A black crisp portal opened up and a six foot tall man walked out of the portal. His hair was long and white. It reached his lower neck and was almost on his back. This man was also wearing all white armor with some gold and blue parts. His eyes are blue, which really pull of his facial features. From his wrist to his elbows, he has on long armbands. Each one is white and have a spike that points outwards on them. This very man's name is Cecil Harvey.
He is the King of Baron. Cecil went on many long and difficult missions through his life. Now his destiny leads him here to this very planet. He was no idea what he was going to do here. Cecil looked all around the area and noticed pirates were everywhere. Now he knew he had to be a little careful here. Other wise he just might wind up in a fight. Maybe he should try and find Cosmos again?
He could sense that both her and Chaos are alive once more. So it would be best to go find her. That way he could try and find the other Heroes to help him. Once he finds Cosmos, he should try and find Cloud. "I should gather information." He quickly decided that getting more information on Cosmos and Chaos would be good. Though he did have a slight feeling that no one here would know about them.
His eyes started to wander all around looking at the stores and bars. It seemed that was all they had here. Cecil turned around and saw a doc not too far away from him. Perhaps he could get a ride to another island? Slowly, he started to walk over to the doc passing up boxes inside a net. He noticed everything was kind of peaceful here so far. Even though the pirates were everywhere nothing bad was happening.

“You’re doing it wrong,” she said. Her voice held no authority in it; instead she was actually trying to help. But the captain or fisherman or whatever he was, ignored her. “You’ve gotta turn it to the left,” she instructed. “Lefty loose-y, righty tight-y.” This only got her a grunt from him, with which he also shot her a look full of daggers. Was it the bizarre appearance that made her seem unintelligent – the rainbow hair, the tattoos, the lime green eyes? She shrugged innocently. “Fine, keep tightening it. Don’t come crying to me when your boat won’t work, though.” And with that, she skipped over to the next man. This one regarded her with no more than a raised eyebrow and a scowl.
Gem had been doing this all day: going from boat to ship to boat to ship, etc. She badgered the crews about their jobs and offered her services. It was apparent to her that she knew more than any of them, which was saying something, because she didn’t even specialize in fixing water crafts…er, boats. Talk about a dumb town. Then again, the fact that nearly all of them were drunk off their rockers probably didn’t help the situation.
Just as she opened her mouth to point out what the man was doing incorrectly, a glimmer of some sort in her peripheral caught her attention. She pivoted around so quickly that she nearly lost her balance. The shine was coming from some tall person with a heavy duty set of armor encasing their body. This, of course, was too cool for Gemini to pass up.
“Hello!” she greeted, beaming proudly as she darted directly in the way of the walking armored figure. Upon peering up at them, she noted that they had a good height advantage over her. And they looked slightly older. “Whatcha doin’ out here?”
A better question would be, Why does she care?

As the moment passed, he herd a very vibrant voice to to far away. His eyes quickly darted to Gemini. Her appearance is very interesting at that as well. She seems to be very kind at that. "I'm Cecil. I have traveled here to gain some research on a certain someone." He very well answered her question.
Now maybe she could point him in the right direction? He also needed to try and find Kain where ever he is.
Really, he was trying to find two beings. Which are Cosmos and Chaos. Whoever he finds first does not matter to him. Just as long as he could find one of them. Sure it would be rather bold of him to challenge Chaos alone. However, he was confident that he could very well take out Chaos.
Now for finding Cosmos a lot could come out of that. Once finding her, he could get a lot more details about a bunch of items and beings.
"What is a person such as yourself doing here exactly?" Pretty much Cecil asked the same question she asked him. Either way they both would know why each other are here. Slowly, he looked up to the night time sky and slowly counted the stars.
This place was very interesting indeed. This girl he had just met is very peculiar. Of course the pirates that the girl must think the same way as he does.

For a brief second, Gemini thought she was that “someone.” Then the second passed and she lost hope, her lips showing the briefest display of a frown. If he wasn’t looking for her, then who? She wanted to know, purely because she was bored and nosy. But before she could ask, he fired her own question back. This caused her to smile meekly, albeit mischievously. “I don’t know,” she told him with all honesty. Gem liked to wander, she never exactly aimed to get to a particular place, she always just appeared wherever her feet took her.
Beyond him she could see the boats resting in the water and a thought occurred to her. Quickly, she added, “I was gonna go swimming.” It wasn’t the safest or brightest decision, but Gem didn’t much care for her own safety anyway. Or others’, for that matter. She contemplated asking him to join her, but then she looked back to him and knew that his armor would drag him down, down, down into the depths of the ocean. And then that smile appeared again. That knowing, sly twist of her lips.
Without waiting for him to reply, she hastily rapped her right knuckle against his armor. “What’s up with this outfit? Afraid of a bunch of pirates?” she asked, half-giggling. The more she’d looked at him, the more ridiculous he appeared. Knights in shining armor did not mix with deadbeat pirates. Not at all.

