware of Rufus's location, but I am rather sure he's alive."After a short walk, Tseng pulled keys out of his pocket and opened the door to a small house. "Avalanche has a base nearby. However, here they are called the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee. Aerith managed to help me find a place to stay in town. But, you are more then welcome to stay here as well, Rude." Tseng entered his house and flicked on the lights before setting his keys down on a table. "We'll figure out a plan in the morning..."

Rude was not completely surprised with Tseng's response. After all alot had happened and it wasn't like Kadaj was going to just tell them where Rufus was; however, the Turk could agree that their boss was alive. Why else would Kadaj keep hanging the subject over there heads?
In any case, Rude's thoughts were drawn to Tseng's next words. The treaty with Avalanche. Rude had heard whispers of this, but this was the first time he had it confirmed. Well at least that was good news. At least the group was on their side, but he wondered how willing they were to help them. When Tseng mentioned Aerith, Rude nodded not surprise the young woman had helped Tseng (or was alive for that matter). She had been the kindest of the group so no problem there. He was sure that some of the other members would help just as easily, but others would be harder to convince.
In any case, the pair reached a small house. Rude followed Tseng inside and thanked him for his offer to stay. The Turk moved into the room and sat down in an empty chair facing Tseng.
He sighed inwardly not sure where to start asking questions or giving answers. He heard Tseng say that they would make a plan in the morning, so that meant catching up for now. Rude was quiet for a moment thinking and then finally settled, on getting things straight.
"Avalanche is on our side, but Kadaj and Loz are still are problem, but I have wonder... where is the third of the bunch? I've heard the trio aren't exactly together anymore, but I find that a bit hard to swallow," he said deciding to focus on immediate problems and then worry about the others such as the strange shadow creatures that kept appearing to bar his way.

Rude was handling the news very well, unlike Elena would. She probably would have flipped about the truce with Avalanche and then attempt to run off to find Rufus. Reno would have had a handle on the situation, but would have been inwardly depressed for a while after. Rude was the level headed one here and Tseng was happy for that. The director did not need the stress of everyone panicking. It was bad enough he's allowed the president to be captured in the first place.
The door to the house was locked behind Rude. Tseng didn't want any unwelcome guests just barging in. Though, it was a good sign that Cid wasn't sitting in the house when they arrived. It was highly possible the pilot hadn't even noticed the gummi-ship was even gone. This would be a very good thing in all the chaos.
As Rude spoke again, Tseng was shifting around the small house to get a pillow and blanket for Rude. Yet, the turk heard everything Rude said. "You have a point. I have not seen Yazoo around in a while either. But, it might be possible that they have yet to find Yazoo. There are a lot of words. They remnants could be in the same situation as us since we are also missing Elena and Reno."
Tseng would love for what Rude said to be true. But he couldn't just believe a rumor as truth. There was always a slim chance that there was another reason for it. With a light sigh, he placed the pillow and blanket next to Rude. "We'll have to try and confirm it the next time we run into Kadaj. I'm sure we can manage to get something out of him about Yazoo. Though, the president's location might not be as easy."
The turk glanced back at Rude. "If you're hungry or thirsty, the kitchen's here. There's plenty of everything. I think Aerith went a bit overboard, honestly." With that, Tseng took a seat in a chair across from Rude to think a bit.

((Epic fail. Muse died on me right at the end. x.X))
Rude stayed seated as Tseng moved about the house. When he heard him speak of Yazoo, the Turk nodded inwardly. That was true, the three could be seperated from each other like they were, but the thought of the trio not being able to find each other made Rude wonder. Was it possible for worlds to seperate them like everyone else? In any case, Rude's thoughts didn't get far before Tseng came back with a pillow and blanket in hand.
As he sat the items next to Rude, he thanked Tseng again and then focused on the Tseng's next set of words. Rude leaned back in his chair shaking his head slight at that idea. With Elena and Reno somewhere out there, it was kind of hard to think about facing Kadaj again. Sure they had back up now, but he began to wonder how willing the silver haired man would be to give them information with people such as Cloud present. Not a big chance of him saying anything at all. As for facing him without back up, well that was another story entirely...
Cutting the train of thoughts short, he responded to Tseng's words.
"True. Knowing Kadaj, he'd simply toy with us," Rude said and then nodded at Tseng's comment. He'd worry about food and such later. Right now he needed a moment to think.
As Tseng sat down, Rude spoke the question that had been bothering him the most.
"With all this chaos around us, what is Kadaj trying do? I know from the few worlds I've been to that there is more than one enemy around...even ones we wish would not come back..." Rude said and then trailed off as the image of Jenova flashed across his mind for a moment.
The situation was going far beyond the issue of Kadaj, but what sort of war had they been pulled in that monsters such as Jenova had come back?