When the girl said she was going to go swimming, he knew she had no good reason. That did not matter too much to him at this point. It simply means she is a person who has no real reason to be here. Once the girl made fun of his armor, he weakly glared at her. "I am a holy paladin." He said while leaving out, he is a Dark Knight as well as a King. That was information which she did not need to know for now.
"Would you guide me to each of the islands on this very world." Cecil thought it would be good to have a person familiar with this place. By the looks of it, she might know the area a bit. Not only that but it would be wise to have at least another person with him. Just in case he would just so happen to encounter some creature. Most creatures tend to attack everyone and just about anything.
Cecil looked around and saw a decent sized ship that could be rented. He knew this because a man wearing decent clothing was shouting it out loud. "This is our chance. Please aid me." He said with a glowing smile on his face. Hopefully, the people he was looking for would be here. If they do not appear hopefully he would get to fight something. Any kind of fighting is basically like a training match. He knew he was powerful, but he needs to be stronger.
In order to protect the ones, he loves the most. All of his friends back home where the very people he loves. So he must get stronger, so he could protect them. It is only because of them that he gets stronger and stronger. Being all alone is not a very good thing. So how could anyone bare to be alone? Something's just does not make sense to Cecil. However, he was going to figure many things out for his new adventures.

Holy…paladin? Was he for real? Gemini burst into laughter, unable to keep her thoughts to herself. She said, “Sure you are.” People thought she was the crazy one. Right. But fine, she’d play along with Mr. Knight. Following him could help her indulge in her imagination, her fantasies. After all, he looked like he’d walked straight out of some messed up fairy tale. Poor dude.
Wait. What? He was asking for help. From Gem. Oh, how the tables turned so quickly. She smirked and gave him an enthusiastic salute. “Tour guide Gem, at your service. …W-w-wait. Our chance? For what?” That was when she saw the boat and froze. He was a complete lunatic, no doubt about it. How were they going to manage a ship? Or afford to rent one? She wondered if he’d be mad when he finds out that she knows nothing about the area. But all the wondering and questioning only made her want to go for it, to adventure, to do something.
So she nodded slowly and gestured toward the boat. Their boat. It was all sinking in, until finally Gem grinned and ran ahead, shouting, “Adventure!” She boarded the boat without permission as she ran past, much to the renter’s dismay, and stood waiting for the knight to follow.

Cecil let out a sigh when he herd the girl laugh from what he said. Obviously, she had never seen a warrior such as himself. At least she caught on about the boat kind of quickly. On top of that the girl seems to be very energetic and chaotic. Well chaotic in the sense of really outgoing. Cecil slowly walked towards the renter of the boat. "We would like to rent the boat for half a day."
He said with a very warming voice. Cecil took out five hundred gill and put it in his hand. As he was waking up to the boat the renter got rather excited. It was almost he never got paid a lot of money before.
"Please take us to the first island." He brought up the plank and the renter took off the rope. Now it was the girl who needed to get things a flow. He had no idea on how to drive these types of boats. Actually, he does not even know how to use one of these boats. On his own world, he used them all the time. He really only knew how to use the aircraft and the hovercraft's.
Cecil walked over to the side of the boat and looked down into the water. This water could never look its finest in a world that always looked dark. It was a little past afternoon, and it was still dark?
Hopefully, they find something that is really interesting. Now he could not help but wonder what the girl's interests were. He knew he would find them out later during this adventure. They should be fine just as long as no pirates try to take over their boat. Pirates normally come in numbers at would try to kill them. In that case, they would all be taken out by Cecil.

While he was paying, Gem was inconspicuously looking at all the sails and poles and little workings of the boat. She could do this; she didn’t have a choice, anyway. Maybe… maybe she was supposed to raise that one? A hand on her hip, she studied it closely, followed its line with her eyes, then released its tight rope. Whaddaya know? They now had another sail! Gem gave a little cheer and ran to the wheel, prepared to steer. Not that she had any idea where she was taking them. At least she looked like she knew where she was going. Just call her Captain Gem.
Thankfully the ship was small. It didn’t take long for it to get going, and surprisingly enough, it was rather easy to steer. But instead of pointing out that she was lost from that moment on, she asked, “Why do you wanna go there?” Gem doubted there’d be anything but pirates further out. So unless this guy wanted to meet more of them, she was guessing he’d be out of luck. But hey – maybe they’d find buried treasure. That existed, right?
Excited merely at the prospect of going on some sort of treasure hunt, she straightened up and tried her best to spot an island in the distance. So far, she could see nothing but water. Dang. Losing focus already, Gem began dancing and singing ‘A Pirates Life for Me’ at the top of her lungs.
They were in store for an interesting ride, that was for sure.

Before he knew it the girl asked him why did he want to go there. Didn't he explain this all earlier? Cecil let out a slight laugh. Mainly, because this was starting to become all too amusing to him now. "Like I said before I need to find certain people."
He said with a reassuring look. Soon the boat started to move and rocked side to side slightly. It was all thanks to the water that the boats did that. Something good was going to come out of this little boat ride. Well that is what Cecil was hoping. Suddenly the girl started to sing wildly. So now it was singing time? This one could be either the most entertaining person ever or the most idiotic.
He was learning more towards the most entertaining person he ever met. So far, everything was going smooth. About an hour later he noticed two ships not moving at all. "Slowly stop the boat." Cecil said with a strong voice. In the distance, he saw pirates capturing another boat. It seemed there were twelve pirates steeling some rich peoples boat. With Cecil being himself, he actually wanted to help them out.
Once he turned into a Holy Paladin he learned there is more than just fighting. He learned that life is about protecting others and helping them out in the time of need. "We should help them." Cecil looked over to Gem with a stern look on his face. He was simply waiting for her opinion on the matter. Hopefully, she would agree to help them.

Sure, he explained it before. But was Gem honestly supposed to settle for that vague answer? No. Hence her reason for asking again. Although, she was also a bit spacey at times… Who were these people he needed to find? That’s all she wanted to know. If he was willing to venture with her to an island, they must be important.
An hour later, and her voice was hoarse. After the first twenty minutes of singing, she’d started making up her own words to the same pirate tune. Still, she managed to hear him over her shrill singing. “Yes, sir!” she called, pleasantly hopping from her spot at the wheel over to one of the sails. She lowered it, giving it less chance to catch the wind. Now they were moving, but gradually coming to a stop. It was more like they were gliding along the water with their last little bit of momentum.
“Help who?” she asked dumbly, craning her neck around. That’s when she saw the ongoing pirate battle, several boats away. Gemini ran to the side of the boat and nearly flung herself overboard right then and there; it was like a movie she couldn’t tear her eyes away from. Finally, she looked over to the knight. “Can we go, can we go?!” She wasn’t in it so much for the helping part, but the getting-to-fight-with-pirates part. Bouncing in place out of excitement, she waited for his cue.
This was going to be one heck of a fight. Gem and Knight versus Pirates. Actually, she probably wouldn’t end up fighting anyone.

Only a few short moments later the girl shouted out if they could go. She must really want to fight or something. Though he doubted the girl might fight. "We'd better hurry." Cecil went over to the steering wheel and brought them closer to the other two boats. Once they were close enough he dropped the anchor and jumped on to the other boat.
By the time he jumped on to the boat the twelve pirates managed to round up all the people. They really like to work fast when stealing from other people. "Jump over quickly!" Cecil said. When he shouted that out the pirates looked over at him. Three of the pirates nodded to each other and took a few steps closer to him. Once they saw what he was wearing, they started to laugh wildly. That is when Cecil had a rather annoyed look on his face.
This was the second time people had criticized his outfit today. It appears as though no one here has ever seen a type of knight at all. A second passed and his sword of legend appeared in his right hand. The handle is a dark orange color which extends to a gold hilt. On the sides of the hilt seem to be two horns. The blade itself is a dark orange/golden color with a golden streak going through it.

The second he said “jump,” Gemini was already aboard the other ship with him; she never really had much patience with waiting. Or anything else. Hearing the pirates’ laughter was expected. She’d laughed too. But it was annoying that they were stalling. So Gem took the pause as an opportunity to sidestep along the length of the ship until she was close enough to one of the pirates. Then, she swiftly stole the red bandana from atop his head and tied it around her own. “Now I’m a pirate!” she announced proudly, attracting their attention. Seeing as they’d stopped laughing to wonder what in the world she was doing there, she gave them all a wave and stood tall. “Anyone got an eye patch?”
The pirate with the now missing bandana grunted in anger and made a swipe to retrieve his property. Gem dodged and ran amuck through the rest of the pirate group. She had no idea what she was doing, or what she was supposed to be doing, so decided to cause trouble. Somewhere to her side, she could see the knight with his sword. Hopefully, if anything, she was buying them time. If not, at least she was having fun.
Suddenly, Gem gasped. “You have an eye patch!” she screamed, pointing at the guilty pirate. She’d found her target now. Grinning and withdrawing her golden dagger, she charged after him.
...All this for an accessory.