Tseng continued to sit as they discussed a few ideas. It was extremely true that Kadaj would toy with the Turks about the President's location.
With all this chaos around us, what is Kadaj trying do? I know from the few worlds I've been to that there is more than one enemy around...even ones we wish would not come back...
"Well, the good news it that Kadaj does not want Rufus dead or he could have simply killed him and saved himself the trouble of kidnapping. He went out of his way not to kill him at one point in the battle." Tseng paused for a moment, thinking of his conversation with Reno on Gaia.
"Reno and I had come up with a few possible reasons that Kadaj took Rufus, however. Maybe revenge. Maybe the fact that Kadaj wrongly believes Rufus has access to more Jenova, or maybe Kadaj wanted something more then Jenova last time and is trying to get it. We aren't even sure Rufus knows why Kadaj wants him and if he does, he didn't tell me."
There were a ton of things the Turks had to deal with right now. The most urgent one was saving Rufus. The others would be to deal with Jenova, Sephiroth, and the Remnants.

Rude listened to Tseng as he spoke of Kadaj not wanting Rufus dead and how the Remnant had gone out of his way to not kill Rufus in a battle. Strange…hadn’t Kadaj done something similar when Tseng and Elena were cornered in Twilight Town? Just what did the young man seek to do? Did he seek to use them all for some plan or was it something else? Questions and more questions, but no answers. It was agitating, but at the moment they’d both have to deal with the unanswered questions.
When Tseng mentioned Reno and the possibilities they had come to up with, Rude nodded. Revenge, more information on Jenova, or something beyond. They were all reasonable guesses, but without being able to confront the young man face-to-face once more, there was no way of knowing.
As he thought about the information he had gathered along the way so far along with the way Kadaj had been acting when he had last seen him, a repeated thought came to him.
“Perhaps all are true or perhaps he sees us as a tool of some sort,” Rude responded as he continued think. Trying to straighten out the list of growing things to contend with, Rude frowned a bit as he thought. Rufus was at the top of the list, but with Kadaj currently off the radar, there was not much that could be done there. Then there was Jenova, Genesis, and this matter of keyblades, wars, and shadow creatures. Now how to go about shifting through that mess?

It was extremely odd how Kadaj was acting around the Turks. The man could easily kill them off along with the President and they'd be out of his way. It was obvious that he needed the Turks alive for some reason and that he needed to keep the President alive to have the Turks cooperation. It honestly wasn't worth dwelling on. They had a mission to focus on. Finding anything else out along the way would just be bonus knowledge. Tseng watched Rude's subtle expression changes during the conversation. It was something Tseng was able to do. He knew when all the Turks were lying, when they were worried... He knew them all well enough to determine how they were feeling. Rude seemed extremely confused and lost. That's when Rude seemed to realize something. "Perhaps all are true or perhaps he sees us as a tool of some sort." "That's a good guess. I wouldn't be surprised if that was his motive. But with him holding the President, there isn't much we can do but listen and hope we can swindle the President out." The part about being ordered around by Kadaj, it wasn't that bad. At least he'd know what was going on and be able to barter for information and know what was going on. In this position, the Director knew nothing. He was running blind and in a world he wasn't familar with. Rufus could be anywhere and only Kadaj knew where that was. Tseng hated sitting idle. "Sadly, we can't dwell on everything right now. It would just be best to gather as much intel as we can on everything. We should gather more information on these Heartless, the Remnants, about Gaia, and on anyone that remotely looks or acts like Rufus."

Rude nodded once more at Tseng’s words regarding the president and Kadaj plans. While he had been on the edge of helping Kadaj at the arena, he began to wonder just how good of an idea that would be. Kadaj knew more than they did and while he was powerful, having such power on their side instead of against them wouldn’t be bad. At least they’d have one less threat to worry about. In any case, Rude pushed the thought aside as Tseng spoke.
Again he nodded. Gathering information was something he was already doing, so continuing to do so would be a breeze. As Tseng brought up the Heartless, Rude automatically associated the name with the little black creatures with yellow eyes and probably those larger ones he had met when he had been talking to Silv in that strange world. They were definitely a strange bunch and annoying. It seemed that no matter how many were destroyed they just kept coming back. Why, was beyond the Turk.
“I’m not sure what they are, but I have found something that gets the little beasts agitated. Along my travels, I have come across some sort of graveyard. In it are rows upon rows of a strange blade in the shape of key. I believe Genesis called the weapon a 'keyblade'. In any case, the creatures attacked me after I had picked one up to examine it,” Rude said. Then he looked at Tseng. “What do you know of such a weapon and the Heartless?” he asked out of curiosity.

Tseng began to think about this idea himself. It would be a good ploy and keep them in the safe zone till they were able to recover the President. Play into the role Kadaj wishes and manage to rub elbows with Avalanche as well. However, if they begin to work with Kadaj, Tseng would need to tell Cloud that they "have a plan" to get the president back by pretending to help Kadaj. That would cover the Turk's back if Avalanche found out about Kadaj from another source.
That's when Rude began to talk about a possible weakness to these heartless monsters that have been attacking lately. Seemed a weapon in the shape of a key, called a keyblade, displeased them. Tseng nodded in response to Rude's findings. That was a lot more then Tseng had managed to gather. He'd been so worried about the President, gathering information had dropped in priority.
"I don't have much information on the keyblades, sadly. However, I did gather a bit of information on my own.
There are these black portals that appear sometimes when the heartless arrive. They are called Dark Portals. They lead you into something called the Corridors of Darkness. Some people have the power to summon them, like Kadaj, and use them to travel from world to world. Cid informed me that random ones show up from time to time, but unless your desperate, it's best to avoid them. You never know where you may end up.
Cid mentioned a kid named Sora. I don't have much information on him, but on a desert world named Agrabah he defeated "Jafar" twice. In a way, he reminds me of Strife. So we may want to look into him. Highwind seemed to hold him in high regard.
I know a little about the Gumi Ships which are used to travel instead of the Dark Portals. They require "warp gumi's" to be able to work properly. The ship allows you to fly across the 'paths' that connect the worlds together during a time of crisis. I'm not sure the nature of the crisis at the moment, we'll need to look into that.
Heartless are a lot like fiends on our world, but are spawns of the Darkness. However, they appear out of nowhere. I have learned that they typically attack beings with strong hearts in order to take them. There are different types of heartless. The only one I really know much about are Shadow Heartless. When they attack, they practically turn into shadows on the ground and are impossible to land an attack on in that state. Best to kill them all on sight.
In Agrabah I ran into creatures called Fat Bandits. They deflect any attacks you aim at their fronts, but are rather weak when you attack from behind. They pack one hell of a punch though.
The last kind I saw can take on physical elements of their surroundings. They're called Pot Spiders. They can disguise themselves as pots in Agrabah and attack you when you draw to close. So, I am sure there are similar variations on other worlds. Just keep an eye out and treat them like all the other threats we've faced.
I've also done a bit of research into the Avalanche's group. They've formed an organization here known as the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee. They are working to restore the town and keep it safe from heartless. They have a single master computer in their base and a few members.
Leon, I personally have not met him. But the townspeople described him in a way that was similar to Cloud. However, the man has brown hair and a scar between his eyes. Aerith is on the committee along with Cid, and Yuffie. A wizard named Merlin is part of the group. Sora's name appeared as well as a Donald Duck and a Goofy. I'm not sure who they all are yet. But we may want to keep an eye out for them as well."
Tseng stopped to take a breath and let Rude absorb the information he'd manage to gather. It was a lot of information but it might keep Rude safe and out of harm's way. So it was well worth it. Tseng wasn't worried about Rude tuning him out. They have been in hour long mission briefs before with tons of relevant information. Reno would shut off and sleep and left Rude to listen. There was no doubt in the Director's mind that if he asked Rude to recite back everything, it would happen verbatim.
------
[Wow, that was a lot of information.]