Cecil watched Gem jump over and then take the pirates bandanna. Soon she acted if she was putting a show on for everyone. That is when he started to laugh aloud. He had to admit the girl was rather funny. Once he stopped laughing, he noticed two pirates coming right for him. Along with one pirate chasing Gem while she was chasing one of the pirates. Now this was starting to be like a circus.
He raised his blade in a defensive hold. As the pirates approached him, he clashed his sword with their own blades. Cecil could tell their swords skills were inferior to him. Perhaps he should use his Dark Knight form for this? Though his attacks would be more brute in the form. On the other hand, maybe it would make them think about leaving? No that would never happen. After all they are pirates.
Cecil quickly clashed blades with them again this time pushing them back in the process. It was time he would show them his original form. He made a giant downwards slash on the pirates. Thus causing a black mist to surround Cecil less than a second. Another moment passed and he was in his Dark Knight form. In this form he looked like a black metallic demon. There were spikes coming out of his armor along with red claw mark on his chest.
The swords golden orange changed into a blackish purple color. While the hilt stayed the same entirely. Now the two pirates that were fighting him were frightened a bit. Cecil could tell by the look in their eyes. Even some of the ordinary passengers were somewhat afraid of him now. Either way Cecil knew he was a Hero. He was going to do the right thing in this fight. These pirates were not going to die at all.
There was just no reason to kill them. Sure they are attempting something that is rather cruel. However, no one deserves to die. It was going to be simple to knock the pirates out. By the looks of it, they were not that intelligent whatsoever. Most pirates are not that smart at all. Though they did know how to fight and make fools of everyone else. Cecil started to tighten the grip on his blade.
(Just look at my profile too see his complete appearance for both forms.)

{ 100th post! :] }
Gemini secured the eye patch over her left eye. It took a few minutes too long for her liking, but she finally tore the accessory from the pirate. Of course, threatening to end his life helped. Satisfied at his level of fear, she nodded in thanks to him and pointed to the patch. As if he didn’t know why she was being so obnoxious. Of course he knew. She was now taking it to the next level: dancing around him, she yelled “Arrrrrrg!” Unfortunately that was the last straw for her victim and his small group of friends.
The pirates nodded collectively and made a move for her. Gem swiftly waved goodbye and ran for safety behind her newfound companion. That’s when she noticed the difference. “Whoa, you’re not so lame after all,” she commented, peering up at him and his new armor. Was it armor? Or was he some sort of demon? Whatever he was – he wasn’t moving. Gem nudged him forward. He couldn’t honestly turn into some dark knight for no reason.
But since he didn’t appear to want to finish them off, she took the liberty to foolishly jump in front of him. “Everybody hold up!” Gem held her arms out, signaling for them to stop advancing; they didn’t all stop, but they started moving more slowly. Talking quickly, she finished with, “Let’s strike a deal. You guys like deals, right?” After all, they had that whole parley system. Perhaps that’s what she should’ve screamed.

He noticed that Gem walked right in front of him and tried to work out a deal. That would never work, unless you actually say the right word. Cecil walked to her right hand side and looked at the pirates. Without hesitating the pirate started to run right over to Gem. His blade raised in the air getting ready to rapidly attack. He kept drawing nearer and nearer. Before he could even land a hit Cecil moved three steps forward.
Then bringing out his blade and clashed with the pirate. Sparks were flying left and right. However, not a lot there should have been if the pirate was strong. "I believe there is a certain word you need to say." The pirate quickly took a swift punch towards his abdomen and nearly broke his hand. One could hear the crackling of the pirate's hand almost breaking. Another moment passed and he kicked the pirate right in the gut.
His Dark Knight form was originally his true form one would say. Both of his forms give him different characteristics. Not only that but in each form he has different kinds of abilities and such. Like this Knight form uses darkness while his Paladin form uses light. The best part about it is that neither of his forms change his thoughts and personality. Another good thing is he could easily change between the two forms. He tends to do that a lot. It is mainly so he could use light and darkness together.
Once the pirate stood up that pirate knew they were not going to win. Cecil noticed the fear in his eyes. It's that look someone gets when they know they could very well die. Then you get that strange burst of energy. As he continued to watch the pirate he noticed he was starting to sweat. One drop slowly moving down his face. Inch by inch it was moving down the pirates dark brown dirty skin.