((Now to see if my brain can stay on track XD.))
When Tseng began to speak, Rude listened. While Tseng did not have information on the keyblade, Rude figured that the Director was more focused on getting the President back. A top priority for any of the Turks, but one Rude could not accomplish with the strange portals as his only means of travel. As he thought of the strange portals, Tseng spoke of them. He was saying how the Heartless appeared from these portals and that they were also a means of transportation. Dark portals that led to the Corridors of Darkness….Corridors, huh? Well he had never been into this place. Every time a portal swallowed him up, it seemed to throw him else where in a matter of seconds. Maybe there was some trick to the portals Rude didn’t know about. As he began to wonder about this, Tseng spoke of people like Kadaj controlling them and then he spoke about the more random ones that appeared.
“Best to avoid them”….the irony of such words. While Rude was not one to go looking for the portals nor one to jump into them, the Dark Portals always found him and appeared where he could not help, but enter them. While he still did not understand why the portals behaved the way they did, he knew they were in some strange way helping him…Even if he never knew, as Tseng had put it, where he may end up. While he could ponder the portals all day there was not any solid answers to the strange portals, so for now he have to settle for the unknown. In any case, the thoughts of portals were pushed aside as Tseng spoke of a boy named Sora.
The boy was some kind of warrior and held in high regards by Cid Highwind. Rude supposed the kid must’ve been something special if Cid had approved of him so easily. Not just anyone was praised by that guy. The boy seemed to be similar to Cloud, so perhaps he could become an ally in this mess or even a source of information. Rude’s thoughts of finding out more about the kid seemed to match up with Tseng’s thought as he said they “should look into the kid”. Rude made a mental note to add Sora to the list of things to research, he was already working on.
The next subject to come up was the strange ship they had used to get here—a gumi ship. Tseng explained how the ship worked saying it used something called “warp gumis” to work properly and traveled along ‘paths’ between the worlds that were open during a time crisis. A crisis indeed was what they had on their hand, while Rude wasn’t sure how big the crisis was he was being to believe that it was turning into a mess bigger than themselves. For the moment, he pushed the thought away as he continued to listen.
Heartless, the strange black creatures that seemed to be everywhere. According to Tseng and his own experience there were different types. First, there was a group called Shadows that Rude assumed were the ant like beings he had fought in the graveyard. The attack patterns matched up, so they had to be the same beasts. The next type were called Fat Bandits and could not be harmed from the front. They were strong, but weak from behind. He’d have to remember that if he ran into one. The last type Tseng spoke about was a type that could take on the shapes of items within a world called Pot Spiders. While they were pots in the world called Agrabah, there was sure to be different variations in other worlds. Right, another thing to watch out for. In any case, the subject changed once more. This time it was about Avalanche. It seemed that some members of Avalanche had formed a group called the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee that helped restore the town and also protect it from Heartless. Not a surprise from such a group; however, the members named were not all that Rude had expected. Aerith, Cid, and Yuffie were familiar and even Cloud being mentioned was not a surprise; however, the rest of the group was just odd. A wizard named Merlin, a man that that was similar to Cloud with a scar on his face and brown hair named Leon, and finally Dondald Duck, Goofy, and Sora once again. Other than that the only other thing that stood out was a computer that the group used. The rest was just a matter of putting things in order. When Tseng paused to take a breath, Rude took the moment to gather his thoughts.
“I see,” the Turk began. “So it looks like we have some places to dig. Sora seems to be important to this place and also others, so I’ll keep my eye out for him. As for the committee, I wonder how much information they have on the situation at hand. I’m sure that computer would be helpful, but without being a member I doubt they committee would let us near it.
As far as the Heartless go, I’m glad that you have warned me about the other types and what they’re purpose is. There is another sort of Heartless I should warn you about. While I was being tossed about, I came across a strange world called Vana’diel. Within the world I encountered a pair of Heartless that seemed to be stronger than the rest. I am not sure if the appearance of these beings means there are lower and higher ranks within the Heartless or if it was the world that made them so strong. In any case, they were strong in fire and ice magic and quite a pain to deal with. I am thinking there are more powerful Heartless out there that have yet rise. Let’s stay cautious of them.
Between the Heartless, the reappearance of the dead, and the arrival of new allies and enemies, I am beginning to believe we are being drawn into some sort of large scale war; however, what the war is about exactly would require more research and time,” the Turk finished and then fell silence once more. All this chaos…what was it truly pointing to?

[Hahaha, Good luck with that. Now I have to try not to make my post short.]
------
Tseng watched as Rude began to absorb everything in. The Director could never clearly tell what Rude was thinking. However, he was sure that the Turk was simply taking everything in and remembering anything he thought was important. Tseng didn't blame him at all. It was possible Rude thought none of it was important enough to keep memorized. Tseng just wanted to brief him the best he could for what was outside the town.
When Rude began to talk, Tseng listened carefully. Rude only spoke when it was something important, while on the other hand Reno and Elena never shut up. So it was hard to tell if what they were saying was important. Elena usually had this look that screamed 'I think this information is important'. Reno would usually start the sentence like 'Sir, this is kinda important'. With Rude, every time he spoke, Tseng would instantly stop to listen.
He first began by agreeing that the needed to do some checking up on Sora. So, that was good to hear. At least Tseng wasn't alone with his thinking. Rude then continued on to mention the Computer in the base. Tseng began to think about this. "Normally, I would say we could access it the old fashion way. However, if we are caught it could be catastrophic. Aerith may allow us to look at the computer. But, I am not too sure anyone else would be too happy to learn about this. Aerith is not good at keeping secrets. If we get desperate enough, I'm rather sure we could get the information we needed off the computer without getting caught."
Rude then mentioned another type of heartless. Hm, rankings in the heartless's level did make sense. There were different strengths of monsters depending on where you were in Gaia. So, it would only make sense that there were stronger monster here as well. It also made sense that the creatures would posses some sort of magic. Tseng nodded. "I'll keep an eye out for them." The Director also committed the name of the world to his memory.
That's when Rude mentioned everything that was happening and that it seemed to be pointing toward some sort of large scale war. "I suppose that is possible. That would mean we would need to be careful to avoid any conflicts. It would not be good to get involved without first getting Rufus to safety."
Tseng began to go over things now. Their main priority would be rescue Rufus and also to gather the remaining Turks. Then they could worry about figuring out what this war is about. Yet, at the same time, Tseng could probably speak to Aerith or Cloud. One of them should know a bit about this "war".
"I suppose in the morning I can try and gather information about the war. If it's as big as we think, then Avalanche should know something about it. I don't think they'd wit hold that sort of information. Especially if they believe we'll help in the ordeal." Tseng thought it was a decent idea. They would seem interested in helping just to gather the intel. It would be a bad idea to use force. The truce was hanging by a thread as it was.

The streets of Radiant Garden were busy, as usual; however, this was anything but usual. Alessandro had somehow wound up outside of Junon, where he’d taken up residence after Meteor nearly destroyed the Planet. All he knew was that he opened the door to his favorite bar and suddenly he was staring three tiny ducks in the face. Maybe it had something to do with the pitch black he saw when he opened the door, and again when he turned around after seeing the ducks. Either way it seemed that corridor or whatever led him to this place, wherever it was.
”Where the hell am I?”[/b] After asking around, he determined that the place was actually called Radiant Garden, and the ducks were most definitely not out of place, not when he’d seen an old man with a three foot tall blue hat wearing nothing but a nightgown. This place was definitely top five on his weird counter. Where else can you see neon blue dirt and ducks with monocles? Of course, the tiny fuzzy cat-thing with the fuzzy ball over its head was a nice touch.
Either way, Alex wasn’t home anymore, and he needed to figure out where exactly Radiant Garden was. He’d never seen terrain like this anywhere on Gaia, and he was definitely perplexed. It was almost like he was on the moon now, or something. He didn’t have time to dwell on it any longer, however.
”You’ve got to be kidding me…”[/b]
Standing in front of him was Cid Highwind, and, after a short discussion, he managed to figure out Tseng was in town. He had a hand in protecting the famous pilot, along with Rufus Shinra, years and years ago. It was actually on the date that he was supposed to go to space. Long story-short and Tseng had taken up residence in the town. He also thought he heard that Rude was in town as well. Alex actually had a few missions with the powerful Turk during their conflict with AVALANCHE.
The directions didn’t take long to follow, and Alessandro ended up standing outside Tseng’s residence before ten minutes had passed. A quick look inside told him that the leader of the Turks was indeed present, and it couldn’t have been better timing. Maybe Tseng would know what on Gaia was going on around here. He started tapping his knuckles on the door to announce his presence.
”Room service! You want me fluff pillow?”[/b]

Rude nodded in agreement with Tseng’s words regarding the Computer. While it would not be wise to try to get the information the old fashion way, asking would be no easier. In any case, the computer would be put on hold for the moment. Like Tseng said, they had ways of getting the information without getting caught if things got rough. No need to worry about that for now.
When he warned Tseng about the Heartless he had encountered, the Turk was happy that the information was taken to heart. At least with one of his team members a bit more prepared for whatever was out there, he could worry a bit less. He knew Tseng would keep the name of the world in mind too. Like himself, the Director was good about remembering what was important.
When Tseng commented on the war idea, Rude simply nodded. It was true there was not much they could do without knowing Rufus was out of harm's way. Until the President was safe again, information gathering was all they could do. Speaking of gathering, they needed to find the rest of their team members. Rude knew from encounters that Helen was still alive and that Reno and Elena were somewhere within the worlds. Having more members at their back would greatly improve the odds...should they get involved in the war at all. Speaking of the war, they still needed information on it. As if reading his thoughts, Tseng began to speak of talking with Avalanche of the war. Yes, they might be able to help and winning their trust would be a plus for the Turks.
“Right, then I’ll see what I can do about gaining more information on the keyblade and the Heartless,” the Turk said, knowing that having information on their new enemy would help in the long run and also figuring that having Tseng approach Avalanche alone would make the group easier to presuade. Who knew what might happen if more than one Turk was present.
Before anything else could be said, there was a knock on the door and a voice saying something about room service. The voice was muffled by the door, but something was oddly familiar about it…

The computer was extremely tricky. The Director wanted to be able to access it more then Rude knew. It would save so much more time in gathering information. That computer probably had answers to almost all of the Turks questions and then some. But, Tseng acted as if it wasn't as important as it seemed. The Director needed to keep up the facade that the Turks weren't a threat to Avalanche and sneaking into their base would definitely hurt that facade.
Tseng also was making a list of heartless in his mind so he'd be able to recognize the threat before an attacks were thrown. So, Tseng needed to be ready for anything, especially since he had on lower level materia on him. Then again, it was better then nothing.
The whole war scenario was pushed to the back burner when Tseng had the same thought as Rude. They needed to find Reno and Elena. Tseng was completely unaware that the other were acting as Turks once more. However, Tseng didn't voice his concern to Rude. It was an unspoken objective that they needed to complete while searching information.
The Director nodded calmly to Rude's statement about the keyblades and heartless. "...and I will search if information on this war and gather intelligence on the people involved. We both need to be looking for any information on Ruf-...."
The knock at the door had Tseng's full attention. He was quite sure it was not Cid coming to reprimand him for "borrowing" the gummiship. The banging would have been a lot more intense. Plus, the voice was obviously not his. Room Service? Tseng knew better. With one hand on his gun, he calmly opened the door, instantly recognizing Alessandro.
"...Alex?...." Tseng wasn't sure exactly what to say, he was just a bit confused. This was plain on his face. "What are you doing here?" However, Tseng opened the door to allow Alessandro in. "Come in...." The Director didn't want to leave the door open too long. It probably wasn't safe, in case Avalanche was keeping an eye on him.
